Abstract
Description
【0001】

【0031】
<1.構成>
【0048】
フィルムの材質としては、CPP(無延伸ポリプロピレンフィルム)、OPP(二軸延伸ポリプロピレンフィルム)、PET(ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム)、VMPET(アルミ蒸着ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム)およびPE(ポリエチレンフィルム)等が用いられる。
【0095】
<4.動作>
【0101】
<5.変形例>

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a technique for using a packaging material roll wound with a band-shaped packaging material used for packaging a product.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. The horizontal pillow-type bag making and packaging machine prepares a pillow-shaped bag in a horizontal (horizontal) direction using a film, puts a packaged object supplied from the horizontal direction into the bag, and adheres the seal of the bag. This is a device for packaging the items to be packaged. On the other hand, a vertical pillow-type bag making and packaging machine prepares a pillow-shaped bag in a vertical (vertical) direction using a film, and puts an object to be packed supplied from the vertical direction using gravity into the bag. This is a device for packaging an article to be packaged by bonding the seal of the bag. Any of these devices can be used for packaging objects to be mass-produced, since the objects to be packaged can be successively packaged temporally.
[0003]
As the film roll used in the bag making and packaging machine, a roll having a different material, size, printed content (design), etc., is used in accordance with an article to be packaged. For this reason, a wide variety of types of film rolls are used in bag making and packaging machines. On the other hand, if the packaging conditions such as film transport conditions and seal bonding conditions in the bag making and packaging machine do not conform to the material, size, print content, etc. of the film roll used, Such as meandering conveyance and poor adhesion of the seal. For this reason, in the bag making and packaging machine, it is necessary to appropriately set various packaging conditions in accordance with the type of the film roll to be used.
