Abstract
Description
【0001】

【0027】
<吸着材>

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a specific adsorbent and an adsorption heat pump or a humidity control air conditioner using the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The adsorption heat pump is one of the most excellent heat recovery and regeneration methods that can operate using low-quality heat energy as a heat source without using auxiliary power, and is considered as a promising candidate for introduction into an environmentally friendly heat energy utilization system. In this operation process, in order to regenerate the adsorbate, for example, the adsorbent that has absorbed water, the adsorbent is heated to desorb the adsorbate, and the dried adsorbent is cooled to the temperature used for adsorption of the adsorbate. To use again for adsorbate adsorption.
[0003]
Until now, absorption heat pumps that use relatively high temperature (over 120 ° C) waste heat and heat as a regenerative heat source for adsorbents have already been introduced as a part of cogeneration plants (cogeneration systems). Has been put to practical use. However, in general, in cogeneration equipment and fuel cells, the temperature of exhaust heat and heat is relatively low at 100 ° C. or less, and actually at 80 ° C. or less. It cannot be used as a heat source. In addition, this low-temperature heat energy has a low energy density, and as a result, most of the low-temperature heat energy is discarded to the environment without being used at present because the cost of recovery and use is high. It accounts for more than 90% of the total exhaust heat, and this hinders the improvement of the overall energy utilization rate. Therefore, effective utilization of low-temperature exhaust heat of 100 ° C or lower, and further, 60 ° C to 80 ° C has been required. .
On the other hand, humidity control air conditioners such as dehumidification air conditioners and humidification air conditioners are also promising as one of the exhaust heat recovery and regeneration methods, similar to the adsorption heat pump, but examples using low-temperature heat energy as a driving heat source are known. Absent.
[0004]
In the adsorption heat pump and the humidity control air conditioner, the adsorption characteristics required for the adsorbent differ depending on the available heat source temperature even if the operating principle is the same. For example, the exhaust heat temperature of a gas engine cogeneration or a polymer electrolyte fuel cell used as a heat source on the high temperature side is 60C to 80C. The temperature of the heat source on the cooling side used when using these high-temperature heat sources is determined by the restriction on the temperature of the place where the apparatus can be installed. For example, in a factory or a house, the temperature is the outside air temperature of a building. That is, the operating temperature range of the adsorption heat pump or the humidity control device is about 30 ° C. to 35 ° C. on the low temperature side and about 60 ° C. to 80 ° C. on the high temperature side when installed in a building or the like. Also, in summer, when the demand for cold heat increases, the outside air temperature is expected to rise, and the temperature on the low-temperature side is likely to be higher than the above. Therefore, in order to make effective use of the exhaust heat, a device that has a small temperature difference between the low-temperature heat source and the high-temperature heat source in the application site, and can be driven even when the low-temperature heat source is 30 ° C. or more and the high-temperature heat source is 80 ° C. or less is desired. ing.
[0005]
To make this possible, a material having the following adsorption characteristics is required. That is, (1) there is a difference in the amount of adsorption in a range where the difference between the relative vapor pressure at the time of adsorption and the relative vapor pressure at the time of desorption is small, and (2) the range of the above (1) (3) is an adsorbent that easily desorbs at a high relative pressure.
[0006]
The use of various adsorbents has been studied as an adsorbent used in an adsorption heat pump or a humidity control air conditioner, but there are various problems, and a solution thereof is desired.
Conventionally, Y-type zeolites, which have been studied as adsorption heat pumps or adsorbents for humidity control air conditioning, adsorb adsorbed substances even when their relative vapor pressures are almost zero. In order to make the pressure almost zero, a high temperature of 150 ° C. to 200 ° C. or more is required. Therefore, there is a problem that it is difficult to use the Y-type zeolite for the adsorption heat pump or the humidity control device using the low-temperature waste heat described above.
[0007]
A-type silica gel, which has been studied similarly, does not have sufficient adsorption characteristics at a low relative vapor pressure, and mesoporous silica (such as FSM-10) synthesized using a micelle structure of a surfactant as a template (see Patent Document 1). Does not adsorb at a low relative vapor pressure, there is a problem that it is not possible to configure an adsorption heat pump or a humidity control air conditioner using heat obtained by cooling water of a cogeneration device, a fuel cell, or the like, solar heat, or the like.
