V0=V0s(1−EXP(−T1/C・R1)) …(1)
RL=−R1−T2/C・ln(1−(VCP+VCN)/V0s) …(2)

The present invention relates to an insulation detection device for an ungrounded power supply, and more particularly to an insulation detection device suitable for an ungrounded DC power supply mounted on a vehicle that uses electric propulsion.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The insulation detection device of the ungrounded power supply is connected to the positive and negative terminals of the ungrounded DC power supply, and is insulated from the ground potential part by the insulation resistance to the ground potential part of the main circuit wiring on the positive and negative sides, that is, the ground fault resistance. [0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the insulation detection device as described above, if the calculated value of the ground fault resistance is a value indicating insulation failure, the abnormality is notified by lighting of a lamp, an alarm sound, or the like. In addition, the value of the ground fault resistance is calculated based on the voltage between both terminals of the capacitor and the power supply voltage. Even when an abnormality such as an abnormality occurs in the ground fault sensor unit, the ground fault resistance value indicates an abnormal value. For this reason, some insulation detection devices also detect and report occurrence of an abnormality other than insulation failure that affects the detection of insulation failure such as an abnormality in a power supply voltage, a ground fault sensor, or the like.
[0005]
However, such an insulation detection device can identify and notify the occurrence of insulation failure and the occurrence of an abnormality other than insulation failure that affects insulation failure. It is not possible to know the factor that occurred. For this reason, it may not be possible to appropriately cope with the occurrence of an abnormality, or unnecessary time may be required for the coping.
[0006]
An object of the present invention is to make it easy to specify a cause of an abnormality when the abnormality occurs.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
An insulation detection device according to the present invention includes a sensor unit for detecting a value of insulation resistance with respect to a ground potential portion of a DC power supply in which a wiring on a positive terminal side and a wire on a negative terminal side are insulated from a ground potential portion, and data obtained by the sensor unit. And a data transmission unit that transmits a signal, a sensor unit, a circuit that can connect a capacitor in series for a preset time between the power supply and the ground potential unit, a voltage of the power supply and the power supply and the ground potential unit, Calculating means for calculating an insulation resistance based on a voltage between both terminals of the capacitor when the capacitor is connected in series for a preset time between, and a data transmitting unit, as data, The above object is achieved by transmitting the calculated value of the insulation resistance, the voltage between both terminals of the capacitor used for the calculation of the insulation resistance, and the voltage of the power supply used for the calculation of the insulation resistance.
[0008]
Further, the circuit of the sensor unit includes a first switching unit that connects a capacitor in series between the power supply and the ground potential unit for a first set time shorter than a time when the capacitor is completely charged; A second switching means for connecting a capacitor in series between the positive terminal of the power supply and the ground potential for a second set time; a second switching means for connecting a capacitor in series between the ground potential and the negative terminal of the power supply; And a fourth switching means for connecting a voltage detecting means for detecting a voltage between both terminals of the capacitor after the first, second and third switching means are cut off. The arithmetic unit of the sensor unit estimates the power supply voltage of the power supply based on the voltage detected by the voltage detection unit after the first switching unit is cut off, and calculates the estimated power supply voltage and the second and third power supply voltages. Switch And calculating the insulation resistance of the power supply with respect to the ground potential portion based on the respective detection voltages of the detection means after the interruption of the power supply means, and the data transmission section uses the estimated power supply voltage and the power supply voltage as data as data. The configuration is such that the voltage detected by the voltage detecting means is transmitted.
[0009]
With such a configuration, the data transmission unit transmits the data of the power supply voltage and the voltage between both terminals of the capacitor used for the insulation resistance calculation together with the calculated insulation resistance value as data. Can be used to monitor the voltage of the power supply and the voltage between both terminals of the capacitor, which are used for each calculation of the value of the insulation resistance transmitted from the power supply. By monitoring the voltage of the power supply and the voltage between both terminals of the capacitor, if an abnormality such as insulation failure, power supply voltage abnormality, sensor part abnormality, etc. occurs, the power supply voltage or capacitor until the abnormality occurs The cause of the abnormality can be easily identified from the fluctuation of the voltage between both terminals.
[0010]
In addition, the sensor unit detects abnormalities in the power supply voltage and abnormalities in the sensor unit based on the power supply voltage used for calculating the insulation resistance and the voltage between both terminals of the capacitor, and detects abnormalities in the insulation state of the power supply based on the calculated insulation resistance value. The data transmission unit transmits a code corresponding to the state of the abnormality detected by the abnormality detection unit as data. This configuration is preferable because the code transmitted from the data transmission unit can easily identify the content of an abnormality such as insulation failure, power supply voltage abnormality, or sensor unit abnormality.
