Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact support device for the display of a golf club enhancing display decorativeness. <P>SOLUTION: A member 2 for hooking the club, and a member 4 for connecting and supporting a plurality of members 2, are separately formed. The hook member is formed by shaping to allow production of many identical members at a low cost. The connecting and supporting member is formed according to display specification. As a hooking method, a method of supporting by faces and lines is applied to allow the stable display of the hooked club in a fixed position in a compact size. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO

【発明の属する産業分野】ゴルフ用品などのスポーツ用品の展示・陳列用品に関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】ゴルフ用クラブの陳列用の支持装置としては、本出願人は「特公平４−４２９２５」で、金属やプラスチックで成形した基部材と、合成ゴムやシリコン樹脂等の弾性部材からなる表装部材を組み合わせた支持装置を提案している。ここでは、展示するゴルフクラブは、グリップ部を、穴状部材に挿入し、シャフト部を支持することによって、支えている。ここでの実施例としては、アイアンを支持する支持装置を示している。

ウッドの場合も、シャフトの部分の２点を、支持して支える図２のような支持装置も知られている。これら２点支持の方式は、どこで支持するのかは別にして、一定の距離・間隔を置いた２点を支持することが必要となり、その場合、「特公平４−４２９２５」のように、支持する部材が、別部材のときには、それぞれを調整して固定する事が必要となり、そのために部材も必要であった。

また、図２のように、支持する部材が、１体で作られている時でも、クラブを固定するためには、支持する２点間の間隔を大きく取ることが必要であり、そうするとこの一体に出来た支持装置は、どうしても大きいものとなりコストがかかるとともに展示物としてのクラブに対し、展示用支持装置が目立ち、展示場の装飾性を損なうことになった。

また、ウッドの場合、ヘッドの形状に、型を作り、ヘッドのデコ部（凸部）に対し、型をボコ部（凹部）とし、デコボコ（凸凹）に組み合わせて、陳列支持する支持装置も、既製品として作られている。

ゴルフクラブの展示用装置としてアイアンクラブなどは、従来は図３や図４に見るように２点支持による展示方法が主流であった。図３では、複数の凹部設けた板を対向位置に設置しその凹部にシャフト部を置き、シャフト部を２点で支持する方法である。図４は、グリップ部の端部を穴に投入し、一方で複数の凹部を持つ支持板でシャフト部を支える方法である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】ウッド用ゴルフクラブを、シャフトやグリップ部の２点で支持固定しようとする方式は、支持装置が大がかりになりコストがかかるとともに、クラブのヘッド部の展示方向が定まらず、客が取り出して見た後は、展示がバラバラになってしまう問題があった。

型を作って固定する方式も、１つの展示用の支持装置としてウッドを三つ並べて表示することを考えると、図２のようにその型自体が大変大がかりなものとなり、そこで、ヘッド部を保持する部分を出来るだけ薄くし、コスト面での負荷を軽減しようとすると、どうしてもシャフトが真下に固定されず、３つ並べたクラブのシャフトが不揃いになってしまうということになった。

２点支持によるアイアンクラブの場合も、展示方法図３や図４のような２点支持では支持が不安定であり、クラブヘッドが固定できない為、店員が展示するときにヘッドに刻印されたメーカー名やブランド名を見えるようにかつ揃えて展示しても客が重さやバランスの具合を見、試し振りなどをするためクラブを展示装置から取り出した時は、なかなかきちっとクラブを元に戻すことがなく、その都度店員がきれいに展示し直すことが必要だった。

そのため、アイアンクラブでも客がクラブを展示装置に戻せば再び元のように展示できるような展示装置の開発が課題となっていた。ただ、アイアンクラブは、１０本がワンセットとなっていて、それらをセットにして並べて展示することが不可欠となっている。ところが１つ１つヘッドの形が異なっているため、装飾性を考えかつ販売促進につながる展示効率を考えるとそれなりの工夫が必要となった。