[0008]
Furthermore, among the conventional adsorbents, it has been pointed out that mesoporous silica is not only required to improve its adsorption characteristics, but also has a problem that its structure is easily broken, and it is difficult to manufacture industrially and its cost is high. Y-type zeolite and A-type silica gel are inexpensive and hard to break, but have insufficient performance.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention relates to an adsorption heat pump or a humidity control air conditioner capable of adsorbing and desorbing adsorbate in a relatively low relative vapor pressure range where the low-temperature heat source can be driven at 30 ° C. or higher and the high-temperature heat source at 80 ° C. or lower. The object is to provide a material and an efficient adsorption heat pump or a humidity control air conditioner using the same.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present inventors have conducted intensive studies to solve the above-described problems, and as a result, have found an adsorbent suitable for an adsorption heat pump or a humidity control air conditioner that uses adsorption and desorption of an adsorbate as a driving source of the apparatus.
That is, the gist of the present invention is that the framework is made of zeolite containing aluminum, phosphorus, and iron, and its framework density is 16.0T / 1,0001 ,. 3 Larger, 20.0T / 1,0001 , 3 In the water vapor adsorption isotherm measured at 25 ° C., when the relative vapor pressure changes by 0.1 in the range of 0.1 to 0.25, the change in the amount of water adsorbed is 0. An adsorbent for an adsorption heat pump or a humidity control air conditioner, comprising zeolite having a relative vapor pressure range of 12 g / g or more. Another point is that an adsorbate, an adsorption / desorption section provided with an adsorbent for adsorbing / desorbing the adsorbate, an evaporating section connected to the adsorption / desorption section for evaporating the adsorbate, and connected to the adsorption / desorption section. And a condensing section for condensing the adsorbate, wherein the adsorbent is the adsorbent for the adsorbent heat pump. Still another aspect is a humidity control air conditioner having an adsorption / desorption section having an adsorbent and a heat supply mechanism to the adsorption / desorption section, wherein the adsorbent is the adsorbent. Present in wet air conditioners.
[0012]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail.
<Adsorption heat pump and adsorption characteristics>
The operating vapor pressure range of the adsorption heat pump is determined by the desorption-side relative vapor pressure φ1 and the adsorption-side relative vapor pressure φ2 obtained from the high-temperature heat source temperature Thigh, the low-temperature heat source temperature Tlow1, the low-temperature heat source temperature Tlow2, and the cold heat generation temperature Tcool.
[0013]
φ1 and φ2 can be calculated by the following equation: desorption-side relative vapor pressure φ1 = equilibrium vapor pressure (Tlow1) / equilibrium vapor pressure (Thigh) adsorption-side relative vapor pressure φ2 = equilibrium vapor pressure (Tcool) / equilibrium vapor pressure (Tlow2), The operable relative vapor pressure range is between φ1 and φ2.
Here, the high-temperature heat source temperature Thigh indicates the temperature of the heat medium to be heated when the adsorbate is desorbed from the adsorbent to regenerate the adsorbent, the low-temperature heat source temperature Tlow1 indicates the temperature of the adsorbate in the condensing section, and the low-temperature heat source temperature Tlow2. Is the temperature of the heat medium that cools the adsorbent after regeneration together with the adsorption, and the cold generation temperature Tcool means the temperature of the adsorbate in the evaporator, that is, the temperature of the generated cold. The equilibrium vapor pressure can be determined from the temperature using the equilibrium vapor pressure curve of the adsorbate.
[0014]
Hereinafter, the operation vapor pressure range when the adsorbate is water will be exemplified. The adsorption side relative vapor pressure φ2 is 0.22 when the cold heat generation temperature (Tcool) is 10 ° C. and the low temperature heat source temperature (Tlow2) is 35 ° C., the cold heat generation temperature (Tcool) is 8 ° C., and the low temperature heat source temperature (Tlow2). ) At 30 ° C. is 0.25. The desorption-side relative vapor pressure φ1 is 0.14 when the low-temperature heat source temperature (Tcool) is 30 ° C. and the high-temperature heat source temperature (Thigh) is 70 ° C., and the low-temperature heat source temperature (Tcool) is 35 ° C. and the high-temperature heat source temperature (Thigh) ) Is 80 ° C., the result is 0.12, the low-temperature heat source temperature (Tcool) is 32 ° C., and the high-temperature heat source temperature (Thigh) is 80 ° C., 0.10.
