Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a file, such as a clear file for storing documents, which is particularly convenient for taking out documents.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Generally, as shown in FIG. 4, for example, this type of file includes a cover part 19 including a relatively thick front cover 16, a back cover 17, and a back cover 18, and a cover part 19 in the cover part. A clear file in which a plurality of transparent bag-shaped olefin-based resin film (for example, polypropylene film) pocket portions 20 each having an open upper side only are bound is widely known. A document 21 is inserted into the pocket portion 20. As a means for binding the pocket portion 20, a plurality of sheets of the transparent bag-shaped pocket portion 20 having only the upper portion opened with a size corresponding to the cover portion are stacked in a state where the cover portion is spread, and the center portion is set as the spine of the cover portion. Generally, a method of ultrasonic welding 22 is used.
[0003]
In a file represented by such a clear file, a document is inserted directly into each pocket portion, or a thin sheet of paper (backing paper) is inserted into one pocket portion, and the documents are placed on both sides with the middle sheet therebetween. Is inserted. When taking out the document once inserted, the upper opening of the pocket portion is widened, and then a finger is inserted and the document is picked out. Since the pocket portion is in the form of a weak film, it is not so easy to insert a finger between the films or between the film and the middle paper to take out the document. When a rough removal operation is performed, there is a possibility that the film or the middle paper may be damaged, or the document itself may be damaged or wrinkled. Therefore, there has been a demand for the development of a file from which documents can be easily and easily taken out.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and can easily and smoothly take out a document from a film (or sheet) -like pocket portion. Also, the present invention is provided on the back surface of a cover as necessary. It is an object of the present invention to provide a file in which a business card and a memo paper compartment can be taken out and a spine can be easily exchanged.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The gist of the present invention is as follows.

(3) At the appropriate position of the business card and paper insertion pockets provided on the back side of the front cover, a vertically long hole for inserting a finger is formed, and a notch for replacing a spine is formed at the upper edge of the spine. The file according to (1) or (2), wherein
[0006]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on embodiments shown in the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a most preferred embodiment of a file according to the present invention, in which a cover part 1 comprising a front cover 2, a back cover 3 and a back cover 4, and a transparent bag having an open upper end in the cover part 1. The basic configuration in which a plurality of olefin-based resin films or sheets (for example, polypropylene films or sheets) made of a plurality of pocket portions 5 are fixed and bound by ultrasonic welding means or the like is the same as the conventional configuration. It is also conventionally known that a transparent pocket 6 for storing a business card or a memo paper is provided on the back surface of the front cover 2. FIG. 1 shows a state in which the entirety of the pocket portion 5 is folded on the back cover 3 and the back side of the cover 2 is disclosed.
[0007]
In the present invention, first of all, the transparent bag-shaped pocket portion 5 has a vertically long portion in which a finger can be inserted at a central position in the width direction within about 1/3 of the total height from the upper edge on the front and back surfaces. It is characterized in that a hole 7 is formed. The vertically long hole 7 is formed so as to penetrate at the same position of two films (sheets) constituting one pocket portion 5.
FIG. 2 shows the details of one pocket portion 5. The optimum position of the vertically long hole 7 provided in the pocket portion 5 is determined by the distance (distance) H between the upper end of the vertically long hole 7 and the upper edge of the pocket portion 5. 20 mm or more, the length L is in the range of 20 to 45 mm, the width W is in the range of 12 to 20 mm, and the shape of the elongated hole 7 is desirably one having a vertical arc. In particular, in the present invention, it is preferable that the interval (distance) H is 25 to 35 mm, the length L is 25 to 35 mm, and the width W is 14 to 17 mm.
[0008]
As shown in FIG. 3A, the vertical hole 7 of the pocket portion 5 is inserted into the pocket portion 5 by inserting a thumb into the vertical hole 7 and directly touching the document, and then pulling the thumb in the direction of the arrow. Therefore, its position and size are specified so as to perform this function without any trouble. Therefore, in order to pull out the inserted document with fingers in a well-balanced manner, the position of the vertically long hole 7 should be provided at least in the range of about 1/3 of the total height from the upper edge of the pocket portion 5 and at the center position in the width direction. is necessary. In addition, as shown in FIG. 3 (a), in order to insert the thumb into the elongated hole 7 from above in a natural manner, the interval (distance) H is preferably 20 mm or more (preferably in the range of 25 to 35 mm). . If the interval H is less than 20 mm, the finger can easily enter, but the interval is too small, and there is a possibility that the finger is easily cut at this portion.