[0011]
Further, the first switching means includes a first switch section connected to a positive terminal of the power supply, and a second switch section connected to a negative terminal of the power supply, and the third switching means includes a second switch section. And a third switch unit connected in series to the first switch, and a second switching unit includes a first switch unit and a third switch unit connected in series to the second switch unit. And a fourth switch unit, wherein the fourth switching means includes a third switch unit and a fourth switch unit, between the first switch unit and the third switch unit, and a second switch unit. A first diode, a first resistor, and a capacitor that rectify in a direction from the positive side to the negative side are connected in series between the unit S2 and the fourth switch unit, and the first diode and the first diode are connected. Rectification in parallel to the resistor and in the opposite direction to this first diode A second diode and a second resistor are connected in series, the detection means is connected between the third switch section and the fourth switch section, and the detection section and the fourth switch section are grounded. It is configured to be grounded to the potential section.
[0012]
Further, the data transmission unit can also receive data, and receives, as data, a correction value for correcting the value of the voltage detected by the voltage detection unit, and the sensor unit receives the correction value received by the data transmission unit. And a calculating unit of the sensor unit corrects the value of the voltage detected by the voltage detecting unit based on the correction value stored in the storing unit. The voltage value of the power supply measured when a standard resistor having a resistance value necessary to make the power supply insulated between the power supply and the power supply voltage detected by the voltage detection means when the voltage value of the power supply was measured It is configured to be a value calculated based on the voltage value.
[0013]
The power supply further includes a voltage measuring device for measuring a voltage of the power supply, and a circuit of the sensor unit includes a first switching unit that connects a capacitor in series between the power supply and the ground potential unit for a first set time; Second switching means for connecting a capacitor in series between the positive terminal of the power supply and the ground potential for a second set time, and a second switching means for connecting a capacitor in series between the negative terminal of the power supply and the ground potential. Third switching means for connecting for a set time, and fourth switching means for connecting voltage detecting means for detecting a voltage between both terminals of the capacitor after the first, second and third switching means are cut off; The calculating means of the ground fault sensor unit estimates the power supply voltage of the power supply based on the voltage detected by the voltage detection means after the first switching means is cut off, and calculates the estimated power supply voltage and the second and third power supply voltages. 3 switching hands The insulation resistance of the power supply with respect to the ground potential portion is calculated based on each detection voltage of the detection means after the cutoff, and the correction value calculation section estimates the voltage measured by the voltmeter and the calculation means of the ground fault sensor section. The correction value is calculated based on the comparison with the power supply voltage, and the comparison between the value of the standard resistance and the value of the insulation resistance calculated by the calculating means of the ground fault sensor unit.
[0014]
With this configuration, the detection voltage of the sensor unit is corrected by the correction value using the correction value and used for calculating the insulation resistance. The reliability of the result of the state detection can be improved. Therefore, when an abnormality occurs, the cause of the abnormality can be easily specified, and the reliability in detecting the insulation state can be improved.

[0041]
As can be seen from FIG. 5, the degree of reduction of the measurement error varies depending on the setting of the V0 measurement time, that is, the first closing time T1, and when the first closing time T1 is t seconds, the error decreases as the ground fault resistance decreases. The error increases, but the error decreases as the ground fault resistance increases. When the first closing time T1 is 2t seconds, when the ground fault resistance is large, the error becomes larger than when the first closing time T1 is t seconds, but the error becomes smaller on average over the short-circuit resistance in each place. I have. Even when the first closing time T1 is 3 t seconds, the error is smaller on average across the short-circuit resistance, but the error is larger than when the first closing time T1 is 2 t seconds.
[0042]
Therefore, when setting the value of the ground fault resistance for determining insulation failure to be a relatively large value, the first closing time T1 is desirably set to t seconds, and the value of the ground fault resistance for determining insulation failure is set to t seconds. When the setting is set to a relatively small value, the first closing time T1 is preferably set to 2t seconds. As described above, it is preferable that the first closing time T1, that is, the first set time, is selected such that the measurement error becomes small around the value of the ground fault resistance for determining the insulation failure. For example, assuming that the value of the ground fault resistance for determining insulation failure is set to RΩ in FIG. 5, it is desirable to select 2t seconds as the first closing time T1.