[0015]
From the above, when driving the adsorption heat pump using gas engine cogeneration, polymer electrolyte fuel cell or factory exhaust heat, the operating relative steam pressure range is φ1 to φ2 = 0.10 to 0.25, preferably It is considered that 0.12 to 0.25, and more specifically, φ1 to φ2 = 0.14 to 0.22. That is, a material having a large change in the amount of adsorption in this operation humidity range is preferable.
[0016]
Next, the characteristics required for the adsorbent will be described.
It is assumed that a cooling capacity of 5.0 kW (= 18,000 kJ) is obtained by an adsorption heat pump. Here, 5.0 kW is a cooling capacity of about 16 tatami Japanese-style wooden rooms facing south. The latent heat of vaporization of water is about 2500 kJ / kg, and if the switching cycle between adsorption and desorption is 10 minutes (6 times / hour), 10.0 kg of adsorbent is required if the adsorption amount is 0.12 g / g. Become. Required amount of adsorbent X kg = 18,000 kJ / (2500 kJ × 0.12 kg / kg × 6 times / hr) = 10.0 kg. Similarly, if the adsorption amount is 0.15 g / g, 8 kg is required. Further, when the switching cycle is 6 minutes (10 times / hour), the weight is 6.0 kg in the case of 0.12 g / g, and 4.8 kg in the case of 0.15 g / g. The larger the amount of adsorption, the better, but the smaller the weight and volume of the adsorbent, the better. This is because, in general, the area required for installation is often limited, and therefore a device having a larger performance with a smaller device is required. Since it is necessary to increase the amount of adsorption in order to satisfy these conflicting demands, the amount of adsorption is preferably 0.12 g / g or more, and more preferably 0.15 g / g or more. When the change in the amount of adsorption is small, the required volume of the adsorbent becomes large, and the apparatus becomes large, which is not preferable. The upper limit of the change in the amount of adsorption is not particularly limited, but is usually about 0.3 g / g or less due to material restrictions.
[0017]
Further, the adsorbent is preferably a material having a large change in the amount of adsorption in a narrow relative vapor pressure range. If the change in the adsorption amount is large in a narrow relative vapor pressure range, the amount of adsorbent required to obtain the same adsorption amount under the same conditions is reduced, and the adsorption heat pump is driven even if the temperature difference between the cooling heat source and the heating heat source is small. Because you can. From this point, in the water vapor adsorption isotherm measured at 25 ° C., when the relative vapor pressure changes by 0.1 in the range of 0.1 to 0.25, the change in the amount of adsorbed water is 0.12 g / It must have a relative vapor pressure range of at least g.
[0018]
In addition, in terms of adsorption performance, the adsorption amount is 0.12 g / g or more, preferably 0.15 g / g or more at a relative vapor pressure of 0.25 in the above operating humidity range, and the upper limit is not particularly limited. Is usually 0.3 g / g or less, while in terms of desorption performance, at a relative vapor pressure of 0.1, the adsorption amount is 0.05 g / g or less, preferably 0.03 g / g or less, The lower limit is preferably as close to 0 as possible, but usually an adsorbent of 0.00001 g / g or more is preferred.
[0019]
<Humidity control device and adsorption characteristics>
In the present invention, humidity control is a technique for controlling the humidity of an air-conditioned space, and may be either dehumidification or humidification. For example, in the case of indoor air conditioning, it is possible to use for the purpose of dehumidification in summer when the humidity is high, and for humidification in winter when the humidity is low. The humidity control air conditioner may be fixed or movable as long as it has a dehumidifying or humidifying function. For example, a desiccant air conditioner fixed to a building, a small dehumidifier installed indoors, a humidifier, etc. Is included.
[0020]
Also in the case of humidity control air conditioning, it is determined by the desorption-side relative vapor pressure φ1 and the adsorption-side relative vapor pressure φ2 as in the case of the adsorption heat pump. However, in the case of humidity control air conditioning, since operation is generally performed using air under atmospheric pressure,
φ1 = absolute humidity of treated air / saturated vapor pressure at treatment temperature
φ2 = absolute humidity of air before treatment / saturated vapor pressure at temperature before treatment
It becomes. That is, the relative humidity of the air before the treatment and the relative humidity of the air after the treatment directly become the relative vapor pressure.
