本発明は、書類などを収納するためのクリアファイルのような、特に、書類の取り出しに便利なファイルに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
一般に、この種のファイルとしては、例えば図４に示すように、比較的厚手の表（おもて）表紙１６、裏表紙１７及び背表紙１８からなる表紙部１９と、該表紙部の中に上部一辺だけが開放した透明袋状の複数枚のオレフィン系樹脂フィルム（例えば、ポリプロピレンフィルム）製ポケット部２０を綴じ込んで構成したクリアファイルが広く知られている。該ポケット部２０内に書類２１が差し込まれる。ポケット部２０の綴じ込み手段としては、表紙部を広げた状態でこれに対応した大きさの上部だけが開口した透明袋状のポケット部２０用紙を複数枚重ねてその中央部を表紙部の背表紙に超音波溶着２２する方法が一般的である。

このようなクリアファイルに代表されるファイルにおいては、それぞれのポケット部に直接書類を差し込むか、もしくは一つのポケット部に薄紙状の中紙（台紙）が入れ、この中紙を挟んで両側に書類を差し込むようにしている。一旦差し込んだ書類を取り出す場合には、ポケット部の上部開口を広げてから指を差し入れて書類をつまみ出す形となる。ポケット部は腰の弱いフィルム状であるため、フィルムの間もしくはフィルムと中紙の間に指を入れて書類を取り出すのは、そう簡単なことではない。雑な取り出し作業をすると、フィルムや中紙を破損したり、或いは書類自体も破損したり、しわになったりするおそれがある。従って、より簡単かつ容易に書類を取り出すことができるファイルの開発が要望されていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、このような点に鑑みなされたもので、フィルム（もしくはシート）状ポケット部からの書類の取り出しが容易かつ円滑に行うことができ、また、必要に応じて表紙の裏面に設けた名刺及びメモ用紙入れの取り出しや、背見出しの交換も簡単に行うことが可能なファイルを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の要旨は次の通りである。
（１）表表紙、裏表紙及び背表紙からなる表紙部と、背表紙位置で固定もしくは取外し可能に装着される上端を開放した袋状の複数枚のポケット部とから構成されるファイルにおいて、前記ポケット部の上縁から全高さの約１／３以内の範囲でかつ幅方向の中央位置に、指の入る大きさの縦長穴をポケット部表裏面に形成したことを特徴とするファイル。
（２）縦長穴は、その上端とポケット部の上縁との間隔（距離）が２０ｍｍ以上で、長さが２０〜４５ｍｍ、幅が１２〜２０ｍｍの範囲であり、上下に円弧を有する穴であることを特徴とする（１）記載のファイル。
（３）表表紙の裏面に設けた名刺及び用紙差込用ポケットの適宜位置に、指の入る大きさの縦長穴を形成するとともに、背表紙の上縁に背見出し取替用の切込みを形成したことを特徴とする（１）又は（２）記載のファイル。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明を図面に示す実施の形態に基づいて説明する。
図１は、本発明に係るファイルの最も好ましい実施例を示すもので、表表紙２、裏表紙３及び背表紙４からなる表紙部１と、該表紙部１の中に上端を開放した透明袋状の複数枚のオレフィン系樹脂フィルム或いはシート（例えば、ポリプロピレンフィルム或いはシート）製ポケット部５を超音波溶着手段などにより固着して綴じ込んでなる基本的な構成は、従来と変わるところは無い。また、表表紙２の裏面に名刺やメモ用紙を入れるための透明ポケット６を設ける点も従来から知られている。なお、図１はポケット部５の全部を裏表紙３側に折り重ね、表表紙２の裏面側を開示した状態を示している。

本発明においては、まず、前記透明袋状の全てのポケット部５の表裏面における上縁から全高さの約１／３以内の範囲でかつ幅方向の中央位置に、指の入る大きさの縦長穴７を形成したことを特徴とする。この縦長穴７は、一つのポケット部５を構成する二枚のフィルム（シート）の同一位置に貫通して形成される。
また、図２に一つのポケット部５の詳細を示すが、ポケット部５に設ける縦長穴７の最適な位置としては、縦長穴７の上端とポケット部５の上縁との間隔（距離）Ｈが２０ｍｍ以上離れた位置で、長さＬが２０〜４５ｍｍ、幅Ｗが１２〜２０ｍｍの範囲であり、また、該縦長穴７の形状が上下に円弧を有するものであることが望ましい。特に、本発明では、間隔（距離）Ｈが２５〜３５ｍｍ、長さＬが２５〜３５ｍｍ、幅Ｗが１４〜１７ｍｍの範囲とすることが好適である。

