Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blister pack from which an article can be easily taken out without dropping from a substrate. <P>SOLUTION: A flange 3 of a blister 1 is fitted between a front plate 5 and a rear plate 6 around the periphery of a through window 7 formed on the front plate 5 of the substrate 2. When taking out the article, a cut-off part 10 of the front plate 5 is pushed up via a notch 11 on the rear plate 6 to be cut off. Then by pulling up a tab 4 of the flange 3, the periphery of the through window 7 on the front plate 5 is peeled, so that the blister 1 can be removed from the substrate 2 without sliding it against the substrate 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO

商品を包装するブリスターパックとして、例えば、図4に示すようなものが知られている。このブリスターパックは、プラスチックシートを成形したブリスター体51と、その開口部を閉止する紙製の基材52とから成る。

ブリスター体51は、周囲にフランジ53を有し、基材52は、表板54と裏板55とを貼り合わせ、表板54に貫窓56を形成したものとされている。そして、ブリスター体51は、フランジ53を貫窓56の周縁部で表板54と裏板55の間に嵌め込むことにより、基材2に保持されている。

しかしながら、上記のようなブリスターパックでは、ブリスター体51を引き抜く際、商品もブリスター体51と一緒にスライドして基材52から落下するという問題がある。

上記課題を解決するため、この発明は、ブリスター体と基材とから成り、ブリスター体のフランジを、貫窓の周縁部で表板と裏板の間に嵌め込んだブリスターパックにおいて、前記ブリスター体の一端部を摘んで引き上げると、基材の表板が貫窓の周辺部で捲れて、表板と裏板の間からフランジが抜け出すように、表板に貫窓の周縁から切込を入れ、ブリスター体を基材に対しスライドさせることなく、基材から取り外せるようにしたのである。

以下、この発明の実施の形態を図1乃至図3に基づいて説明する。図1に示すように、このブリスターパックは、プラスチックシートを成形したブリスター体1と、その開口部を閉止する紙製の基材2とから成り、商品を取り出す際には、図2に示すように、ブリスター体1を基材2から取り外せるようになっている。

前記ブリスター体1は、周囲にフランジ3を有し、その一端中央部には摘み部4が形成されている。基材2は、図3に示すようなブランクから成り、このブランクでは、表板5と裏板6とが半切の折目線を介して連設されている。

表板5には、長方形の貫窓7が形成されており、貫窓7の四隅から斜めに向かい、その終端から両側へ弧状に延びる切込8が入れられると共に、下側の外端縁から貫窓7へ達する2本のジッパ形の切目線9に挟まれた切取部10が形成されている。

また、裏板4の下側の端縁部には、切取部10に対応して、弧状の切欠部11が設けられ、表板5及び裏板6の上部には、横長で中央上部が切れ込んだ同形状の吊下穴12が形成されている。

この基材2は、図1に示すように、表板5と裏板6とを折り重ね、ホットメルト接着剤等により貼り合わせて使用される。なお、この貼り合わせは、商品包装時に行い、その際、接着剤は切込8の弧状部より外側に塗布し、ブリスター体1のフランジ3を、貫窓7の周縁部で表板5と裏板6の間に嵌め込む。

そして、このブリスターパックから商品を取り出す際には、裏板6の切欠部11を介し、フランジ3の摘み部4と共に表板5の切取部10を押し上げて、切取部10を切り取り、図2に示すように、摘み部4を引き上げる。

このように摘み部4を引き上げると、両側のフランジ3が撓みつつ、表板5の貫窓7の周辺部が捲れて、ブリスター体1を基材2に対しスライドさせることなく取り外すことができ、商品を基材2から落下させずに取り出すことができる。

以上のように、この発明に係るブリスターパックでは、ブリスター体の一端部を摘んで引き上げると、表板の貫窓の周辺部が捲れて、ブリスター体を基材に対しスライドさせることなく取り外すことができるので、商品を基材から落下させずに容易に取り出すことができる。
