本発明は、食品、医薬品業界に置ける製造工程での規格外商品及び、賞味期限れ、品質保証切れに伴う回収商品を、ホッパーに投入し、下部に設けた回転刃物にて裁断し、傾斜をさせたメッシュ製ドラムに送り込み、回転させながら網目から中身を排出させ回収し、外包部分はドラムの回転に従って出口側に運ばれて回収致します。中身本体が液状の場合、液状本体の濃度に応じて水を噴射させ、容易に分離、回収が、可能な状態にさせて、回収し前述の課題を解決する物である。

【発明の実施の形態】

上述の手順で行った結果、一般的に市販されているスティック状のインスタントコーヒー及び携帯用粉ミルクなどは、裁断、分離分別を手作業の場合、100本スティックで27分掛かる。本装置での作業時間は37秒で終わる。重量換算で20キログラムを手作業の場合約7時間、本装置では12分で終了する。小麦粉サイズでは本装置使用の場合は、500グラム入り20袋が5分で終了します。この様に作業スピードが歴然と違い回収された中身本体が、非常に衛生的で 再利用も可能です。