また図４のように縦置きで並べた時も基本的には２点支持であるため不安定さは変わらずシャフトの長さの違いによって展示したヘッド部の高さが異なり写真のように綺麗に揃って並べている時にはいいが、ヘッド部の方方向が互い違いなった時には展示物としての装飾性の点で欠陥を持つという問題があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】そこで本願では上記問題を解決するために、次のように考えた。ゴルフクラブの展示用支持装置としては、展示効果を考えて、複数のウッドやアイアンクラブを同時に展示する必要があるが、クラブヘッドをフックする部材とこれらのフック部材とを連結する部材とを、別部材とした。フックする部材を、厚みがあり、クラブヘッドを凸部として置けば、凹部として、きっちりと喰え込めるような構造にし、そうしたことを可能なように素材としてゴムやシリコン樹脂などの弾性部材を使用した。また連絡部材は、金属やプラスチックを素材として利用した。そして全体として、展示用支持装置はそれほど大きくならず、展示物としての装飾性を損なうことがないようにした。

ウッドクラブとしては、シャフトをはさむウッドのフェイス面と、ウッド面との両面に１部のみ当接し、かつシャフト部をシャフトに添って、弾性的に長く喰え込むことによって、安定的に固定する方法を見つけた。このことによって、大きな支持装置とすることなくウッド用のクラブを支持する装置が提案できた。

また本発明では、従来にない装飾性と展示効果をもったゴルフ用アイアンクラブの展示装置を作るために、
▲１▼ヘッド部を上方にし略同じ高さもしくは略一定間隔で高さを下げて展示する
ようにした。
▲２▼そのためにヘッド部を懸架し線と面で支持し、シャフトを２点で線支持する
ようにして展示し、
▲３▼かつ、ヘッド部に刻印表示されたブランドマークや社名等をユーザが見やす
い方向に固定表示できるようにし、
▲４▼しかもそれらが一定間隔でかつ、シャフトが互いに略平行になるようにした
。

そのために、水平にわたした連結部材上に一定間隔に固定できるフック部材を用い、これをゴムやシリコン樹脂などで成型加工した。その型は、アイアンクラブのヘッド部のフェイス面と面接触し、ヘッド端を線で支持し、かつシャフトを２点で支持固定できる構成にした。

さらに、アイアンクラブのヘッド部は、＃３のクラブから＃９さらにＰＷ（ピッチングウェッジ）ＡＷ（アプローチウェッジ）ＳＷ（サウンドウェッジ）に行くに従ってフェイス面とシャフト軸との角度は、大きくなっている。そこで、それらに合わせて誰が置いても同じ様に固定表示できるように、フェイス面との面接触を工夫した。

連結部材上に設置するフック部材は、アイアンクラブのヘッド部に合わせて１つ１つ作ってもいいが、成型加工する型代のコストなどを考え前述した角度が比較的同じ＃３から＃８、＃９とＰＷ、ＡＷ、ＳＷ、これらを組にして、１つの型を作り、兼用するものも作った。型の素材として弾性の高い塑性変形性の大きいプラスチックやゴムを使い、いくつものクラブに共通する型も作った。

【発明の具体的な実態例】図１は、本発明によるゴルフ用ウッドクラブの展示用支持装置の１実施例の外観図である。（２）は、ウッドをフックするフック部材、（４）は、フック部材を連結支持する部材、（６）は、取付けブランケットである。フック部材（２）と連結する部材（４）との区別を分かりやすくするためにフック部材は実線で示し、連結支持する部材（４）と取付ブランケット（６）は破線で示した。

フック部材（２）は、ゴムやシリコン樹脂などを素材とし、型取りして作った。このフック部材（２）に、ウッドクラブを、シャフトとグリップを下にして、ヘッドの部分を上にしてフックする。このフック部材（２）は、ウッドのフェイス面が２つのライン（２ａ，２ｂ）をたて、よことする平面に当接し、ウッドの下面部が曲面（２ｃ）に当接し、かつ２つの突起部（２ｄ，２ｅ）に挟まれた案内部（２ｆ）にシャフトが収まるようにしている。曲面部（２ｃ）は、ウッドの下面部を凸部とし、それに対しておおよそ凹部となるように型取りしている。もちろん、どのようなウッドに対しても、合うような凹部の作り方をしている。

また、このフック部材は、金属やプラスチックで作られた連結支持する部材（４）に固定支持できるように案内部（２ｇ）を設けていて、これを図のように連結支持する部材（４）に挿入する。この図１では、フック部材（２）は、分かりやすいように１つだけ示したが、実際に展示するときには、図５に示したように複数個のフック部材（８，１０，１２）を連結支持する部材（１４）に取り付けることになる。図１の取付けブランケット（６）は、この場合、水平アーム部材に取付け、連結支持する部材（４）を懸架することになる。

