Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a porous magnetic material, a method for producing the same, a radio wave absorber using the porous magnetic material, and a magnetic lens.
When performing antenna characteristic tests on various electronic devices or measuring radiation noise from electronic devices, in order to eliminate the effects of the ground, topography, surrounding buildings, etc., or the effects of extraneous electromagnetic waves In some cases, it is necessary to use an anechoic chamber in which the outer wall is sealed with a metal plate or the like and the inner wall is provided with a radio wave absorber.
For example, in a BS converter that receives radio waves from a broadcasting satellite and converts the frequency, a radio wave absorber is also used to suppress cavity resonance (cavity resonance).
Such radio wave absorbers include those using a magnetic material and those using a dielectric material. In the case where a magnetic material is used, the permittivity as well as the magnetic permeability of the magnetic material greatly affects the reflection coefficient of the electromagnetic field boundary and the wavelength in the magnetic material. It is necessary to lower or keep the dielectric constant of ferrite or the like used.
Also, in the magnetic lens, the directivity of radio waves is greatly affected by the dielectric constant as well as the magnetic permeability of the magnetic body. Therefore, in order to secure desired characteristics, the dielectric constant of ferrite or the like used as the magnetic body is reduced. It is necessary to lower the dielectric constant or to keep the dielectric constant constant.
However, it is practically difficult to reduce the dielectric constant of ferrite itself to 13 to 14 or less for structural reasons of ferrite.
In order to lower the dielectric constant in such a situation, a method of blending a low dielectric constant material such as resin or glass with the magnetic material can be considered. In a composite magnetic material blended with, there is a problem that the magnetic particles are covered with a nonmagnetic material such as resin or glass, and the magnetic path is cut off, resulting in extremely low magnetic permeability. .
However, in the foamed ferrite sintered body of
In addition, porous magnetic materials generally have high hygroscopicity and water absorption, and when water enters pores whose dielectric constant has been lowered by forming pores, it is better than ordinary ferrite without pores. However, there is also a problem that the dielectric constant becomes high and deterioration due to water absorption is remarkable. Even in the case of existing radio wave absorbers, a water film forms on the surface of the absorber outside on a rainy day outside, and the reflection becomes large. It may deteriorate.
In addition, a total reflection plate is provided on the back of a porous electromagnetic wave absorbing magnetic material, and in a λ / 4 type electromagnetic wave absorber having a notch-like characteristic with the thickness of the magnetic material, the porous electromagnetic wave absorbing material absorbs water. When the dielectric constant increases, not only does the absorptance deteriorate, but also the frequency band of the notch-like absorption band changes.
In addition, when a porous magnetic material is used as a magnetic lens, there is a problem that if the porous magnetic material absorbs water and the dielectric constant increases, the refractive index and the focal point change.
The present invention solves the above problems, and is a porous magnetic material having a high reliability, a porous material having a low dielectric constant, a low water absorption, and a method of manufacturing the porous magnetic material. It is an object to provide an absorber and a magnetic lens.
In order to solve the above problems, the inventors conducted various experiments and studies, and found that a porous magnetic material having a high porosity has a low dielectric constant, and that such a porous magnetic material is used as a radio wave absorber. Although it is possible to realize excellent characteristics, it is said that the porous magnetic material is easy to absorb water, and the relative dielectric constant εr of water is high, which is said to be close to 100. Since there is a concern about deterioration, a porous magnetic material was prototyped, and the change in relative dielectric constant due to water absorption was examined. Table 1 shows the results.
In Table 1, for comparison, a magnetic material having a porosity of 0 vol% was also formed, and the relative dielectric constant was also examined.
As shown in Table 1, those having a porosity of 50 vol% greatly increase the relative dielectric constant εr from 6.57 to 26.43 due to water absorption, and those having a porosity of 60 vol% exhibit water absorption. It was confirmed that the relative dielectric constant εr was significantly increased from 5.41 to 33.75. It was confirmed that the value of the relative dielectric constant εr after the water absorption was higher than the relative dielectric constant εr (= 14.5) of the ferrite itself having a porosity of 0%.
The inventors have obtained such knowledge and thought that it is possible to obtain a highly reliable porous magnetic body having stable characteristics by suppressing the water absorption while making the magnetic body porous, and further conducting experiments, After examination, the present invention was completed.

