本発明は、携帯型心電計を用いた心電図モニタリングシステムおよび心電図モニタリング方法に関する。

【従来の技術】
心臓疾患を有する患者が日常生活を送りながら心電図を測定するために、携帯型心電計が用いられる(例えば、特許文献1および2参照)。この携帯型心電計は、患者の24時間分の心電図を心電図データとしてメモリに保存する機能を有する。患者は、心電図データが保存されたメモリを医師、看護士等の診断者に届け、診断者は届けられたメモリに保存された心電図データに基づいて診断を行う。近年、携帯電話を接続することによりメモリに保存された心電図データを電話回線を通して病院に伝送する機能を有する携帯型心電計も開発されている。

一方、病院内で患者が診断者に心電図をモニタしてもらいながら運動を行う運動療法が実施されている。このような運動療法では、患者一人に対して診断者一人が付き添い、診断者が患者の心電図を診断しながら患者の体調が悪くなった場合に即座に運動を中止させることができる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記の携帯型心電計を用いて日常生活を送りながら心電図を測定する方法では、メモリに保存された心電図データに基づいて診断者が後日診断を行うため、診断者が患者の心電図をモニタしながら患者の体調が悪くなったときに即座に運動を中止させることができない。

また、上記の病院内での運動療法では、診断者が患者一人に専有される。近年、心臓疾患を有する患者が増加しており、診断者一人が患者一人に専有される運動療法は困難になりつつある。

本発明の目的は、複数の患者の心電図をリアルタイムにかつ集中的にモニタリングすることが可能な心電図モニタリングシステムおよび心電図モニタリング方法を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段および発明の効果】
第1の発明に係る心電図モニタリングシステムは、心電図を測定して心電図データを得る心電図測定装置、心電図測定装置により得られた心電図データをリアルタイムに無線送信する通信装置および心電図測定装置により得られた心電図データを記憶する記憶装置を内蔵する携帯型心電計と、携帯型心電計から送信された心電図データを受信し、受信した心電図データを表示する表示部を有するコンピュータとを備えたものである。

本発明に係る心電図モニタリングシステムにおいては、携帯型心電計の心電図測定装置によって得られた患者の心電図データが、携帯型心電計の通信装置によってリアルタイムに無線送信される。携帯型心電計により送信された心電図データはコンピュータにより受信され、受信された心電図データに基づいて心電図が表示部に表示される。それにより、診断者はコンピュータの表示部に表示された心電図をリアルタイムかつ集中的にモニタしながら、診断を行うことができる。

以下、図面に基づき本発明の実施の形態に係る携帯型心電計による心電図モニタリングシステムを説明する。

ところで、通信装置14として用いられるPHSは1.9GHz帯の電波を出力約10mWで発生する。一方、心電図測定装置11aは、人体700に発生する1〜10mVという微弱な電圧を測定する。したがって、心電図測定装置11aが、心電図測定時にPHSより発生する電波を受けた場合、測定結果に高周波ノイズが発生し、正確な心電図を得ることができない。

本実施の形態に係る携帯型心電計10においては、上述のように通信装置14と心電図測定装置11aとの間に介在するグランドプレーンGP1,GP2により通信装置14と心電図測定装置11aとの間が遮蔽され、通信装置14から発生される電波が心電図測定装置11Aに到達することが阻止される。これにより、心電図測定装置11aは通信装置14から発生される電波の影響を受けることなく人体700に発生する微弱な電圧に基づく心電図を正確に測定することが可能となる。さらに、ケーシングK内部に通信装置14と心電図測定装置11aとが一体的に内蔵されているため、小型化および携帯性の向上が図られている。本実施の形態に係る携帯型心電計10の寸法は、例えば、長さ約9cm、幅約6cmおよび厚さ約2.5cmである。なお、携帯型心電計10の寸法はこれに限定されず心電図測定装置11aが通信装置14から発生される電波の影響を受けることなく心電図を正確に測定することが可能な範囲でさらに小型化されることが望ましい。
