【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、インターネットなどの通信ネットワークを利用した店舖情報管理装置、店舗情報管理システムおよび店舗情報管理方法に関する。

【従来の技術】
一般に、飲食店等の店舖の店舗情報（例えば、所在地、電話番号、料理の種類、料理の美味さ、店内の雰囲気、値段等）は、情報雑誌やその店舗が開設しているホームページ等に掲載されており、店舗に行こうとする利用者は、これら情報雑誌やホームページ等の情報により店舗を選んでいる。
【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、情報雑誌や店舖が開設しているホームページ等に掲載されている情報は、利用者の知らない他人が載せた情報であるので、その情報が信用に足りるものなのかどうかが疑わしいことが多いという問題がある。このため、情報雑誌やホームページ等に店舖情報が掲載されていても、その店舖に行かないことも多くなってしまう。

本発明は、上記事情に鑑みて為されたもので、店舖情報を十分に信用できるものにすることができる店舗情報管理装置、店舗情報管理システムおよび店舖情報管理方法を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、請求項１に記載の発明は、店舗の店舗情報を管理するための店舗情報管理装置であって、前記店舗情報を記憶する店舗情報記憶部と、前記店舖の店舖側端末に、前記店舖を識別するための店舖用識別子を付与する店舖用識別子付与手段と、前記店舖を利用した利用者の利用者側端末は、前記店舗側端末から前記店舖用識別子を受信することにより前記店舗用識別子を取得しており、この店舗用識別子を前記利用者側端末から受信することにより、前記店舗情報記憶部が記憶した前記店舗情報を前記利用者側端末に送信する店舖情報送信手段と、を備えていることを特徴とする。

ここで、店舖とは、例えば、飲食店や、小売店等をいう。
また、店舖情報とは、その店舖の所在地、電話番号、メールアドレス、アクセス情報、その店舗の内装や外装の写真等の画像、商品や料理等の種類、商品の品質、料理の美味さ、店内の雰囲気、値段、サービス内容等をいう。
また、店舗用識別子とは、例えば、店舗情報管理装置が、その店舗を識別するために付与するパスワード、ＩＤ等をいう。

請求項１に記載の発明においては、店舗側端末から店舗情報管理装置に店舗情報が送信されることにより、あるいは店舗を取材した店舗情報管理装置の管理者等が店舗情報管理装置に店舗情報を入力することにより、店舖情報管理装置の店舗情報記憶部には、店舗情報が記憶されつつ蓄積され、これとともに、店舖用識別子付与手段がこの店舗の店舗用識別子を任意に設定して、この店舖用識別子を店舗側端末に送信する（店舗用識別子を店舗側端末に付与する）。
例えば、飲食店等の店舖に行った利用者が、その店舗の設備、内装、雰囲気や、サービスなどに好印象を持った場合には、店舖側端末から店舗用識別子を取得する（利用者側端末が店舗側端末から店舖用識別子を受信する）。
そして、次にこの店舗を利用する際には、上記店舗用識別子を、利用者側端末から店舖情報管理装置に送信する。これを受けた店舗情報管理装置の店舖情報送信手段は、店舗情報記憶部に記憶された店舗情報のうち、上記店舗用識別子に応じた店舗情報を、利用者側端末に送信することにより、利用者側端末にその店舖情報が表示される。
なお、利用者側端末が、店舗情報管理装置から受信した店舗情報は、利用者側端末の記憶部等に蓄積されるようにしても良く、この場合、利用者は、店舗に行く前等に、利用者側端末に蓄積された店舖情報を参考にするようにしても良い。

このように、利用者側端末には、その利用者が実際に見て好印象を持った店舖の店舗情報が表示されるので、その店舗情報を十分に信用できるものにすることができる。
また、店舗情報はデータとして、店舖情報記憶部や利用者側端末に蓄積されるので、従来のように、いわゆるショップカードを財布等に入れる必要が無く、ショップカードがかさばることがない。
また、店舗は、その店舖側端末から利用者側端末にその店舗の店舗用識別子を送信するだけで、店舖の宣伝を行えるので、広告費がかさむのを防止することが出来る。しかも、利用者がその店舗に好印象を持った場合には、その利用者が利用者側端末から、店舗情報を閲覧することにより、その店舗にまた行きたいという要求を持つことを期待でき、これによりリピーターの増加を期待できる。

