Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a self-supporting bag, and more specifically, the upper and lower portions of the bag are formed in a gusset form, and the bottom is provided with self-supporting property, and the bag has a cylindrical three-dimensional structure as a whole. The present invention relates to a self-supporting bag that can be packaged compactly even if it is bulky, and that can easily open the upper part of the bag when taking out the contents.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a self-supporting bag in which the upper and lower parts of the bag are formed in a gusset form and the bag has a self-supporting and stable three-dimensional shape is mainly used as a substitute container for plastic bottles, glass bottles, metal cans, etc. It has been used for liquids such as pastes, and fluid contents such as powders and granules.
However, since the self-supporting bag as described above also has a three-dimensional structure with the gusset part also at the top, it is difficult to open the bag with a notch near the upper end portion of the bag as in a normal flat bag, because of the manufacturing and bag. It is also difficult from the structural point of view, especially when the content is a liquid material, it is necessary to form the outlet with a narrow width, for example, by extending the film of one pleat part of the upper gusset part to narrow the width. Or a method in which a spout made of a plastic molded body is attached to the upper end of one of the gusset portions of the upper gusset portion. For this reason, there is a drawback that the cost is high, such as an increase in the bag manufacturing process or the amount of film used.
[0003]
As a self-supporting bag provided with gusset parts at the upper and lower parts of the bag as described above and having a cylindrical three-dimensional structure so that the upper part of the self-supporting bag can be easily opened, for example, one of the upper gusset parts A self-supporting bag has been proposed in which a film is provided by extending the film on both sides of the pleated portion to provide a gripping portion, and a peelable (easy peeling) seal portion is provided at the base to impart easy-opening properties (for example, And
In addition, the film of one fold portion of the upper gusset portion is extended downward and overlaps the outer or inner side of the upper portion of the wall film, and the upper or lower portion of the overlapping area has a peeling property (easy peeling property). There has been proposed a self-supporting bag provided with a seal portion to impart easy-opening properties to the upper portion of the bag and provided with a grip portion (for example, see Patent Document 2).

[Patent Document 2]
WO 00/58174 pamphlet (pages 6 to 13, FIGS. 1 to 6)
[0005]
However, even with the self-supporting bag as described above, it is necessary to provide a grip for opening at the top of the bag and to separately provide a strong seal portion and a peelable seal portion, so that the film configuration of the bag is complicated. In addition, there is a problem that the production cost is increased, for example, an extra film for providing a grip portion is required, and further, there is a problem that the peel strength of the peelable seal portion is likely to be unstable, which is not always satisfactory. Was not.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a bag having a cylindrical three-dimensional structure, having excellent self-sustainability, and being compact even with bulky contents. In addition, the amount of packaging material used can be reduced, so that it is economical, and when taking out the contents, the upper part of the bag is large and can be easily opened. Another object of the present invention is to provide a self-supporting bag with high productivity.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The above problem can be solved by the present invention described below.
That is, in the invention described in
[0008]
By adopting such a configuration, for example, one side of the bag can be opened as a filling port for the contents, and the contents can be easily filled from the opening and sealed by heat sealing.
The bag filled with the contents has a cylindrical body formed by the upper and lower gussets, and a flat top surface and a bottom surface are formed at the top and bottom, so that the bag is self-supporting and has a small capacity. In addition, it is possible to pack compactly and to stack bags, thereby reducing distribution costs, improving the display effect at stores, and reducing the display space.
[0009]
Then, when removing the contents, simply grab the cut tape that is heat-bonded to the inner surface of the laminated film in one of the gussets of the upper part of the bag, pull the end, and pull it outward, using scissors, etc. Without using a tool, the laminated film on the upper part of the bag can be easily cut off along the cut tape and opened.
Therefore, in terms of manufacturing cost, it is not necessary to use an extra laminated film of the bag only by adding the cut tape, and it is not necessary to provide a peelable (easy peeling) seal portion, so that the cost is further reduced. It is possible to easily produce a self-supporting bag that is stable and easy to open at a low cost.
[0010]
The invention according to claim 2 is characterized in that a spot-shaped non-seal portion is provided in a heat seal region near at least one end of a cut tape thermally bonded to an inner surface of the fold-shaped laminated film, and 2. The seal portion is provided with a transversely U-shaped cut line so as to cut the cut tape and a laminated film outside the cut tape, and a knob is provided at an end of the cut tape. Consisting of self-supporting bags.
