Description

【0001】

The present invention relates to a partition structure which has a small number of parts, is inexpensive, and can be easily assembled even by a layman.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 5 shows a horizontal section and a vertical section of a conventional partition structure. The panels (a) and (b) are connected with a vertically standing stud (b) interposed therebetween, and an end post (c) is connected to the front end side via the stud (b). An end rail (e) is attached to the wall surface (d), and a side end of the wall surface side panel (a) fits into the end rail (e) and is connected to the wall surface (d).
[0003]
A concave portion is formed at the side end of the panel (a), and a stud (b) is fitted into the concave portion and connected by screws. A floor rail (g) is laid on the floor (f) with screws, and a baseboard (l) is placed on an adjuster (h) set on the floor rail (g). The panel (a) is supported by being mounted on a skirting board (i) adjusted to an appropriate height by an adjuster (h), and the upper end of the panel is fitted on a shed (nu) having a U-shaped cross section attached to the ceiling.
[0004]
In this way, when installing the partitions by arranging the panels (a), (a), etc., mounting the floor rails (g), adjusting the height of the adjusters (h), and installing the studs (b), etc. Many parts are used and these parts must be installed in order. FIG. 6 is a specific example showing a stud configuration for connecting the panels (a) and (a). FIG. 6 (a) shows a stud used for the partition structure in FIG. 5, and FIG. 6 (b) shows a two-piece stud. After the panel is installed, the cover member (R) is screwed and connected to sandwich the panel side end.
[0005]
In (c), panels (W), (W)... Are installed on both sides of the stud (L), and fastening pieces provided on the side ends are screwed and connected. (D) Attach the support members (f) and (f) to the studs, and install the pawls (yo) and (yo) provided on the support members (f) and (f) at the end of the panel side. The slit hole formed in the piece is locked. In addition to these, various panel connection forms are known, but the use of studs increases the connection strength between panels and improves the stability as a partition, but such a structure is used. It is impossible for an amateur to assemble a partition.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, the conventional partition structure has the above problems. The problems to be solved by the present invention are these problems. The present invention provides a stable and durable partition structure which is configured with a simpler structure and can be easily assembled even by an amateur.
[0007]
[Means for solving the problem]
The partition structure according to the present invention has a connection structure in which panels are directly butted without using studs. Therefore, a convex portion is formed on one side of the panel, and a concave portion is formed on the opposite side. When connecting panels, the concave portion formed on one panel side end is connected to the other panel side end. The protrusions formed in the fittings are fitted. The concave and convex portions are formed of a reinforcing material provided on the panel side end, and the strength of the panel side end and the strength of the connecting portion when connected are improved by combining the reinforcing material.
[0008]
Then, a panel is placed on the floor surface with a floor rail laid thereon. A spacer is inserted between the floor rail and the lower end of the panel to adjust the height of the panel. The above-mentioned floor rail is composed of two pieces so that the spacer can be inserted in a state where the panel is placed, and one side is opened. When the height is adjusted, a rail cover material is provided on the opening side of the floor rail. Mounted. A ceiling rail having a U-shaped cross section is attached to the ceiling, and the upper end of the panel is sandwiched between both side pieces of the ceiling rail. Hereinafter, embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0009]
【Example】
FIG. 1 is an embodiment showing a partition structure according to the present invention, showing a horizontal section and a vertical section. As shown in the drawing, in the present invention, no stud is used between the panels 1, 1,..., And the panels are directly butted and connected. For this purpose, a concave portion is formed at one end of the panel, and a convex portion is formed at the other end, and the convex portion is fitted and connected to the concave portion.
[0010]
FIG. 2 is an enlarged view (enlarged view of a portion A) of abutting portions of the adjacent panels 1 and 1 in FIG. 1, and reinforcing members 2a and 2b are attached to panel side ends. The reinforcing member 2 has a butt portion 3 located in front of a side end, and side pieces 4, 4 provided on both sides, and the side pieces 4, 4 are attached to the inside of the panel surface materials 5, 5 in close contact. Have been. The surface members 5 and 5 have fastening pieces 6 which are vertically bent at the panel side end, and joint portions 7 extend along the fastening pieces 6 outward from the butt portions 3.
