【発明が属する技術分野】
本発明は、カラーコーンに柵テープの中途部を支持するために使用される柵テープ用支持具及びこの柵テープ用支持具が固定されたカラーコーンに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、道路や工場等で作業をする場合に、通行人その他の関係者以外の者がその作業現場に侵入することを防止するため、この作業現場を囲むように、カラーコーンを随所に設置している場合が多い。しかし、こうしたカラーコーンの設置のみでは、十分な保安を確保することができず、最近では、複数のカラーコーンで囲まれた作業現場を、さらに柵テープにより囲むことがある。例えば、図５は、柵テープＴをカラーコーンＣの上端側に縛り付けたものであり、図６は、柵テープＴの端部にリングＬを固定し、このリングＬを上記カラーコーンＣの上端側に外嵌挿したものである。また、ここでは図示しないが、柵テープＴを粘着テープＮにより固定する方法もある。こうした方法によれば、一応柵テープＴをカラーコーンＣに支持させることができる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上述した図５に示す方法では、作業が面倒であり外観上も好ましいものではないばかりではなく、柵テープＴが捻られてしまうことから、該柵テープＴに、例えば、「きけん立ち入り禁止」等の文字が記載され或いは印刷されている場合には、第三者に正確に視認させることができない。また、図６に示す方法では、図５に示す方法と比較した場合、作業性は良好となるが、やはり、柵テープＴが捻られてしまい、該柵テープＴに文字が印刷等されている場合には、第三者に正確に視認させることができない。また、上述の図示しない粘着テープを使用する場合には、柵テープＴをカラーコーンＣに固定する作業は簡便となるが、再度柵テープＴをカラーコーンＣから取り外し、また、柵テープＴから粘着テープを取り外す作業は面倒であるとともに、該粘着テープの粘着剤により再度利用できるように綺麗に柵テープＴを巻回するなどして保管することができない。

そこで、本発明は、上述した従来の方法が有する課題を解決するために提案されたものであって、カラーコーンに対して柵テープを支持させる作業が極めて簡単になるとともに、支持された柵テープの正面を外側に向け該柵テープに文字が印刷等されている場合であっても、確実にその文字を第三者に視認させることができ、しかも、一度使用した柵テープを何度でも使用することができる柵テープ用支持具及びこの柵テープ用支持具が固定されたカラーコーンを提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記の課題を解決するために提案されたものであって、第１の発明（請求項１記載の発明）は、柵テープ用支持具に係るものであって、カラーコーンの上端側外周面に固定され、表面側には一方の接合部が形成されてなるとともに、柵テープの幅よりも長尺な長さを有してなる固定部材と、上記柵テープの幅よりも長尺な長さを有してなるとともに、裏面側には上記一方の接合部に上記柵テープの中途部を挟持した状態で接合される他方の接合部が形成されてなる操作部材と、を備え、上記操作部材は、上記固定部材に取外し可能とされてなることを特徴とするものである。

この第１の発明によれば、柵テープは、上記固定部材と操作部材とにより挟持された状態で支持されることから、柵テープが捻られることがなく、したがって、柵テープに文字等が印刷等されている場合であれば、確実にその文字を第三者に視認させることができる。また、こうした柵テープを支持させる作業は、単に操作部材を操作することにより、固定部材の正面に形成された一方の接合部と、操作部材の裏面に形成された他方の接合部とを接合させることにより完了することができることから、極めて簡単であり、しかも外観上も良好なものとなる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の一実施の形態に係る柵テープ用支持具が固定されたカラーコーンについて、図面を参照しながら詳細に説明する。

このカラーコーン１は、図１に示すように、上端側外周面に、柵テープ用支持具２が固定されている。上記カラーコーン１は、ポリエチレン樹脂により一体成形され略円錐状に成形された市販のものである。また、上記柵テープ用支持具２は、固定部材３と、この固定部材３の下端側に下端が固定されてなる操作部材４とから構成されている。

上記固定部材３は、柵テープＴの幅よりも長尺な長さを有する帯状に成形されてなるものであり、樹脂又は織布等の可撓性を有する素材が基材（符号は省略する。）とされ、この基材の表面側は、面ファスナーを構成する一方のファスナー部３ａとされている。また、この固定部材３の上端側及び中央には、それぞれ開口３ｂが形成されており、この固定部材３は、これらの開口３ｂに挿通されたネジ（スクリューネジ）５により固定されている。

したがって、上述した柵テープ用支持具２がそれぞれ固定されたカラーコーン１を、例えば、図４に示すように、４つ設置し、それぞれの柵テープ用支持具２により、柵テープＴの中途部を支持させることにより、該柵テープＴが捻られることもなく、外観上も極めて良好なものとなるばかりではなく、該柵テープＴの表面に印刷等された文字等を第三者に正確に視認させることができ、保安効果を向上させることができる。

特に、上述した柵テープ用支持具２では、固定部材３及び操作部材４は、何れも可撓性を有する素材からなるので、略円錐状の表面となされたカラーコーン１の外形に馴染み、さらに、固定部材３と操作部材４との接合操作及び取り外し操作は、何の器具をも用いる必要もなく極めて簡単且つ短時間に行うことができる。また、このように支持された柵テープＴは、中途部で捻られ或いは粘着テープにより接着されるものではないことから、巻回するなどして保管しておくことも可能となり、繰り返して使用することが可能となる。

なお、上記実施の形態においては、固定部材３がネジ５により固定されているものを図示しながら説明したが、カラーコーン１に固定部材３を固定する方法は、こうしたネジによる場合の外、接着剤により接着し、或いは図示しないベルト等を用いて固定しても良い。

【発明の効果】
上記実施の形態の説明からも明らかなように、第１の発明（請求項１記載の発明）によれば、柵テープは、上記固定部材と操作部材とにより挟持された状態で支持されることから、柵テープが捻られることがなく、したがって、柵テープに文字等が印刷等されている場合であれば、確実にその文字を第三者に視認させることができる。また、こうした柵テープを支持させる作業は、単に操作部材を操作することにより、固定部材の正面に形成された一方の接合部と、操作部材の裏面に形成された他方の接合部とを接合させることにより完了することができることから、極めて簡単であり、しかも外観上も良好なものとなる。
