Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a heat exchanger in which two types of heat exchangers are integrated, and is suitable and effective for a hybrid vehicle or the like that runs by combining an internal combustion engine and an electric motor.
[0002]
Problems to be solved by the prior art and the invention
In a hybrid vehicle, a first radiator for cooling engine cooling water circulating in an engine (internal combustion engine) and a second radiator for cooling electric cooling water circulating in an electric motor and its electric control circuit are generally provided. Requires two types of radiators.
[0003]
Incidentally, since the engine cooling water and the electric system cooling water have different appropriate cooling water temperatures and water pressures, if both cooling waters are cooled by one radiator, the cooling efficiency deteriorates, which is not a good idea. .
[0004]
On the other hand, the applicant of the present invention provided a slit in the header tank, inserted the separator into the slit, and then joined the separator to the header tank by brazing together with parts such as tubes and fins (Japanese Patent Application No. 2001-215654). No.) has already been filed.
[0005]
However, in the above-mentioned application, as shown in FIG. 9A, the separator is brazed to the header tank with the end face of the
[0006]
That is, since the separator is formed by stamping a plate material by applying a press process or the like to a so-called clad material coated with a brazing material, there is almost no brazing material on the end face of the separator.
[0007]
Therefore, in order to braze the end face of the separator to the inner wall of the header tank, when brazing, that is, when the brazing material is heated in a furnace and the brazing material is melted, the brazing material coated on a portion other than the end face is joined to the end face and the header. Since it is necessary to flow into the minute gap between the inner wall of the tank and the inner wall of the header tank, it is difficult to supply a sufficient amount of brazing material to the minute gap between the end face of the separator and the inner wall of the header tank when brazing. It is difficult to secure.
[0008]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of the above points, the present invention firstly provides a new heat exchanger different from the conventional one, and secondly, aims to secure reliability of brazing between a separator and a header tank.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, according to the first aspect of the present invention, a plurality of first tubes (11) through which a first fluid flows are arranged in parallel with the first tubes (11); A plurality of second tubes (21) through which the second fluid flows, and both tubes (11, 21) are disposed at both ends in the longitudinal direction, and extend in a direction orthogonal to the directions of both tubes (11, 21). A header tank (40) communicating with both tubes (11, 21), and a space in the header tank (40) communicating with a first space (16) communicating with the first tube (11) and a second tube (21). And first and second separators (31, 32) which are separated from each other at a predetermined interval, and the first and second separators (31, 32) are made of a brazing material. By bending the outer peripheral side of the coated plate The header tank (40) has a brazing surface (36) brazed to the wall surface of the header tank (40). The header tank (40) has a hole (2) for inserting two separators (31, 32). 33), and the dimension (h) of a portion of the hole (33) parallel to the longitudinal direction of the header tank (40) is determined by the brazing surface (36) of the first separator (31). The dimension (t1) of the portion parallel to the longitudinal direction of the header tank (40) and the dimension (t2) of the portion of the brazing surface (36) of the second separator (32) parallel to the longitudinal direction of the header tank (40). ).
[0010]
Thereby, a sufficient amount of brazing material can be secured on the brazing surfaces of the separators (31, 32), so that brazing reliability can be secured.
[0011]
By the way, in the separators (31, 32), since the brazing surface (36) parallel to the wall surface of the header tank (40) is provided, a slit is provided in the header tank and the separator is inserted into the slit. With a structure similar to that shown in FIG. 9, the separators (31, 32) cannot be assembled to the header tank (40).
[0012]
That is, in the present invention, after the separators (31, 32) are inserted into the header tank (40) from the direction intersecting with the longitudinal direction of the header tank (40), the brazing surface (36) and the wall surface of the header tank (40) are inserted. Since it is necessary to move the separators (31, 32) in a direction substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction of the header tank (40) in order to contact the holes (33), the dimensions (h) of the holes (33) are temporarily set in the above-mentioned application (FIG. 9), the separators (31, 32) are inserted into the header tank (40), and then the separators (31, 32) are substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction of the header tank (40). Can not be moved in any direction.
[0013]
On the other hand, in the present invention, the dimension (h) of the hole (33) is made larger than the sum of the dimension (t1) of the first separator (31) and the dimension (t2) of the second separator (32). Since the separators (31, 32) are inserted into the header tank (40), the separators (31, 32) can be moved in a direction substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction of the header tank (40). 31, 32) can be easily assembled to the header tank (40).
[0014]
Therefore, in the present invention, the reliability of brazing between the separators (31, 32) and the header tank (40) can be secured while the separators (31, 13) are easily assembled to the header tank (40).
[0015]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the dimension (h) of the portion of the hole (33) parallel to the longitudinal direction of the header tank (40) is determined by the size of the brazing surface (36) of the first separator (31). The dimension (t1) of the portion parallel to the longitudinal direction of the header tank (40) and the dimension (t2) of the portion of the brazing surface (36) of the second separator (32) parallel to the longitudinal direction of the header tank (40). And at least 1.2 times the sum of
[0016]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the dimension (h) of a portion of the hole (33) parallel to the longitudinal direction of the header tank (40) is determined by the distance between any one of the tubes (11, 21). It is characterized by being at least twice the dimension (Pt).
[0017]
In the invention described in claim 4, the dimension between the first tubes (11) and the dimension between the first tubes (11) are the same.
[0018]
The invention according to claim 5 is characterized in that the hole (33) is formed by cutting out a part of the outer periphery of the header tank (40).
[0019]
This can prevent the buckling strength of the header tank (40) from being greatly reduced.
[0020]
According to the invention described in claim 6, the header tank (40) comprises a core plate (41) to which both tubes (11, 21) are joined, and a cylinder together with the core plate (41) to be joined to the core plate (41). It is configured to have a tank plate (42) constituting the body, and the hole (33) is formed by cutting out a part of the tank plate (42).
[0021]