As an example of humidity control air conditioning, when considering summer dehumidification air conditioning, according to summer indoor conditions defined in JIS-C9612 and the like, a dry bulb temperature of 27 ° C. and a wet bulb temperature of 19 ° C. are generally used. The relative humidity at this time is about 50%. On the other hand, it is also described that the external absolute humidity in summer is 21 g / kg. When this air is heated to 80 ° C., its relative humidity will be about 7%. In this operation, air at a relative humidity of 7% to 50% alternately comes into contact. In this case, the operation relative water vapor pressure range is φ1 to φ2 = 0.07 to 0.5, and an adsorbent material having a large change in adsorption amount in this range is preferable.
[0021]
However, it is generally known that in dehumidifying air conditioning, the relative humidity temporarily decreases due to heat generated by the initial heat of adsorption. Therefore, in an actual operation, it is required to have adsorption performance even at a relative humidity of 50% or less. Further, for the same reason as in the case of the adsorption heat pump, the adsorbent is preferably a material having a large change in the amount of adsorption in a narrow relative vapor pressure range. Considering these, a material that adsorbs more water vapor at a relative humidity of 0.1 to 0.25 in the above operating humidity range is preferable.
[0022]
In addition, as in the case of the adsorption heat pump, the amount of adsorption is large in the humidity control apparatus, and the smaller the weight and volume of the adsorbent, the better. Therefore, the change in the amount of adsorption is 0.12 g / g or more, preferably 0.15 g / g g or more of the adsorbent is good. When the change in the amount of adsorption is small, the required volume of the adsorbent becomes large, and the apparatus becomes large, which is not preferable. Although the upper limit of the amount of adsorption is not particularly limited, it is usually about 0.3 g / g or less due to material restrictions. In the water vapor adsorption isotherm measured at 25 ° C., when the relative vapor pressure changes by 0.1 in the range of 0.1 to 0.25, the change in the amount of adsorbed water is 0.12 g / g or more. It must have a vapor pressure range.
[0023]
In terms of the change point of the adsorption performance, the adsorption amount is 0.12 g / g or more, preferably 0.15 g / g or more at a relative vapor pressure of 0.25 in the above operating humidity range, and the upper limit is particularly limited. Although it is not carried out, it is usually 0.3 g / g or less, while in terms of desorption performance, the adsorption amount at a relative vapor pressure of 0.1 is 0.05 g / g or less, preferably 0.03 g / g or less. The lower limit is usually preferably an adsorbent of 0.00001 g / g or more.
[0024]
In a humidity control device, the difference between the relative vapor pressure at the time of adsorption and the relative vapor pressure at the time of desorption has a small difference in the amount of adsorption, so that not only dehumidification in summer but also humidity control when specific humidity is required It has the advantage that it can be used for In addition, when the change in the amount of adsorption within a narrow range is large, the adsorption and desorption are performed quickly, so that the adsorption and desorption cycle can be shortened, and there is an advantage that the apparatus can be made compact.
[0025]
One of the features of the present invention is to use an adsorbent having the above characteristics as an adsorbent in an adsorption / desorption portion of an adsorbate of an adsorption heat pump. That is, since a large change in the amount of adsorption can be obtained by a change in the relative vapor pressure in a narrow range on the relatively low-phase pressure resistance side, it is suitable for an adsorption heat pump having a restriction on the lower limit of the temperature of the low-temperature heat source, for example, an air conditioner in a factory. .
Another feature of the present invention resides in that an adsorbent having the above-described characteristics is used in an adsorption section of a humidity control air conditioner.
[0026]
Adsorption heat pumps and humidity control air conditioners utilize the ability of an adsorbent to adsorb and desorb adsorbates as a drive source. In the adsorption heat pump and the humidity control air conditioner, the adsorbate is adsorbed on the adsorbent as vapor. Water, ethanol, acetone, or the like can be used as the adsorbate, but water is most preferable in view of safety, cost, and the magnitude of latent heat of vaporization.
[0027]
<Adsorbent>
An adsorbent for a heat pump or an adsorbent for a humidity control air conditioner, which is a feature of the present invention, is a zeolite which is a crystalline iron aluminophosphate having a framework structure containing at least aluminum, phosphorus and iron, and has a framework density of 16. 0T / 1,000Å 3 Larger, 20.0T / 1,0001 , 3 Or less, preferably 16.2T / 1,000Å 3 Or more, on the other hand, 19.0 / 1,000 3 Hereinafter, 18.0 / 1,000 / 3 The following ranges of zeolites are preferred.