[0011]
The butting portion 3a of the reinforcing member 2a is a concave portion, and the butting portion 3b of the other reinforcing member 2b is a convex portion. Therefore, when the adjacent panels 1 and 1 are butted, the butting portions 3a and 3b are fitted and connected to each other as shown in FIG. The joints 7, 7,... Extending from the butting parts 3a, 3b form joint spaces between the panels 1, 1. As described above, according to the present invention, the concave portion and the convex portion are formed on the reinforcing member attached to the panel side end, and the reinforcing member can be fitted and connected to each other.
[0012]
The panel 1 is installed vertically, but its upper end is connected to a ceiling rail 8.
As shown in FIG. 3 which is an enlarged view of a portion B in FIG. 1, the ceiling rail 8 is a long material having a U-shaped cross section with a downward opening, and the upper end of the panel is fitted between both side pieces 9, 9, and An adjustment space 10 is left above. The panel 1 is adjusted to a predetermined height and is screwed from both side pieces 9 and 9.
[0013]
The panel 1 is placed on a floor rail 11 laid on the floor surface, and is screwed when a predetermined height adjustment is performed. In the present invention, the height of the panel 1 is set in a state where the panel 1 is placed on the floor rail 11. It can be adjusted. In the conventional partition structure shown in FIG. 5, the height cannot be adjusted when the panel (a) is placed on the baseboard (i), so that it is easy for an amateur to install the partition. Not.
[0014]
FIG. 4 is an enlarged view of a portion C in FIG. 1, wherein the floor rail 11 is composed of two pieces, a rail body 12 and a rail cover member 13, and the rail cover member 13 is screwed to the rail body 12. The rail body 12 has a side piece 14 extending vertically on one side, a receiver 15 protruding horizontally in the middle of the side piece 14, and a support piece 16 standing upright at a predetermined interval from the side piece 14. A support 15 is provided by bending the upper end of the support piece 16 horizontally. The support 15 of the side piece 14 and the support 15 formed on the upper end of the support piece 14 are provided at the same height.
[0015]
The rail body 12 is provided with a mounting portion 18 which is formed by extending the bottom piece 17 and bending in a U-shape. The rail cover member 13 is screwed to the mounting portion 18. The panel 1 is placed on the receivers 15, 15 of the rail body 12, and the rail cover member 13 is mounted after adjusting the height. In a state where the panel 1 is placed on the receivers 15, 15, the height is adjusted with spacers 19, 19 interposed therebetween. That is, when the rail cover member 13 is not attached, the opening is made, and the spacer 19 can be inserted.
[0016]
Then, after the height adjustment is performed, the rail cover member 13 can be attached. The side piece 14 of the rail main body 12 and the rail cover member 13 are screwed to the panel 1. As described above, the partition structure of the present invention is configured such that the panel side edges are made uneven so that they are fitted and connected to each other, and the floor rail supporting the panel is composed of two pieces. Can be obtained.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
In the partition structure of the present invention, the panel side end is made uneven, and is fitted and connected to each other without interposing a stud therebetween. The absence of studs simplifies the installation of the partitions, since the panels need only be placed on the floor rails and butted against each other. The concave and convex portions on the panel side end are formed in a reinforcing material, and the reinforcing material having the concave and convex portions has high strength and makes the panel strong. Furthermore, even if there is no stud, the strength of the panel connecting portion is improved by the reinforcing material, and a durable and stable partition can be obtained.
[0018]
Further, since the floor rail supporting the panel is composed of two pieces, the rail body and the rail cover material, the height can be adjusted by inserting a spacer between the rail body and the panel mounted thereon. Since the rail cover material can be attached with screws after height adjustment, the installation work becomes very simple compared to the conventional structure in which panels are mounted on a baseboard whose height has been adjusted with an adjuster. That is, even a novice can install the partition of the present invention.
