Description
【0001】

[0002]
[Prior art]
The supercharger for an internal combustion engine drives the turbine wheel provided in the turbine casing with exhaust gas flowing through a scroll passage formed in the turbine casing to rotate the turbine wheel. [Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, in the supercharger including the supercharger with the wastegate valve, the seal ring for performing gas sealing on the turbine side and the compressor side and the turbine rotor are in sliding contact with each other in a high-speed rotation state in a high-temperature atmosphere. However, as shown in
Therefore, the lubricating state of the seal ring sliding contact portion is determined by the amount of the leaked lubricating oil, and when the amount of the leaked lubricating oil decreases, the seal ring slidingly rotating at a high speed in a high-temperature atmosphere. Seizure easily occurs in the part due to poor lubrication.
[0007]
Further, in the supercharger disclosed in
However, in this conventional technique, since the gap is configured so that two opposing metal surfaces face each other, the clearance of the gap is reduced to an amount that can prevent contact between the metal surfaces. Therefore, the amount of gas leakage from the gap must be allowed to some extent, and therefore, a decrease in turbine efficiency and compressor efficiency due to such gas leakage cannot be avoided.
[0008]
Further, in a supercharger with a wastegate valve as disclosed in
However, when the clearance of the sliding contact portion is increased, there is a concern that the leakage of exhaust gas from the clearance may cause a decrease in turbine efficiency or an effect on environmental problems.
And the like.
[0009]
The present invention has been made in view of the problems of the related art, and prevents the occurrence of seizure due to poor lubrication of a seal ring portion in a turbine rotor gas seal portion. Prevents reduction of turbine efficiency and compressor efficiency due to gas leakage from the gap, and furthermore, occurrence of malfunction of wastegate valve due to stick at sliding contact portion of control link for wastegate valve or deterioration of turbine performance and environment due to gas leakage. An object of the present invention is to provide a surface treatment structure and a surface treatment method for a supercharger which can prevent the influence on the problem.

[0016]
The invention of claim 7 is characterized in that, in claim 4, the carbon-based dry film is formed on the back surface of the turbine wheel and the surface of the back plate forming the minute gap.
[0017]
According to an eighth aspect of the present invention, the exhaust gas acts on a turbine wheel provided in a turbine casing to rotate the turbine wheel, and the rotation of the turbine wheel is performed via a turbine shaft supported by a bearing housing. An exhaust bypass passage that transmits to a compressor provided in a compressor casing, pressurizes air supplied to the engine by the compressor, and bypasses the turbine wheel and is connected to an exhaust gas outlet of the turbine casing; A wastegate valve that is driven and controlled by an actuator via a control link to open and close the exhaust bypass passage; and a support that is provided in the turbine casing and supports the turbine casing through portion of the control link. The sliding contact portion between the wood and the control link supporting part, characterized in that by forming a carbonaceous dry film formed by melting carbon ultrafine powder composed mainly of carbon in the solvent.
[0018]
The invention according to
[0019]
According to a tenth aspect of the present invention, in the eighth aspect, the support member is constituted by a bush fixed to the turbine casing, and a support portion of the control link is inserted into an outer periphery of the control link to form an inner periphery of the bush.