電波 Further, a radio wave absorber according to the present invention (claim 11) is characterized in that the porous magnetic material according to any one of
The magnetic lens of the present invention (claim 12) is characterized in that the porous magnetic material according to any one of
The porous magnetic material of the present invention (claim 1) has a magnetic sintered body containing pores at a rate of 10 to 80 vol% and filling the pores of the magnetic sintered body with resin or glass. As a result, the magnetic sintered body can be made harder to absorb water, and the dielectric constant can be reduced as compared to a magnetic sintered body without pores without reducing the strength of the magnetic sintered body. become.
That is, in the porous magnetic material of the present invention (claim 1), the magnetic sintered body is made to contain pores at a rate of 10 to 80 vol%, whereby the continuity of the magnetic path is secured and the complex magnetic permeability is increased. It is possible to lower the dielectric constant of the magnetic sintered body without changing the frequency dispersibility of the magnetic sintered body, while filling the pores of the magnetic sintered body with resin or glass, It is possible to suppress and prevent the body from absorbing water, prevent deterioration in properties due to water absorption, and secure mechanical strength, and obtain a highly reliable porous magnetic material Becomes possible.
Note that the present invention focuses on the fact that ceramic materials such as ferrite are strong against compressive stress but weak against tensile stress, so that even small amounts of resin or low-permittivity glass can be applied or impregnated to obtain a tensile strength. According to the present invention, it is possible to increase the porosity to a ratio exceeding 80% while securing sufficient mechanical strength (such as bending strength). Thus, the dielectric constant can be reduced to about 5 without causing significant deterioration of the electric characteristics.
In the invention of the present application, the size of the pores (average diameter of the pores) of the magnetic sintered body is preferably 5 to 20 μm. This is because if the pore diameter is less than 5 μm, the pores tend to be closed pores, and the pores cannot be filled with glass, and if the pore diameter exceeds 20 μm, the pores after firing are formed. This is because the strength of the body itself becomes weak and processing becomes difficult. The average diameter of the pores is more preferably 5 to 10 μm.
Further, the volume content of the pores (porosity) is desirably 10 to 80 vol% from the viewpoint of sufficiently lowering the dielectric constant of the magnetic sintered body and securing desired characteristics. In addition, since the resin or glass filled in the holes performs the function of supplementing the strength, there is no particular problem even if the strength after the formation of the holes is somewhat weak, the hole diameter is 5 to 20 μm, and the magnetic sintered body is Processing is possible if the porosity is in the range up to 80 vol%.
Further, if the porosity exceeds 80 vol%, the strength after firing decreases, and it becomes difficult to impregnate the resin and glass thereafter. Therefore, the porosity is desirably 80 vol% or less. In the present invention, the porosity is desirably in the range of 40 to 50 vol%.
Further, as in the case of the porous magnetic material according to the second aspect, a molded body of a blended magnetic material raw material in which a magnetic material raw material, a binder, and a burned material having a spherical or granular shape and having an adhesive property to the binder are blended is fired. By doing so, it is possible to reliably form a magnetic sintered body containing voids that do not divide the magnetic path at a rate of 10 to 80 vol%, and to obtain a porous magnetic material having a low dielectric constant and desired characteristics. Can be provided.
Further, as in the porous magnetic material according to the third aspect, the dielectric constant of the magnetic sintered body can be further reduced by further including the holes in the resin or glass filled in the holes. Thus, the present invention can be made more effective.
In addition, a magnetic ceramic is used as a magnetic raw material for a porous magnetic material or the like. In such a case, by applying the present invention as in the case of the porous magnetic material of claim 4, a magnetic sintered body can be obtained. It is possible to provide a porous magnetic material having a low dielectric constant and a low water absorption without lowering the mechanical strength of the magnetic material.
Further, by adopting a structure including two or more layers having different vacancy contents as in the porous magnetic material of claim 5, for example, when used as a radio wave absorber, the frequency of radio waves which can be absorbed is used. The performance can be improved by widening the band.
Further, since the surface of the magnetic sintered body is covered with the same resin or glass as the resin or glass filled in the pores, the strength of the magnetic sintered body can be improved. Can be further improved. It is particularly preferable that the entire surface of the magnetic sintered body is covered with resin or glass, but only a part of the surface may be covered.
