Abstract

【産業上の利用分野】
通常のしおり紐は、書籍の背表紙の上端に接着固定されているが、本発明は、書籍などに着脱できるしおり紐に関する。つまり、書籍などとは別体のしおり紐である。

【従来の技術と発明が解決しようとする課題】
通常のしおり紐は、書籍の背表紙の内側に１〜２本接着固定されているが、しおり紐が足りない場合は不便である。小説などのような読み物の場合は、少数のしおり紐で足りるが、例えば六法全書や辞典、辞書、全集物などの場合は、１〜２本のしおり紐では足りない場合が多い。
【０００３】また、しおり紐が全く付いていない書物もある。このように、しおり紐が全く付いていない場合や、少ししか付いていないために足りない場合は、別体の紙切れや短冊状のしおりを挟んだりして間に合わせている。
【０００４】しかしながら、別体の紙切れや短冊状のしおりを用意したり探したりするのは面倒であり、また作業や思考を中断したりしなければならず、不便である。
【０００５】しかも、別体なため、挟んであった場所から容易に離脱したり飛散したりするといった不便もあり、しおりの役目を果たせないといった問題がある。
【０００６】本発明の技術的課題は、このような問題に着目し、しおり紐が付いていない場合や、少数しか付いていない場合に、別体の多数の、あるいは任意数のしおり紐を容易に装着して必要数のしおり紐を使用可能とすることにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の技術的課題は次のような手段によって解決される。請求項１は、ヘヤーピン状クリップ又はゼムクリップなどの取付けクリップの頭部に挟持部を形成し、該挟持部を利用して１本以上のしおり紐を挟持連結可能としておき、該取付けクリップの先端から書籍などの一部を挿入して装着可能とした着脱式しおりである。
【０００８】このように、ヘヤーピン状クリップやゼムクリップなどの頭部に挟持部を利用して１本以上のしおり紐を連結しておくと、取付けクリップの先端から書籍などの表裏の表紙や背表紙などを挿入して、書籍などの一部に装着することができる。その結果、しおり紐が付いていない場合や、少数しか付いていない場合に、別体の必要数のしおり紐を使用することができる。また、ファイルされた多数枚の書類を整理したり、多数枚の書類の中に目印をつける必要がある場合にも適用でき、作業の効率化を実現できる。
【０００９】しかも、取付けクリップの頭部に挟持部を形成し、該挟持部を利用してしおり紐を連結する構造になっているため、しおり紐を取付けクリップに自由に着脱したり、交換でき、便利である。また、挟持部の構造によっては、取付けクリップは書籍などに装着したままとし、書籍などに装着した状態の取付けクリップに対し、しおり紐を着脱式に挟持連結することもでき、取り扱いが便利である。
【００１０】請求項２は、前記のしおり紐自体にＴ字状片を連結又は形成しておき、このＴ字状片を短冊状の紙片の孔に挿入可能としたことを特徴とする請求項１に記載の着脱式しおりである。このＴ字状片は、しおり紐の先端に設けるとＴ字状となるが、その他の位置に設けると十字状になる。
【００１１】このように、しおり紐自体にＴ字状片を連結又は形成してあると、このＴ字状片を短冊状の紙片の孔に挿入してメモ用紙などとして使用できる。その結果、しおりとメモ用紙を兼ねることができ、より便利である。そのメモ用紙が不要になった場合は、破り捨てたり、別に保管しておき、新たなメモ用紙を取り付けて使用したりもできる。
【００１２】請求項３は、取付けクリップの頭部をＵ字状に折り重ねて折り重ね部を形成し、この折り重ね部間にしおり紐を挟持可能としたことを特徴とする取付けクリップ。
