Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a stationary blade structure in a rotating machine such as a compressor or a turbine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, a rotating machine such as a compressor or a turbine is provided with a stationary blade that controls an air flow to a rotor blade arranged downstream or upstream so as to have a predetermined flow. Such stationary blades are arranged at predetermined intervals over the entire circumference, for example, between an annular outer stationary blade ring and an inner stationary blade ring. Were made at equal pitch.
[0003]
However, a so-called nozzle wake (velocity loss) occurs on the downstream side of the stator blade configured as described above, and a so-called potential (pressure field) occurs on the upstream side. And the air flow becomes non-uniform. When the moving blades pass downstream or upstream of the stationary blade in which such a non-uniform state occurs, a so-called cascade interference excitation force acts on the moving blade due to the flow in the non-uniform state.
[0004]
Furthermore, since the stationary blades are arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction, non-uniform flows are also generated at equal intervals in the circumferential direction, and the moving blades apply a fixed-period cascade interference excitation force over the entire circumference. Will receive it. If the frequency of the excitation force acting on the moving blade coincides with the natural frequency of the moving blade, resonance occurs in the moving blade, and excessive stress is applied to cause inconvenience.
[0005]
Therefore, in order to reduce such a cascade interference excitation force, a so-called asymmetric stator blade structure has conventionally been adopted. Regarding this, a configuration in which nozzles arranged in a combination of a plurality of different pitches are used for a steam turbine as a diaphragm of a steam turbine is disclosed (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0006]
In addition, as a nozzle ring of a radial gas turbine, a nozzle ring is formed such that a nozzle block of a radial gas turbine is divided, and different types of nozzle rings having different nozzle pitches are adjacent to each other. Is disclosed (for example, see Patent Document 2).
[0007]
Furthermore, as a compressor stationary blade, there is disclosed a configuration in which the circumferential arrangement of the stationary blade is arranged at different pitch angles between the upper half and the lower half of the air flow path (for example, see Patent Reference 3). All of these have been filed by the present applicant.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional configuration as described above, some design studies are required to obtain an asymmetrical vane structure in which the performance of reducing the cascade interference excitation force is further improved. Since it cannot be changed, extra time and labor are required for development, which has caused a cost increase. Further, depending on the operating conditions of the actual machine, the effect may be reduced by half, and when the unequal-pitch stationary blade is fixedly used, problems such as performance degradation and surge promotion may occur.
[0010]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a vane structure of a rotating machine that can easily change and adjust an asymmetric vane structure that reduces cascade interference excitation force with a simple configuration. And
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, in the present invention, the stationary blades are arranged in the vehicle cabin over the entire circumference, and the air flow to the moving blades arranged downstream or upstream of the stationary blades becomes a predetermined flow. A rotating shaft extending from the outer end face of each of the stationary blades, and an arm extending laterally from the rotating shaft, and each arm is rotationally driven by a link. In the stationary blade structure of the rotating machine for changing the mounting angle of each of the stationary blades, the mounting angle of the stationary blade is varied by varying the length of the arm.
[0012]
The rotating shaft extends from near the center of the outer end surface of each of the stationary blades. Alternatively, the rotating shaft extends from the vicinity of the front edge of the outer end face of each of the stationary blades. Alternatively, the rotating shaft extends from the vicinity of the trailing edge of the outer end surface of each of the stationary blades.
[0013]
Further, a stationary blade structure of a rotary machine that arranges stationary blades all around in a vehicle cabin and controls an air flow to a predetermined flow with respect to a moving blade arranged downstream or upstream of the stationary blade. A flap is provided on the downstream side around the trailing edge of each of the stationary blades, a rotation axis extending from near the front edge of the outer end face of the flap, and an arm extending laterally from the rotation axis. In a stationary blade structure of a rotating machine in which an arm is driven to rotate by a link to change the mounting angle of each flap, the mounting angle of the flap is made different by changing the length of the arm.
[0014]
Alternatively, a stationary blade structure of a rotary machine in which stationary blades are arranged all around in a vehicle cabin and an air flow to a moving blade arranged downstream or upstream of the stationary blades is controlled to be a predetermined flow. A flap is provided around the trailing edge between the stationary blades, a rotation shaft extending from the vicinity of the front edge of the outer end face of the flap, and an arm extending laterally from the rotation axis. In a stationary blade structure of a rotating machine that rotates by a link to change the mounting angle of each flap, the mounting angle of the flap is changed by changing the length of the arm.
[0015]
Further, a wavy portion is provided at a rear edge portion of the flap.
[0016]
Further, a stationary blade structure of a rotary machine that arranges stationary blades all around in a vehicle cabin and controls an air flow to a predetermined flow with respect to a moving blade arranged downstream or upstream of the stationary blade. And a guide shaft extending from the outer end surface of each of the stationary blades, a cam fitted to and driving the guide shaft, and an arm extending laterally from the cam. In the stationary blade structure of a rotating machine that rotates and slides each of the stationary blades in the circumferential direction of the vehicle cabin, by varying the length of the arm, the rotation angle of the cam, and thus the sliding amount of the stationary blade, is reduced. It is characterized in that the stator blades have different mounting pitches.
[0017]
Further, a stationary blade structure of a rotary machine that arranges stationary blades all around in a vehicle cabin and controls an air flow to a predetermined flow with respect to a moving blade arranged downstream or upstream of the stationary blade. And a guide shaft extending from the outer end face of each of the stationary blades, and a cam that fits with and drives the guide shaft. It is characterized by being moved substantially in the axial direction.
[0018]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. According to the present invention, during stationary operation of the rotating machine, or when passing through a resonance point while the rotation speed is increasing or decreasing, the arrangement state of the stationary blades is made variable so that the effect of reducing the excitation force is maximized. Provide a structure to change the The resonance point here means, for example, a resonance point derived from the natural frequency of the rotor blade before and after the stationary blade, and these are obtained by design calculation, vibration measurement during operation, or the like.
