Abstract
Description
【0001】

FIELD OF THE INVENTION
BACKGROUND OF THE
[0002]
[Prior art]
In public facilities such as nursing homes and hospitals, the inmates have to deal with a large amount of laundry.
[0003]
Therefore, it was necessary to provide a storage place for temporarily accumulating laundry.
[0004]
However, if the laundry thus collected is left in a storage place as it is, there is a problem that it emits a bad smell or becomes dirty.
[0005]
That is, since the above-mentioned laundry is a miscellaneous thing such as clothing and bedding that emits an odor such as sewn cloth, underwear, bedding, sheets, and the like, they combine to emit a bad smell.
[0006]
One way to solve this problem is to provide a storage for collected laundry and put it in the storage for deodorization.
[0007]
For example, there is a locker provided with a deodorizing device described in
[0008]
As shown in FIG. 7, this device is provided with a

[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-239015
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-mentioned locker, the air in the refrigerator is circulated to the ozone generator to decompose the odor. There is a problem that generation (adhesion) of ozone is hindered because generation of ozone is hindered.
[0011]
In addition, the amount of ozone generated by the ozone generator in the refrigerator is constant per unit time regardless of the amount and type of the stored items. If the stored amount is insufficient or excessive, a uniform ozone effect is expected. Can not. As a result, it is troublesome to adjust the storage amount each time.
[0012]
In addition, the provision of a heater that is used only for detoxifying unnecessary ozone (for example, with a small storage amount) is a wasteful problem in terms of both energy consumption and cost. is there.
[0013]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a uniform deodorizing and sterilizing effect of ozone irrespective of the amount and type of stored items.
[0014]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, according to the present invention, an ozone generating means for taking in outside air to generate ozone and a cooling means are mounted on an upper part of a storage which can be moved in and out by a door. A cooling air outlet from the cooling means and an ozone outlet from the ozone generating means are provided on the ceiling in the refrigerator so that the amount of ozone introduced can be adjusted, and ventilation means for replacing air in the refrigerator is provided. Thus, a configuration was adopted in which the ozone concentration in the refrigerator could be adjusted according to the contents in the refrigerator.
[0015]
By adopting such a configuration, the inside of the refrigerator is cooled by the cooling means, thereby preventing the growth of bacteria and the like and suppressing the generation of odor.
At this time, since the ozone generating means uses the outside air to generate ozone, a large amount of ozone can be continuously generated without adhering a nitric acid compound to the electrode due to bad smell in the refrigerator. At this time, since the ozone produced by the outside air is introduced into the refrigerator, the amount of ozone in the refrigerator can be adjusted by adjusting the amount of introduction or adjusting the amount of generation by changing the applied voltage. . In addition, if the ozone concentration in the storage is adjusted by replacing the air in the storage with the ventilation means, the deodorizing effect can be optimized according to the stored items.
[0016]
Also, at this time, by adopting a configuration in which the above-mentioned ozone generating means is a rotary cylindrical ozonizer, the rotary cylindrical ozonizer can reduce the amount of ozone generated by changing the rotation speed of the rotary electrode or the applied voltage. Can be adjusted, so that the ozone concentration can be adjusted according to the amount and type of the stored matter.
[0017]
Further, at this time, it is possible to adopt a configuration in which the cool air outlet blows the cool air in parallel with the ceiling, and an ozone outlet is provided downstream of the cool air outlet.
[0018]
By adopting such a configuration, the ozone outlet is provided downstream of the cool air outlet blown out in parallel with the ceiling, so that the ozone blown out from the outlet is put on the cool air and diffused into the refrigerator. Can be evenly sprayed.
[0019]
Also, at this time, the ozone generating means stopped at the time of entering the warehouse is determined by the door switch which is turned on / off by opening and closing the door and a plurality of switches provided inside and outside the warehouse at the time of leaving the warehouse. By operating them in the order given, it is possible to adopt a configuration in which the operation of the ozone generating means can be restarted.
[0020]
By adopting such a configuration, the door switch and a plurality of switches provided inside and outside the refrigerator stop the ozone generating means to prevent the ozone inside the refrigerator from affecting the human body at the time of entry, If the switches are not operated in a predetermined order, the ozone generating means cannot be operated. For example, if switches in the refrigerator are provided along the exit path, all the switches are activated to move out of the refrigerator. Otherwise, the ozone generating means cannot be operated and safety can be maintained.
[0021]
At this time, by adopting a configuration in which the storage is of an assembling type, the low-temperature storage can be installed anywhere as long as there is an appropriate space.
[0022]