【００１３】このように、取付けクリップの頭部をＵ字状に折り重ねて折り重ね部を形成し、この折り重ね部間にしおり紐を挟持可能としたことにより、極めて狭い領域に挟持手段を形成することができ、小型の取付けクリップを実現できる。
【００１４】請求項４は、取付けクリップの頭部に、Ｕ字状の折り重ね部を隣接してＭ字状に２本形成してあり、２本の折り重ね部の間にしおり紐を挟持可能としたことを特徴とする取付けクリップである。
【００１５】このように、取付けクリップの頭部に、Ｕ字状の折り重ね部を隣接してＭ字状に２本形成して、２本の折り重ね部の間にしおり紐を挟持可能としたことにより、しおり紐を挟持できる隙間が３か所となるため、３か所中の任意の隙間に挟持できる。特に、２本の折り重ね部の間だと、頭部側からもしおり紐を挿入して挟持でき、また書籍などに装着した状態の取付けクリップにも挟持連結できる。しかも、このように挟持隙間が３か所あるため、弾力が柔軟となり、挟持手段が永久変形する恐れない。さらに、ゼムクリップの場合は、２本の挟持バー間の弾力も柔軟になるので、書籍などの厚い部分でも挿入でき、また永久変形もしにくい。
【００１６】請求項５は、取付けクリップの頭部に形成したＵ字状の折り重ね部をＵ字状に折り返して重ね、各折り重ね部の間にしおり紐を挟持可能としたことを特徴とする取付けクリップである。
【００１７】このように、取付けクリップの頭部に形成したＵ字状の折り重ね部をＵ字状に折り返して重ね、各折り重ね部の間にしおり紐を挟持可能としたことにより、しおり紐を挟持できる隙間が３か所となるため、３か所中の任意の隙間に挟持できる。特に、２本の折り重ね部の間だと、Ｕ字状の折り返し部の開口側からもしおり紐を挿入して挟持できる。しかも、このように挟持隙間が３か所あるため、弾力が柔軟となり、挟持手段が永久変形する恐れない。
【００１８】請求項６は、取付けクリップの頭部に形成したＵ字状の折り重ね部を渦巻き状に巻いて重ね、各重ね部の間にしおり紐を挟持可能としたことを特徴とする取付けクリップである。
【００１９】このように、取付けクリップの頭部に形成したＵ字状の折り重ね部を渦巻き状に巻いて重ね、各重ね部の間にしおり紐を挟持可能としたことにより、各重なり部の任意の位置にしおり紐を挟持できる。また、渦巻き状部と取付けクリップ頭部との間の開口部からもしおり紐を挿入して挟持でき、また書籍などに装着した状態の取付けクリップにも挟持連結できる。しかも、このように渦巻き状に形成したため、弾力が柔軟となり、挟持手段が永久変形する恐れない。さらに、ゼムクリップの場合は、２本の挟持バー間の弾力も柔軟になるので、書籍などの厚い部分でも挿入でき、また永久変形もしにくい。
【００２０】請求項７は、前記の重ね部の間に１本又は複数本のしおり紐を挟持し、着脱式に連結してなることを特徴とする請求項３から請求項６までのいずれかの項に記載の取付けクリップである。
【００２１】このように、前記の重ね部の間に１本又は複数本のしおり紐を挟持し、着脱式に連結して取付けクリップは、任意のしおり紐と交換でき、またゼムクリップの場合は、２本の挟持バー間の弾力も柔軟となり、永久変形がしにくく、長寿命となる。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に本発明による着脱式しおりが実際上どのように具体化されるか実施形態を説明する。図１は本発明のヘヤーピン状クリップを用いた実施形態である。１はヘヤーピン状のクリップであり、互いに平行な２本の挟持バー１ａ、１ｂからなり、頭部１ｃはＵ字状に折り返されている。
