Abstract
Description
【0001】
但し、Si(i=10,11・・・)はステップ番号を示す。
【0061】
【0099】

BACKGROUND OF THE
[0002]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, for cooling air in buildings such as buildings, a series of absorption cycles between an absorbing liquid (for example, lithium bromide aqueous solution) and a refrigerant (for example, water) is used to cool or warm water. May be used. The absorption cycle when supplying cold water from the absorption chiller / heater will be briefly described. First, in an evaporator maintained in a substantially vacuum state, the refrigerant circulates inside the building and removes heat from the returned water. And evaporate. The evaporated refrigerant is absorbed by the absorbing liquid in the absorber, and the absorbing liquid whose concentration is reduced by absorbing the refrigerant is heated by the low-temperature heat exchanger and the high-temperature heat exchanger, and a part of the refrigerant absorbed by the absorbing liquid is absorbed. Is separated from the absorbent as a refrigerant vapor in the low-temperature regenerator and the high-temperature regenerator. This refrigerant vapor is condensed by the condenser and then sent to the evaporator again.
[0003]
Here, in the high-temperature regenerator, it is necessary to provide a sufficient amount of heat to separate and evaporate the refrigerant from the absorption liquid in which a part of the refrigerant is separated and the concentration is slightly increased in the low-temperature regenerator. is there. For this purpose, a fuel such as city gas or the like may be simply burned by a burner to supply heat, but in recent years, a power generation unit equipped with a relatively small gas turbine, a gas engine, and the like has been replaced with an absorption chiller / heater. Proposed also is an absorption-type absorption chiller / heater that utilizes the exhaust heat of exhaust gas by using the high-temperature exhaust gas from the power generation unit to heat the absorbent using a high-temperature regenerator. Or is being put into practical use. Here, the power generated by the power generation unit is mainly used as power for various devices in the power generation unit and the absorption chiller / heater, such as a circulation pump for circulating cold or hot water in the building and a pump for circulating the absorption liquid. You.
[0004]
For example, the present applicant supplies exhaust gas from a gas turbine type power generation unit to a high-temperature regenerator, performs heat exchange between the exhaust gas and the absorbent in the high-temperature regenerator, and recovers sensible heat of the exhaust gas. (See, for example, Patent Document 1).
[0005]
[Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H11-304274 (
[0006]
However, when the fuel is simply burned by the burner to heat the absorbing liquid, the temperature of the combustion air sucked into the burner is equal to the outside air temperature, and the temperature of the combustion air during the combustion of the fuel by the burner is reduced. In order to raise the temperature of the combustion air, a part of the heat is consumed excessively, so that the heat efficiency is reduced accordingly. In addition, in the absorption chiller / heater described in
[0007]
For this purpose, it is conceivable to use the residual oxygen in the high-temperature exhaust gas to further reburn the fuel using a burner provided in the absorption-type chiller / heater, and to effectively use the residual oxygen in the exhaust gas. However, the load of cooling or heating for air conditioning required for the absorption type chiller / heater fluctuates greatly depending on the season, and even during the day, depending on the time of the day. If the load of the absorption chiller / heater is small, the exhaust gas (oxygen in the exhaust gas) may be excessively supplied to the fuel, and the burner flame may become unstable. May misfire. On the other hand, if a part of the exhaust gas of the power generation unit is radiated to the atmosphere, the heat possessed by the radiated exhaust gas cannot be used, and improvement in thermal efficiency cannot be expected.
An object of the present invention is to make effective use of residual oxygen in exhaust gas, to improve the heat efficiency by adjusting the exhaust gas flow rate according to the load state of a power generation unit or an absorption chiller / heater, and the like.
[0008]
According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a hybrid thermoelectric supply system, comprising: a power generation unit for generating electricity by burning gaseous or liquid fuel; and a high-temperature regenerator for separating a refrigerant from an absorbent. And a hybrid thermoelectric supply system comprising a control unit for controlling the operation of the power generation unit and the absorption chiller / heater, and configured to utilize at least a part of the exhaust gas of the power generation unit in the absorption chiller / heater. A burner is provided for reheating the fuel in order to heat the absorbent in the high-temperature regenerator of the absorption chiller / heater. The burner receives the fuel and the exhaust gas from the power generation unit, and the residual oxygen in the exhaust gas and the exhaust gas. The fuel is combusted by utilizing the retained heat of the fuel cell.