ポケット部５の縦長穴７は、図３（ａ）に示す如く、親指をこの縦長穴７に入れて書類に直接接触してから矢印方向に親指を引くことで、ポケット部５に差し込んだ書類を取り出すものであるから、その位置やサイズはこの機能を支障なく果たすために規定したものである。従って、差し込んだ書類をバランス良く指で引き出すには、縦長穴７の位置は、少なくともポケット部５の上縁から全高さの約１／３以内の範囲でかつ幅方向の中央位置に設けることが必要である。加えて、図３（ａ）の如く親指を上方からこの縦長穴７に無理なく自然な形で入れるためには、間隔（距離）Ｈが２０ｍｍ以上（好適には２５〜３５ｍｍの範囲）が好ましい。この間隔Ｈが２０ｍｍ未満となると、指は入りやすいがこの間隔が狭すぎてこの部分で切れ易くなるおそれがある。

さらに、縦長穴７のサイズとしては、小さすぎても親指が入らずに書類に直接接触する部分が少なくなって書類の引き出しが困難となるため、通常人の親指が無理なく入るとともに充分な書類との接触面積を得ることができる長さＬと幅Ｗとする必要がある。この理由により、長さＬが２０〜４５ｍｍ、幅Ｗが１２〜２０ｍｍの範囲（好適にはＬが２５〜３５ｍｍ、Ｗが１４〜１７ｍｍ）とした。また、縦長穴７の形状を上下に円弧部を設けたものとしたのは、指を入れたときのおさまりの良さと、矩形状にしたときの角部での穴の破損のし易さを考慮したことによる。

なお、図２に示すように、本発明のファイルにおいては一つのポケット部５内には中紙（台紙）１２を予め入れておき、この中紙１２を挟んでポケット部５の表裏に書類を入れる使い方をすることが多い。この中紙１２として薄紙を使うが、該中紙１２の両面に碁盤目状に定間隔のドット１３を印刷しておけば、書類等の貼り付けや位置決めに便利である。勿論、中紙として薄紙を用いずに、適当な厚みの中紙を入れて書類などに折れ曲がりが生じないようにすることもできる。

次に、本発明では上記したポケット部５の縦長穴７に加えて、表表紙２の裏面の下部側に設けた名刺及び用紙差込用ポケット６の適宜位置にも、指の入る大きさの２個の縦長穴８及び９を形成するとともに、背表紙４の上縁に背見出し取替用の切込み１０を形成することが好ましい。図中の１１は、名刺入れ用のスリットである。
背表紙４に形成する背見出し取替用の切込み１０は、図３（ｂ）に示す如く、背表紙の見出しポケットに背見出し１４を指で掴んで出し入れするために設けたもので、背表紙４の上縁或いはその近傍に形成する。この切込み１０により背見出しは楽につまみ出せることから交換が容易となる。
また、表表紙２の裏面側に設けた名刺及び用紙差込用ポケット６に設ける名刺取出し用縦長穴８は、名刺差し込みスリット１１の直下の位置に形成するものであり、図３（ｃ）に示す如く、親指をこの穴８に入れて矢印方向に押し上げることにより、容易に名刺１５を取り出すことができる。
さらに、メモ用紙など取出し用の縦長穴９は、ポケット６に差し込まれた用紙類が簡単に取り出せるように、ポケット６の幅のほぼ中央部であればその位置は任意である。この穴９についても、人差し指もしくは親指を穴９に入れて用紙を押し上げることにより同様に容易に取り出すことができる。
これらの名刺及び用紙差込用ポケット６に設ける縦長穴８及び９のサイズや形状についても、上述したポケット部５に設けた縦長穴７と同様の理由で、上記と同一のサイズ及び形状を採用することが望ましい。

本発明に係るファイルは、種々のサイズ、例えばＡ４、Ａ５、Ｂ４、Ｂ５のファイルに適用し得る。なお、ファイルの大きさが変化しても、ポケット部に設ける縦長穴の位置やサイズ及び形状は特に変える必要はない。また、図示した例ではポケット部の綴じ込み方式として超音波溶着の場合を示したが、本発明はこれに限ることなく、背表紙に綴じ具を装着しておき、これに複数枚のポケット部用紙を取外し自在に綴じ込む、バインダー方式を採用することもできる。さらに、図示した実施例では書類差込用のポケット部及び名刺・メモ用紙差込用ポケットの材料として、透明のものを例として示したが、本発明ではこのような所謂クリアファイルに限ることなく、ポケット部もしくはポケットを半透明もしくは不透明の材料で構成することもできる。

【発明の効果】
以上説明した本発明に係るファイルによれば、次のような効果が期待できる。（ａ）ファイル内の書類入れ用の透明ポケット部に指を入れるための縦長穴がポケット部の表裏面に形成されているため、書類を容易かつ円滑に取り出すことができる。しかも、この縦長穴を適正な位置、サイズ及び形状を選択することで、より一層書類の取り出しをスムーズにする。
（ｂ）表表紙の裏面に設けた名刺及びメモ用紙入れポケットにも上記の同様な縦長穴を形成することで、名刺やメモ用紙の取り出しを容易とすることもできる。また、背表紙に切込みを設けることで背見出しの交換も簡単となる。