請求項２に記載の発明は、請求項１に記載の発明において、前記利用者に前記店舖を紹介される被紹介者の被紹介者側端末は、前記利用者側端末から前記店舗用識別子を受信することにより前記店舖用識別子を取得しており、前記店舗情報送信手段は、前記被紹介者側端末から前記店舗用識別子を受信することにより、前記店舖情報記憶部が記憶した前記店舗情報を前記被紹介者側端末に送信することを特徴とする。

請求項２に記載の発明においては、請求項１に記載の発明と同様な作用効果を奏するとともに、利用者の友人や知人等の被紹介者は、店舗を実際に利用して好印象を持った利用者から店舖情報を得るので、情報雑誌やその店舖が開設しているホームページ等、利用者の知らない他人が載せた情報に比べて、その情報の信用度が高くなるため、被紹介者がその店舗を利用する可能性を高くすることができる。
また、利用者が、多くの被紹介者に店舖情報を得るための店舗用識別子を送信すると、いわゆる口コミのように、その店舗の情報が広がるため、新規顧客が増加することを期待できる。

請求項３に記載の発明は、請求項１または２に記載の発明において、前記利用者から受信した前記店舗用識別子の受信回数を店舖毎にカウントするカウント手段を備えていることを特徴とする。

請求項４に記載の発明においては、請求項１乃至３のいずれかに記載の発明と同様な作用効果を奏するとともに、利用者は、店舗情報管理装置にアクセスして、例えば、場所、イベント、商品や料理等の種類等の条件を店舗情報管理装置に送信することにより、選択手段が、条件に合致する店舖情報を、店舖情報記憶部から選択し、店舗情報送信手段が、選択手段が選択した店舖情報（単数であっても複数であっても良い。）を、利用者側端末に送信する。
このように、選択手段を設けることにより、利用者が行きたい店舖を容易に検索することができ、店舗情報記憶部に記憶された店舗の新規顧客の開拓を容易に行うことができる。
なお、本明細書では、「アクセス」とは、ネットワークを通じて別の場所にあるコンピュータに接続することはもちろん、コンピュータ等の端末において、例えばハードディスクと記憶媒体との相互のデータ交換の意味をも含むものである。

請求項５に記載の発明は、請求項１乃至４のいずれかに記載の発明において、前記店舗情報を掲載した店舗用ホームページを記憶するホームページ記憶部と、前記ホームベージ記憶部に記憶された前記店舖用ホームページを端末に表示させる表示手段とを備えていることを特徴とする。

請求項５に記載の発明においては、請求項１乃至４のいずれかに記載の発明と同様な作用効果を奏するとともに、端末（利用者端末、被紹介者側端末等）に表示される店舗用ホームページには、例えば、その店舗の所在地、電話番号、メールアドレス、アクセス情報、その店舗の内装や外装の写真等の画像、商品や料理等の種類、商品の品質、料理の美味さ、店内の雰囲気、値段、サービス内容等の店舗情報が掲載されている。したがって、この店舗用ホームページを見るだけで、その店舖の店舖情報を容易に把握することができる。また、利用者等が、利用者側端末等に表示された店舗用ホームページを紙などに印刷（プリントアウト）すれば、その店舗のいわゆるショップカードを容易に作ることができる。
なお、ホームページとは電子掲示板も含むものであり、このような電子掲示板に、利用者、利用者の友人、知人、および店舗の従業員等から、その店舖に関するコメントを書き込んでもらう等、上記三者のコミュニケーションを図るようにしても良い。

請求項６に記載の発明は、請求項１乃至５のいずれかに記載の発明において、前記店舗情報送信手段は、記前記店舗情報記憶部が記憶した前記店舗情報の管理を行わせるための管理プログラムを前記利用者側端末に送信することを特徴とする。

請求項６に記載の発明においては、請求項１乃至５のいずれかに記載の発明と同様な作用効果を奏するとともに、店舗情報送信手段は、利用者側端末からの要求等に応じて、店舖情報を利用者側端末に記憶させたり、店舖情報を店舖の種類ごとに区分けしたり等を行う管理プログラム（例えば、ｉアプリ（商標）等）を送信（アップロード）する。この管理プログラムを受信（ダウンロード）した利用者側端末は、店舖情報を参照したいときに、上記管理プログラムを起動して、店舗情報管理装置から受信した店舗情報を利用者側端末に表示させたり、利用者側端末の記憶部等に記憶された店舗情報を利用者側端末に表示させたりする。
このように、店舗情報送信手段が、利用者側端末に管理プログラムを送信することにより、利用者側端末は、店舗情報の管理を容易に行うことができる。