[0011]
The method of providing the knob portion at the end of the cut tape is, for example, when cutting the cut tape thermally bonded to the inner surface of the laminated film together with the outer laminated film at the side of the bag in a horizontal U-shape, It is also possible to provide a knob by cutting such that a part of the character shape protrudes from the side of the bag and provide a non-seal portion near the inside of the protruding portion. However, in this method, the cutting tape itself is difficult to cut because the heat bonding position of the cut tape is the gusset part, and if the end of the cut tape is protruded from the side of the bag, the laminated film will be mistaken except when opening. Is not preferred because it may be torn.
[0012]
Therefore, by adopting the above configuration, in addition to the operation and effect of the invention described in
[0013]
The invention described in claim 3 is characterized in that the outer edges of the front and rear pleats of the upper and lower gussets are heat-sealed with a predetermined width. Consisting of self-supporting bags.
[0014]
By adopting such a configuration, in addition to the function and effect of the invention described in
Further, at the lower gusset portion, that is, at the bottom of the bag, the heat seal portion acts as a leg portion, so that the bag can be improved in its independence.
[0015]
The invention described in claim 4 is characterized in that the lower gusset portion is heat-sealed with a ship bottom-shaped seal pattern in which an inner central portion is lower and becomes higher toward both end portions. 3. The self-supporting bag according to any one of (1) to (3).
[0016]
The bottom shape seal pattern for heat sealing the lower gusset portion is not particularly limited as long as the shape is such that the inner central portion is lower and becomes higher toward both end portions, but a particularly preferred shape is that the inner side has an arc shape. Or a ship bottom-shaped seal pattern in which the inside rises straight from the bottom with a predetermined width to the outside with a slope on both sides.
[0017]
By adopting such a configuration, in addition to the functions and effects of the invention according to any one of
[0018]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention, such as a laminated film used for the self-supporting bag of the present invention and a method of manufacturing the self-supporting bag, will be described.
First, a laminated film used for the self-supporting bag of the present invention is mainly a laminated film mainly composed of plastic, but is not particularly limited, and any laminated film that can be made by heat sealing is used. It is possible to freely select and use a suitable material according to the use conditions such as the type of contents to be packaged and the presence or absence of a heat treatment after filling the contents.
[0019]
In addition, when it is desired to heat-seal both side edges of the front and rear gussets of the upper and lower gussets in the same manner as the side of the bag, similarly to the bottom of a normal standing pouch, for example, When turning the laminated film on the front and bottom surfaces into separate pieces and feeding them back between the laminated films on the front and rear walls, supply cutouts such as spots at positions corresponding to the edges on both sides. By this, the front and rear folds can be heat-sealed and fixed respectively on the extension of the side seal portion of the bag, but as another method, a laminated film having both sides heat-sealed to the laminated film of the bag can be used. By using, without providing a cut-out portion such as the spot-like, and even when forming the upper and lower gusset portion by folding both sides of the one-piece laminated film, each The side edges of the rear pleats can be easily heat-sealed and fixed, thereby improving the form stability and appearance of the bag, as well as further improving the independence of the bag. .
[0020]
Examples of the configuration of the laminated film having heat sealability on both sides include, for example, the following configurations.
(1) (Outside) HSOPP film / adhesive / inorganic oxide deposited layer / PET film / inorganic oxide deposited layer / adhesive / LLDPE film
(2) (Outside) HSOPP film / adhesive / aluminum evaporated layer / PET film / adhesive / LLDPE film
(3) (Outside) HSOPP film / LDPE layer / Pure white roll paper / LDPE layer
In the above configuration, the HSOPP film refers to a biaxially oriented polypropylene film having heat sealing properties, for example, a product name Taiko FO, a product type FOH [single-sided heat sealing biaxially oriented polypropylene film manufactured by Nimura Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.] or the like. It can be used by bonding the heat-sealing surface to the outside. The PET film is a biaxially stretched polyethylene terephthalate film, the LLDPE is a linear (or linear) low-density polyethylene, and the LDPE is a low-density polyethylene.
[0021]
The inorganic oxide vapor-deposited layer and the aluminum vapor-deposited layer are provided for imparting gas barrier properties, and the inorganic oxide vapor-deposited layers are specifically silica, alumina, zinc oxide, tin oxide, magnesium oxide, and the like. Can be provided. Such an inorganic oxide vapor-deposited layer is formed on a substrate film by a PVD method such as a vacuum vapor deposition method, a sputtering method or an ion plating method, or a CVD method such as a plasma chemical vapor deposition method or a thermal chemical vapor deposition method. The thickness is suitably in the range of 100 to 1000 °.
Such an inorganic oxide vapor-deposited layer can impart gas barrier properties while maintaining transparency, and may be formed of a single layer or a plurality of layers. By forming with a plurality of layers, its gas barrier properties can be further improved.