【００２３】２は複数本のしおり紐からなるしおり紐ユニットであり、図示例では４本のしおり紐２ａ〜２ｄの根元すなわち基端が前記のヘヤーピン状クリップのＵ字状の頭部１ｃに連結されている。
【００２４】各しおり紐は、通常のしおり紐と同様でよいが、幅が２〜４ｍｍ前後のリボン状体を用い、大型の書籍の場合は、幅の広めのしおり紐を使用することもできる。そして、複数本のしおり紐の端部（根元）を重ねて接着し、一体化しておくのがよい。
【００２５】頭部１ｃや５ｃ（図６）へのしおり紐の連結の仕方は、接着固定してもよいし、後述のように着脱式になっていてもよい。なお、着脱式の場合は、前記のように重ねて一体に接着した部分に孔を開ける、また長め（通常の倍ほどの長さ）の１本のしおり紐の全長の中間点付近に紐取付クリップの頭部に連結するための孔を開け、その孔に片方の挟持バー１ａまたは１ｂを挿入して、頭部１ｃまでスライドし移動させるとしおり紐２Ｗとなる。
【００２６】前記や後述の構造や方法で、１本のみのしおり紐を連結して用いることもできる。各しおり紐は、通常のしおり紐と同様に糸で編んだものでよいが、合成樹脂によって偏平に形成したものでもよい。偏平な不織布でもよい。
【００２７】この着脱式しおりの使用に際しては、ヘヤーピン状クリップの先端、すなわち２本の挟持バー１ａ、１ｂの先端から、矢印ａ１方向に書籍などの表表紙や裏表紙、背表紙などの部分Ｂを挿入することによって、図８のように、２本の挟持バー１ａ、１ｂによって該表表紙や裏表紙、背表紙などを挟むことによって、書籍などに装着する。
【００２８】このようにして、図示例の４本のしおり紐２ａ〜２ｄを１冊の書籍やファイルなどに装着しておけば、しおり紐の全くついていない書籍などでも、４本のしおり紐を別々に所定のページに挟めば、４か所のページを指示できるので、便利である。
【００２９】４本のしおり紐でも足りない場合は、さらに別の着脱式しおりを追加して装着すれば、しおり紐を何本でも独立して使用可能となる。したがって、六法全書や辞典、辞書などにおいて、調べごとをする場合に便利であり、能率良く作業できる。受験生が参考書の関連するページにしおり紐を挟む場合にも便利である。
【００３０】また、書籍に限らず、多数の紙を重ねてファイルのようにした場合、関連するページを指示しておくような場合も、本発明の着脱式しおりを用いると便利である。すなわち、ファイルの表紙や所望のページにヘヤーピン状クリップを挟んで装着した状態で、各しおり紐２ａ〜２ｄを独立して使用する。
【００３１】図１において、（１）のヘヤーピン状クリップは、厚手の表紙Ｂに好適なように、２本の挟持バー１ａ、１ｂの間隔を初めから拡げてある。これに対し、（２）のヘヤーピン状クリップは、薄手の表紙Ｂに好適なように、２本の挟持バー１ａ、１ｂの間隔を初めから狭めてある。このように、表紙の厚みに応じて間隔の異なる何種類かのヘヤーピン状クリップを用意しておいてもよいが、通常は（２）のように間隔の狭いヘヤーピン状クリップで共用できる。
【００３２】なお、Ｂは表紙類に限られない。書籍やファイル、ノートなどの内部の複数のページをまとめてＢと同様にして、矢印ａ１方向に挿入することによって、内部の複数のページにヘヤーピン状クリップ１や後述するゼムクリップなどを装着することもできる。
【００３３】（３）のヘヤーピン状クリップは、片方の挟持バー１ｂが波形に形成されているため、表紙などＢを挿入して挟んだ場合、滑りにくく、離脱し難い。
【００３４】いずれのヘヤーピン状クリップも、表紙などを挿入し易いように、先端（図の下端）が開いているのがよい。また、先端が尖っていると危険であり、また書物に傷つけたりする恐れがあるので、樹脂などを付着させて水滴状１ｗにするのが好ましい。
