Description

【0001】

【0046】
3点:色素沈着がまったく見られない;
2点:未塗布部位に比べて、色素沈着がかなり薄い;
1点:未塗布部位に比べて、色素沈着がやや薄い;

【0055】
5点:かなり優れている;
4点:優れている;
3点:普通;
2点:劣っている;

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cosmetic containing polar water and an active ingredient. More specifically, the present invention relates to a cosmetic in which the effect of an active ingredient is enhanced as compared with a conventional cosmetic containing purified water or pure water and an active ingredient.
[0002]
[Prior art]
It is considered that skin pigmentation, drying, aging and the like usually occur due to mutations in the stratum corneum, structural collapse, and the like with ultraviolet rays and aging. Therefore, it is widely performed to include various effects in cosmetics such as basic cosmetics, for example, an antibacterial effect used for the outer skin, a skin roughening preventing effect, an antiaging effect, a whitening effect, and an enzyme inhibiting effect. I have. For example, cosmetics containing trehalose, which is a disaccharide, or trehalose and an amino acid as a humectant are known (for example, see Patent Documents 1 to 6).
[0003]
On the other hand, it is known to use polar water as water used in cosmetics (for example, Patent Document 7). However, this cosmetic has only higher penetration power and moisturizing power into the skin as compared with the case where conventional purified water, pure water, or water obtained by magnetizing the same is used.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic in which the effect of an active ingredient is enhanced.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention relates to a cosmetic comprising polar water and at least one active ingredient, wherein the effect of the active ingredient is enhanced, wherein the polar water is obtained by subjecting purified water or pure water to a magnetizing treatment and a non-contact electromagnetic treatment. Water obtained by adding heavy water to the water to make the concentration of the heavy water 10%, and performing 1 H-NMR measurement under the conditions of an observation frequency of 400 MHz, a resolution of ± 0.01 Hz, and 22 ° C. The peak obtained is on the high magnetic field side in comparison with the peak obtained when 1 H-NMR measurement is performed on water obtained by performing only magnetization treatment on pure water under the same conditions as polar water, under the same conditions. A cosmetic, which is water that shifts by 0.5 Hz or more, is provided.
[0007]
In a preferred embodiment, the active ingredient is selected from the group consisting of a whitening agent, an antioxidant, a blood circulation promoter, a humectant, an anti-inflammatory agent, a cell activator, an antibacterial agent, an enzyme inhibitor, and an ultraviolet inhibitor. At least one kind.
[0008]
In a further preferred embodiment, the active ingredient is a soybean balm extract, a mucopolysaccharide or a salt thereof.
[0009]
In another preferred embodiment, the non-contact electromagnetic treatment is a far-infrared treatment and / or an electric field treatment.
[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The cosmetic of the present invention contains polar water and an active ingredient, whereby the effect of the active ingredient is enhanced.
[0011]
One of the essential components of the cosmetic of the present invention is polar water. Polar water is water obtained by subjecting purified water or pure water to a magnetizing treatment and a non-contact electromagnetic treatment, and adding heavy water to the water obtained by this treatment to make the concentration of the heavy water 10%, The peak obtained when 1 H-NMR measurement is performed under the conditions of 400 MHz, resolution ± 0.01 Hz, and 22 ° C. is the same as that of pure water, which is obtained by performing only magnetization treatment under the same conditions as polar water. Water that shifts by 0.5 Hz or more to the high magnetic field side as compared with the peak obtained when 1 H-NMR measurement is performed below. By using such polar water, a cosmetic with an enhanced effect of the active ingredient can be obtained.
[0012]
In the present specification, purified water means purified water based on the Japanese Pharmacopoeia, and refers to water obtained by distilling ordinary water (tap water, well water) of the Japanese Pharmacopoeia or purified through an ion exchange resin. Pure water refers to water that is substantially similar to pure water obtained by desalinating ordinary water such as tap water, and refers to water having a specific resistance of about 1 MΩ · cm or more in electrical resistance. This pure water includes ultrapure water.
[0013]
