Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
According to the present invention, when small articles such as glasses, a mobile phone, coins, etc. are placed on a dashboard or a center armrest of a car or a table of a steering wheel or a passenger seat of a ship, and these small articles are put on the seats, these small articles are attracted to the seats. The present invention relates to a small-piece fall-preventive adsorptive sheet that can be prevented from falling.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventional non-slip sheets or suction sheets include the inventions described in JP-A-11-216060 and JP-A-11-048379. The invention described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H11-216060 is one in which a suction cup is formed on the lower surface of a mat made of a polymer material such as synthetic resin or rubber, and the invention described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H11-048379. Is composed of a base material made of rubber or resin, which is made of the same material and is provided with a sucker which rises in an annular shape by foaming and a non-foaming sucker in a scattered manner. In any of these, a suction cup is provided and an adherend is adsorbed to the suction cup, so that a large object or a heavy object is firmly adsorbed, but it is structurally difficult to adsorb a small object, and there is a difficulty in handling. On the other hand, while driving a car, small items such as coins and glasses are often dropped on the dashboard, which hinders driving and is dangerous, so a storage device that allows easy access to such small items The development of something like that was desired.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, and provides the rubber sheet itself with absorptivity, so that the rear surface of the sheet is simply placed on the dashboard of an automobile or the like, and the back of the sheet is replaced with the dashboard. The surface adsorbs small objects that are adherents and is easily peeled off by hand when peeled off, making it extremely easy to handle. In addition, the rubber compound migrates to the adherends and adheres to the adherends. An object of the present invention is to provide an adsorbent sheet for preventing a small object from falling, which can be repeatedly used without washing without being damaged.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention relates to a sheet made of extremely flexible rubber, in which both sides of the sheet are rich in adsorbability, and small articles slide or fall by placing small articles on the adsorption surface. The present invention provides an adsorbent sheet for preventing falling of small articles, characterized in that the adsorbent sheet can be repeatedly used by preventing water from being adhered and recovering the adsorbability by washing with water even if the adsorbing surface becomes dirty (claim 1).
[0005]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention is characterized in that the adsorptive sheet is made of an extremely flexible rubber having a hardness tester JIS-A type hardness at room temperature in the range of 3 to 7. It is preferable to use the above-mentioned adsorbent sheet for preventing falling of small articles (claim 2).
[0006]
Further, in order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention provides a method according to the present invention, wherein the extremely flexible rubber is silicone rubber or butyl rubber, and a peroxide crosslinking agent is added to 0.80 · 10 −3 with respect to 100 g of an uncrosslinked siloxane polymer. Either a composition containing about 1.5 to about 10-3 moles or a composition containing 0.4 to 0.8 parts by weight of a sulfur vulcanizing agent with respect to 100 parts by weight of an unvulcanized butyl rubber polymer. It is preferable that the adsorbent sheet for preventing falling of small articles according to any of the above is formed by molding to a desired thickness by a rubber press molding method, followed by crosslinking or vulcanization (Claim 3).
[0007]
Further, in order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention provides an adsorbent sheet for preventing falling of small articles according to any one of the above, wherein both sides of the adsorbent sheet are covered with a release sheet. It is preferable to perform (claim 4).
[0008]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view exemplifying a state in which an adsorbent sheet for preventing small articles from falling according to an embodiment of the present invention is used. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a small object drop-preventing adsorptive sheet, 2 denotes a small object, and 3 denotes a center armrest.
[0009]
FIG. 2 is a vertical cross-sectional view showing a state in which both surfaces of the small-item drop prevention adsorptive sheet according to the embodiment of the present invention are covered with release sheets. In FIG. 2, reference numeral 1 denotes an adsorbent sheet for preventing small articles from falling, and reference numerals 4 and 4 denote release sheets. The small-item fall-preventive adsorptive sheet 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention usually circulates in a state where both sides of the adsorptive sheet 1 are covered with the release sheets 4 as shown in FIG. Peel off and use. As the release sheet, an olefin-based sheet which can be easily released from the adsorption surface, a commercially available release paper, or the like may be used.
[0010]
The small-item drop-preventing adsorptive sheet 1 is made of an extremely flexible rubber, and both sides of the sheet are rich in adsorptivity. When small items are put on this adsorbing surface, the small items are attracted to the adsorbing surface and slide or fall. Can be prevented. Even if the adsorption surface is soiled, it can be repeatedly used by washing with water to recover the adsorption.
