Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a light-transmitting hard coat film for a touch panel, and more particularly, to a light-transmitting hard coat film for a touch panel that has a high light transmittance and can generate a blue color.
Touch panels are used for ATMs at banks, ticket vending machines and information terminals at stations, boarding check terminals at airports, and electronic organizers. Touching the surface of the touch panel with your finger or pen allows you to record the input position. .
In a typical analog type touch panel, a first transparent conductive film is laminated on a glass surface, microdot spacers are formed on the surface of the first transparent conductive film, and a space is provided in the first transparent conductive film. A transparent film is laminated on the surface of the second transparent conductive film, and when the surface of the transparent film is touched with a finger or a pen, the spacer is formed. An input position can be recorded by bringing two transparent conductive films into contact with each other at a non-existing portion.
This analog-type touch panel is usually formed by a glass on which a first transparent conductive film having a microdot spacer formed on the surface is laminated and a transparent film on which a second transparent conductive film is laminated, with the transparent conductive films facing each other. It can be manufactured by providing a space and laminating two transparent conductive films.
Conventionally, as a transparent film on which a transparent conductive film is laminated, for example, a laminate of an ITO film and a polyethylene terephthalate film (PET film) is exemplified.
However, the laminate of the ITO film for the touch panel and the PET film has a lower total light transmittance than the clear hard-coated PET film and has a yellow transmission color. However, there was a problem that it was not enough.
Further, a transparent substrate such as a glass plate, a polycarbonate plate, and a polyethylene terephthalate plate, a hard coat layer made of an acrylic resin or the like, and a high refractive index made of ZrO 2 , TiO 2 , Al 2 O 3 or the like having a refractive index of 1.50 to 2.50 are used. A transparent touch panel in which a refractive index layer, a low refractive index layer made of SiO 2 , MgF 2 or the like having a refractive index of 1.35 to 1.60 and a transparent conductor layer are stacked is disclosed (see Patent Document 1). However, although the visibility and operability of this transparent touch panel have been improved to some extent, they have not been satisfactory yet, and there has been a problem that the transmission color is yellow.
However, in this transparent touch panel, the transmitted light is uncolored or slightly yellowish, and is not a blue color desired for the touch panel.
Therefore, a light-transmitting hard coat film for a touch panel that has a high total light transmittance and can generate a blue transmission color has been desired.
The present invention has been made in view of the situation of the above-described conventional technology, and has an object to provide a light-transmitting hard coat film for a touch panel which has a high total light transmittance and can generate a blue transmission color. .