By doing so, the large electrode area by spreading the discharge from the point to the line and from the line to the surface using the peripheral surface of the cylinder, and the action of preventing the nitrate compound from adhering due to the rotation of the electrode IP, contribute to the reduction of ozone. The amount of generation is improved. Further, the amount of ozone generated can be controlled by adjusting the voltage applied between the electrodes and the rotation speed of the electrode IP at this time.
[0029]
Therefore, here, outside air is introduced between the cylindrical electrodes of the ozone generating means 1 and the generated ozone is piped to the

At this time, the adjustment of the amount of ozone is performed by the

In the storage A, a ventilation fan is provided as a ventilation means 12 on a side panel. In this case, the ventilation fan is provided with a shutter. When the shutter is closed, the inside of the refrigerator can be kept in a closed state. The ventilation fan can be turned on and off by a switch box 4 provided next to the
[0032]
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 4, the inside of the storage room A is covered with a resin-made mushroom whose surface has been subjected to a non-slip process so that air can be easily ventilated even when objects are placed in the storage room. At the same time, safety measures have been taken to prevent slippage during loading.
[0033]
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 4, the storage A has a door switch LS that is turned on and off by opening and closing the

The switch boxes Box 1 and Box 2 are attached to the right and left sides of the rear panel on the front of the warehouse separated from the
[0035]
Each switch box Box 1-4, as shown in FIG. 5, for example, self-reset type push switch PBb 1-4 of holding relay RL 1-3,5, display lamp PLr, PLg, emergency stop switch PBa 1- 3 (excluding Box 4 ), and these switch boxes 1-4 are connected in series.
[0036]
Specifically, each switch box 1-4 connects a self-return type push switch PBb 1-4 and a holding relay RL 1-3 , 5 in series, and a of the holding relay RL 1-3 , 5 A contact is connected in parallel with the switches PBb 1-4 to form a holding circuit. Further, a red display lamp PLr is connected in parallel with the holding relays RL 1-3 and 5, and the lamp PLr activates the holding relays RL 1-3 and 5 to activate the switch boxes 1-4. It lights up when it is turned on. Further, a green display lamp PLg is connected in parallel with the series circuit of the push switches PBb 1-4 and the holding relays RL 1-3 , 5 . Normally, the green display lamp PLg is lit during energization, and when the holding relays RL 1-3, 5 are activated, there is no potential difference and the light is turned off.
[0037]
Also, the emergency stop switch PBa 1-3 is provided in series with the push switch PBb 1-4, it is also available to the circuit open in an emergency.
[0038]
The switch box Box 1-4 is that in the remaining through a contact point of the front and the current box emergency stop switch PBa 1-3 (Box 4 holding relay RL 1-3,5 each box Box 1-4, emergency It is adapted to connect the contact a) and the door output relay RL 6 which will be described later, instead of the stop switch PBa 1-3, is connected to the power supply V DD via the front of the switch box box 1-4. Therefore, when the preceding switch box Box 1-4 does not operate, the subsequent switch box Box 1-4 does not operate, thereby forming a sequential circuit.
[0039]
Thus the switch box Box 4 of a connected final stage, the holding relay RL 5 and Yes output relay RL 4 connected are provided in parallel, between the power supply V DD and the ozone generation means 1 to a contact of the relay RL 4 The
[0040]
In order to turn off the output relay RL 4 , as shown in FIG. 5, a relay RL 6 for door output is provided, connected in series with the door switch LS, and the contact a of the relay RL 6 is connected to a switch box. It is provided in place of the emergency stop switch of Box 4 .
[0041]
At this time, in this embodiment, two door switches LS are attached to the entrance door (LS 1 , LS 2 ), and the two switches LS 1 , LS 2 are connected in series, for example, one door. switch LS 1 or LS 2 undergoes a failure, and opened the

