This figure is disclosed in Patent Document 1 below, and generates an approximate cubic curve that approximates the cubic component of the crystal oscillator characteristic of the voltage controlled crystal oscillation circuit. The approximate cubic

[0015]
For example, in the case of a resistance element having a positive temperature characteristic, a change in output voltage due to temperature when a constant current flows through the resistance element is actually a flat output characteristic as shown in the graph of FIG. Was not obtained, and the curve R shown in the graph of FIG. 1 It has an output characteristic that rises to the right as shown in (T). Here, the horizontal axis of the graph of FIG. [0017]
Further, the temperature characteristic of the resistance element generally includes a quadratic function component with respect to temperature. This is because R shown in the graph of FIG. 1 It can also be seen from the fact that (T) is not a straight line but a curve. That is, the generated output voltage N OUT , P OUT Is not only a linear function with a negative slope added to the curve of the cubic function, but also a quadratic function added.
[0018]
Generally, the temperature characteristic of a crystal unit does not include a component of a quadratic function. For this reason, there has been a problem that a quadratic function component added unintentionally due to the temperature characteristics of the resistance element deteriorates the characteristics of the temperature compensated crystal oscillation circuit.
[0019]
On the other hand, in the conventional approximate cubic curve generation circuit, the resistance elements having different temperature characteristics are combined to improve the temperature characteristics of the resistance elements and to suppress the fluctuation of the output voltage due to the temperature characteristics of the resistance elements. Was. However, in this method, for example, when realized in a semiconductor chip, it is difficult to obtain a resistance element having a desired temperature characteristic, and it is not possible to appropriately improve the temperature characteristic of the resistance element. There was a problem that it could not be suppressed.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a temperature compensation circuit and an approximate cubic curve generation circuit which can solve the problems based on the prior art, eliminate the influence of the temperature characteristic of the resistance element, and obtain an output voltage characteristic with less distortion. Is to provide.
[0022]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides a method in which a current supplied from a current mirror type current source circuit is converted into a voltage by a second resistance element having substantially the same temperature characteristics as a first resistance element. A current is supplied from a source circuit, and a voltage generated by the second resistance element is feedback-controlled so that a voltage generated by the second resistance element has a predetermined constant value regardless of a temperature change. And a control means for adjusting a current supplied from the current source circuit.
[0023]
The present invention also provides a current mirror type current source circuit, a plurality of amplifiers that compare an input voltage and a reference constant voltage, and distribute and output a current supplied from the current source circuit according to the comparison result. A first resistance element for converting a current obtained by adding currents distributed and output from each of the plurality of amplifiers to a voltage, a second resistance element having substantially the same temperature characteristics as the first resistance element, A current is supplied from the current source circuit to the second resistive element, and a voltage generated by the second resistive element is feedback-controlled so that the voltage generated by the second resistive element is related to a temperature change. And a control circuit for adjusting a current supplied from the current source circuit so as to be a predetermined constant value.
[0024]
Here, the approximate cubic curve generating circuit generates an approximate cubic curve approximating a cubic component of the crystal oscillator characteristic of the voltage controlled crystal oscillation circuit. On the other hand, it is preferable to input a temperature detection value at which the output voltage changes linearly.
[0025]