[0022]
In addition to the above, a laminated film in which the outermost layer has no heat sealing property, that is, a laminated film in which a sealant layer is laminated on a normal innermost layer can also be used favorably, depending on the type of contents to be filled in the bag. Thus, a laminated film having a suitable configuration can be appropriately selected and used.
When the content is a snack food or the like, for example, a laminated film having a configuration shown in the following (4) to (7) can be used.
(4) (Outside) OPP film / adhesive / CPP film
(5) (Outside) OPP film or PET film, deposited layer of aluminum or inorganic oxide / adhesive / CPP film
(6) (Outside) OPP film / LDPE layer / Evaporated layer of aluminum or inorganic oxide / PET film / LDPE layer / CPP film
(7) (Outside) OPP film or PET film / adhesive / aluminum foil / adhesive / CPP film
In the above configuration, the innermost CPP film is a non-stretched polypropylene film and used as a sealant layer. In this case, the adhesive between the layers is a dry lamination adhesive such as a two-component curing type polyurethane adhesive because the lamination is performed by a dry lamination method.
The laminated film having the structure of (6) is obtained by extruding the laminated film by an extrusion lamination method (so-called sandwich lamination method). An LDPE layer is formed between the films on both sides by using LDPE instead of an adhesive. It is melt-extruded in a shape, pressed, cooled and laminated.
In the configuration of the laminated film of (4) to (7), a CPP film formed in advance on the innermost sealant layer is used, and the CPP film is bonded to the inner surface of the base material by a dry lamination method or an extrusion lamination method. However, polypropylene (PP) may be extrusion-coated on the inner surface of the base material and laminated as a CPP layer (unstretched polypropylene resin layer).
[0023]
When the content is relatively heavy, for example, a laminated film having the following constitutions (8) to (18) can be used.
(8) (Outside) ON film / adhesive / LLDPE film
(9) (Outside) ON film / adhesive / biaxially stretched HDPE film / adhesive / LLDPE film
(10) (Outside) ON film / adhesive / OPP film / adhesive / LLDPE film
(11) (Outside) ON film, aluminum or inorganic oxide deposited layer / adhesive / biaxially stretched HDPE film / adhesive / LLDPE film
(12) (Outside) ON film / adhesive / OPP film / adhesive / aluminum foil / adhesive / LLDPE film
(13) (Outside) ON film / anchor coat layer / co-extrusion coat layer (HDPE layer / LLDPE layer) (the sealant layer is an LLDPE layer)
(14) (Outside) PET film, aluminum or inorganic oxide deposited layer / adhesive / OPP film / adhesive / LLDPE film
(15) (Outside) PET film / adhesive / OPP film / adhesive / aluminum foil / adhesive / LLDPE film
(16) (Outside) PET film / adhesive / aluminum foil / adhesive / OPP film / adhesive / LLDPE film
(17) (Outside) PET film / adhesive / ON film / adhesive / aluminum foil / adhesive / LLDPE film
(18) (Outside) PET film / adhesive / EVOH film / adhesive / ON film / adhesive / LLDPE film
However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and various combinations of laminated films can be used.
[0024]
In the above configuration, the ON film indicates a biaxially stretched nylon film, the HDPE indicates a high-density polyethylene, and the EVOH film indicates a saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer film.
The anchor coat layer is a kind of primer coat which is previously coated on the substrate film side in order to improve adhesiveness when laminating a resin by an extrusion coating method.
[0025]
In the configuration of the laminated film, when the ON film and the PET film are used for the outermost layer, they are used for imparting mechanical strength and heat resistance to the bag as a base film, printability, etc., and when used for the intermediate layer. Is mainly used to reinforce mechanical strength.
When a biaxially stretched HDPE film or an OPP film is used for the intermediate layer, the thickness of the laminated film can be increased, its rigidity and mechanical strength can be increased, and the water vapor permeability can be reduced.
[0026]
Aluminum foil, EVOH film, etc. are laminated mainly to impart gas barrier properties, similarly to the above-mentioned vapor-deposited layer of aluminum or inorganic oxide, and in addition to these, a coating layer of polyvinylidene chloride Alternatively, a gas barrier material such as a polyacrylonitrile film can be laminated.
[0027]
As the innermost sealant layer, three examples of LLDPE, LDPE, and CPP are given in the configuration of the laminated film described in the above (1) to (18). CPP is excellent in heat resistance, low odor, and scratch resistance, and is suitable for packaging of contents that require these properties. I have.
[0028]
In addition to the above, depending on the content to be filled, the sealant layer includes an ethylene / α-olefin copolymer, an ethylene / vinyl acetate copolymer, an ethylene / acrylic acid copolymer, an ethylene / acrylic ester copolymer, An ionomer, a polyester resin, and the like can also be appropriately selected and used.
