【従来の技術】
局部洗浄機能を持つ温水洗浄便座は、局部洗浄機能、脱臭機能及び便座暖房機能等をまとめてケーシング内に備え、このケーシングに便座と便蓋とを連結して便器に据え付けるのが一般的な構成である。図７は、従来のコード露出型の衛生洗浄装置１を示しており、便器本体５０にはその背部側のリムの上面を利用して衛生洗浄装置１のケーシング５１を固定し、このケーシング５１には便座５２及び便蓋５３をそれぞれ開閉自在に取り付けている。衛生洗浄装置１は、そのケーシング５１の内部に局部洗浄用のノズル装置や洗浄水の供給配管及びコントローラ等を備え、便座５２の暖房の制御も含めて行う機能を持ち、その操作はケーシング５１に備えた操作盤５１ａまたはリモートコントローラを使用して行う。便座５２に暖房機能を持たせる場合では、その内部に加熱用のヒータを設け、ケーシング５１に備えたコントローラとの間にコード５４を配線する（例えば、特許文献１参照）。このコード５４は、図示のようにケーシング５１及び便座５２のそれぞれの側面にブッシュ５４ａ、５４ｂによって固定保持され、便座５２の開閉動作に追従できるように下に少し垂れ下がる長さとしたり、伸縮可能なコイル状のものが使用される。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
図７に示したように、コード５４が外に露出するものでは、外観上の点で劣り、使い勝手にも少なからず影響を与え兼ねない。特に、ケーシングに対して着脱自在とするものは、コードの長さを便座の取り外しに備えて少し長くしておく必要がある。従って、上記問題をさらに助長することになっていた。すなわち、図７のようにケーシング５１の側面からにコード５４を配線するので、便座５２と便蓋５３とをケーシング５１から取り外せるようにするには、コード５４を余分に長くすることになり、外観上の問題は無視できず、また使い勝手にも影響を及ぼすことになる。

本発明は、上記課題を解決するためになされたもので、本発明の目的は、ケーシングと便座を連結する便座コードが露出することによる外観上や使い勝手上の不具合の生じない暖房便座装置を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段及びその作用・効果】
上記課題を解決するために請求項１は、内部にコントローラーを収納し前面側に一対のヒンジ部を有するケーシングと、ヒータを内蔵するとともに前記ヒンジ部に回動自在に支持される一対の腕部を有する便座部と、前記ケーシングの一方のヒンジ部近傍から反対側の腕部近傍に亘って対角状に配線してなる便座コードとからなる暖房便座装置であるため、便座を閉じた状態では、コードは便座によって隠れるので、使い勝手に影響することもなく、外観も向上する。

また、請求項２では、請求項１に加え、前記便座の端面または底面に、前記便座コード中途部を固定するフック部を設けたので、便座回動時において便座コードを便座後端とケーシングの間に挟み込む心配がない。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいて説明する。本発明の暖房便座装置の例を説明するために、暖房機能を有した局部洗浄用の衛生洗浄装置を例として用いる。

図１は、本発明の便座コードの配線を備えた衛生洗浄装置１の便座を上げた状態の図であり、図２は、便座をケーシングより取り外した状態の図である。図に示すようにケーシング１０は前面側に一対のヒンジ部２を有しており、ヒンジ部２に対して、便座３は一対の腕部に着脱機構を有したサポートブロック５Ａを介して回動自在に連接されている。また、ケーシング１０の一方のヒンジ部２近傍より便座コード１５の一端が接続され、便座３の反対側の腕部近傍に対角状に配線されている。さらに便座３の後端面には、フック部１２が設けられており、便座コード１５の中途部が固定されている。これにより、便座コード１５は便座３とケーシング１０の間に位置されるので、便座３の開閉動作に影響を及ぼすことなく、図６に示すように便座３を閉じている限りにおいては外観上現れることがない。

図３は、便座３に有する一対の腕部に組み付けられているサポートブロック５Ａとケーシング１０の前面に有する一対のヒンジ部２との連接構造を示す斜視図である。図において、サポートブロック５Ａには、樹脂等から形成されるカバー５ｇが設けられ、支持孔５ｃと同心円形状に若干突出して設けた支持ガイド５ｉに、ガイド５ｇに設けた支持ガイド５ｉと略同一形状の回動孔５ｈを回動自在に軸支することにより、サポートブロック５Ａとカバー５ｇは一体化される。カバー５ｇの裾部内側にはロック爪５ｊが設けられ、両側には把手部５ｋが一体に設けられている。また、ヒンジ部２の前壁には、ロック爪５ｊが係合する係止溝２ｂが設けられる。なお、カバー５ｇの側壁基端部内側には第２ロック爪５ｍが設けられ、サポートブロック５Ａには、第２ロック爪５ｍが弾性係合する第２係止溝５ｎが設けられる。