Magnetization treatment of purified water or pure water (hereinafter referred to as purified water or the like) means irradiating lines of magnetic force to the purified water or the like. As a magnetizing device, for example, circulating purified water or the like, and in the middle of the circulation channel A device in which a magnet device is arranged and which irradiates lines of magnetic force in a direction substantially perpendicular to the water flow is preferably used. An apparatus in which a plurality of magnets are arranged in parallel or in series in a circulation channel is also used. This magnetizing process is usually performed at 0.07T to 15T (T is Tesla; 1T is 10,000 gauss), preferably 0.3T to 3T, more preferably 0.8 to 2T, for example, 1.2T. Magnetic field lines are irradiated for an appropriate period of time (see Patent Documents 8 and 9).
[0014]
The non-contact electromagnetic treatment is a treatment in which water does not come into direct contact with the electromagnetic wave generator, and examples thereof include far-infrared treatment and electric field treatment. These non-contact electromagnetic treatments may be used alone or in combination of two or more treatments. The far-infrared ray treatment can be performed, for example, by wrapping a ceramic or the like capable of emitting far-infrared rays having a wavelength of 4 to 24 μm around the circulation channel of the above-described apparatus and irradiating the far-infrared rays to purified water or the like. The emissivity of far infrared rays is preferably at least 80%, more preferably at least 90%. The electric field treatment is achieved by applying a voltage of 50 to 8000 V, preferably 3000 to 5000 V, to purified water or the like (for example, a circulating water path of the water to be treated).
[0015]
The above-described magnetization treatment and non-contact electromagnetic treatment may be performed simultaneously. After the magnetization treatment, a non-contact electromagnetic treatment may be performed, or after the non-contact electromagnetic treatment, a magnetization treatment may be performed.
[0016]
Therefore, the polar water used in the present invention has, for example, a water channel having an appropriate gap width, a magnet device capable of irradiating lines of magnetic force, and a part of the circulation pipe is a plastic pipe. Prepare a water treatment device having a circulation pipe that can be wrapped to irradiate far-infrared light, flow purified water, etc. through a water channel at an appropriate flow rate, circulate this, and perform magnetization treatment and far-infrared irradiation treatment. At the same time.
[0017]
Specifically, when water having a specific resistance of about 1 MΩ · cm or more in electrical resistance value is subjected to a magnetizing treatment and a far-infrared irradiation treatment using the apparatus described below, polar water used in the present invention is obtained. . As the magnetization processing device, a channel main body made of a non-magnetic material that forms a part of a channel and has a rectangular opening cross section, and a short side of the opening cross section is 2 mm, and a cross section of the channel that sandwiches the channel main body. A permanent magnet in which different magnetic poles are arranged facing each other on the long side, and a holding plate that integrally holds the water channel main body and the permanent magnet, wherein the permanent magnet has a magnetic force of 1.2 Tesla, A magnet device is preferably used (see Patent Document 8). The treated water treated by this magnet device is configured to circulate, a part of the circulation circuit is made of plastic, and a ceramic that generates far infrared rays having a wavelength of 4 to 24 μm is wound around the outside of the plastic tube. The attached device is used. By treating with this apparatus for 24 hours while maintaining the water temperature at 20 ° C., the desired polar water can be obtained. The magnetized pure water used as a control was the one treated with the same apparatus under the same conditions except that no ceramic was attached. When water having a specific resistance of about 1 MΩ · cm or more in electric resistance value is used, the change in the 1 H-NMR peak falls within ± 0.01 Hz even if the temperature of the water to be treated is different.
[0018]
Whether or not the desired polar water has been obtained can be confirmed by performing 1 H-NMR measurement. For example, first, heavy water is added to purified water or the like that has been subjected to the magnetization treatment and far-infrared irradiation treatment obtained above to prepare a solution having a concentration of heavy water of 10%. This solution is supplied to a JEOL Ltd. JNM LA-400 FT-NMR spectrometer, and the measurement is performed at an observation frequency of 400 MHz, a temperature of 22 ° C. ± 0.1 ° C., four times of integration, and a resolution of ± 0.01 Hz. Acquire 10 1 H-NMR peak top data for one sample. On the other hand, as a control, water obtained by subjecting pure water to only magnetization treatment under the same conditions as polar water is subjected to 1 H-NMR measurement under the same conditions. If the value of the obtained data is shifted to the high magnetic field side by 0.5 Hz or more with respect to the control, it is polar water.
[0019]