請求項７に記載の発明は、請求項１に記載の店舗情報管理装置が通信ネットワークに接続されており、この通信ネットワークを介して、前記店舗側端末と前記利用者側端末とが接続可能であり、前記店舗を利用した利用者の利用者側端末は、前記店舗側端末から前記店舗用識別子を受信することにより前記店舗用識別子を取得しており、前記店舖情報管理装置の前記店舗情報送信手段は、前記店舖用識別子を前記利用者側端末から受信することにより、前記店舗情報記憶部が記憶した前記店舗情報を前記利用者側端末に送信することを特徴とする。

請求項７に記載の発明においては、店舖側端末から店舖情報管理装置に店舖情報が送信されることにより、あるいは店舖を取材した店舖情報管理装置の管理者等が店舖情報管理装置に店舗情報を入力することにより、店舗情報管理装置の店舗情報記憶部には、店舖情報が記憶されつつ蓄積され、これとともに、店舖用識別子付与手段がこの店舗の店舖用識別子を任意に設定して、この店舖用識別子を店舗側端末に送信する（店舖用識別子を店舖側端末に付与する）。
例えば、飲食店等の店舗に行った利用者が、その店舗の設備、内装、雰囲気や、サービスなどに好印象を持った場合には、店舗側端末から店舗用識別子を取得する（利用者側端末が店舗側端末から店舗用識別子を受信する）。
そして、次にこの店舖を利用する際には、上記店舗用識別子を、利用者側端末から店舗情報管理装置に送信する。これを受けた店舖情報管理装置の店舖情報送信手段は、店舖情報記憶部に記憶された店舖情報のうち、上記店舗用識別子に応じた店舗情報を、利用者側端末に送信することにより、利用者側端末にその店舖情報が表示される。
なお、利用者側端末が、店舗情報管理装置から受信した店舗情報は、利用者側端末の記憶部等に蓄積されるようにしても良く、この場合、利用者は、店舗に行く前等に、利用者側端末に蓄積された店舗情報を参考にするようにしても良い。

そして、店舖情報送信ステップでは、上記利用者が次にこの店舗を利用する際には、上記店舗用識別子を利用者側端末から店舗情報管理装置に送信することにより、店舗情報記憶ステップで記憶された店舗情報のうち、上記店舖用識別子に応じた店舗情報を利用者側端末に送信する。これにより、利用者側端末にその店舗情報が表示される。
なお、店舖情報送信ステップにおいて、利用者側端末が受信した店舖情報は、利用者側端末の記憶部等に蓄積されるようにしても良く、この場合、利用者は、店舗に行く前等に、利用者側端末に蓄積された店舖情報を参考にするようにしても良い。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、添付した図面を参照しながら、本発明の実施の形態を説明する。
図１乃至図６は、本発明の第１実施の形態を示している。
図１に示すように、店舗情報管理システム１は、飲食店（店舗）の飲食店側端末（店舗側端末）３と、飲食店等の店舗の店舗情報を管理する情報提供会社等の管理者の店舗情報管理装置５と、飲食店を利用する利用者の利用者側端末７と、この利用者に飲食店を紹介される被紹介者の被紹介者側端末９とを備えており、飲食店側端末３と利用者および被紹介者側端末７、９とがインターネット（通信ネットワーク）Ｎを介して店舗情報管理装置５に接続可能となっている。
なお、図１においては、図示を省略しているが、利用者の友人、知人等の他の端末もインターネットＮを介して店舗情報管理装置５に接続可能となっている。また、図１においては、１台の飲食店側端末３、２台の利用者側端末７、９および１台の出席者側端末９が接続された場合を示しているが、これらの台数は特に限定されない。