The method for producing a porous magnetic material according to the present invention (claim 7) is a magnetic sintering method comprising mixing a magnetic material raw material, a binder, and a burned material having a spherical or powdery shape and having an adhesive property to the binder. After forming a compounded magnetic material for the body and baking the molded body to form a magnetic sintered body having pores of 10 to 80 vol%, a resin or glass is filled in the pores of the magnetic sintered body. Since the magnetic filler is filled, voids are formed in the magnetic sintered body while maintaining the continuity of the magnetic path, and the dielectric constant of the magnetic sintered body is maintained without changing the frequency dispersion of the complex magnetic permeability. And the filled resin or glass makes it difficult for the magnetic sintered body to absorb water and improves the mechanical strength, so that a highly reliable porous magnetic material having desired characteristics can be obtained. The body can be manufactured efficiently.
Further, in the present invention, as the burnt-out material, any of spherical or powdery particles having a non-uniform particle shape can be used, but from the viewpoint of uniformity of dispersion and the like, spherical materials are used. It is more preferable to use
Further, as the burnt material, it is preferable to use a material having an average particle size of 5 to 20 μm from the viewpoint of forming pores having a pore size of 5 to 20 μm in the magnetic sintered body.
Further, from the viewpoint of realizing a desired porosity, it is usually desirable to mix the burned-out material in a ratio of 40 to 50 vol% in the compounded magnetic material. Note that the burnt material can be blended outside the above range according to the target porosity.
Further, as in the method for producing a porous magnetic material according to claim 8, as a burnout material to be mixed with the magnetic material, crosslinked polystyrene, crosslinked polymethyl methacrylate, crosslinked polybutyl methacrylate, crosslinked polymethacrylate, crosslinked When a material containing at least one selected from the group consisting of polyacrylates is used as a main component, the burnt material is surely burned off in the firing step, and pores are reliably formed in the magnetic sintered body. This makes it possible to efficiently form a magnetic sintered body having a desired porosity.
In addition, in order to greatly increase the porosity, it is necessary to increase the ratio of the burnt material, and to significantly increase the burnable material while securing the ratio of the ceramic, it is necessary to reduce the ratio of the binder. However, when the proportion of the binder is reduced, the strength of the semi-finished product before sintering decreases, and the yield in the processing step tends to decrease. However, by using a crosslinked polymer with a large surface area and excellent adhesion to the resin binder and a large shape retention as the burnout material, it is possible to reduce the binder ratio and increase the burnout material ratio without lowering the yield. And the porosity can be increased.
Further, as in the method for producing a porous magnetic material according to claim 9, in the step of filling the pores of the magnetic sintered body with a resin or glass, a resin or glass containing a solvent or a diluent as the resin or glass. Using, after filling the resin or glass, by evaporating the solvent or diluent, it is possible to form pores in the resin or glass, it is possible to further reduce the dielectric constant of the magnetic sintered body Become.
In addition, as a solvent or a diluent, for example, ethanol, xylene, butyl acetate, water, or the like can be used.
Further, it is desirable that the solvent or the diluent is blended in a volume ratio of 5 to 50 with respect to the resin or the low dielectric constant glass 100. This is because if the compounding ratio is less than 5 by volume relative to the resin or the low dielectric constant glass 100, the effect of decreasing the viscosity after dilution is insufficient, and the workability is reduced. This is because the diluent sometimes remains inside the resin and the properties of the resin deteriorate.
Further, in the step of filling the resin or glass into the magnetic sintered body as in the method for manufacturing a porous magnetic material according to claim 10, a resin or glass that can be partially eluted by a solvent is used, and the resin or glass is used. After the glass is filled, a part of the resin or the glass filled in the magnetic sintered body is removed by eluting a part of the resin or the glass with the solvent. Therefore, the dielectric constant of the magnetic sintered body can be further reduced, and the present invention can be made more effective.
In addition, the resin or glass that can be partially eluted by the solvent is not limited to the resin or the glass itself that always dissolves. For example, regarding the resin, a material or the like blended in the resin is dissolved in the solvent. The concept of glass to be removed is a broad concept including glass in which a part of the base material of the glass raw material is dissolved by a solvent so that the glass itself is also partially removed.
Further, it is desirable that the solvent or the diluent is mixed in a range of 5 to 50 in a volume ratio with respect to the resin or glass 100. This is because if the mixing ratio is less than 5 by volume relative to the resin or glass 100, the effect of reducing the viscosity after dilution is insufficient, the workability is reduced, and the volume ratio relative to the resin or glass 100 If it exceeds 50, the diluent will remain inside the resin when the resin is cured, and the properties of the resin will deteriorate.
The radio wave absorber according to the present invention (claim 11) contains pores at a rate of 10 to 80 vol% and is filled with resin or glass. Since the high quality magnetic material is used for the main part, it is possible to provide a highly reliable radio wave absorber having a low dielectric constant, hardly absorbing water, and having mechanical strength that has no practical problem.
