Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a bundled band that bundles and holds a plurality of cables when laying a large number of electric cables and optical fiber cables in the same direction.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when laying a large number of electric cables and optical fiber cables in the same direction, bundled bands that bundle and hold a plurality of cables have been used (for example, see Patent Documents 1 to 3). A typical banding band includes an elongated band portion and a binding portion provided at an end thereof, and these are generally integrally formed of a flexible resin.
[0003]
On one surface of the relatively thin band portion, a hook portion having fine irregularities for binding is formed, and the binding portion is provided with an insertion portion having a through hole having a rectangular cross section. Then, a plurality of cables are bundled in the band portion, and in this state, the distal end portion of the band portion is inserted from one of the insertion portions and pulled out from the other, so that the cable bundle is tightened by the band portion, and the hook portion is formed by the repulsive force. The band does not fall out of the insertion portion by being hooked on the edge or the like of the insertion portion.
[0004]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in order to efficiently perform maintenance and management of a laid cable group, identification tags and nameplates such as a connection destination, a cable type, an insulation grade, and a diameter are attached to each bundled cable.
[0005]
On the other hand, in recent years, an extremely small RFID tag (Radio frequency) equipped with an antenna coil and a control circuit has been proposed for storing information electronically and transmitting and receiving information to and from a reader device in a non-contact manner using electromagnetic waves. A data carrier such as Identification TAG) is widely used as an identification device (for example, see Patent Document 4).

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-described conventional example, the identification tag or nameplate cannot be used because of its large area because of its handleability. Therefore, the amount of information to be described is limited, and for example, large-capacity information such as a laying work record and a maintenance record. Could not be described. Further, since the laid road is often exposed to a severe external environment, reading or reading may be difficult or impossible due to deterioration or disappearance of the written contents.
[0008]
On the other hand, there are two types of the above-mentioned data carriers (child devices): a portable type, and a fixed type to be attached to a device, a machine or various components. Data transmission / reception (communication) is performed without contact with a reader / writer device (or reader device).
[0009]
In general, the data carrier itself does not have a power source such as a battery for operation, and is configured to use a part of the electromagnetic wave transmitted from the reader / writer device as the power source.

[0019]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problem, and an object of the present invention is to provide a data carrier in a bundled band of a cable so that large-capacity information can be recorded and exposed to a severe external environment. It is an object of the present invention to provide a bundled band with a data carrier that does not cause deterioration or disappearance of the description contents even on a laid road.
[0020]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A binding band with a data carrier according to the present invention for achieving the above object includes a binding band formed by forming a binding portion at an end of a flexible elongated band portion, and a data carrier, The data carrier is provided in a binding portion or a band portion near the binding portion.
[0021]
Since the present invention is configured as described above, by providing a data carrier such as an RFID tag at the binding portion of the binding band or at a band portion in the vicinity thereof, it is possible to use the rewritable storage unit to contact the outside in a non-contact manner. A large amount of information can be recorded, and the information can be rewritten or read quickly and reliably. Therefore, even large-capacity information such as a laying work record and a maintenance record can be sufficiently recorded.
[0022]
In addition, since this data carrier is provided in the binding portion of the binding band or in the band portion in the vicinity thereof, the data carrier is not hindered in the binding operation of the cable, and the data carrier is placed in a place avoiding a portion strongly pressed by the bound cable. Because they can be positioned, less attention must be paid to data carrier damage when bundling the cables.
[0023]
Furthermore, when the cable is bound, the data carrier is always present near the binding portion serving as a mark. Therefore, even when the cable is laid, the position is easily recognized, and the detecting unit of the reader / writer device is read closer to the position. Positioning and writing can be performed.
[0024]
Further, a holder may be provided on the binding portion or a band portion near the binding portion, and the data carrier may be held on the holder. By providing such a holder, the data carrier can be easily provided in the bundled band.
[0025]
When the holding member is provided as described above, the bundled band and the holding member can be formed by integrally molding the resin. By integrally molding the resin in this manner, the holder can be reliably provided at a set position in a correct posture, and the overall cost can be reduced.
[0026]
Further, in the above-mentioned integrally molded product, the data carrier can be integrally molded such that the data carrier is held in advance by a holding body. As described above, the composite molding including the data carrier can reduce the manufacturing cost, and assemble the bundled band and the data carrier at a predetermined relative position.
[0027]
Further, when the holding member is provided, the holding member has a holding portion for holding the data carrier and an insertion portion for inserting the band portion of the bundled band, and can be detachably attached to the band portion. . In this manner, the holding body is formed separately from the binding band, and by attaching the holding body to the band portion, the binding wire with a data carrier according to the present invention can be used as it is by using a general binding band without a data carrier. Bands can be made easily and at low cost.
[0028]
Further, in the case where the holder is provided, a thin ring-shaped data carrier is used as the data carrier, and the holder extends from the band portion at or near the binding portion, and a shaft portion extending from the band portion. And a reverse jaw piece for preventing slippage provided at a tip end portion, wherein a penetrating portion at a central portion formed in the data carrier is inserted into the shaft portion and held by the inverted jaw piece. I can do it. In this case, the ring-shaped data carrier having a relatively large size can be easily attached to the binding band and stably held.
[0029]
