本発明は、トンネル掘削機の掘進時にオペレータが操作したスイッチ等の各種機器類の稼動状態を管理するトンネル掘削機の掘進管理システムに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、トンネル掘削機を用いて地中にトンネルを掘削する際には、図5に示されるように、掘削機本体50を推進させるための各アクチュエータ(シールドジャッキ、カッタヘッド等)、カッタトルク等の機械状態を検出する各種センサ類および操作スイッチ、表示ランプ等51を、掘削機本体50内の坑内制御盤52に設置されたシーケンサ(PLC)53にて制御することにより、掘削機本体50を推進させるようにされている。

また、前記掘削機本体50内には、その掘削機本体50の現在位置の測量および位置ずれ量の演算等を行う測量・線形管理装置54が設けられている。この測量・線形管理装置54は、前記シーケンサ53内の計算機リンクユニット53aに制御ケーブル(RS232C)55を介して接続される制御インターフェイス56と、この制御インターフェイス56に接続される操作用コンピュータ57と、位置計測システムを構成するレーザ(もしくは赤外線)投受光器58およびターゲット59とを備えて構成されている。そして、前記計算機リンクユニット53aは制御ケーブル(RS232C)60を介して機外の管理用コンピュータ61に接続され、この管理用コンピュータ61にて、トンネル掘進中のカッタトルク等の機械状態や、掘削機本体50の現在位置の計画線に対するずれ量などが管理され、必要に応じて所要データをその管理用コンピュータ61のディスプレイ61aに表示し、あるいは付設のプリンタ62にプリントアウトするようにされている。なお、掘進管理装置と坑内制御盤52との間の距離が長い場合には通信不良が生じるので、間にモデムなどを設けて通信不良が生じないようにされる。

なお、本願発明に関連する先行技術として、例えば特許文献1に開示されるものがある。この文献に記載の技術は、掘進工事が実施される施工現場において操作制御盤を用いて掘進制御を行う方法では、土質などの急激な変化や機器の故障などのトラブルが発生した際にオペレータの対処困難な場合があることに鑑み、トンネル掘削機の掘進動作を制御する操作制御盤に通信制御手段を設けるとともに、遠隔制御装置を設け、この遠隔制御装置により遠隔地からトンネル掘削機の掘進動作をリアルタイムで制御するように構成したものである。また、この特許文献1に記載の発明と同様の主旨で、トンネル掘削機を遠隔管理するシステムが特許文献2,3においても提案されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、図5に示される従来システムにおいては、カッタトルク、ジャッキストローク、掘削機の現在位置等のデータのみを管理用コンピュータ61にリアルタイムで表示し、またその履歴をファイルに保存するものであるため、例えばトンネル掘削機の推進中にマシントラブルが発生した場合には、その保存された履歴データのみではそのトラブルの発生原因を見つけ出すことが困難であり、専門技術者を施工現場に派遣して再現テスト等を実施してそのトラブルの原因を究明し、対処しなければならないという問題点があった。

一方、前記各特許文献には、施工現場から離れた遠隔地において機械の稼動状況を管理することについての技術思想は開示されているものの、前述のようなマシントラブル発生時におけるそのトラブルの原因究明の手助けになる手段については何ら開示されていない。

本発明は、このような事情に鑑みてなされたもので、マシントラブルの発生時に、より適確にそのトラブルの原因究明と対処とを行うことのできるトンネル掘削機の掘進管理システムを提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段および作用・効果】
前記目的を達成するために、本発明によるトンネル掘削機の掘進管理システムは、
トンネル掘削機の各種機器類の操作を制御する操作制御手段と、この操作制御手段の稼動データを管理するデータ管理手段とを備えるトンネル掘削機の掘進管理システムであって、
前記データ管理手段は、掘進時における前記操作制御手段による各種機器類の操作履歴データを記憶する記憶手段と、この記憶手段に記憶された操作履歴データを処理して表示する表示手段とを備えることを特徴とするものである。