この店舖情報管理装置５は、図２に示すように、ＷＷＷ（Ｗｏｒｌｄ　Ｗｉｄｅ　Ｗｅｂ）サーバーとしての機能を有し、ＣＰＵ（Ｃｅｎｔｒａｌ　Ｐｒｏｃｅｓｓｉｎｇ　Ｕｎｉｔ）１０と、ＲＡＭ（Ｒａｎｄｏｍ　Ａｃｃｅｓｓ　Ｍｅｍｏｒｙ）１１と、記録装置１２と、通信装置１３と等で構成され、これらはバス１５やインターフェイスを介して接続される。また、店舗情報管理装置５は、通信装置１３を介してインターネットＮと接続される。
なお、店舗情報管理装置５は、図示は省略するが、キーボード・マウス等の入力装置、ＣＲＴ等の表示装置、プリンタ等を備えている。

まず、図６に示すように、飲食店等の店舗の店舗情報を管理する管理者は、利用者（ユーザ）からの要望により、店舗情報管理装置５から利用者側端末７に、飲食店情報を管理するための管理プログラムであるｉアプリを配信（アップロード）する（ステップＳ１）。これにより、利用者側端末７にｉアプリがダウンロードされる（ステップＳ２）。なお、図６においては、管理者を「ＭＳＣ」としている。

なお、店舗情報管理装置５の管理者は、このｉアプリを有料にて配信するようにしても良い。

なお、上記管理者が、依頼を受けた店舗を取材することにより、店舖用管理装置５の店舖情報記憶部１２ａに飲食店情報を入力するとともに、この飲食店情報に基づいて管理者が作成したマイショップカードのデータを店舗情報記憶部１２ａおよびホームページ記憶部１２ｂに入力するようにしても良い。また、店舗情報管理装置５の管理者は、このマイショップカードを有料にて作成するようにしても良い。

なお、利用者は、利用者側端末７を操作して、管理者のホームページにアクセスしたり、あるいは店舖情報管理装置５に直接アクセスすることにより、上記マイショップカードのデータを得るようにしても良い。この場合には、店舗情報管理装置５のホームページ記憶部１２ｂや店舗情報記憶部１２ａを介して、表示手段により利用者側端末７に上記マイショップカードが表示される。

すなわち、店内写真の項目を選択すると、図５（ｃ）に示すように、Ｃａｆｅ○○の店内の写真が表示され、お勧めメニューの項目を選択すると、図５（ｄ）に示すように、お勧めメニューの写真の一覧が表示される。また、予算の項目を選択すると、図５（ｅ）に示すように、時間帯に応じたメニューおよび予算が表示され、地図の項目を選択すると、図５（ｆ）に示すように、Ｃａｆｅ○○の地図が表示され、コメントの項目を選択すると、図５（ｇ）に示すように、Ｃａｆｅ○○に対する利用者のコメント（例えば、この料理が特に美味しかった等）を記入するための記入欄が表示される。
また、図示していないが、上記メニュー一覧には特典情報の項目も用意されており、この項目を選択すると、例えば、料金の割引等の特典情報が表示される。本実施の形態では、飲食店の稼動状況に応じて設定手段が設定した割引率が表示されるようになっている。

一方、店舖情報管理装置５においては、カウント手段が、利用者および被紹介者側端末７、９から受信した店舖用識別子の受信回数を店舖毎にカウントしており（カウントステップ）、例えば、Ｃａｆｅ○○は受信回数３０回、Ｃａｆｅ××は受信回数１０回といったように、カウントした受信回数を店舗毎に管理する（ステップＳ１４）。そして、管理者は、この受信回数に応じた料金を、例えば、広告費あるいは利用費等として、飲食店に請求する（ステップＳ１５およびＳ１６）。
なお、この請求は、インターネットを介して請求したり、あるいは請求書などを郵送により発行したりしても良く、請求の方法は特に限定されない。また、料金の振込みは、いわゆるネットバンキングにより振り込むようにしても良いし、管理者が指定した銀行口座に飲食店が直接振り込むようにしても良く、その料金の支払方法は特に限定されない。

このように、上記店舗情報管理システム１では、利用者側端末７には、その利用者が実際に見て好印象を持った飲食店の飲食店情報情報のみが表示されるので、その飲食店情報を十分に信用できるものにすることができる。また、飲食店情報はデータとして、店舗情報管理装置５の店舗情報記憶部１２ａや利用者側端末７に蓄積されるので、従来のように、いわゆるショップカードを財布等に入れる必要が無く、ショップカードがかさばることがない。