[0009]
This hybrid thermoelectric supply system generates necessary electric power in the system by a power generation unit, and supplies cold or hot water for air conditioning in a building by an absorption-type water heater using exhaust gas from the power generation unit.
The power generation unit has a generator and generator driving means such as a gas turbine, a gas engine, and a diesel engine that drives the generator by burning gaseous fuel such as city gas or liquid fuel such as light oil. On the other hand, the absorption type chiller / heater is an evaporator that cools the circulating water circulating in the building by evaporating the refrigerant, an absorber that absorbs the refrigerant vapor evaporated by the evaporator into the absorbent, and separates and recovers the refrigerant from the absorbent. It has a low-temperature regenerator and a high-temperature regenerator for
[0010]
In addition, after separating a part of the refrigerant in the low-temperature regenerator, further, in order to evaporate and recover the refrigerant from the absorbent in the high-temperature regenerator, it is necessary to give a sufficient amount of heat to the absorbent, There is also a burner for reburning fuel. Here, in many cases, 10% or more (% by weight, the same applies hereinafter) of oxygen remains in the exhaust gas of the power generation unit. Therefore, the fuel for reheating and the high-temperature exhaust gas from the power generation unit are supplied to the burner, and the fuel is burned using residual oxygen in the exhaust gas and heat retained in the exhaust gas. Therefore, unlike the case where the combustion air is supplied from the outside, no extra heat is consumed for heating the combustion air, and the residual unburned gas in the exhaust gas can be burned by the burner. Therefore, the combustion efficiency is improved.
[0011]
The hybrid thermoelectric supply system according to
[0012]
In the operation state of the hybrid thermoelectric supply system, in the absorption chiller / heater, a circulating pump for circulating cold or hot water for air conditioning, an absorbing liquid pump for circulating the absorbing liquid, a refrigerant pump for circulating the refrigerant, Although power to drive various auxiliary equipment is required, the power generation unit generates almost the same amount of power as the power required for these absorption chillers and hot water. Receiving power from the grid can be suppressed as much as possible, and on the other hand, there is no need to transmit power to the outside of the system without generating excess power, so that the configuration of the power grid can be simplified.
[0013]
Here, when the load of the absorption chiller / heater is small and electric power is generated in excess, the number of revolutions of the generator is reduced or the amount of fuel supplied to the power generation unit is controlled. Thus, the power generation amount may be adjusted, or the power generation amount may be stored in a storage battery or the like. Conversely, when sufficient power generation cannot be ensured, for example, when the absorption chiller / heater is started / stopped, the number of rotations of the power generation unit and the associated equipment of the absorption chiller / heater is controlled, so that the entire system can be used. This can be handled by reducing the power.
[0014]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided the hybrid thermoelectric supply system according to the first or second aspect of the present invention, further comprising a storage battery that can be charged with electric power supplied from an external electric power system, wherein the absorption-type water heater / heater has a part of the required electric power. Is supplied from an external power system or a storage battery.
[0015]
The power generated by the power generation unit is supplied to the absorption chiller / heater, but the amount of power generated by the power generation unit falls below the required power of the absorption chiller / heater due to load fluctuation of the absorption chiller / heater. Will run out of power. In such a state, the insufficient power can be supplied from an external power system or from a storage battery that has been charged in advance with power from the external power system.
[0016]
The hybrid thermoelectric supply system according to
[0017]
If the required power of the absorption chiller / heater exceeds the amount of power generated by the power generation unit due to load fluctuations in the absorption chiller / heater, the power supplied to the absorption chiller / heater will be insufficient. Power is supplied from the storage battery to the absorption chiller / heater only for the shortage. If the storage battery continues to supply power to the absorption chiller / heater, the amount of power stored in the storage battery will decrease, in which case the external power system will supply power to the absorption chiller / heater At the same time, the storage battery is charged with power supplied from an external power system.
[0018]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the hybrid thermoelectric supply system according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, the power generation unit is a gas turbine type power generation unit that drives a generator with a gas turbine using gaseous fuel. Is what you do. Since a relatively large amount (eg, 18%) of oxygen remains in the exhaust gas of this gas turbine type power generation unit, sufficient oxygen for reburning the fuel gas can be supplied to the burner together with the exhaust gas. .