本発明によれば、操作制御手段により制御される各種機器類の操作履歴データが記憶手段に記憶されていて、その記憶内容を表示手段に表示することができるので、マシントラブルの発生時にその操作履歴データを見ることで、オペレータがどのような操作をしてそのマシントラブルが発生したのかを容易に解析することができ、トラブルの原因究明と対処とを適確に行うことができる。

次に、本発明によるトンネル掘削機の掘進管理システムの具体的な実施の形態について、図面を参照しつつ説明する。

本実施形態のトンネル掘削機(シールド掘進機)1においては、掘削機本体2内の坑内制御盤3にシーケンサ(本発明における操作制御手段に対応する。)4が設置され、このシーケンサ4によるシーケンス制御によって掘進のための各アクチュエータ、各種センサ類および操作スイッチ等の各種機器類が制御され、これによって掘削機本体2が推進するようにされている。また、前記掘削機本体2内には、その掘削機本体2の現在位置の測量および計画線に対する位置ずれ量の演算等を行う位置計測システム5が設けられており、この位置計測システム5によって掘進方向の制御がなされるようになっている。

前記シーケンサ4は、中央処理装置(CPU)4a、A/D変換器4b、入出力装置(I/O)4cおよび計算機リンクユニット4dなどを備え、この計算機リンクユニット4dが通信ケーブル6を介して地上に設置された掘進管理装置8のホストコンピュータ(本発明におけるデータ管理手段に対応する。)9に接続され、また前記中央処理装置4aが通信ケーブル7を介して前記掘進管理装置8のホストコンピュータ9に接続されている。なお、通信ケーブル6,7は、その距離に応じて図示されないモデムなどを間に設けて、正常に通信が行われるようにされる。

また、前記掘進管理装置8のホストコンピュータ9は、モデム10およびインターネット網11、さらにはモデム12を介して、トンネル施工現場から離れた遠隔地にある遠隔監視装置(本発明における遠隔監視手段に対応する。)13の遠隔モニタコンピュータ14に接続されている。

前記掘進管理装置8のホストコンピュータ9は、前記掘削機本体2内のシーケンサ4に保有されているその掘削機本体2の稼動データに基づき、主としてシールド掘進機1の掘進管理に必要な以下の機能を備えている。

シールド掘進機1の稼動状態を表わす各種センサ信号等のデータのほか、オペレータにより操作される各種機器類の操作履歴データを、設定した時間間隔もしくは推進距離間隔ごとに収集してハードディスク(記憶手段)のフォルダに収録する機能である。図2には、この機能に基づき収集された収集データが例示されている。この図2に示されるデータにおいて、第1行目は収集年月日、掘進番号等のファイル名を示し、第2行目〜第4行目、第5行目〜第7行目、第8行目〜第10行目、…が各サンプリング時刻における一まとまりのデータ列▲1▼、▲2▼、▲3▼、…を示している。また、各データ列▲1▼、▲2▼、▲3▼、…において、羅列された数字データ(0.00で示す)は、例えばカッタヘッド回転速度(rpm)、マシン方角偏差(deg)、スクリューコンベア回転速度(rpm)、シールドジャッキ総推力(kN)等の各種センサデータであり、また16進数(fffb,3ff3,004b等)で示されるデータは、オペレータが操作したスイッチの状態やその操作履歴(例えばシールドジャッキポンプスイッチのON/OFF状態、カッタヘッド給脂ポンプスイッチのON/OFF状態等)およびリレーなどの制御盤内部機器の状態やその履歴などのユーザには直接関係のないデータ類を含む操作履歴データである。

シールド掘進機1の掘進中に収集されつつある各種データを所定の表示形式に変換して、ホストコンピュータ9のディスプレイ9a上に数値もしくはグラフとして表示する機能である。図3には、このリアルタイムモニタ画面の一例として、ずれ量データモニタ画面が示されている。この図3に示されるデータは、各シールドジャッキ選択状況、ストロークや計画線からの位置ずれ量のデータ15、掘進機の推進軌跡を示すグラフ16、各種センサデータ17等よりなっている。このデータを見ることで、マシン状態や現在位置および計画線とのずれ量等を把握することができ、それによってシールド掘進機1の掘進状態を管理することができる。なお、このリアルタイムモニタ画面としては、このずれ量データモニタ画面のほかに、複数のセンサデータを折れ線グラフで表示する画面等がある。