【００３５】図１では、しおり紐ユニット２の各しおり紐２ａ〜２ｄの根元がヘヤーピン状クリップの頭部１ｃに接着固定されているのに対し、図２は、しおり紐ユニット２の基端がヘヤーピン状クリップ１の頭部に着脱できる。すなわち、各しおり紐２ａ〜２ｄの根元（基端）が、小径の取り付けリング３に連結固定されている。
【００３６】リング３の材質は、紐や糸や布でもよいし、合成樹脂や金属でもよい。このリング３と各しおり紐２ａ〜２ｄの根元との固定は、リング３やしおり紐２ａ〜２ｄの材質にもよるが、接着や熱融着でもよいし、紐や糸や布の場合は、縫い合わせでもよい。あるいは、各しおり紐２ａ〜２ｄの根元に孔を開けてリング３を挿通してもよい。このとき、前記のように重ねて接着した状態で前記孔を開けてもよい。要するに任意の手法で、連結して一体化する。
【００３７】このようにして複数本のしおり紐２ａ〜２ｄの根元が連結されたリング３に、（１）のように、ヘヤーピン状クリップ１の片方の挟持バー１ａまたは１ｂを挿通して、（２）図のように、ヘヤーピン状クリップ１の頭部１ｃにリング３を取り付ける。このように、しおり紐ユニット２の根元部にリング３や前述の孔が付いていると、ヘヤーピン状クリップやゼムクリップなどの取り付けクリップとは別体にしておき、使用の都度、取り付けクリップと連結して使用できる。つまり、着脱式になっている。
【００３８】なお、必ずしも複数本のしおり紐２ａ〜２ｄからなるしおり紐ユニット２に限定されるものではなく、１本のみのしおり紐の端部や、長めの１本の紐全長の中間点または中間点付近をヘヤーピン状クリップやゼムクリップの頭部に接着したり、結んだり、連結孔を開けて挿通したり、図４のように挟持したりもできる。
【００３９】図３は、リング３に代えて、（１）のように、取り付け用の短い糸または紐４ａ、４ｂをしおり紐ユニット２の根元に連結してある。したがって、この２本の糸または紐４ａ、４ｂを用いて、（２）のように、ヘヤーピン状クリップ１やゼムクリップの頭部に蝶結びしたりして連結できる。なお、糸や紐に代えて、リボンなどを用いてもよい。
【００４０】（３）は、基端同士が連結された４本のしおり紐２ａ〜２ｄのうちの２本を、前記の紐４ａ、４ｂの代用にしたものである。すなわち、２本のしおり紐２ｃ、２ｄを用いて、ヘヤーピン状クリップ１や図６のゼムクリップ５の頭部１ｃ、５ｃ、図４のリングＲ、折り重ね部１ｉ、図７のリング５ｆに結び付ける。
【００４１】また、１本のしおり紐を用いてもよい。すなわち、図３（４）のように、通常のしおり紐２本分の長さをした長めのしおり紐２ｗを用い、そのほぼ中間点２ｘに判別し易いように何らかの目印を付けておく。
【００４２】例えば、中間点２ｘを境にして、片方２１を赤色にしておき、他方２２を黒色などに着色しておく。あるいは、中間点２ｘに目印の着色をしておいてもよい。このようにして設けた目印を目安にして、中間点２ｘまたは中間点２ｘ付近を、（５）のように、ヘヤーピン状クリップの頭部１ｃに着脱式に連結する。
【００４３】すなわち、中間点２ｘを頭部１ｃに結び付けたり、図４（１）のように２重リング間に挟んだり、図４（３）（４）の折り重ね部１ｉの間に挟持する。このように、中間点２ｘを連結するので、その両側に２本のしおり紐２１、２２が形成され、２本のしおり紐として使用できる。また、このような１本のしおり紐２ｗを更に追加し連結すれば、４本、６本…のしおり紐も形成できる。
【００４４】目印は、丁度中間点２ｘに設けるのでなく、中間点２ｘから多少ずれた位置に設けておき、その目印の部分を取付けクリップに連結すると、図示のように、２本のしおり紐２１と２２の長さを異にすることができる。
