Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a leakage current measuring device configured to measure a leakage current in a measurement object.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, in the "Electrical Appliance and Material Safety Law, the handling regulations of ministerial ordinances that stipulate the technical standards of electrical appliances" and "IEC 60335-1: 1994 International Standard", two ACs connected to electrical appliances (measured objects) It is instructed to measure the leakage current between any one of the power supply lines (hereinafter also referred to as “power supply line”) and the exterior of the electrical appliance (exposed charging section). As a leakage current measuring device capable of measuring such a leakage current, the applicant has disclosed a leakage ammeter (1) in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 10-246645. This leak ammeter includes a condition setting section (2), a measurement section (3), an A / D conversion section (4), a CPU (5), a RAM (6), a ROM (7), an LCD controller (8), a VRAM. (9), an LCD (10) and a setting key (11). In this case, the measuring unit includes, for example, a current detection impedance (simulated human body impedance) of about 1 kΩ, a voltage value generated when a leakage current flows through the current detection impedance, and a current detection in the current detection impedance. The current value of the leakage current is calculated (measured) based on the value of the resistance for use.
[0003]
When measuring the above-mentioned leakage current using this leakage ammeter, first, one end of the current detection impedance of the measurement unit and the exterior of the measurement object are connected via a measurement cable. Next, one of the power supply lines is connected to the other end of the current detection impedance. At this time, the CPU causes the measurement unit to measure a current flowing through the current detection impedance through the measurement cable as a leakage current, and determines whether or not the measured value is within a predetermined allowable value. . Next, when it is determined that the measured value is within the allowable value, the CPU causes the LCD controller to display the measured value on the LCD. As a result, the measurement of the leakage current flowing between one of the two power supply lines and the exterior of the electric appliance is completed, and the insulation between the two can be confirmed.

[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, this leakage ammeter has the following problems to be improved. That is, in this leakage ammeter, by connecting a current detection impedance between one of the other power supply lines and the exterior of the measurement object, one of the other power supply lines and the exterior are connected via the current detection impedance. Is short-circuited, the value of the current flowing through the current detection impedance is measured as the leakage current. In this case, when the exterior of the object to be measured is grounded (connected to a grounding line) and the power supply line is a general single-wire grounding method, the condition setting unit sets the current detection impedance to one of the other power supply lines. When connected to a wire, a large current (for example, when the power supply is 100 V, 100 V / 1 kΩ = about 100 mA) flows due to the grounding of the exterior. In this case, there is a possibility that the earth leakage breaker provided in the power supply system operates to turn off the surrounding power supply. For this reason, when measuring the leakage current between the power supply line and the exterior of the measurement object using this leakage ammeter, the exterior of the measurement object is grounded using, for example, a circuit tester before starting the measurement. It is necessary to investigate whether it has been done. Therefore, since a series of measurement operations including a preliminary investigation require time and effort, it is preferable to improve this.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the leakage current measuring device of the first aspect, the impedance of the current detection impedance is set in a state where the current limiting resistor is connected in series between any one of the AC power supply lines and the exterior of the measurement object. When the value of the current flowing through the current detection resistor is equal to or less than the predetermined current value, the leakage current is measured by the measuring unit in a state where the current limiting resistor is equivalently short-circuited. As a result, it is possible to avoid the operation of the earth leakage breaker, and as a result, it is possible to reliably prevent the power from being cut off in the vicinity. Further, the leakage current between the power supply line and the exterior of the object to be measured can be easily measured without investigating whether or not the exterior of the exterior of the object to be measured is grounded before starting the measurement using a tester or the like.
[0031]
According to the leakage current measuring device of the second aspect, when the current value flowing through the current detection impedance exceeds a predetermined current value in a state where the current limiting resistor is connected in series between the two, the control unit grounds the exterior. The notification allows the operator to reliably recognize the grounding of the exterior.
[0032]
Furthermore, according to the leakage current measuring device of the third aspect, the control unit reports the grounding of the exterior and ends the measurement of the leakage current, so that useless measurement can be avoided, thereby improving the measurement efficiency. Can be achieved.
[0033]
According to the leakage current measuring device of the fourth aspect, after the control unit displays the connection on the display unit prior to the connection of any one of the one line and the measurement cable by the switch circuit, By connecting a location to the switch circuit when a connection instruction is input, it recognizes that high voltage is applied to the measurement cable and the exterior of the measurement object even for operators unfamiliar with the measurement process. Therefore, the measurement can be performed while sufficiently calling attention. Therefore, safety at the time of measurement can be improved. In particular, when connecting a probe or the like attached to the tip of the measurement cable to the exterior of the measurement object by hand, sufficient care must be taken, and extremely effective safety measures are provided. You.
[0034]
Furthermore, according to the leakage current measuring device of the fifth aspect, when the control unit connects the switch circuit to a location, at least one of a display for alerting and an alarm is executed, thereby providing Since it is possible to reliably recognize that a high voltage is applied to the cable and the exterior of the object to be measured, the measurement can be performed while further raising the attention.
