Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sash roller for a wire screen, which almost completely eliminates a fear of the slipout of the wire screen from a window frame due to an impact at the time of opening/closing the same, contributes to the easy and quick attachment/detachment of the wire screen to/from the window frame, and has a function of behaving so as to automatically eliminate a gap between the window frame and the wire screen, even if the fitting accuracy of the wire screen is poor, and to provide the wire screen which has the sash rollers attached thereto.
SOLUTION: The wire screen is formed of a base block, a wheel bearing arm formed of a leaf spring, an arm fixing means, and a fixture canceling means. The base block is screw-fitted to a frame of the wire screen. The wheel bearing arm has its base-side end fixed to the base block, and pressingly energizes a wheel attached to the tip thereof to a traveling rail. The arm fixing means temporarily fixes the arm at a location at which the wheel is most separate from the traveling rail. The fixture canceling means cancels temporary fixture. The wire screen has the sash rollers mounted thereon at four upper and lower corners thereof. Here, the sash rollers on the upper side of the wire screen can dispense with the arm fixing means.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is a conventional problem that the screen door is disengaged from the window frame when it is opened and closed, or the screen door cannot be moved smoothly, or if measures are taken to prevent the screen door from being removed, the screen door cannot be easily removed when the screen door is removed. The present invention relates to a door door for a screen door improved so as to substantially eliminate the points, and a screen door to which the door door is attached.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIGS. 12A and 12B are partial views showing a state in which a door roller 70 having a conventional general structure is attached to a screen door 100. FIG. 12A is a transparent front view, and FIG. 12B is a bottom view.
In the door roller 70, a main body block 72 on which wheels 71 are assembled is fixed to a vertical frame 100a of a screen door by a set screw 73. Reference numeral 74 denotes a position adjusting screw for finely adjusting the position of the wheel 71 up and down.
The bearing member 75 of the wheel 71 is fixed at the position where the adjustment has been completed. 100b is a horizontal frame of a screen door, 100c is an insect-proof net, and 200 is a running rail on which wheels 71 are mounted.
[0003]
As described above, in the conventional screen door 100 in which the bearing member 75 of the wheel 71 is fixedly mounted on the framework, the wheel 71 tends to easily come off the traveling rail 200 when the door is opened and closed. In addition, it was difficult to open and close the screen door 100 smoothly.
This is especially true for screen doors whose height is too high compared to their width.
It is even more so if the building is old and the standing is poor.
[0004]
In this way, the wheels 71 are easily detached from the traveling rail 200 and the screen door 100 cannot be moved smoothly because the frame of the screen door 100 is light and delicate, so that the screen door 100 swings up and down when opening and closing. It is because it moves and the framework tends to be distorted.
Alternatively, the above-mentioned malfunction may be caused by the frame of the screen 100 being deformed over time, the window frame not being made accurately, or being deformed over time.
[0005]
The screen door that is easily detached from the window frame must be re-inserted each time it comes off, which is extremely time-consuming.
In the case of the elderly, further improvement of this problem is desired.
Not only that, if the screen door falls off from a room in a tall building with more than two stories, if a person happens to be on the ground directly underneath, a serious situation may occur.
In view of this, a door roller has been devised in which the wheels of the door roller are constantly pressed against the rail by a spring force.
Alternatively, there is a type in which a member for preventing detachment is attached to the upper frame of the screen door.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in order to prevent the screen door once fitted into the window frame from being accidentally detached as described above, the more you try to attach it as tightly as possible, the more difficult it is to remove the screen door I was invited.
Further, the conventional door roller that has taken measures to prevent the screen door from coming off has much room for improvement in terms of manufacturing cost, durability, labor for installation, and the like.
[0007]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to almost certainly eliminate the danger that the screen door will fall out of the window frame due to the bounce at the time of opening and closing, and of course, the screen door can be easily and quickly removed. [0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. FIG. 1 is a partial front view showing a main part of a screen door 100 to which a door roller A according to the present invention is attached.
100a and 100b in the figure are the left and right vertical frames and the upper and lower horizontal frames that constitute the frame of the screen door 100, and 100c is an insect-proof net stretched over the frame.