【００４５】このように、通常の２本分の長さをしたしおり紐２ｗの全長の中間または中間付近を、ヘヤーピン状クリップやゼムクリップなどの頭部へ結んだり挟んだりして連結し、余った余長分をしおり紐として使用する。なお、この思想は図６以下のゼムクリップにも適用できることは言うまでもない。
【００４６】図４（１）（２）のヘヤーピン状クリップの頭部１ｃは、図１〜図３のヘヤーピン状クリップの頭部１ｃと違って、閉じたリングになっている。このようなリング構造にするには、（１）図のように、ヘヤーピン状クリップ１の頭部１ｃの部分で、２回巻きにする。そして、この２回巻きして二重に形成したリングＲにおいて、リングＲを形成するそれぞれのリング１ｄ・１ｄ間に１本のしおり紐２ｗを挿入して挟持する。なお、必ずしも、二重リングＲの部分を大径にする必要性はなく、ｒのように、挟持バー１ａ・１ｂの間隔とほぼ同程度の小リングにしてもよい。
【００４７】図３（１）〜（３）のようにしてしおり紐ユニット２を結び付ける際に、二重のリング（１ｄ・１ｄ）に結びつけてもよいが、（２）のように、リング１ｄ・１ｄ間に挿入して、片方のリング１ｄのみに結び付けると、リング１ｄ・１ｄ間のバネ力による挟持も行われるので、連結がより確実となる。
【００４８】なお、二重リングＲ、ｒを形成するそれぞれのリング１ｄと１ｄの間は、実際は、図示のように大きく開いているのではなく、バネ力でぴったりと密着していることは言うまでもない。
【００４９】図２のようなリング３付きのしおり紐を連結する場合は、リング３や連結孔に、片方の挟持バー１ａまたは１ｂを挿通して連結することもできる。このとき、リング３や連結孔などに片方の挟持バー１ａまたは１ｂを挿入して頭部１ｃまで移動し、さらに２回巻きされたリング１ｄと１ｄの重なり合った隙間に移動して挟むと、連結部がリング１ｄ・１ｄ間に挟持固定され、移動不可能となって安定するので、リングＲから抜け出し、挟持バー１ａまたは１ｂから離脱するのを防止できる。つまり、リング３や連結孔による連結に加えて、しおり紐との連結部をバネ圧で挟持することもできる。
【００５０】さらに、２回巻きにしたことによって、挟持バー１ａと１ｂ間のバネ性が増すので、書籍などの一部を挟持バー１ａ、１ｂ間に挿入した際に、バネ性によってより安定良く保持される。なお、リングは２回きを例示したが、ヘヤーピン状クリップや後述のゼムクリップも、用い方に応じて、適度な巻数にすることができ、２回巻きに限定されない。
【００５１】このような挟持固定も可能にするには、（３）のように、ヘヤーピン状クリップ１の頭部１ｉをＵ字状の二つ折りに折り重ね、この折り重ね部１ｉの隙間にしおり紐を挟持することもできる。つまり、折り重ね部１ｉのバネ性を利用して挟むことになる。
【００５２】挟持バー１ａと１ｂ間との間に書籍の表紙などの部分Ｂを挿入することによって、折り重ね部１ｉが開いたまま永久変形し、バネ力が作用しなくなって、しおり紐を確実に挟めなくなる恐れがある場合は、（４）のように、折り重ね部１ｉと挟持バー１ａと１ｂ間との境部分１ｊでＸ字状に交差させると、表紙部分Ｂなどを挿入することによって、折り重ね部１ｉが閉じる方向に作用するので、書籍等への装着時のしおり紐の挟持固定がほぼ確実になる。
【００５３】このように、ヘヤーピン状クリップの頭部に折り重ね部１ｉを形成して、隙間にしおり紐を挟む構成にすると、図４（１）（２）のようなリング状の挟持手段に比べて小型となり、取付けクリップ全体を小型化できる。