図６は、水平アーム（１６）に取り付けた本発明による図１に示した３つのフック部材を（１８，２０，２２）持つ展示用支持装置にウッドクラブ（２４，２６，２８）をフックしたときの外観図である。ウッドのフェイス面（２４ａ，２６ａ，２８ａ）が客の方を向けて展示されるとともに、販売商品としてのウッドが目立ち、フック部材（１８，２０，２２）や連結支持する部材（３０）は、黒子として目立たないようになっているためゴルフ用クラブの展示用支持装置として装飾性に優れていることが分かる。

本発明の展示用支持措置は、図６にみるようにウッドを複数個並べたとき、展示されるウッドのシャフトが、真っ直ぐ並んで展示されている。この点も、展示に際しての装飾性を高めている。

ゴルフ用クラブは、展示しているものを客が取り出して、クラブの重さを量ったり、実際に振って見て、バランスを計り、自分に合っているかどうかを試す。試した後クラブを展示用支持装置に戻すが、多くの客は、次の客に対しての展示効果を考え、元通り、きちっと戻す訳ではない。従って、どのような客が、展示用支持装置に戻しても元通りの展示がなされるような展示用支持装置が、望ましいことは言うまでもない。ウッドクラブの場合、大きいだけに、きちっと定位置で展示されることが求められている。

本発明の場合、図１で見るように、ウッドのフェイス面と、下面部の曲面の２角とシャフトを長さ方向に挟むように切り欠いた案内部（２ｆ）によって、フックしたウッドを規制するため、客がこの展示用支持装置に戻せば、自動的に元通りのクラブの展示ができるようになっている。しかも、細長く、目立たない大きさで作った連結支持する部材（４）に対し、ウッドを定位置展示できるために最小限の機能要素をもつフック部材（２）を組み合わせているために、展示したときに、ウッドのフェイス面やヘッド部が大きく目立ち、その意味で装飾性の高い展示支持装置となっている。

本発明は、１つのクラブを懸架し、支持するフック部材を、連結支持する部材によって、それらを連結する構造にしているため、全体として余り大掛りなものにならない。型を作るとしても、フック部材は、ウッドクラブを懸架させることを考えたときには同一であるため、フックが複数個ついた展示用支持装置全体を一体として成型するようなこれまでのものと比較してコスト面で大巾に軽減される。

このフック部材と連結支持する部材との組み合わせを、さらに生かし、展示効果を高め、装飾性を高めたのか図７に示したひな段方式である。ここでは、連結支持する部材（３２）は、フック部材（３４，３６，３８）を装着する先端部（３２ａ，３２ｂ，３２ｃ）が、それぞれ、ひな段のように高さを変えている。この結果、装着されたフック部材（３４，３６，３８）自体が、高さを変えた位置に配置されるため、これにウッドクラブをフックしたときには、図８に見るように、展示がされたウッド（４０，４２，４４）が、ひだ段状に並び、フェイス面を客が見やすいように展示されたことになる。見やすくなるという展示効果を高めるだけでなく、たて方向の空間利用によって、空間的な余裕を作り、装飾性も高めている。

本発明は、フック部材と連結支持する部材との組み合わせで作っているため、図７や図８で示したひな段方式で展示する場合も、フック部材は図１や図３で示したものと同じものを使用し連結支持する部材を変えるだけで、全く異なった展示仕様をつくることができる。フック部材は、比較的複雑な型となっているが、１度型を作ってしまえば、量産対応でき、しかも連結支持する部材は単純な形で、素材的にも安いため、これは多少変化させても、コスト上の負荷が、余りかからない。本発明は、このように、複雑なものは型で作り、同一のものを数多く使い、単純な形状のものは、展示仕様に合わせて、色々と変化させて作るようにして、たとえばひな段方式だけでなく、連結支持する部材を扇形に開くようにしたり（図９）逆三角形状にしたり（図１０）など様々な展示仕様を作ることができる。図９、図１０で４６，４８，５０，５２，６２，６４，６６はフック部材、５４，５６，５８，６０，６８，７０は、連結支持する部材である。

また本発明のもう１つの特徴は、ウッドクラブという大変大きな展示物を、きっちりと、展示方向を定めて展示するための展示用支持装置を作ったということである。そのため、ウッドクラブのフェイス面に当接する面と、ウッドをフックしたとき重力的に支える面の２つの面と、シャフトを長軸方向に一定の長さをもって線規制することを組み合わせることによって、ウッドのヘッド部の大きさの半分以下の大きさで、安定かつ定位置にフックできるようにした。

