 また、前記避雷針用ポールの上部に、少なくとも1つ以上の制振装置が設けられて、共振を抑制するようにしたので、避雷針用ポールの高さが高くなっても、避雷針用ポールの共振時の振幅を著しく低減することができるので、ポール頂部の変形を小さく抑制することができる。