Further, in this circuit, a relay RL 7 is provided, and the relay RL 7 is connected in series with the contact b of the door output relay RL 6 and the contact a of the holding relay RL 5 of the switch box 4 and connected in series. form a reset circuit RS and the b-contact of the relay RL 7 connected between the switch box box 1 and the power supply V DD.
[0044]
In the reset circuit RS, normally, the relay RL 7 is turned on, the b-contact of the relay RL 7 is closed, and the sequential circuit is connected to the power supply V DD and is energized. For example, the switch box Box 4 (outside the compartment) ) opened the entry and leaving the

This circuit is provided with a buzzer circuit B for alarm. Buzzer circuit B for alarm is connected to a contact in series with the contact b and the door output relays RL 6 holding relay RL 5 of the final stage switch box Box 4, holding the series circuit of the switch box Box 3 relay It is connected to the output of the RL 5.
[0046]
Therefore, if the switch box 4 (outside the box) is not operated when the

[0049]
This embodiment is configured as described above, and in this storage A, the cool air generated by the cooling means 3 is blown out from the outlet 9 and circulated in the storage to be cooled constantly to prevent the growth of bacteria. To prevent the generation of offensive odor, and ozone blown out from the
[0050]
At this time, since the ozone generating means 1 produces ozone with the taken-in outside air and introduces the ozone into the storage, no nitric acid compound is generated on the electrode of the ozone generating means 1 due to the malodorous component of the contained matter. As a result, generation of ozone is not hindered by the generated compound, so that a strong deodorizing power can be maintained.
[0051]
Also, at this time, the amount of the ozone introduced into the chamber is adjusted, the voltage applied to the electrodes OP and IP to the ozone generating means 1 and the number of rotations (since this embodiment is a rotary type, the number of rotations of the electrode IP is reduced). By adjusting (adjustment is also possible), the ozone concentration in the refrigerator can be changed according to the storage amount, and an optimal deodorizing effect can be obtained.
[0052]
Further, by periodically and forcibly replacing the air in the refrigerator by the ventilation means 12, it is possible to refresh the refrigerator and introduce fresh ozone to improve the deodorizing effect.
[0053]
Incidentally, the thus the refrigerator deodorizing state, upon entering for carrying and unloading operations of the receiving material, since the ozone concentration in some cases as high as dangerous, firstly, the ventilating means in the

Next, in the storage A, normally, the sequential circuit is held in a set state (a state in which the holding relays RL 1-3 and RL5 are operated).
[0055]
Therefore, when a person enters the warehouse, first, the main switch MS is turned off, and the display lamp PLg of the switch box Box 4 outside the warehouse (outside the warehouse: next to the entrance / exit door 2) is turned off. After confirmation, the

[0061]
In this embodiment, four switch boxes are shown. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, as shown in FIG. 1), (2)...), And the number and arrangement can be changed.
[0062]
As described above, since ozone is generated using outside air, a large amount of ozone can be continuously introduced into the refrigerator to obtain a high deodorizing effect. At that time, the ozone concentration in the refrigerator can be adjusted according to the amount and type of the stored items, so that a high deodorizing effect can be obtained. Further, the inside of the refrigerator can be exhausted by the ventilation means to improve the deodorizing efficiency. Furthermore, ozone is forcibly exhausted, and safety is ensured without using a heater, so there is also an energy saving effect. In addition, since a safety circuit is provided, safety during loading and unloading can be ensured.
[0063]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, as described above, a uniform and high deodorizing effect can be obtained irrespective of the amount and type of the stored items.