図１に示したフック部材（２）に、実際ウッドクラブをフックした例が、図６と図８であるが、上述したように２面と１線による規制方法をとることによって、ウッドの半分以下の大きさのフック部材で、フックできるとともに、フェイス面を、一定方向に向け、かつシャフトが並行にならんでいることが分る。

図１１は、本発明によるアイアンクラブ用展示用支持装置の１実施例の概略図である。（１０２）は連結部材、（１０４）は展示用支持装置のフック部材、（１０６）と（１０８）はクラブのシャフト部を２点支持する支持部（１１０）はクラブヘッドを支持する支持部である。フック部材（１０４）は。支持部（１０６，１０８）をその校正部材としている。（１１２）はフック部材（１０４）を連結部材（１０２）に固定支持するための案内部である。

連結部材（１０２）は、展示装置付属の垂直アーム（図示せず）もしくは、垂直アームに取り付けられた水平アームに取り付けられ、フック部材（１０４）は、この連結部材（１０２）に取り付けられる。このフック部材（１０４）は、ゴムやシリコン樹脂などの弾性部材を素材として鋳型によって作っている。これに対し、連結部材（１０２）は金属や強化プラスチックなどを素材として使用し、しっかりと固定展示できるようにしている。

フック部材（１０４）は、アイアンクラブのヘッド部を上方にして展示するものであり、クラブのシャフトを支持部（１０６）と支持部（１０８）の２点で支持固定する。各支持部（１０６）（１０８）では２つの支持部材（１０６−１，１０６−２）及び支持部材（１０８−１，１０８−２）がシャフトをはさむように支持固定している。また、クラブのヘッド部のフェイス面は支持部（１１０）で受け、端部（１１４）とこの支持部（１１０）がつくる線（１１６）でヘッドの重さを受けている。

図１２はアイアンクラブ（１８）をこの図１のフック部材（４）に取り付けたときの実際の写真である。また図１３は、図１１に示したフック部材（１０４）の三角法を用いた設計図面である。図１１と同一番号は同一部材を示している。図１１の支持部（１１０）はシャフトの軸とフェイス面との角度が大きいアイアンクラブ、ＡＷ（アプローチウェッジ）とＳＷ（サウンドウェッジ）のフェイス面を支持することを想定して作っている。角度が最も鋭角な＃３から＃８は図１３に示したような支持部（２０）、それよりやや広い角度を持つ＃９とかＰＷ（ピッチウェッジ）の場合は図１５に示したような支持部（２２）に構成設計している。

図１２でアイアンクラブ（１１８）のヘッド部（１１９）は、刻印マークが見えるようにフック部材（１０４）に置かれ、そのシャフト部（１２１）は、１ケ所は支持部（１０６−１）と支持部（１０６−２）に挟まれ、もう１ヶ所は支持部（１０８−１）と（１０８−２）（ここでは見えず）に挟まれしっかりと固定されている。ヘッド部（１１９）の裏側のフェイス面は、このフック部材（１０４）の図１１で見た支持部（１１０）に面接触するように置かれていることもあり、このフック部材（１０４）に収まるように置けば誰が置いても同じ様な静置位置に置かれることになる。また、フック部材（１０４）はその案内部（１１２）に連結部材（１０２）を差し入れ所定の位置で固定している。連結部材（１０２）に対してフック部材（１０４）の縦方向が略垂直になるように成型加工しているため、シャフト部（１２１）はフック部材（１０４）に固定支持すると連結部材（１０２）に対し略垂直方向に展示されることになる。

図１３は図１１に示したフック部材（１０４）の実際の設計図面であるが、この特徴はヘッド部のフェイス面を支持する支持部（１１０）の支持面が、ＡＷやＳＷクラブを面支持できるように角度を考えた上で広く取っているという点にある。これに対して同じアイアンクラブでもシャフト軸とフェイス面との角度が鋭角な＃３から＃８のクラブを支持するためのフック部材のこの支持部での構成は図１４に示したように支持部（１２０）がこの鋭角構造に合わせ、フィットするように構成している。これよりやや角度が鈍い＃９とかＰＷのクラブの場合、やはりそれに合わせて図１５に示したように支持部（１２２）を作っている。