[0019]
A hybrid thermoelectric supply system according to a sixth aspect is characterized in that, in the invention according to the fifth aspect, the entire amount of exhaust gas from the power generation unit is supplied to a burner. Therefore, all of the high-temperature exhaust gas can be effectively utilized in the absorption-type hot / cold water heater without dissipating into the atmosphere.
[0020]
A hybrid thermoelectric supply system according to a seventh aspect is characterized in that, in the invention according to the fifth or sixth aspect, an exhaust heat recovery regenerator for recovering a part of the heat retained in the exhaust gas of the gas turbine type power generation unit is provided. Things. Therefore, the power generation efficiency can be increased by preheating the combustion air of the gas turbine with a part of the exhaust gas of the power generation unit in the exhaust heat recovery regenerator. Also, by collecting part of the exhaust heat of the exhaust gas, the temperature of the exhaust gas supplied to the absorption chiller / heater is reduced. Therefore, since the retained heat of the exhaust gas supplied to the absorption chiller / heater is reduced, it is not necessary to discharge the exhaust gas to the atmosphere even when the load of the absorption chiller / heater is small.
[0021]
An eighth aspect of the present invention provides the hybrid thermoelectric supply system according to any one of the fifth to seventh aspects, wherein the exhaust gas flow rate adjusting means capable of adjusting the flow rate of the exhaust gas supplied to the burner and the flow rate of the exhaust gas supplied to the burner are detected. Exhaust gas flow rate detection means is provided. The exhaust gas flow rate adjusting means has a configuration in which the flow rate of the exhaust gas is adjusted by controlling the rotation speed of the gas turbine and changing the intake amount of the combustion air based on a command from the control device. Includes directly adjustable exhaust dampers and the like. The exhaust gas flow rate detecting means may be configured to calculate and obtain the exhaust gas flow rate from measured values such as the number of revolutions of the gas turbine, the flow rate of the fuel gas, and the pressure of the combustor.
[0022]
When the load of the absorption chiller / heater fluctuates, the amount of fuel gas refired by the burner is adjusted by a flow control valve or the like. At this time, if the entire amount of exhaust gas from the power generation unit is supplied to the burner, if the flow rate of the fuel gas for reheating is small, excess oxygen may be supplied to the burner, and the flame of the burner may not be fired. There is also a risk of becoming stable or, in some cases, misfiring. Therefore, while detecting the flow rate of the exhaust gas supplied to the burner by the exhaust gas flow rate detecting means, the flow rate of the exhaust gas supplied to the burner is adjusted by the exhaust gas flow rate adjusting means as needed.
[0023]
A ninth aspect of the present invention provides the hybrid thermoelectric supply system according to the eighth aspect, wherein the exhaust gas flow rate adjusting means adjusts the exhaust gas flow rate by changing the rotation speed of the gas turbine. Therefore, even when the load of the absorption chiller / heater fluctuates, an appropriate amount of exhaust gas can be supplied to the burner by adjusting the exhaust gas flow rate by changing the rotation speed of the gas turbine by the exhaust gas flow rate adjusting means. The fuel can be stably burned by the burner.
[0024]
In a tenth aspect of the present invention, in the ninth aspect, the exhaust gas flow rate detecting means is based on the number of revolutions of the gas turbine, the fuel flow rate supplied to the gas turbine, and the pressure in the combustor of the gas turbine. To detect the flow rate of the exhaust gas. As described above, by detecting the exhaust gas flow rate based on the rotation speed of the gas turbine, the flow rate of the fuel supplied to the gas turbine, and the pressure in the combustor of the gas turbine, the exhaust gas flow rate adjusting means can adjust the exhaust gas flow rate to an appropriate amount. Can be adjusted.
[0025]
An eleventh aspect of the present invention provides the hybrid thermoelectric supply system according to the eighth aspect, wherein the exhaust gas flow rate adjusting means adjusts the exhaust gas flow rate by changing the intake flow rate of the gas turbine. Therefore, even when the load of the absorption type chiller / heater fluctuates, an appropriate amount of exhaust gas can be supplied to the burner by adjusting the exhaust gas flow rate by changing the intake flow rate of the gas turbine by the exhaust gas flow rate adjusting means. The fuel can be stably burned by the burner. Here, as a configuration for changing the intake flow rate of the gas turbine, a configuration for changing the number of revolutions of the gas turbine or an intake flow rate adjusting means such as an intake damper is provided in a compressor of the gas turbine, and compression is performed by the intake flow rate adjusting means. A configuration that directly adjusts the flow rate of intake air sucked into the machine may be considered.