これらリアルタイムモニタ画面において、マウス(入力手段)の操作によってマシン操作モニタ画面表示用のコマンドボタンである操作モニタボタン18をクリックする(あるいはキーボード操作によって所定のボタン操作をする)と、ディスプレイ9aは図4に示される操作履歴データを表示する画面に切り換わる。この表示画面は、図3に示される画面の中央部が操作履歴データ18(オペレータが操作した例えばシールドジャッキポンプスイッチのON/OFF状態、カッタヘッド給脂ポンプスイッチのON/OFF状態等に関するデータ)に置き換わった画面である。このように表示切換え操作時に所望の操作履歴データ18が得られるので、通常のマシン操作および掘進管理に悪影響を及ぼすことはない。

ハードディスクのフォルダに収録されたテキスト形式のデータファイルを例えばExcelのような市販の表計算ソフトウェアで使用可能なデータに変換し、各種の記録表およびグラフ(ずれ量グラフ、掘進状況グラフ等)の作成を行う機能である。なお、通常は、シールド掘進機1の掘進中にハードディスク内にデータ保存を行い、掘進後にデータファイルに書き込まれるようにされている。

このように、本実施形態の掘進管理システムにおいては、従来システムにおいて収集されるマシンの稼動状態に係るデータに加えて、オペレータによって操作された各種機器類の操作履歴データが収集され、このデータがリアルタイムにホストコンピュータ9のディスプレイ9a上に表示され、またファイルに保存されるので、マシントラブルが発生した際には、専門技術者はその操作履歴ファイルとマシンデータファイルとを見ることにより、オペレータがどのような操作をしてそのマシントラブルが発生したのかを容易に解析することができ、トラブルの原因究明と対処とを適確に行うことができる。なお、前記操作履歴ファイルとマシンデータファイルとは別ファイルであっても良いし、同一ファイルに保存されていても良い。

また、前記ホストコンピュータ9と遠隔モニタコンピュータ14のそれぞれにリモートコントロールソフト19をインストールしておくことにより、ホストコンピュータ9はインターネット網11を介して遠隔監視装置13の遠隔モニタコンピュータ14に接続されているので、ホストコンピュータ9のディスプレイ9aを施工現場から離れた遠隔地の遠隔モニタコンピュータ14にてモニタすることができ、この遠隔モニタコンピュータ14においてマシン操作状況やマシン状態をリアルタイムで確認したり、あるいはホストコンピュータ9から遠隔モニタコンピュータ14に転送された履歴ファイルを遠隔地において得ることができる。したがって、マシントラブルの発生時に専門技術者が施工現場に行かなくても、そのトラブル発生の原因究明を容易に行うことができる。

本実施形態においては、また、ホストコンピュータ9と遠隔モニタコンピュータ14のそれぞれにリモートコントロールソフト19がインストールされるとともに、シーケンサ4の中央処理装置4aに通信ケーブル7を介して接続されるホストコンピュータ9にシーケンサ4のラダープログラム作成・編集ソフト20がインストールされている。したがって、遠隔モニタコンピュータ14のリモートコントロールソフト19からホストコンピュータ9のラダープログラム作成・編集ソフト20を起動させてシーケンサ4のラダープログラム(制御プログラム)を必要に応じて追加・修正することができる。これにより不具合などの修正対応が遠隔地においても容易にかつ適確に行うことができる。勿論、このラダープログラムの作成・編集はホストコンピュータ9の操作によっても可能であることは言うまでもない。なお、このラダープログラムの作成・編集は、特定の関係者のみが行えるようにパスワードを設定するようにするのが好ましい。
