<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blister pack from which an article can be easily taken out without dropping from a substrate. <P>SOLUTION: A flange 3 of a blister 1 is fitted between a front plate 5 and a rear plate 6 around the periphery of a through window 7 formed on the front plate 5 of the substrate 2. When taking out the article, a cut-off part 10 of the front plate 5 is pushed up via a notch 11 on the rear plate 6 to be cut off. Then by pulling up a tab 4 of the flange 3, the periphery of the through window 7 on the front plate 5 is peeled, so that the blister 1 can be removed from the substrate 2 without sliding it against the substrate 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO

この発明は、商品を包装するブリスターパックに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
商品を包装するブリスターパックとして、例えば、図４に示すようなものが知られている。このブリスターパックは、プラスチックシートを成形したブリスター体５１と、その開口部を閉止する紙製の基材５２とから成る。

ブリスター体５１は、周囲にフランジ５３を有し、基材５２は、表板５４と裏板５５とを貼り合わせ、表板５４に貫窓５６を形成したものとされている。そして、ブリスター体５１は、フランジ５３を貫窓５６の周縁部で表板５４と裏板５５の間に嵌め込むことにより、基材２に保持されている。

このブリスターパックから商品を取り出す際には、基材５２を貫窓５６の上辺に沿って折り曲げ、上辺両側の切込５７を介しブリスター体５１を基材５２から引き抜いて、ブリスター体５１の裏側を開口させる（非特許文献１参照）。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するため、この発明は、ブリスター体と基材とから成り、ブリスター体のフランジを、貫窓の周縁部で表板と裏板の間に嵌め込んだブリスターパックにおいて、前記ブリスター体の一端部を摘んで引き上げると、基材の表板が貫窓の周辺部で捲れて、表板と裏板の間からフランジが抜け出すように、表板に貫窓の周縁から切込を入れ、ブリスター体を基材に対しスライドさせることなく、基材から取り外せるようにしたのである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、この発明の実施の形態を図１乃至図３に基づいて説明する。図１に示すように、このブリスターパックは、プラスチックシートを成形したブリスター体１と、その開口部を閉止する紙製の基材２とから成り、商品を取り出す際には、図２に示すように、ブリスター体１を基材２から取り外せるようになっている。

前記ブリスター体１は、周囲にフランジ３を有し、その一端中央部には摘み部４が形成されている。基材２は、図３に示すようなブランクから成り、このブランクでは、表板５と裏板６とが半切の折目線を介して連設されている。

表板５には、長方形の貫窓７が形成されており、貫窓７の四隅から斜めに向かい、その終端から両側へ弧状に延びる切込８が入れられると共に、下側の外端縁から貫窓７へ達する２本のジッパ形の切目線９に挟まれた切取部１０が形成されている。

また、裏板４の下側の端縁部には、切取部１０に対応して、弧状の切欠部１１が設けられ、表板５及び裏板６の上部には、横長で中央上部が切れ込んだ同形状の吊下穴１２が形成されている。

この基材２は、図１に示すように、表板５と裏板６とを折り重ね、ホットメルト接着剤等により貼り合わせて使用される。なお、この貼り合わせは、商品包装時に行い、その際、接着剤は切込８の弧状部より外側に塗布し、ブリスター体１のフランジ３を、貫窓７の周縁部で表板５と裏板６の間に嵌め込む。

そして、このブリスターパックから商品を取り出す際には、裏板６の切欠部１１を介し、フランジ３の摘み部４と共に表板５の切取部１０を押し上げて、切取部１０を切り取り、図２に示すように、摘み部４を引き上げる。

このように摘み部４を引き上げると、両側のフランジ３が撓みつつ、表板５の貫窓７の周辺部が捲れて、ブリスター体１を基材２に対しスライドさせることなく取り外すことができ、商品を基材２から落下させずに取り出すことができる。

【発明の効果】
以上のように、この発明に係るブリスターパックでは、ブリスター体の一端部を摘んで引き上げると、表板の貫窓の周辺部が捲れて、ブリスター体を基材に対しスライドさせることなく取り外すことができるので、商品を基材から落下させずに容易に取り出すことができる。

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention provides a blister pack comprising a blister body and a base material, wherein a flange of the blister body is fitted between a front plate and a back plate at a peripheral portion of a through window. When the part is pinched and pulled up, the front plate of the base material is rolled up around the perforated window, and a cut is made in the front plate from the perimeter of the perforated window so that the flange comes out from between the front plate and the back plate. This made it possible to remove it from the substrate without sliding it against the substrate.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. As shown in FIG. 1, this blister pack comprises a blister body 1 formed of a plastic sheet and a paper base material 2 for closing an opening thereof. The blister body 1 has a flange 3 around the periphery, and a knob 4 is formed at the center of one end. The base material 2 is composed of a blank as shown in FIG. 3, and in this blank, a front plate 5 and a back plate 6 are continuously provided via a half-cut fold line.

A rectangular through-hole 7 is formed in the front plate 5, and a notch 8 which extends obliquely from the four corners of the through-hole 7 and extends from both ends thereof to both sides is formed, and a lower outer edge is formed.