理想的に言えば、各アイアンクラブのシャフト軸とフェイス面の作る角度に合わせて成型部材を作り、それらを水平アームに差し込み固定して作ることも考えられるが、１つ１つに対して異なる型を作って成型部材を作ることは、コスト的にも大変である。そこで本発明では、１方法として＃３から＃８を１組にまとめ、＃９とＰＷ、そしてＡＷとＳＷとをそれぞれ１組として全部で３つにまとめて考え、それらの組に対して１つのフック部材を作り、全てのアイアンクラブが、誰が静置しても一定の方向に、かつ互いに調和を取れたように展示できるようにした。また、平均的な角度を持つ＃９やＰＷのクラブ用に考えた図１５に示したような支持部（１２２）に構成設計した上で、フック部材の素材として用いるゴムやシリコン樹脂等の弾力性の良いかつ塑性変形性の良い素材を選び、この１種類のフック部材でどのアイアンクラブをも安定的に固定表示できるものも作ることができた。

図１６は、＃７と＃８、＃９とＰＷ、Ｐ／ＳとＳＷの６本のアイアンクラブ用に作った３種類のフック部材（１２４，１２６，１２８）を連結部材（１３０）に取り付け、それにそれぞれのアイアンクラブを固定支持し、展示した本発明の実施例の写真である。クラブヘッドの高さが略同一に展示され、さらに誰が置いてもこのようにヘッド部に刻印したマークが良く見えるように、なおかつ、固定支持されたシャフトが互いに平行になって展示されている。連結部を傾ければ、クラブヘッドの高さは、少しずつずらしてより見やすく展示することも可能である。ここに示したフック部材（１２４）は図１４、フック部材（１２６）は図１５、そしてフック部材（１２８）は図１３に示したフック部材に対応している。

以上説明して来たように、連結部材とフック部材との組み合わせによって、１つ１つのクラブを、固定支持し展示することができる。図３や図４に示したような従来の展示用支持装置では、きちっと並べて展示することができず、ウッドクラブでもそうであったように常にゴルフショップの店員が展示状態に気を配るということが必要であったが、本願では、アイアンクラブの特徴を、フェイス面とシャフト軸との角度としてとらえ、フック部材をこのフェイス面を面で支持する支持部、クラブの重さを線で受ける支持部、そしてシャフト部を２点で支持する支持部を備えた型として作った。そしてこれを連結部材に取り付けることによって、それぞれのクラブを、ヘッド部を略同じ高さで並べ、なおかつマーク等が展示正面から見えるようにしたものである。また、マークが見やすいように、ヘッド部を少しずつ下げて調和よく並べて表示することも可能にした。

【発明の効果】以上説明して来たように、本発明によるゴルフクラブのための展示用支持装置は、
▲１▼　クラブヘッドをフックする部材と、連結支持する部材に分けて作る全く新たな方法を採用することにより、クラブを複数個フックする支持装置の場合でも、比較的展示用支持装置を小さくコンパクトに作ることができた。そのため、展示物であるクラブを、とくにクラブヘッドを目立たせ、展示
に於ける装飾効果ももたらすことができた。
▲２▼　従来は、シャフトをそろえて展示することが難しかったが、ウッドクラブにおいては２面と１線を規制する方法によって、アイアンクラブにおいては１面と線及び２点による１線支持によって複数のクラブを展示した場合も、シャフトをきれいにそろえて表示することが、簡単にできるようにな
った。
▲３▼　この結果、展示装飾性を高めた。
▲４▼　さらに、フックする部材は、多少複雑な形状となっても、同一のものを型で作り、連結支持する部材を、展示仕様によって変えることによって、コ
ストを余りかけず、色々な展示方法が可能となった。
▲５▼　面と線とで規制する方式を見つけることにより、小さな大きさで、安定的
かつ定位置で表示できる展示用支持装置ができた。

また本願のこの展示装置を使えば、展示してあるゴルフクラブを、ユーザが展示装置から外し、手に持ったり試し振りをした後、このクラブを展示装置に戻しても、元に展示していたように、頭を揃え、マークが見える形で展示されるため、店員による調度の手間がほとんど要らなくなり、きれいに並べられる時間が増え、展示装置としての役割を充分果たすことになる。なお、本発明の実施例で示したものは、あくまで１実施例であり、本発明は、これにしばられるものではない。