[0026]
According to a twelfth aspect of the present invention, in the eleventh aspect of the present invention, the exhaust gas flow rate detecting means is configured to detect an exhaust gas flow rate based on an intake flow rate of the gas turbine, a rotation speed of the gas turbine, and a fuel flow rate supplied to the gas turbine. Is detected. As described above, by detecting the exhaust gas flow rate based on the intake flow rate of the gas turbine, the rotation speed of the gas turbine, and the fuel flow rate supplied to the gas turbine, the exhaust gas flow rate adjusting means adjusts the exhaust gas flow rate to an appropriate amount. Will be able to do it.
[0027]
According to a thirteenth aspect, in the hybrid thermoelectric supply system according to any one of the eighth to twelfth aspects, the control device is configured to control an exhaust gas flow rate based on a load of the absorption chiller / heater and an exhaust gas flow rate detected by the exhaust gas flow rate detecting means. It is characterized by controlling the adjusting means. When the residual oxygen in the fuel gas and the exhaust gas is supplied to the burner at a ratio out of the predetermined range with respect to the amount of the fuel gas adjusted in response to the load fluctuation of the absorption chiller / heater. The controller controls the exhaust gas flow rate adjusting means so that oxygen is supplied at an appropriate ratio. Here, the residual oxygen concentration in the exhaust gas is 2 If the measurement is performed by a concentration meter or the like, it becomes possible to control the flow rate of the exhaust gas more accurately so that the ratio of the fuel gas to the oxygen in the exhaust gas becomes an appropriate value.
[0028]
In the hybrid thermoelectric supply system according to
[0029]
According to a fifteenth aspect of the present invention, in the invention of the eighth to fourteenth aspects, the exhaust gas flow rate adjusting means is configured such that a ratio of fuel supplied to the burner to oxygen in exhaust gas also supplied to the burner is a predetermined ratio. When outside the range, the exhaust gas flow rate is adjusted. Therefore, the reburning fuel can be burned at an appropriate ratio in the burner, so that there is no need to dissipate the exhaust gas to the atmosphere, so that the thermal efficiency can be greatly improved, and the oxygen in the exhaust gas is excessively supplied to the burner. It is also possible to prevent the burner flame from becoming unstable and causing oscillating combustion or misfiring.

[0087]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the fuel for reheating and the high-temperature exhaust gas from the power generation unit are supplied to the burner, and the residual oxygen in the exhaust gas and the retained heat of the exhaust gas are used to make use of the fuel. The gas can be burned. In other words, as in the case of supplying combustion air from the outside, there is no need for extra heat to heat the combustion air, and the residual unburned gas in the exhaust gas is also burned by the burner. And the total amount of exhaust gas can be suppressed.
[0088]
According to the invention of
[0089]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, when the power generation amount of the power generation unit falls below the required power of the absorption chiller / heater due to a load change of the absorption chiller / heater, the shortage power is transferred from the external power system. It can be supplied from a storage battery that has been previously charged with power from an external power system.
[0090]
According to the fourth aspect of the invention, when the required power of the absorption chiller / heater exceeds the amount of power generated by the power generation unit due to load fluctuation of the absorption chiller / heater, the shortage of power is transferred from the storage battery to the absorption chiller / heater. Power can be supplied to the water machine. Further, the storage battery continues to supply power to the absorption chiller / heater, and when the amount of power stored in the storage battery decreases to a predetermined amount or less, power is supplied from an external power system to the absorption chiller / heater, At the same time, the storage battery can be charged with power supplied from an external power system.
[0091]
According to the invention of claim 5, since the power generation unit is a gas turbine type power generation unit that drives a generator with a gas turbine using gaseous fuel, exhaust gas of the gas turbine type power generation unit in which a large amount of oxygen remains is burned into a burner. The fuel gas can be supplied and burned with a burner with sufficient oxygen.
According to the invention of claim 6, since the entire amount of the exhaust gas of the power generation unit is configured to be supplied to the burner, all of the high-temperature exhaust gas can be effectively utilized in the absorption type chiller / heater without dissipating to the atmosphere. , Greatly improve thermal efficiency.