[0028]
By selecting such a zeolite, the above-described adsorption performance can be achieved. If the framework density is too low, the difference in the amount of adsorption tends to increase, but it is considered that adsorption and desorption do not occur in an appropriate relative humidity range, and the structure tends to be unstable, which may cause a problem in durability. Therefore, if it is too large, the difference in the amount of adsorption is too small, so that it is inappropriate. Here, the framework density refers to the 1,000 ラ イ ト 3 Means the number of elements constituting the skeleton other than oxygen, and this value is determined by the structure of zeolite. The relationship between the framework density and the structure of the zeolite is shown in ATLAS OF ZEOLITE FRAMEWARK TYPE Fifth Revised Edition 2001 ELSEVIER.
[0029]
The structure of such a zeolite can be represented by a code defined by the International Zeolite Association (IZA): ABW, AEL, AEN, AET, AFI, AFN, AFO, AHT, ANA, APC, APD, AST, ATN, ATO, ATS, ATT, BPH, BRE, CON, CZP, DFT, EDI, FER, LAU, LTL, MAZ, MEL, MFI, MOR, MWW, OSI, SAT, SOD, STT, TER, VNI, VSV, ZON , Preferably AEL, AET, AFI, AST, ATS, and more preferably AFI.
[0030]
Framework density correlates with pore volume, and generally, lower framework density zeolites have greater pore volume and therefore higher adsorption capacity. Those having a small framework density are preferable from the viewpoint of the overall amount of adsorption, but are suitable as adsorbents at lower humidity, and from the viewpoint of adsorption performance in the relative vapor pressure range in the present invention at higher humidity. It is rather unsuitable, and in the present invention, those having a higher framework density are more suitable. From these balances, the above-mentioned framework density is preferable.
[0031]
The adsorbent of the present invention is a zeolite which is a crystalline iron aluminophosphate containing at least aluminum, phosphorus and iron in a skeleton structure, and iron of the crystalline iron aluminophosphate is substituted with aluminum and / or phosphorus in the skeleton. Have been.
The zeolite used as the adsorbent in the present invention is a zeolite containing aluminum, phosphorus, and iron in a skeleton structure and having a proportion of atoms represented by the following formulas (1), (2), and (3). Is preferred.
[0032]
(Equation 7)
0.001 ≦ x ≦ 0.3 (1)
(In the formula, x indicates the molar ratio of iron to the total of aluminum, phosphorus, and iron in the skeletal structure.)
[0033]
(Equation 8)
0.3 ≦ y ≦ 0.6 (2)
(In the formula, y represents the molar ratio of aluminum to the total of aluminum, phosphorus, and iron in the skeletal structure.)
[0034]
(Equation 9)
0.3 ≦ z ≦ 0.6 (3)
(In the formula, z represents the molar ratio of phosphorus to the total of aluminum, phosphorus, and iron in the skeletal structure.)
Then, among the above-mentioned atomic abundance ratios, the iron abundance ratio is expressed by the following formula (4).
[0035]
(Equation 10)
0.003 ≦ x ≦ 0.2 (4)
(Where x is as defined above)
Is preferably represented by the following formula (5):
[0036]
[Equation 11]
0.005 ≦ x ≦ 0.1 (5)
(Wherein, x is as defined above) is more preferable.
[0037]
Elements other than Fe, Al and P may be contained in the skeleton structure of the crystalline iron aluminophosphate in the present invention. Examples of other elements include silicon, lithium, magnesium, titanium, zirconium, vanadium, chromium, manganese, cobalt, nickel, palladium, copper, zinc, gallium, germanium, arsenic, tin, calcium, and boron. Usually, the molar ratio (M / Fe) between the other element (M) and iron (Fe) is 3 or less, preferably 1.5 or less, more preferably 0.5 or less. When M / Fe is not in this range, the adsorption performance in the present invention does not sufficiently appear.
[0038]
Each molar ratio of the above atoms is determined by elemental analysis. Usually, the elemental analysis can be determined by dissolving a sample by heating with an aqueous hydrochloric acid solution and ICP analysis.
Further, the adsorbent used in the present invention exhibits a change in the amount of water adsorbed when the relative vapor pressure changes by 0.1 in the range of the relative vapor pressure of 0.1 to 0.25 in the water vapor adsorption isotherm measured at 25 ° C. Is an adsorbent having a relative vapor pressure range of 0.12 g / g or more, preferably 0.15 g / g or more, and preferably has a relative vapor pressure of 0.14 to 0.22 and a relative vapor pressure of 0.1 to 0.22. The adsorbent has a water adsorption amount change of 0.12 g / g or more, preferably 0.15 g / g or more, when the change is 08. By having such adsorption characteristics, as described above, the adsorption heat pump can be driven by the low-temperature side heat source of 30 ° C. or higher and the high-temperature side heat source of 80 ° C. or lower. Can be.
