Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a rail joint or a slab board, in which a pair of rail ends opposed to each other in the longitudinal direction are joined by a joint plate fixed to a rail abdomen of the two rail ends. The present invention belongs to a technical field related to a rail elastic fastening device for elastically fastening.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Generally, a rail joint portion of a railway is formed by joining a pair of rail ends facing each other in a longitudinal direction by a joint plate fixed to a rail abdomen at both rail ends (for example, see Patent Document 1). 1). In this rail seam portion, two seam plates are provided on both sides of the rail abdomen so as to sandwich the rail abdomen in the rail width direction, continuously penetrate the two seam plates and the rail abdomen, and are provided in the rail length direction. It is fixed to the rail abdomen by a plurality of bolts arranged at intervals and nuts screwed to the bolts.
[0003]
On the other hand, as a conventional rail elastic fastening device, a rail (50N rail or 60 kg rail) is attached to an upper surface via a first fastener and to a sleeper or slab board via a second fastener. 2. Description of the Related Art There is known a device provided with a base plate and an elastic member interposed between the two plates (for example, see Patent Document 2). The first fastener comprises: a rail fastening bolt attached to a bolt attachment recess formed on an upper surface of two upright walls formed so as to stand upward at positions corresponding to both sides in the width direction of the rail on the upper surface of the tie plate; A nut screwed into the screw part of the fastening bolt, and a through hole through which the screw part is inserted. By inserting the screw part into this through hole and tightening the nut from above, the rail bottom part is lowered. And a leaf spring member that is configured to press the plate spring member.

[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-111702 [Patent Document 2]
Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 5-3302
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the above-mentioned conventional rail elastic fastening device is used for parts other than the rail joint, but is not used for the rail joint where a particularly large impact force acts when passing through the train. Uses an ordinary rail fastening device. This is because, at the rail joint, bolts and nuts for fixing the joint plate to the abdomen of the rail are present at predetermined intervals in the rail length direction, and the height of the joint plate fixing bolt and nut is This is because the position is at a height that interferes with the rail fastening bolt and nut of the first fastener and the leaf spring member. That is, even if the rail elastic fastening device is arranged at a different position in plan view with respect to the seam plate fixing bolt and nut, the rail is greatly expanded and contracted due to a temperature difference and the deflection of the iron bridge, so that the position of the rail seam portion is the rail. It may move as much as 30 to 50 cm with respect to the elastic fastening device, and the moving distance is considerably larger than the gap between the seam plate fixing bolt and the nut. It interferes with the first fastener of the fastening device.
[0006]
Therefore, the conventional rail elastic fastening device cannot be used for the rail joint because of the interference between the seam plate fixing bolt or nut and the first fastener of the rail elastic fastening device. However, there is a problem that the effect of reducing noise and vibration cannot be sufficiently obtained.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to improve the configuration of the rail elastic fastening device as described above to improve the first fastener and the rail joint portion. Without changing the configuration, it is possible to use it for the rail joint so that the effect of reducing noise and vibration can be sufficiently obtained.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, on the upper surfaces of both upright walls of the tie plate, step portions for lowering the height of the upper surfaces of the upright walls are formed, and on the upper surfaces of the respective step portions, A bolt mounting recess for mounting the head of the rail fastening bolt is formed, and a rail height adjusting plate is provided on the rail mounting portion on the upper surface of the tie plate.
[0009]
More specifically, according to the first aspect of the present invention, a pair of rail ends facing each other in the longitudinal direction are connected to each other by a seam plate fixed to a rail abdomen at each of the two rail ends. Rail elastic fastening device for elastically fastening a rail to a sleeper or slab board.
[0010]
A tie plate provided with a rail attachment portion on the upper surface, and a rail bottom portion at the rail joint portion attached to the rail attachment portion via a first fastener; and a tie plate disposed below the tie plate. A base plate attached to the sleeper or slab board via a second fastener, and an elastic member interposed between the tie plate and the base plate. On both sides in a direction perpendicular to the rail laying direction, upright walls that rise upward and extend in the rail laying direction are formed, respectively, and each of the upright walls is formed so that the height of the upper surface of the upright wall is reduced. A stepped portion, and a bolt mounting recess formed on the upper surface of the stepped portion so as to form a substantially inverted T-shape when viewed from a direction perpendicular to the rail laying direction, The first fastener includes a rail fastening bolt attached to each of the bolt attaching recesses such that a screw portion protrudes upward from an upper surface of the step portion, and is screwed to the thread portion of the rail fastening bolt. And a nut having a through hole through which the screw portion is inserted. By inserting the screw portion into the through hole and tightening the nut from above, a rail joint portion mounted on the rail mounting portion is formed. It is a leaf spring member configured to press the rail bottom downward, and a rail height adjusting plate is provided on the rail mounting portion on the upper surface of the tie plate.
[0011]
According to the above configuration, since the bolt mounting recesses of both upright walls are formed on the upper surface of the stepped portion, the leaf spring member of the first fastener and the tip of the screw portion of the rail fastening bolt are provided by the stepped difference of the stepped portion. Each height position of the nut screwed into the screw portion can be made lower than the seam plate fixing bolt and the nut. In addition, since the rail bottom is attached to the rail mounting portion on the upper surface of the tie plate via the rail height adjusting plate, the height positions of the joint plate fixing bolts and nuts are adjusted by the rail height adjusting plate. Can be higher for fasteners. As a result, a sufficient gap can be formed in the height direction between the first fastener and the seam plate fixing bolt and the nut. Does not interfere with the seam plate fixing bolts or nuts. Therefore, this rail elastic fastening device can be used for a rail joint, and the effect of reducing noise and vibration can be enhanced.
[0012]
Also, even if the height of the upper surface of the upright wall is lower due to the step portion, the height of the portion other than the step portion of the upright wall can be made to be approximately the same height as the conventional one, so that the rail width direction Movement can be reliably restricted.
[0013]
Further, the first fasteners and the rail joints are economical because they do not need to be changed in the conventional configuration. Further, this rail elastic fastening device can also be used at locations other than the rail joint.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the rail elastic fastening device of the present invention, the height of the upper surface of the upright wall is formed on both upper surfaces of the upright walls formed on both sides in the direction perpendicular to the rail laying direction of the rail mounting portion in the tie plate.