[0031]
Furthermore, when other active ingredients such as substances and extracts commonly used by those skilled in the art other than those described above are contained, the effect of the active ingredients can be enhanced in combination with the polar water. Although the reason for this is not clear, polar water is known to have excellent permeability to the skin and high persistence of water in the stratum corneum, whereby the active ingredient efficiently penetrates the skin, It is considered that a high effect that is retained in the stratum corneum and not normally obtained can be obtained. Furthermore, since polar water enhances the dispersibility of fats and oils in water, even if it is a lipophilic active ingredient, the solubility in water itself is improved, and it is thought that polar water can be efficiently penetrated into the skin. Can be
[0032]
The cosmetic of the present invention contains polar water and an active ingredient, and thereby, is excellent in that it cannot be obtained when a cosmetic containing polar water alone or a conventional purified water or the like and an active ingredient is applied. Exhibits the effect of the active ingredient. The content of such polar water varies depending on the type of the cosmetic, but is preferably 10% by weight to 99.9% by weight, more preferably 30% by weight to 99% by weight, based on the cosmetic. The content of the active ingredient also varies depending on the type of the cosmetic, but is usually 0.000001% to 1% by weight, preferably 0.000005% to 0.1% by weight relative to the cosmetic.
[0033]
Therefore, the cosmetics of the present invention can obtain the effect of each active ingredient at a content lower than the content of the active ingredient usually used by those skilled in the art. Furthermore, even if the content of the active ingredient does not normally exert the effect, the effect can be exhibited. For example, for the cosmetics, 0.0001% by weight to 0.05% by weight of Sahakuhi extract having a whitening effect, 0.0001% by weight to 1% by weight of hyaluronic acid having a moisturizing effect, and a professional agent having an anti-inflammatory effect. Sufficient effects can be obtained with anthocyanidin at 0.000001% by weight to 0.01% by weight, or with saxifrage extract having an antibacterial effect at 0.0001% by weight to 0.003% by weight.
[0034]
The cosmetic of the present invention thus obtained contains polar water and an active ingredient, thereby enhancing the effect of the active ingredient.Furthermore, even when the content of the active ingredient is low, the effect is low. Can be obtained.
[0035]
The cosmetic of the present invention can be used, for example, as a cleansing cosmetic, a basic cosmetic, a finish cosmetic, and a hair cosmetic. These contain, if necessary, components commonly used by those skilled in the art, and can be prepared according to methods commonly used by those skilled in the art. [0037]
【Example】
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to Examples, but it goes without saying that the present invention is not limited to these Examples.
[0038]
(Production of polar water)
A magnet device having a slit gap width of a water channel of 2 mm and a magnetic field line strength of 1.2 T, and a water treatment device having a ceramic part wound around a plastic pipe in part are prepared. Pure water is supplied to the water channel at a flow rate of about 15 m / min. Magnetization treatment was performed while flowing, and treatment was performed for 24 hours by irradiating far infrared rays with ceramic to obtain treated water 1.
[0039]
For comparison, pure water was subjected to only the magnetizing treatment under the same conditions as described above without winding the ceramic using the same apparatus to obtain magnetized water.
[0040]
Using a JNM EX-270 FT-NMR spectrometer manufactured by JEOL Ltd., the half value width of 17 O-NMR of the treated water 1 and the magnetized water was measured at 20 ° C., an observation frequency of 32 MHz, and a cumulative number of 2048 times. Was 75 Hz and 74 Hz, respectively.
[0041]
Heavy water was added to each of the above-mentioned treated water 1 and magnetized water to prepare 10% heavy water solutions. Each of these heavy aqueous solutions was controlled at an observation frequency of 400 MHz and a temperature of 22 ° C. ± 0.1 ° C. using a JNM LA-400 FT-NMR spectrometer of JEOL Ltd., and the number of integrations was 4 times and the resolution was ± 0. 1 H-NMR measurement was performed under the condition of 01 Hz. For each sample, 10 1 H-NMR peak top data were obtained. When the peak of the treated water 1 was compared with the peak of the magnetized treated water, it was confirmed that the treated water 1 was polar water because the peak was shifted to the high magnetic field side to the low frequency side of 1.42 Hz.
[0042]
Hereinafter, various cosmetics were prepared, and the effect of each active ingredient was evaluated. That is, in Examples 1 to 4 and Comparative Examples 1 to 4, the moisturizing effect and the whitening effect were evaluated, and in Example 5 and Comparative Examples 5 to 8, the moisturizing effect was evaluated.
[0043]
(Example 1)
Polar water prepared as described above, the active ingredient, and the other components shown in Table 1 were blended in the proportions shown in Table 1 to prepare a lotion A.
[0044]
The moisturizing effect was evaluated as follows. 2 μl of the obtained lotion A was applied to forearms previously marked on a 1.2 cm square to 10 subjects. After being left for 1 hour, the electric conductivity (unit: μmho (micromho)) indicating the amount of remaining water was measured for the coated portion using a high-frequency conductivity measuring device (SKICON-200, manufactured by IBS), and the moisturizing effect was obtained. Was evaluated. Table 2 shows the results. The measurement was performed in a room at a temperature of 20 ° C. and a humidity of 53%, and the numerical values in Table 2 indicate the average values of 10 test subjects.
[0045]
The whitening effect was evaluated as follows. The inside of the upper arm of 10 healthy female subjects was irradiated with ultraviolet light in the UV-B region twice a day at an amount twice as large as that causing minimal erythema once a day for two days to induce pigment spots. Two points (points A and B) were arbitrarily selected from the range in which the pigment spot was induced, and nothing was done at point A, and lotion A was applied to point B three times a day for one month. One month later, the degree of pigmentation at the uncoated site (point A) and the applied site (point B) were compared and evaluated according to the following evaluation criteria. The results are shown in Table 2. In addition, the numerical value in Table 2 shows the average point of an evaluation point.
[0046]
3 points: no pigmentation is seen;
2 points: pigmentation is considerably thinner than the uncoated area;
1 point: Pigmentation is slightly lighter than the uncoated area;
0 point: No difference from the uncoated part.
[0047]
(Examples 2 to 4)
The lotions B to D were prepared by mixing the polar water prepared as described above, the active ingredient, and the other components shown in Table 1 in the proportions shown in Table 1. In the same manner as in Example 1, the moisturizing effects and whitening effects of the obtained lotions B to D were evaluated. The results are shown in Table 2.
[0048]
(Comparative Examples 1-4)
Except that polarized water was used instead of magnetized water in Comparative Example 1, and pure water was used in Comparative Example 2, the components were blended in the same proportions as in Example 1 to obtain lotions E and F. (See Table 1). In Comparative Example 3, polar water was used, and in Comparative Example 4, pure water was used. Other components were blended in the proportions shown in Table 1 to obtain lotions G and H, respectively. In the same manner as in Example 1, the moisturizing effects and whitening effects of the obtained lotions E to H were evaluated. The results are shown in Table 2.