The magnetic lens according to the present invention (claim 12) has a low dielectric constant, is hard to absorb water, and is filled with resin or glass while containing pores at a rate of 10 to 80 vol%, and furthermore, has a mechanical property. Fluctuation of the refractive index and focus due to the porous magnetic material absorbing water and increasing the dielectric constant because the porous magnetic material according to any one of

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described, and features thereof will be described in more detail.
FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view schematically showing a configuration of a main part of a porous magnetic body according to one embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 7, the porous magnetic body of the present invention includes a magnetic
(1) First, in order to obtain a NiZnCu ferrite material having a magnetic permeability μ of 400, nickel, zinc and copper oxide raw materials were mixed and calcined at 800 ° C. for 1 hour.
(2) Thereafter, the mixture was pulverized by a ball mill and dried to obtain a ferrite raw material (oxide mixed powder) having an average particle size of about 2 μm.
(3) Then, a commercially available spherical polymer (in this Example 1, a spherical burned material made of crosslinked polystyrene (average particle size = 8 μm, trade name: TECHNOPOLYMER) Sekisui Plastics Co., Ltd.) (Sekisui Plastics Co., Ltd.) was added in various ratios as shown in Table 2, a solvent, a binder, and a dispersant were added and mixed to prepare a mixed magnetic material. Using the body material, a ceramic green sheet having a thickness of 100 μm was produced by a doctor blade method.
In addition, by adopting a spherical polymer having a large surface area and excellent adhesion to a resin binder and a large shape retention property as a burnout material, it is possible to reduce the binder ratio and increase the burnout material ratio without lowering the yield. And the porosity can be increased.
(4) Next, the obtained ceramic green sheets were laminated and pressed to obtain a molded body (laminate) having a thickness of 2 mm. Then, ring-shaped, disk-shaped, and square-plate-shaped test pieces were produced from the molded body.
(5) Then, this was heat-treated at 400 ° C. for 3 hours to remove the binder, and then fired at 900 ° C. for 2 hours to obtain a magnetic sintered body (porous dielectric).
In Example 1, the proportion of the holes was adjusted by changing the amount of the organic material to be mixed (especially, the burnt material). For example, if the proportion of the burning agent in the raw material of the blended magnetic material is set to 50 vol%, the proportion of the pores in the magnetic sintered body becomes approximately 50 vol%.
The volume content of the pores of the magnetic sintered body (porosity) is the pore density of 0 g / cm 3 of (air), ferrite specific gravity (measured value) as 5.02 g / cm 3, the magnetic It was calculated from the specific gravity of the sintered body.
(6) Then, the obtained ceramic fired body is immersed in a water-soluble low-dielectric-constant glass having a dielectric constant of 3.9 (Li-K-based low-dielectric-constant glass in this Example 1), and the glass is filled in the pores. (Low dielectric constant glass) and a glass film was formed on the surface of the magnetic sintered body, and then the glass was melted and baked at 800 ° C.
Table 2 shows the measurement results of the dielectric constant, magnetic permeability, bending strength, and water absorption after the pores were filled with low dielectric constant glass and melted and baked.
The magnetic permeability was measured using a ring-shaped test piece, the dielectric constant was measured using a disk-shaped test piece, and the bending strength was measured using a square plate-shaped test piece.
As shown in Table 2, as the porosity of the magnetic sintered body increases, the dielectric constant decreases, but the transverse rupture strength in a state where the low dielectric constant glass is not filled decreases, and the water absorption rate decreases. Increase. On the other hand, when the magnetic sintered body is filled with a low dielectric constant glass, the dielectric constant can be reduced without lowering the bending strength and increasing the water absorption.
That is, when the pores are filled (impregnated) with the low-permittivity glass as in the case of Example 1 above, the magnetic sintered body having no pores of Sample No. 1 has higher resistance. Folding strength can be improved to the same level or higher, and the water absorption can be reduced. In the first embodiment, the low-permittivity glass is filled. However, in some cases, the low-permittivity glass may be applied.
In the first embodiment, the Li-K low dielectric constant glass is used. However, the type of glass that can be used in the present invention is not limited to this, and another glass may be used. However, in the present invention, it is more preferable to use a glass having a low dielectric constant, and for example, a Si-based glass can be suitably used.