When the relative vapor pressure changes by 0.1, the upper limit of the change in the amount of adsorbed water is preferably as high as possible. However, due to material limitations, the upper limit is usually 0.3 g / g or less, and the relative vapor pressure changed by 0.08. The upper limit of the change in the amount of adsorption at that time is usually 0.29 g / g or less.
[0039]
Further, in addition to the above conditions, the adsorbent used in the present invention has an adsorption amount at the lower limit of relative vapor pressure of 0.1 of the present invention of 0.05 g / g or less and the upper limit of relative vapor pressure of 0 in the water vapor adsorption isotherm. More preferably, it is 0.25 and 0.15 g / g or more.
The adsorbent for the adsorption heat pump or the humidity control air conditioner of the present invention is basically composed of the above zeolite, but is used in combination with other adsorbents or as an adsorbent as long as its performance is not impaired. And other components may be included as necessary.
[0040]

These may be used alone or in combination of two or more.
[0045]
(Preparation of aqueous gel)
An aqueous gel is prepared by mixing the above-mentioned aluminum source, iron source, phosphorus source and template. The mixing order varies depending on conditions, but usually, first, a phosphoric acid source and an aluminum source are mixed, and then an iron source and a template are mixed.
The composition of the aqueous gel according to the iron aluminophosphate is expressed as a molar ratio of oxide, and 0.01 ≦ FeO / P 2 O 5 ≦ 1.5, and from the viewpoint of ease of synthesis, 0.02 ≦ FeO / P 2 O 5 ≦ 1.0, preferably 0.05 ≦ FeO / P 2 O 5 ≦ 0.5 is more preferred. Also, P 2 O 5 / Al 2 O 3 Is 0.6 to 1.7, preferably 0.7 to 1.6, more preferably 0.8 to 1.5 from the viewpoint of ease of synthesis. In addition, the lower limit of the water ratio is Al 2 O 3 And the molar ratio is 3 or more, preferably 5 or more, more preferably 10 or more from the viewpoint of ease of synthesis. In addition, components other than the above may coexist in each aqueous gel, if desired. Such components include hydrophilic organic solvents such as hydroxides and salts of alkali metals and alkaline earth metals, and alcohols.
(Hydrothermal synthesis)

The conditions for the hydrothermal synthesis are 100 to 300 ° C, preferably 150 to 250 ° C, and more preferably 170 to 220 ° C from the viewpoint of ease of synthesis.
[0047]
The reaction time is 3 hours to 30 days, preferably 5 hours to 15 days, more preferably 7 hours to 7 days, from the viewpoint of ease of synthesis. One of the features of the present invention is that the adsorbent having the above-mentioned characteristics is used as an adsorbent in an adsorption / desorption section of an adsorbate of an adsorption heat pump or as an adsorbent in an adsorption / desorption section of a humidity control air conditioner. That is, since a large change in the amount of adsorption can be obtained by a change in the relative vapor pressure in a narrow range on the relatively low-phase pressure resistance side, an adsorption heat pump or a humidity control air conditioner having a lower limit to the temperature of the low-temperature heat source, for example, a factory air conditioner Suitable for etc.

【Example】
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described more specifically with reference to Examples, but the present invention is not limited to the following Examples.
[Example 1]
To a mixture of 38.4 g of water and 17.6 g of 85% phosphoric acid, 9.5 g of pseudoboehmite (containing 25% water, manufactured by Condea) was slowly added, followed by stirring. This was stirred for 3 hours, an aqueous solution of 6.78 g of ferrous sulfate heptahydrate dissolved in 36.6 g of water was added, and 10.8 g of triethylamine was further mixed and stirred for 3 hours to obtain the following composition. A starting reactant was obtained.