【００５４】図４の（５）〜（７）は、（３）のように、ヘヤーピン状クリップ１の頭部の二つ折り重ね形状１ｉの応用例である。（５）は、ヘヤーピン状クリップの頭部に、二つ折り重ね部１ｉを隣接してＭ字状に２本形成してある。しおり紐は、矢印ａ３方向から挿入して、両折り重ね部１ｉ・１ｉ間にバネ性を利用して挟むことによって、連結固定する。このように、矢印ａ３方向から挿入できるので、予め書籍などに取付けた状態の取付けクリップにもしおり紐を連結できる。
【００５５】このように、取付けクリップの頭部に、Ｕ字状の折り重ね部１ｉを隣接してＭ字状に２本形成すると、挟持バー１ａ側の折り重ね部１ｉと挟持バー１ｂ側の折り重ね部１ｉを含めると、しおり紐の挟持隙間が３か所となるため、３か所中の任意の隙間に挟持できる。また、２〜３か所に挟持してもよい。
【００５６】２本の折り重ね部１ｉ・１ｉは、同じ長さでもよいが、片方の折り重ね部１ｉを長めにして多少の段違いにしておけば、しおり紐を長い方の折り重ね部１ｉに当てがった状態で矢印ａ３方向に引き込めるので、しおり紐を、２本の折り重ね部１ｉ・１ｉ間に容易に挟み込むことができる。このとき、長い方の折り重ね部１ｉを、挟持バー１ａ・１ｂの先端と同様に外側に多少曲げて開いた開口形状にしておくと、しおり紐の挿入がより容易になる。
【００５７】このように、２本の折り重ね部１ｉ・１ｉ間にしおり紐を挟持するので、両折り重ね部１ｉ・１ｉ間は、殆どぴったりと密着するような形状とし、隙間を開けておくとしても、ごくわずかの隙間でよい。なお、このように折り重ね部１ｉを２本形成したことによって、挟持バー１ａと１ｂ間のバネ性が増し、より弾力的となるので、挟持バー１ａと１ｂ間に厚い表紙などを挟んでも、挟持バー１ａ・１ｂ間が開いた状態で永久変形するのを抑制できる。
【００５８】（６）は、（３）の折り重ね部１ｉを延長して長くすると共に、中間点でＵ字状に折り返した形状になっている。その結果、挟持バー１ａ・１ｂの延長部１ａ１・１ｂ１と折り返された部分１ｂ２・１ａ２との４本が殆どぴったりと重なった状態になっている。なお、二つ折り重ね部の先端１ａｂは、挟持バー１ａ・１ｂの先端と同様に多少開き気味に曲げて、開口状態にしてある。
【００５９】その結果、この開いた折り重ね部先端１ａｂと片方の挟持バー１ｂとの間から矢印ａ４方向にしおり紐を挿入すると、１ｂ１と１ｂ２との間の部分にしおり紐を挟持することができる。
【００６０】または、挟持バー１ａ・１ｂの先端から矢印ａ１方向にしおり紐を挿入して、挟持バー１ａ・１ｂの延長部１ａ１と１ｂ１との間の隙間にしおり紐を挟持することもできる。あるいは、延長部１ａ１・１ｂ１間の位置を通過して、折り返された部分１ａ２・１ｂ２間の位置まで移動させて挟持してもよい。結局、挟持可能部分が３か所となる。
【００６１】このように挟持隙間が３か所有ることにより、弾力がより柔軟となり、挟持手段が永久変形する恐れは少ない。
【００６２】なお、図示例は同一紙面内においてＵ字状に折り返した形状になっているが、延長部１ａ１・１ｂ１に対して折り返し部１ａ２・１ｂ２を紙面に対し直角方向すなわち、手前側または背面側に折り曲げることもできる。このとき、しおり紐を挿入し挟む開口側の隙間が偏平状となるように圧延形成すると、Ｕ字状折り返しが容易になる。また、このように紙面と直角方向に折り返した場合は、しおり紐は、（矢印ａ４方向から）Ｕ字状折り返し部中に挟み込めると共に、挟持バー１ａ・１ｂの延長部１ａ１・１ａ２と１ｂ１・１ｂ２との間に（矢印ａ３方向から）挿入して挟み込むこともできる。
【００６３】したがって、取付けクリップを書籍などに装着した後で、取付けクリップの挟持部にしおり紐を矢印ａ４方向やａ３方向から挿入して挟持連結することもできる。