Although not shown in Table 2, in order to lower the dielectric constant, a low dielectric constant glass was added to a ferrite material, mixed, and then baked composite material or magnetic powder was kneaded with a resin. Even if the low-permittivity glass or resin is added to and mixed with the ferrite at the same ratio as the case where the holes of the materials of
On the other hand, in the magnetic sintered body having pores (hole forming material) produced by the method according to the first embodiment, the characteristic of the magnetic permeability of the magnetic sintered body itself is maintained. This is thought to be due to the fact that the magnetic path is maintained without being divided in the magnetic sintered body, so that a high magnetic permeability is obtained and the characteristic of the magnetic permeability of the magnetic substance itself is also maintained. Can be
(1) In the same manner as in Example 1 above, the ratio of vacancies was adjusted by changing the amount of the organic material to be mixed (especially, the burnt material), and obtained in the step (5) of Example 1. The same magnetic sintered body (porous dielectric) as above was produced.
(2) Then, after immersing the magnetic sintered body in an epoxy liquid resin having a dielectric constant of 3.4, the magnetic sintered body is heated to 150 ° C. to cure the epoxy resin, and into the pores of the magnetic sintered body. An epoxy resin was filled and a resin film was formed on the surface of the magnetic sintered body. The dielectric constant, magnetic permeability, bending strength, and water absorption of a magnetic sintered body (porous dielectric) having pores filled with a resin were measured. Table 3 shows the results.
As shown in Table 3, when the pores of the magnetic sintered body were filled (impregnated) with the epoxy resin, the pores of Sample No. 11 (same as Sample No. 1 in Table 2) did not have pores. It can be seen that the transverse rupture strength can be improved to the same or more.
In addition, when the porosity was set to 80% (sample No. 19), the porosity was set to 10%, and the resin filled with the epoxy resin was more resistant than the one not filled with the epoxy resin. It can be seen that the folding strength is large.
In addition, as for the water absorption, it can be seen that the one filled with epoxy resin has a lower water absorption than that of Sample No. 11 which does not include pores.
Further, it can be seen that when the porosity is 35 vol% or more, a dielectric constant of 10 or less can be ensured even when epoxy resin is filled.
In some cases, it is possible to select a resin having a lower dielectric constant than that of the low dielectric constant glass. In the case of using the epoxy resin used this time, the resin has a low dielectric constant as in the first embodiment. It can be seen that the dielectric constant can be further reduced, albeit somewhat, as compared with the case where the glass is filled.
In addition, for the samples having a porosity of 50 vol% and 60 vol% of the sample Nos. 16 and 17 in Table 3, the samples before filling with the resin were taken out, the relative permittivity was measured, and then the sample was immersed in water, wiped gently, and wiped again. When the porosity was measured, as shown in Table 1, those having a porosity of 50 vol% showed a significant rise in the relative dielectric constant εr from 6.57 to 26.43, and those having a porosity of 60 vol% , It was confirmed that the relative dielectric constant εr increased significantly from 5.31 to 33.75. Note that the value of the relative dielectric constant εr after the water absorption is higher than the relative dielectric constant εr of the ferrite itself having a porosity of 0%, and when the magnetic material is made porous, as in the present invention. Furthermore, it is understood that a treatment for suppressing water absorption (application or filling of low dielectric glass or resin) is indispensable.
(1) Porous ferrite (magnetic sintered body) having a porosity of 60 vol% was produced in the same manner as in Examples 1 and 2.
(2) Then, an epoxy resin having a dielectric constant of 3.4 and a viscosity of 300 mPa. s, and 500 mPa.s. After diluting with an organic solvent and impregnating so as to obtain s, the epoxy resin was cured by heating at 150 ° C. for 30 minutes.
The porosity, dielectric constant and flexural strength of the porous magnetic material (porous ferrite) thus impregnated with the epoxy resin and cured were measured.
For comparison, the dielectric constant was 3.4 and the viscosity was 5000 mPa.s. The porosity, the dielectric constant, and the transverse rupture strength of a comparative sample which was impregnated with a non-solvent type epoxy resin of s and cured similarly were measured. Table 4 shows the results.
As shown in Table 4, when the epoxy resin having an epoxy resin viscosity of 500 mPa · s or less is used as the impregnating material, pores are formed in the impregnated epoxy resin, and the porous magnetic material having high strength and low dielectric constant is formed. (Porous ferrite) is obtained.
This is because the diluent in the epoxy resin impregnated in the pores of the porous magnetic material (porous ferrite) volatilized, and pores were formed inside the epoxy resin.