[0059]
0.32FeSO 4 : 0.92Al 2 O 3 : P 2 O 5 : 1.4 triethylamine: 60H 2 O
The starting reactant was charged into a 200 cc stainless steel autoclave containing a Teflon (registered trademark) inner cylinder, and allowed to react at 200 ° C. for 12 hours in a stationary state. After the reaction, the mixture was cooled and the supernatant was removed by decantation to collect a precipitate. The precipitate was washed three times with water, filtered off and dried at 120 ° C. A 3 g sample containing the template thus obtained was collected, placed in a vertical quartz firing tube, and heated to 550 ° C. at 1 ° C./min in an air stream of 200 ml / min, and kept at 550 ° C. for 6 hours. The firing was performed. When the XRD of the crystalline iron aluminophosphate thus obtained was measured, it was an AFI-type FAPO-5. (Framework density: 17.3T / 1,000Å 3 )
When dissolved by heating in an aqueous hydrochloric acid solution and subjected to elemental analysis by ICP analysis, the composition ratio (molar ratio) of each component to the total of aluminum, phosphorus and iron in the skeletal structure was 4.0% for iron and 4.0% for aluminum. 46.7% and phosphorus was 49.3%.
[0060]
FIG. 4 is a water vapor adsorption isotherm at 25 ° C. obtained by measuring this zeolite with an adsorption isotherm measuring apparatus (Belsorb 18: Bell Japan Co., Ltd.). The adsorption isotherm was measured at an air high temperature bath temperature of 50 ° C., an adsorption temperature of 25 ° C., an initial introduction pressure of 3.0 torr, an introduction pressure set point of 0, a saturated vapor pressure of 23.76 mmHg, and an equilibration time of 500 seconds.
[0061]
From FIG. 4, water vapor is rapidly adsorbed at a relative vapor pressure of 0.15 to 0.20, and the maximum amount of adsorption changes when the relative vapor pressure changes by 0.1 in the relative vapor pressure range of 0.10 to 0.25. The amount is 0.17 g / g, and the change in the amount of adsorption when the relative vapor pressure range is from 0.14 to 0.22 is 0.17 g / g. FAPO-5 having such properties is one of the most preferable adsorbents used in the present invention.
[Comparative example]
To a mixture of 38.4 g of water and 17.6 g of 85% phosphoric acid, 10.3 g of pseudo-boehmite (containing 25% water, manufactured by Condea) was slowly added, followed by stirring. The mixture was stirred for 3 hours, 36.6 g of water was added thereto, and 11.6 g of triethylamine was further mixed and stirred for 3 hours to obtain a starting reactant having the following composition.
[0062]
Al 2 O 3 : P 2 O 5 : 1.5 triethylamine: 60H 2 O
The starting reactant was charged into a 200 cc stainless steel autoclave containing a Teflon (registered trademark) inner cylinder, and allowed to react at 200 ° C. for 12 hours in a stationary state. After the reaction, the mixture was cooled and the supernatant was removed by decantation to collect a precipitate. The precipitate was washed three times with water, filtered off and dried at 120 ° C. A 3 g sample containing the template thus obtained is collected, placed in a vertical quartz firing tube, and heated to 550 ° C. at 1 ° C./min under an air flow of 200 ml / min, and is directly kept at 550 ° C. for 6 hours. The firing was performed. When the XRD of the crystalline aluminophosphate thus obtained was measured, it was an AFI-type so-called AlPO-5 (containing Al and P in the skeleton structure).
[0063]
FIG. 5 is a water vapor adsorption isotherm at 25 ° C. obtained by measuring this zeolite with an adsorption isotherm measuring apparatus (Belsorb 18: Bell Japan Co., Ltd.).
[0064]
FIG. 5 shows that the amount of change in the amount of adsorption in the relative vapor pressure range of 0.10 to 0.25 is only 0.03 g / g. AlPO-5 having such properties is not suitable for the adsorbent of the present invention.
As described above, the adsorbent used in the present invention has a larger amount of adsorption change in the same relative vapor pressure range as compared with conventional silica gel or zeolite, so that more dehumidification is performed using almost the same weight of adsorbent. Can produce effects.
[0065]
【The invention's effect】
The adsorption heat pump and the humidity control air conditioner using the adsorbent which shows a large change in the amount of adsorption and desorption in the range of the relative vapor pressure of 0.10 or more and 0.25 or less according to the present invention provide a water adsorption amount by the adsorption and desorption of the adsorbent. Since the difference is large and the adsorbent can be regenerated (desorbed) at a low temperature, the adsorption heat pump and the humidity control air conditioner can be efficiently driven by using a heat source at a lower temperature than in the past. That is, according to the adsorbent of the present invention, an adsorption heat pump and a humidity control air conditioner driven by a relatively low-temperature heat source of 80 ° C. or lower can be provided.
