TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a control device for a vehicle.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, fuel cell vehicles equipped with a fuel cell as a driving source as a power source having excellent environmental protection properties have attracted attention.
[0003]
The fuel cell is controlled so as to output electric power as required by limiting the amount of supplied fuel gas. In the fuel cell, a response delay occurs in the actual supply amount of the fuel gas with respect to the supply command value of the fuel gas, so that the responsiveness of the generated power may decrease. In order to solve this problem, a power supply system that uses a battery in combination and compensates for the delay of the power generated by the fuel cell has been proposed, and has a configuration in which the fuel cell and the battery are connected in parallel (for example, see Patent Document 1). . Further, by converting the power generated by the fuel cell with a DC-DC converter, the output efficiency of a power supply system using both the battery and the fuel cell is improved.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-described prior art, the response speed of the fuel cell is not actively changed, and there is room for improvement in the efficiency of the entire vehicle.
[0006]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to set the power generation responsiveness of a fuel cell based on a running pattern of a vehicle in view of the above-described problems, and to improve the efficiency of the entire vehicle.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention is directed to a fuel cell vehicle that is driven by a drive motor that is operated by electric power supplied from at least one of the fuel cell and the power storage device. The fuel cell vehicle predicts a future vehicle driving pattern, and based on the predicted driving pattern, The response of the battery is set, and the power generation of the fuel cell is controlled based on the set power generation response.
[0008]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the travel pattern to the destination is estimated, the power generation response of the fuel cell is set based on the travel pattern, and the fuel consumption to the destination is calculated for each set power generation response. Since the power generation of the fuel cell is controlled with the power generation responsiveness resulting in a small fuel consumption, the efficiency of the vehicle can be improved.

The method of predicting the vehicle speed p_vsp is basically based on running the legal speed of the road in the guidance route as the cruising vehicle speed. If there is a turning intersection, the vehicle speed becomes zero at a deceleration of 0.1 (G), for example. After a second stop, the acceleration is predicted to reach the cruising speed at an acceleration of 0.1 (G), and in the case of a curve section, the relationship between the acceleration / deceleration according to the curvature of the curve and the curve passing speed is mapped in advance, and the vehicle speed is determined based on this map. p_vsp is predicted, and in a congested section received from an infrastructure (such as VICS), the average vehicle speed in the congested section is predicted to be lower as the degree of congestion becomes more severe according to the degree of congestion.
[0025]
The braking / driving force command value includes a driving force corresponding to the traveling resistance (air resistance + rolling resistance) corresponding to the vehicle speed p_vsp of the route, a braking / driving force corresponding to the acceleration / deceleration corresponding to the vehicle acceleration / deceleration, and a road gradient. Is obtained as the sum of the braking / driving forces for realizing the change in the potential energy of the vehicle.

In step 16, based on the predicted vehicle speed p_vsp and the predicted driving force command value p_tTd predicted in

In the equation (1), G represents the gear ratio of the reduction gear (-), and R represents the effective radius (m) of the tire.
[0028]
By performing the above processing from the start of traveling to the arrival at the destination, a driving power pattern can be created.
[0029]
Note that the driving power pattern indicates a state of a change in motor power consumption, and the traveling pattern indicates a state of a change in a vehicle speed. Once the driving pattern is determined, the driving power pattern also uniquely corresponds.

In the present embodiment, a method in which the power generation response time constant can be changed within a range of 1 to 5 seconds will be described as an example, and a method of temporarily setting the power generation response time constant from 1 to 5 seconds in increments of 1 second will be described. I do. As another temporary setting method, the power generation response time constant is set in ascending order, and when a power generation pattern of each power generation response time constant is created, the charge / discharge power of the power storage device exceeds the chargeable / dischargeable power. In other words, there is a method in which the power generation response time constant is set large until overcharging and discharging are expected.

First, a fuel consumption rate FC (g / sec) after a predetermined time t (second) from the start of traveling is determined. The fuel consumption rate can be calculated by previously obtaining the fuel gas flow rate necessary for realizing the generated power by an experiment or the like and searching a table shown in FIG. 7.

Next, the fuel consumption rate FC (g / sec) at each time from the current position to the arrival at the destination is integrated, and the fuel consumption Fctotal (g) of the entire travel is calculated.

[0049]
Generally, in a fuel cell system, as shown in FIG. 8, when a large amount of fuel gas is sent to increase the response of the generated power, the power consumption of the compressor increases, and the power generation efficiency of the fuel cell decreases. I will. On the other hand, if the power consumption of the compressor is not increased to suppress the decrease in the power generation efficiency, and if the responsiveness of the generated power is limited in a good operating efficiency range, the power generation delay with respect to the drive power increases, and the delay increases. To compensate for the increase in the discharge power from the battery. Further, the loss caused by the discharge increases.
[0050]
Therefore, in order to improve the output efficiency of the power supply system, it is important to set the responsiveness of the generated power to achieve both improvement of the power generation efficiency in the fuel cell and reduction of the loss in the battery.
[0051]
In the present invention, in a vehicle that uses a fuel cell or a power storage device as a drive source, a traveling pattern to a destination is estimated, and a power generation response of the fuel cell is set based on the traveling pattern. Since the fuel consumption to the destination is calculated and the power generation of the fuel cell is controlled with the power generation responsiveness that minimizes the fuel consumption, the efficiency of the vehicle can be improved.
[0052]
In setting the power generation responsiveness, the average change rate of the driving power pattern during driving is associated with the power generation responsiveness, and the power generation responsiveness is set by associating the power generation responsiveness with a smaller average change rate. Is also good.