[0050]
[Table 2]
Figure 2004115405
[0051]
Regarding the moisturizing effect, as can be seen from the results in Table 2, cosmetics containing polar water and an active ingredient are excellent in that cosmetics containing polar water alone or conventional purified water or the like and an active ingredient cannot be obtained. It can be seen that it has a moisturizing effect (synergistic effect). That is, the hyaluronic acid content of Comparative Examples 1 and 2 (Lotions E and F) does not provide a moisturizing effect, whereas Examples 1-3 (Lotions A to C) containing the same amount of hyaluronic acid. ) Shows an excellent moisturizing effect and a better moisturizing effect than the moisturizing effect obtained only with polar water (cosmetic G of Comparative Example 3). This indicates that even when the content of the active ingredient is not sufficient, the effect can be obtained by using polar water.
[0052]
Regarding the whitening effect, as can be seen from the results in Table 2, cosmetics containing polar water and an active ingredient cannot be obtained with a cosmetic containing polar water alone or a conventional cosmetic containing purified water or the like and an active ingredient. It can be seen that it has a whitening effect. That is, while the whitening effect was not obtained with Comparative Example 1 and 2 (Lotions E and F), the whitening effect was not obtained, whereas Examples 1, 3, and 4 (Lotion) containing the same amount of A, C, and D) exhibited excellent whitening effects and more excellent whitening effects than the whitening effect obtained with only polar water (cosmetic G in Comparative Example 3). This indicates that, as with the above moisturizing effect, by using polar water, a whitening effect can be obtained even when the content of soybean arbor extract which is not effective with magnetized water or pure water. In addition, in subjects who applied cosmetics (Examples 1, 2, and 4) containing a saxifrage extract and polar water, after applying, the effect of improving hot flashes after induction of pigment spots was obtained. It can be seen that the anti-inflammatory effect can be obtained even by using the saxifrage extract which is not effective with magnetized water or pure water.
[0053]
(Example 5)
Polar water, an active ingredient, and other components were blended in the proportions shown in Table 3 to prepare a lotion I.
[0054]
The moisturizing effect was evaluated by the following sensory test. The obtained cosmetics I were used by 10 subjects (females), and the moist feeling was scored on the following five levels. The average score was calculated from these scoring results. Table 4 shows the results.
[0055]
5 points: pretty good;
4 points: excellent;
3 points: normal;
2 points: poor;
1 point: Very poor.
[0056]
(Comparative Examples 5 to 8)
Instead of the polar water, each component was blended in the same ratio as in Example 5 except that magnetized water was used in Comparative Example 5 and pure water was used in Comparative Example 6, and the lotions J and K were respectively used. (See Table 3). In Comparative Example 7, polar water was used, and in Comparative Example 8, pure water was used. Other components were blended in the proportions shown in Table 3 to obtain lotions L and M, respectively. In the same manner as in Example 5, the moisturizing effects of the obtained lotions J to M were evaluated. The results are shown in Table 4.

[0058]
[Table 4]
Figure 2004115405
[0059]
Regarding the moisturizing effect, as can be seen from the results in Table 4, a cosmetic containing polar water and an active ingredient cannot be obtained with a polar water alone or a cosmetic containing conventional purified water or the like and an active ingredient. It turns out that it has an excellent moisturizing effect.
[0060]