[0011]
Accordingly, the door 100 is attached to the door 100 at a total of four locations on the left and right sides on the lower and upper ends of the screen door 100.
However, the upper two door rollers A2 shown in FIG. 1 have a mechanism for facilitating the work of removing the screen door 100 once fitted into the window frame from the window frame when the season is off, as described later. Is different from the two doors A1 on the lower side.
Except for this difference, the basic structures of the door cars A1 and A2 are common.
[0012]
Therefore, the specific structure of the lower door car A1 will be sequentially described below.
2 and 3 are a front view and a transparent front view of the door roller A1, and FIG. 4 is a front view showing only a main body portion of the door roller A1 and four vertical and horizontal views thereof.
FIG. 5 is an exploded perspective view of a main part of the door roller A1, and FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing an assembled state thereof.
[0013]
FIG. 7 is an exploded front view of a spring force adjusting mechanism for adjusting a spring force of a wheel support arm 20 made of a leaf spring, which will be described later, and a perspective view of a slider. FIG. It is a front view and a side view.
FIG. 9 is a perspective view showing the structure of an arm fixing / fixing releasing means for restricting the vertical movement of the wheel supporting arm 20, and FIG. It is a front view.
FIG. 11 is an operation explanatory view of the door roller A1.
[0014]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the schematic configuration of the door roller A 1 has a base block 10 screwed to the vertical frame 100 a of the screen door 100, and a base end side thereof fixed to the base block 10, and A wheel support arm 20 made of a leaf spring, to which the wheel 21 is attached, an arm fixing means 30 for fixing the wheel 21 at a position farthest from the running rail 200, and a fixing releasing means 40 are provided. .
[0015]
First, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 6, the base block 10 includes a vertical block 12 fixed to the vertical frame 100 a by a set screw 11 and a horizontal block 13 to be in contact with the lower surface of the vertical frame 100 b. It has an L-shaped connection.
Two bearing plates 14, 14 each having a shaft hole are vertically provided on the distal end side of the horizontal block 13 so as to face each other.
4 to 6, the bearing plate 14 on the near side is shown in a flipped up state so that the structure can be easily understood.
[0016]
Next, the wheel support arm 20 is made of a band-shaped spring material, and has a horizontal portion 20a with its base end (right end in the figure) bent upward to form a rising portion 20b, and a set screw 11 and the like. There are two upper and lower bottle holes through which the water passes.
Two bearing plates 20c provided with shaft holes through which the axles of the wheels 21 pass are provided vertically at the distal end side of the horizontal portion 20a so as to face each other.
[0017]
Therefore, even if the screen door 100 supported by both hands is moved up and down while the wheel 21 is placed on the traveling rail 200, the wheel 21 exerts the spring acting force of the wheel support arm 20 within a predetermined vertical movement height range. Accordingly, the pressure contact state is always kept on the traveling rail 200. Along with this, the wheel support arm 20 is bent up and down as shown in FIG.
[0018]
Further, in the horizontal portion 20a of the wheel supporting arm 20, as shown in FIG. 5 and the like, a hook hole 22 for hooking a hook 32a of a swinging claw 32 described later is provided near a tip thereof. It is provided upward.
[0019]
A spring force adjusting mechanism 50 for adjusting the spring acting force is also attached to the wheel supporting arm 20 made of a spring material.
The spring force adjusting mechanism 50 includes a slider 51 slidable left and right along the lower surface side of the horizontal block 13 of the base block 10 as shown in FIGS. A push / pull screw 52 and a coil spring 53 fitted externally to the push / pull screw 52 are provided.
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 3, the horizontal portion 20 a of the wheel support arm 20 is arranged in parallel so as to face the lower surface of the horizontal block 13, and the slider 51 is horizontally aligned with the lower surface of the horizontal block 13. It is in a state of being sandwiched between the portion 20a.
Therefore, the contact point of the vertically movable wheel supporting arm 20 with the front edge of the lower surface of the slider 51 becomes a fulcrum at the time of the bending movement (see FIG. 11).
[0021]
The push / pull screw 52 is inserted from the outside into an insertion hole provided in the vertical block 12, and its tip is screwed into a screw hole 51 a provided in the slider 51.