In addition, as a method of forming pores in the resin filled in the pores of the porous magnetic material (porous ferrite) or in the low-dielectric-constant glass, in addition to the above-described methods, for example, a resin once having a high viscosity, After impregnating the low dielectric constant glass material, perform ultrasonic cleaning in a solvent, elute a part of the impregnated resin or the base material of the low dielectric constant glass material, volatilize the solvent, and cure. Methods and the like can be applied.
Using the porous magnetic materials of Sample Nos. 2 to 8 in Table 2 and the porous magnetic materials of Sample Nos. 12 to 19 in Table 3, radio wave absorbers (devices) as shown in FIG. 1 were produced.
This radio wave absorber (apparatus) is a plate-shaped porous magnetic material having a large thickness formed on the surface of the conductive reflective layer (metallic conductive plate) 1 using the porous magnetic materials of Sample Nos. 2 to 8 in Table 2. (A radio wave absorber) 2 is provided.
As a result of examining the characteristics of this radio wave absorber, it was found that the porous magnetic material of the present invention having a low dielectric constant and low water absorption was used, so that the radio wave absorption characteristics were good and the characteristics were deteriorated due to water absorption. It was confirmed that a radio wave absorber having excellent characteristics without fear of occurrence could be obtained.
On the other hand, when the

Further, as shown in FIG. 3, a plate-shaped first porous

In the radio wave absorber of the present invention, the shape of the porous magnetic material is not particularly limited, and may be various shapes such as a rectangular parallelepiped, a cubic, and a plate. It can be used for various applications, such as for dark rooms, for building walls, and for internal placement of metal chassis.
Further, in the above embodiment, the porous magnetic material is used in combination with the conductive reflection layer (metal conductor plate). However, in some cases, the porous magnetic material can be used alone.
As shown in FIG. 6, .epsilon.r 1 the relative dielectric constant of the incident side, the relative permeability and .mu.r 1, .epsilon.r 2 the relative dielectric constant of the incident side (e.g. wave absorption side), the relative permeability and .mu.r 2, Assuming that the incident angles are θ 1 and θ 2 , the refractive index (n 1 / n 2 ) of the electromagnetic wave can be expressed as in
Thus, the refractive index of an electromagnetic wave is determined by the relationship between the relative permittivity ε and the relative magnetic permeability μ. Therefore, by using the porous bodies having a small relative dielectric constant ε of Sample Nos. 2 to 8 in Table 2 and Sample Nos. 12 to 19 in Table 3, magnetic lenses having various refractive indices can be formed.
The magnetic lens can adjust the dielectric constant, and since the porous magnetic material of the present invention having low water absorption is used, the porous magnetic material absorbs water and has a high dielectric constant. As a result, a highly reliable magnetic lens free from fluctuations in the refractive index and fluctuations in the focal point can be obtained.
On the other hand, when the
Further, among the porous magnetic materials of Sample Nos. 2 to 8 in Table 2 and the porous magnetic materials of Sample Nos. 12 to 19 in Table 3, those not filled with low dielectric constant glass or resin were used. In such a case, the dielectric constant is increased by water absorption, which is not preferable.
FIG. 8 is a view showing a
In the
On the other hand, when the magnetic lens is formed by using the conventional porous magnetic material having high hygroscopicity and water absorbency, as shown in FIG. 9, the
As described above, in order to obtain a stable magnetic lens, it is important to reduce the water absorption of the porous magnetic material.
In the invention of the present application, there is no particular limitation on the specific configuration and detailed structure of the magnetic lens, and the invention of the present application can be widely applied to magnetic lenses having various configurations and structures.

It is also possible to use burnable materials made of other burnable materials such as esters.
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the spherical burned material is used as the burned material. However, the burned material is not limited to the spherical material, and it is also possible to use a powdered burned material.
Further, in the above embodiment, the case where the material constituting the magnetic sintered body is a NiZnCu ferrite material has been described as an example. However, the present invention can be applied to a case where another ferrite material is used or a case where a material other than ferrite is used. It is possible to apply
In other respects, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and the type of the resin or glass to be applied or impregnated to the magnetic sintered body, the method of filling the resin or the glass, and burning out the burnt material Various applications and modifications can be made within the scope of the present invention with respect to the firing conditions for this purpose.
The porous magnetic material of the present invention has a low dielectric constant, low hygroscopicity and low water absorption, can stably maintain desired characteristics, and is formed using the porous magnetic material of the present invention.
