Abstract
Description
【0001】

[0015]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an active headrest structure capable of securing a knee space for an occupant seated in a rear seat and improving appearance quality.
[0016]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, according to the first aspect, a seatback frame is provided in a seatback provided in a passenger compartment of a vehicle, and the seatback frame is rotatable with respect to the seatback frame. A headrest support member for supporting a headrest mounted on the upper portion of the seatback, and rotating the headrest toward the front of the vehicle by a load applied to the pressure receiving member located in the seatback from the front of the vehicle. Active headrest structure,
The pressure receiving member is provided in the seat back and connected to an elastic member connected to the seat back frame, and a seat back skin material attached to the back side of the seat back by the pressure receiving member is stretched. It features an active headrest structure.
[0017]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the pressure receiving member stretches a seat back skin material attached to the back side of the seat back.
[0018]
Since the elastic member provided in the seat back and connected to the seat back is connected to the pressure receiving member, the seat back skin material is pulled toward the front of the seat back by the pressure receiving member. It is urged in the direction and dented.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, the lower end of the headrest stay comes into contact with the locked member even when the headrest is moved below the lowermost lock position of the height adjustment mechanism. Stop being being.
[0025]
For this reason, the downward movement of the headrest out of the design range is reliably restricted, and the fit when the headrest is used can be always maintained.
[0026]
Further, according to the third aspect, the lower end of the headrest stay at the lowermost lock position is smaller than the dimension from the lower end surface of the headrest to the upper end surface of the seatback at the lowermost lock position of the height adjustment mechanism. 3. The active headrest structure according to
[0027]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, even when the lower end of the headrest stay comes into contact with the locked member and stops, the lower end surface of the headrest contacts the upper surface of the seat back. There is no contact, and substantially the same feeling of fit can be obtained as in the case of stopping at each stage of the height adjustment mechanism.
[0028]
Further, the present invention is characterized in that the locked member is constituted by a loop-shaped wire member, and the active headrest structure is at least any one of

[0030]
Therefore, the knee space can be further enlarged, and the space efficiency is good.
[0031]
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the locked member is formed by bending a linear wire member, and both ends of the wire member are fixed to the pressure receiving member. An active headrest structure according to at least one of
[0032]
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the locked member is formed by bending the linear wire member, and both ends of the wire member are fixed to the pressure receiving member. Since the mounting is completed, the molding and the mounting can be easily performed.
[0033]
According to the sixth aspect, the locking member is locked to the locked member at a position below the fixed position of the locked member to the pressure receiving member by a predetermined distance in the height direction. An active headrest structure according to at least one of
[0034]
According to the sixth aspect of the present invention, the locking member is locked at a position below a fixed position of the locked member to the pressure receiving member by a predetermined distance in a height direction. Locked to the member.
[0035]
For this reason, the pressure receiving member and the stay are arranged so as to overlap in the front and rear directions of the seat back, and the thickness of the upper portion of the seat back is kept small while the pressure receiving member and the stay are engaged near the lower end of the pressure receiving member. By providing a stop member, the position where the seat back skin material is stretched can be set at a low position.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the pressure receiving member stretches the seat back skin material attached to the back side of the seat back.
[0116]
Since the elastic member provided in the seat back and connected to the seat back is connected to the pressure receiving member, the seat back skin material is pulled toward the front of the seat back by the pressure receiving member. It is urged in the direction and dented.
[0117]
For this reason, a concave portion is formed on the back side of the seat back, and a knee space for the occupant of the rear seat is secured.
[0118]
Moreover, since the seat back skin is always urged toward the front of the seat back by the pressure receiving member, the skin is not loosened.
[0119]
Further, there is no need for a member for fixing the skin material that hinders the operation of the pressure receiving member.
[0120]
Therefore, the appearance quality of the back side of the seat back is good, and the operation reliability of the active headrest can be maintained.
[0121]
Further, according to the second aspect, even if the headrest is moved below the lowermost lock position of the height adjustment mechanism, the lower end of the headrest stay is brought into contact with the locked member. Stop.
[0122]
For this reason, the downward movement of the headrest out of the design range is reliably restricted, and the fit when the headrest is used can be always maintained.
[0123]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, even at a position where the lower end of the headrest stay comes into contact with the locked member and stops, the lower end surface of the headrest comes into contact with the upper end surface of the seat back. And a substantially similar fit can be obtained as in the case of stopping at each stage of the height adjustment mechanism.
[0124]
Further, according to the fourth aspect, the locked member is constituted by a loop-shaped wire member, so that the headrest stay does not increase in the front-back direction inside the seatback. The rigidity at the time when the lower end abuts can be sufficiently secured.
[0125]
Therefore, the knee space can be further enlarged, and the space efficiency is good.
[0126]
According to the fifth aspect, the locked member is formed by bending the linear wire member, and both ends of the wire member are fixed to the pressure receiving member. Since mounting is completed, molding and mounting can be easily performed.
[0127]
According to the sixth aspect of the present invention, the locking member is attached to the locked member at a position below a fixed position of the locked member to the pressure receiving member by a predetermined distance in the height direction. Locked.
[0128]
For this reason, the pressure receiving member and the stay are arranged so as to overlap in the front and rear directions of the seat back, and the thickness of the upper portion of the seat back is kept small while the pressure receiving member and the stay are engaged near the lower end of the pressure receiving member. By providing a stop member, the position where the seat back skin material is stretched can be set at a low position.
[0129]
Therefore, it is possible to easily secure the knee space of the rear seat.
[0130]
Furthermore, according to the seventh aspect of the present invention, the locked member is provided in the recess formed behind and below the pressure receiving member, so that it is easy to secure a knee space for the rear seat. You can do it.
[0131]
Further, according to the present invention, a lower end of the pressure receiving member provided with the locked member is protruded forward of the seat back as compared with an upper portion of the pressure receiving member. .
[0132]
For this reason, a practically useful effect that the knee space of the rear seat can be easily secured is exhibited.