[0009]
Further, as for the size of the vertically long hole 7, even if it is too small, the part that directly touches the document without the thumb enters becomes small and it becomes difficult to pull out the document. It is necessary to set the length L and the width W so as to obtain a contact area with the substrate. For this reason, the length L is in the range of 20 to 45 mm and the width W is in the range of 12 to 20 mm (preferably, L is 25 to 35 mm and W is 14 to 17 mm). In addition, the shape of the vertically long hole 7 is provided with an arc portion at the top and bottom, so that a good fit when a finger is inserted and a possibility of breakage of a hole at a corner portion when a rectangular shape are formed. Due to considerations.
[0010]
As shown in FIG. 2, in the file of the present invention, a middle paper (backing paper) 12 is put in advance in one pocket 5, and a document is placed on the front and back of the pocket 5 with the middle paper 12 interposed therebetween. Often used to put. Thin paper is used as the middle paper 12, but printing dots 13 at regular intervals in a grid pattern on both sides of the middle paper 12 is convenient for pasting and positioning of documents and the like. Of course, instead of using thin paper as the middle paper, it is also possible to insert a middle paper of an appropriate thickness so as to prevent bending of documents and the like.
[0011]
Next, in the present invention, in addition to the above-described vertically long hole 7 of the pocket portion 5, a finger-fitting size is also provided at an appropriate position of the business card and paper insertion pocket 6 provided on the lower side of the back surface of the cover 2. It is preferable to form two vertically long holes 8 and 9, and to form a notch 10 for spine replacement at the upper edge of the spine 4. Reference numeral 11 in the drawing denotes a business card slot.
As shown in FIG. 3B, a notch 10 for replacing a spine is formed in the spine 4 so that the spine 14 can be inserted into and taken out of the spine by inserting a spine 14 into a spine pocket. 4 or at the vicinity thereof. The cut 10 facilitates replacement because the spine can be easily picked up.
Further, a business card take-out vertical hole 8 provided in the business card and paper insertion pocket 6 provided on the back side of the front cover 2 is formed at a position directly below the business card insertion slit 11, and is shown in FIG. As shown, the business card 15 can be easily taken out by inserting a thumb into the hole 8 and pushing up in the direction of the arrow.
Furthermore, the position of the vertically long hole 9 for taking out memo paper or the like is arbitrary as long as it is substantially at the center of the width of the pocket 6 so that the papers inserted into the pocket 6 can be easily taken out. The hole 9 can also be easily removed by inserting the index finger or thumb into the hole 9 and pushing up the paper.
Regarding the size and shape of the vertical holes 8 and 9 provided in the business card and paper insertion pockets 6, the same size and shape as described above are employed for the same reason as the vertical holes 7 provided in the pocket portion 5 described above. It is desirable to do.
[0012]
The file according to the present invention can be applied to files of various sizes, for example, A4, A5, B4, B5. Even if the size of the file changes, the position, size and shape of the vertically long hole provided in the pocket need not be changed. In the illustrated example, the case of ultrasonic welding is shown as the binding method of the pocket portion. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and a binding device is attached to the spine and a plurality of pocket paper sheets are attached thereto. It is also possible to adopt a binder system, in which the binder is detachably attached. Further, in the illustrated embodiment, as the material of the pocket portion for inserting the document and the pocket for inserting the business card / memo paper, a transparent material is shown as an example, but the present invention is not limited to such a so-called clear file. The pocket or the pocket may be made of a translucent or opaque material.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
According to the file according to the present invention described above, the following effects can be expected. (A) Since a vertically long hole for inserting a finger into the transparent pocket portion for storing a document in the file is formed on the front and back surfaces of the pocket portion, the document can be easily and smoothly taken out. In addition, by selecting an appropriate position, size and shape of the elongated hole, the document can be more smoothly taken out.
(B) By forming the same vertically long hole in the business card and memo paper storage pocket provided on the back surface of the front cover, it is possible to easily remove the business card and the memo paper. In addition, by providing a cut in the spine, it becomes easy to change the spine.