The coil spring 53 is externally fitted to the push / pull screw 52 while being sandwiched between the vertical block 12 and the slider 51.
As shown in FIG. 1, the wheel support arm 20 is disposed such that the wheel 21 is constantly pressed against the traveling rail 200 by the spring force in a state where the screen door 100 is fitted in the window frame. .
[0022]
Therefore, if the position of the slider 51 is displaced right and left by rotating the push / pull screw 52 forward and backward, the fulcrum of the wheel support arm 20 fluctuates, and the spring action force is adjusted accordingly. You can do it.
Since the bearing plate 20c provided on the wheel support arm 20 prevents the arm from bending, it is necessary to determine the position and shape of the bearing plate 20c so as not to approach the slider 51 too much.
[0023]
Next, as shown in FIG. 5, FIG. 6, and FIG. 9 to FIG. 11, the arm fixing means 30 is attached to a support shaft 31 attached to the bearing plates 14 of the base block 10 at the base end thereof. A swinging claw 32 pivotally supported on its side and swingable up and down, and a hook 32 a provided downward at the tip of the swinging claw 32 are detachably engaged with the tip of the wheel support arm 20. It has a configuration in which the provided hook holes 22 are combined.
A coil spring 33 for urging the swinging claw 32 to rotate downward is attached to the support shaft 31.
[0024]
The fixing releasing means 40 of the wheel supporting arm 20 is provided between the vertical block 12 of the base block 10 and the swinging claw 32 as the arm fixing means 30, as shown in FIGS. The lever-shaped rod 41 that is rotatable around its axis and that can move back and forth in the axial direction is used as its main body.
[0025]
As shown in FIG. 9, the distal end side of the lever-shaped rod 41 is mounted on a locking groove provided on the swinging claw 32, and its protruding end is bent at a right angle to form a bent portion 41a. I have.
Then, as shown in FIG. 3, the base end side of the lever-shaped rod 41 is projected outward through an insertion hole provided in the vertical block 12, and a knob 42 is attached to the projected end.
[0026]
Next, the structure of the door roller A2 attached to the upper end of the screen door 100 is the same as the lower door roller A1 except that the arm fixing means 30 and the fixing releasing means 40 are omitted as described above. Will be omitted.
Since the upper door roller A2 has a smaller load than the lower door roller A1, the diameter of the wheels 21 is made smaller accordingly.
[0027]
Next, the operation of the door roller A1 will be described.
In this embodiment, as described above, door rollers A1 or A2 are attached to the upper and lower four corners of the screen door 100, respectively.
However, if the screen door is short, it can be opened and closed more smoothly than a vertically long screen door, so the door roller A according to the present invention is not necessarily required.
The method of attaching the door roller A to the screen door 100 is as described above.
[0028]
First, prior to fitting the screen door 100 into a window frame (not shown), the knob 42 of the lever-shaped rod 41 of the door roller A1 is rotated to show the bent portion 41a in FIG. 9B. In the downward pivot position.
In this state, the swinging claw 32 urged downward by the coil spring 33 is not obstructed by the bent portion 41a.
[0029]
When the screen door 100 is lifted to fit the screen door 100 into the window frame, no pressing force is exerted on the wheels 21, so that the wheel support arm 20 in the no-load state is as shown in FIG. It extends straight and horizontally.
At this time, the wheel 21 is in a state of protruding most downward (see FIG. 11).
[0030]
On the other hand, since no pressing force is applied to the wheel 21 of the door roller A2 attached to the upper end of the screen door 100, the wheel 21 is in the state of being most protruded upward.
[0031]
In order to fit the screen door 100 in such a state into the window frame, first, the wheels 21 of the door roller A1 below the screen door 100 are pressed against a flat surface such as a floor, and the wheels 21 are turned into FIG. As shown, it is in the state of being pushed up most together with the wheel support arm 20.
At that time, the hook 32 a at the tip of the swinging claw 32 that is urged to rotate downward is hooked into the hook hole 22 of the wheel support arm 20.
[0032]
Therefore, the wheel 21 and the wheel support arm 20 can be fixed at a position farthest from the traveling rail 200.