[0029]
In particular, ethylene-α-olefin copolymers polymerized using a single-site catalyst such as a metallocene catalyst have a narrow molecular weight distribution and a stable copolymerization ratio, so that low-temperature heat sealing and hot Excellent in sealability, such as the self-supporting bag of the present invention, such as between the upper and lower gussets and the sealing portion of the body, such as in the sealant layer of the bag with a step due to the difference in film overlap in the heat seal portion. Is suitable because it can prevent the occurrence of pinholes due to missing seals.
Further, by using the copolymer blended with an olefin-based elastomer, the heat fluidity of the sealant layer is improved, and the occurrence of pinholes due to the step or the like can be more effectively prevented.
[0030]
The content to be filled in the self-supporting bag of the present invention is not limited to solids, and may be any food such as granular, powdery, or non-food, but includes, for example, easily oxidizable contents such as edible oil. In this case, an ultraviolet absorber can be kneaded into any one or a plurality of layers of the laminated film. Further, an ultraviolet absorbing agent may be mixed with a resin, and the ultraviolet absorbing layer may be provided by a coating method.
One or two or more compounds selected from the following can be used as the ultraviolet absorber.
In organic system, benzophenone system, benzoarizol system, salicylic acid system, organic nickel system, acrylonitrile system, monobenzoic acid system, oxalic acid anilide system, cyanoacrylate system, triazo system ultraviolet absorber, and inorganic system, titanium , Zinc, cerium and the like can be used.
[0031]
In addition, the cut tape attached to the self-supporting bag of the present invention is attached to the inner surface of the laminated film as described above, that is, is attached by heat bonding to the sealant layer surface, and has excellent mechanical strength such as tensile strength and heat bonding. In such a case, heat resistance and thermal adhesion to the sealant layer of the laminated film are required.
Therefore, based on a biaxially stretched polyethylene terephthalate film or a biaxially stretched nylon film having excellent mechanical strength and heat resistance, a heat-sealing layer corresponding to the sealant layer of the laminated film of the bag is provided on both surfaces or on one surface. It is preferable to make it with a laminated film provided with an adhesive resin layer. Although the thickness of the cut tape is not particularly limited, a range of 12 to 50 μm is appropriate.
[0032]
Next, a method for manufacturing the self-supporting bag of the present invention, which is manufactured using the above-described laminated film and cut tape, will be described.
Since the self-supporting bag of the present invention is provided with gussets on the upper and lower sides of the bag, the bag is preferably made in a side-by-side system, that is, in a form in which the bags are connected side by side. The bag can be made.
One method is to use a gusset bag making machine or a vertical pillow wrapping machine to make a bag from a roll-shaped one-piece laminated film. If a folding device that provides a gusset part, or a square former is attached, and furthermore, a reinforcing seal part is provided at the front end of the gusset part before and after the gusset part on both sides, the heat sealing device is added, When the lower gusset is heat-sealed with a bottom-type seal pattern, a bottom-type heat-sealing device is added to this portion, and one fold of the upper gusset along the flow direction of the laminated film of the bag. A thermal bonding device that thermally bonds the cut tape to the inner surface of the cut portion, and a punching device that forms a knob by forming a cut line near the end of the bag of the cut tape By, it can be easily manufactured bags.
In particular, when the vertical pillow packaging machine as described above is used, the filling and sealing of the contents can be performed in-line with the bag making, and the work of bag making and packaging can be made more efficient.
[0033]
Another method is to use a standing pouch bag making machine, for example, a method in which the laminated film of the front and rear wall surfaces and the folded portion of the upper and lower gusset portions is made from the divided four-piece laminated film. For example, an upper and lower gusset portion is formed using a bottom forming section on both sides by using a bag making machine for two-row butt bag making for one-row bag making.
In this case, the seal pattern for heat-sealing the upper gusset portion of the bag is changed to a seal pattern for a reinforcing seal portion for heat-sealing the upper edge portion with a predetermined width, and in the flow direction of the laminated film of the bag. Along the way, a thermal bonding device for thermally bonding a cut tape to the inner surface of, for example, a wall film of one of the gusset portions of the upper gusset portion, and a cut line provided near the end of the bag of the cut tape to form a knob portion By adding a punching device or the like, the bag can be easily manufactured.
According to this method, since the front and rear wall surfaces and the folded portions of the upper and lower gusset parts, that is, the top and bottom laminated films are separate pieces, for example, the top and bottom laminated films can be slightly thinned. By changing to a configuration having flexibility, it is possible to improve the workability of the bag making, the suitability for heat sealing, and the cost merit.