[0011]
The above-mentioned extremely flexible rubber sheet preferably has a hardness at room temperature in a range of 3 to 7 as measured with a hardness tester JIS-A type. If the value is less than this range, the material is too soft, resulting in inferior shape retention and surface strength. If the value is greater than this range, the adsorptivity decreases, and it becomes difficult to maintain the above-mentioned function. The material is not particularly limited as long as the above function is maintained, but the material of the extremely flexible rubber is preferably silicone rubber or butyl rubber.
[0012]
In the case of silicone rubber, a compounding agent containing 0.80 · 10 −3 to 1.5 · 10 −3 mol of a dialkyl peroxide as a cross-linking agent and a colorant is added to 100 g of an uncross-linked siloxane polymer at a cross-linking temperature or lower. The mixture is separated to a predetermined thickness by a kneading roll at a temperature of, and then heated and pressed to a crosslinking temperature or higher in a mold to perform crosslinking. The number of moles of the cross-linking agent controls the hardness and strength of the rubber and is also related to the adsorbing power. Within the above range of the number of moles added, especially around 1.0 · 10 −3 mol is most preferable in terms of strength and adsorbing power. . As a crosslinking agent for silicone rubber, di-t-butyl peroxide (DBP), dicumyl peroxide (DCP) and the like are preferable.
[0013]
It is preferable that the compounding agent does not use a liquid softener that easily migrates to the adherend so as to prevent damage due to the transfer of the compounding agent to the adherend surface of the adherend. When butyl rubber is used instead of silicone rubber, a sulfur-based vulcanizing agent is used in place of the crosslinking agent such as peroxide. 0.4 to 0.8 parts by weight, more preferably about 0.5 parts by weight of a sulfur vulcanizing agent, and a processing aid such as an antioxidant and a coloring agent per 100 parts by weight of the unvulcanized butyl rubber polymer. It is a compounding agent.
[0014]
【Example】
Next, as an example, an example of an adsorptive sheet for preventing falling of small articles using silicone rubber will be described. As shown in the above embodiment, the compounding agent of the following compounding example 1 is kneaded with a kneading roll at 25 to 40 ° C. for 20 to 30 minutes to form a 10 mm thick strip-shaped sheet. This belt-shaped sheet is heated and pressed at 160 to 175 ° C. for 10 to 15 minutes using a rubber press molding machine.
[0015]
Formulation Example 1
100 g of uncrosslinked siloxane polymer
Dialkyl peroxide (crosslinking agent) 1.0 · 10 -3 mol Colorant 0.4 g
[0016]
Next, as another example, an example of an adsorptive sheet for preventing small articles from falling using butyl rubber will be described. In the above silicone rubber examples, compounding example 1 was replaced with compounding example 2, the kneading conditions of the kneading roll were 30 to 40 ° C. for 30 to 40 minutes, and the molding conditions of the rubber press molding machine were 150 to 160 ° C. The adsorbent sheet is obtained in the same manner as described above, except that the time is 20 to 25 minutes.
[0017]
Formulation Example 2
Uncrosslinked butyl rubber 100 parts by weight Sulfur (vulcanizing agent) 0.5 part by weight Antioxidant (processing aid) 1.0 part by weight Colorant 1.0 part by weight
【The invention's effect】
The adsorbent sheet for preventing falling of small articles according to the present invention is configured as described above, and is adsorbed on a dashboard of an automobile, and a highway coupon, coin, writing implement, etc. is put on the adsorbent sheet. If small articles are provided, these small articles are adsorbed on the adsorptive sheet and can be prevented from sliding down due to shaking. Adsorption power is not completely adsorbed like a suction cup, but is adsorbed evenly on the whole, so it can be easily attached and detached by hand and easy to handle, traces of adsorption on the adherend and damage due to migration of compounding agent It is safe without giving anything. In addition, even if it gets dirty, the adsorptive power is recovered by washing with water and it can be reused, so there is no waste. In addition, silicone rubber has heat resistance, cold resistance, weather resistance, oil resistance, compression set characteristics, rebound resilience, safety and hygiene, durability It is particularly excellent in terms of quality, so there is no noticeable reduction in settling or volume feeling even when used for a long time, it can maintain commercial value, it can be used in a wide range, and it can be colorful and sharply colored, and it has good appearance It has an excellent effect.