When the knob 42 of the lever-shaped rod 41 is further rotated by 90 degrees in the opposite direction to the above, the bent portion 41a that has changed from the vertical state to the horizontal state has a locking groove provided in the base block 10. , The rotation of the swing claw 32 is completely prevented.
[0033]
Therefore, when the screen door 100 is lifted and the wheels 21 of the upper door roller A2 are pressed against the traveling rail 200 attached to the upper edge of the window frame as shown in the upper part of FIG. 1, the wheel support arm 20 is turned downward. The door 100 is bent, and the screen door 100 can be further lifted.
[0034]
At this time, since the wheel 21 of the lower door roller A1 is fixed in the pushed up state as described above, when the lower side of the screen door 100 is to be pushed into the window frame, the wheel 21 The trouble of hitting the traveling rail 200 does not occur at all.
Then, if the hand supporting the screen door 100 is released, the wheel 21 in the pushed-up state can be fitted to the traveling rail 200.
At this time, the wheel 21 of the upper door roller A2 is pushed up by the spring action force of the wheel support arm 20 while being pressed against the traveling rail 200.
[0035]
Next, when the knob 42 of the lever-shaped rod 41 is pushed forward, the hook 32a of the swinging claw 32, which has been hooked on the hook hole 22 of the wheel support arm 20, is pushed out of the hole.
Therefore, the urging force of the wheel support arm 20 that constantly presses the wheel 21 toward the traveling rail 200 recovers, and the work of inserting the screen door 100 into the window frame is quickly completed without any trouble.
[0036]
The screen door 100, which has been fitted into the window frame, has the wheels 21 of the four door wheels A attached to the four upper and lower corners thereof elastically attached to the upper and lower running rails 200 by the spring action force of the wheel support arm 20. It will be in a pressed state.
For this reason, the screen door 100, which is made light and delicate, moves when it is opened and closed, moves without rattling as if rattling, or the frame is distorted, so that the screen door 100 comes off the window frame. Fear is almost certainly gone.
[0037]
Furthermore, since the frame of the screen 100 is distorted or deformed, or the window frame is slightly inclined, the gap between the window frame and the frame of the screen 100 becomes an entrance for a pest such as a mosquito. Even in the state where the vehicle door 100 can be formed, the four wheel support arms 20 made of spring material disposed at the four upper and lower corners of the screen door 100 work together to fill this gap.
[0038]
Next, when the screen door is removed after the season has ended and is no longer needed, the wheel 21 of the lower door roller A1, which is kept pressed and urged toward the traveling rail 200, hinders the removal operation.
Then, when the knob 42 of the lever-shaped rod 41 is turned to displace the bent portion 41a to the downward position, the rotation preventing state of the swinging claw 32 is released.
[0039]
In this state, the weight of the screen door 100 pushes up the wheel 21 and the wheel support arm 20 to the upper limit position, and the hook 32 a of the swinging claw 32 is inserted into the hook hole 22 of the wheel support arm 20 as described above. It can be hooked and fixed in the push-up state.
Therefore, the screen door 100 can be smoothly removed from the window frame without being disturbed by the wheels 21 of the lower door roller A1.
[0040]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, the door roller for a screen door according to the present invention exerts practically superior functions as listed below as compared with existing products.
(A) Since the pressure contact force with the traveling rail is constantly applied to the wheels, there is almost no possibility that the lightweight door, which is easily bent and deformed, comes off the window frame when the door is opened and closed.
(B) If door doors are attached to each of the four corners at the top and bottom of the door door, this detachment prevention effect is perfect even with a tall screen door.
(C) Therefore, the concern that a serious accident, such as a screen door falling from a high floor and damaging a person or an object underneath, also occurs.
(D) When attaching the screen door to the window frame and removing it, means for temporarily fixing the wheel at the position farthest from the running rail are provided, so that attachment and detachment can be performed very smoothly without any trouble. .
(E) Since the door roller is made in a completely integrated structure, it can be easily and quickly mounted on the screen door.
(F) Since the structure is relatively simple, it is also excellent in terms of manufacturing cost and durability.