[0092]
According to the invention of claim 7, the hybrid heat and power supply system is provided with an exhaust heat recovery regenerator for recovering a part of the heat retained in the exhaust gas of the gas turbine type power generation unit. The combustion air of the gas turbine is heated in advance by a part of the exhaust gas of the power generation unit, so that the power generation efficiency can be increased. Also, by collecting part of the exhaust heat of the exhaust gas, the temperature of the exhaust gas supplied to the absorption chiller / heater is reduced. Therefore, the heat retained in the exhaust gas given to the absorption chiller / heater is reduced, so that even when the load of the absorption chiller / heater is small, it is not necessary to discharge the exhaust gas to the atmosphere.
[0093]
According to the invention of claim 8, the hybrid thermoelectric supply system is provided with exhaust gas flow rate adjusting means capable of adjusting the flow rate of exhaust gas supplied to the burner, and exhaust gas flow rate detecting means detecting the flow rate of exhaust gas supplied to the burner. Therefore, when the load of the absorption chiller / heater is fluctuated and the amount of fuel gas refired by the burner is adjusted, while detecting the flow rate of the exhaust gas supplied to the burner by the exhaust gas flow rate detecting means, the fuel gas and the exhaust gas If necessary, the flow rate of the exhaust gas supplied to the burner can be adjusted by the exhaust gas flow rate adjusting means so that the oxygen of the gas has an appropriate ratio.
[0094]
According to the ninth aspect of the present invention, even when the load of the absorption chiller / heater is fluctuated, the exhaust gas flow rate adjusting means adjusts the exhaust gas flow rate by changing the rotation speed of the gas turbine, so that an appropriate amount of exhaust gas can be obtained. The fuel can be supplied to the burner, and the fuel can be stably burned by the burner.
[0095]
According to the tenth aspect, the exhaust gas flow rate detecting means can detect the exhaust gas flow rate based on the rotation speed of the gas turbine, the fuel flow rate supplied to the gas turbine, and the pressure in the combustor of the gas turbine. Therefore, the exhaust gas flow rate adjusting means can adjust the exhaust gas flow rate to an appropriate amount.
[0096]
According to the invention of
[0097]
According to the twelfth aspect of the present invention, the exhaust gas flow rate detection means can detect the exhaust gas flow rate based on the intake flow rate of the gas turbine, the rotation speed of the gas turbine, and the fuel flow rate supplied to the gas turbine. The flow rate adjusting means can adjust the exhaust gas flow rate to an appropriate amount.
[0098]
According to the thirteenth aspect, the control device controls the exhaust gas flow rate adjusting means based on the load of the absorption chiller / heater and the exhaust gas flow rate detected by the exhaust gas flow rate detecting means. By controlling the exhaust gas flow rate by controlling the amount of fuel gas, oxygen can be supplied at an appropriate ratio even when the amount of fuel gas is adjusted in response to the load fluctuation of the absorption chiller / heater. It is possible to prevent the flame from becoming unstable and causing oscillating combustion or misfiring.
[0099]
According to the invention of
[0100]
According to the fifteenth aspect of the present invention, the exhaust gas flow rate adjusting means is configured to control the flow rate of the exhaust gas when the ratio between the fuel supplied to the burner and the oxygen in the exhaust gas also supplied to the burner is out of a predetermined range. Since the reburning fuel can be burned at an appropriate ratio in the burner, there is no need to disperse the exhaust gas to the atmosphere, greatly improving thermal efficiency, and the excess oxygen in the exhaust gas to the burner. Without being supplied to the burner, it is possible to prevent the flame of the burner from becoming unstable and causing oscillating combustion or misfiring.
[0101]
According to the sixteenth aspect, the control device adjusts the fuel flow supplied to the burner based on the load of the absorption chiller / heater, the amount of power generated by the power generation unit, and the fuel flow supplied to the gas turbine. Therefore, after obtaining the heat possessed by the exhaust gas supplied to the burner from the fuel flow supplied to the gas turbine and the amount of power generated by the power generation unit, it is equivalent to the amount of heat that the retained heat of the exhaust gas alone lacks in the absorption chiller / heater. An appropriate amount of fuel for reheating can be supplied to the burner.
[0102]
According to the invention of
According to the eighteenth aspect of the invention, the burner of the absorption chiller / heater is connected to the gas turbine type power generation unit to form an integrated unit, so that the entire hybrid thermoelectric supply system can be made compact. In addition, the connecting portion between the burner and the gas turbine type power generation unit is shortened, and the heat loss of the exhaust gas of the gas turbine type power generation unit to the outside can be suppressed as much as possible.
