Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dishwasher easy in the operation of a door without being heavy, good in handleability, and capable of separately pulling out and taking out upper and lower dish baskets thereby efficiently operating the housing of dishes or the like and preventing water from dripping to a floor when the door is opened. <P>SOLUTION: The dishwasher comprises: a main body 1; a washing tub 2 provided with an opening part on a front surface side and fixed inside the main body 1; a washing nozzle 33 provided inside the washing tub 2; a pull-out type door 3 supported by a slide means provided in the washing tub 2 and slidable in front and back directions to close the opening part of the washing tub 2; a freely attachable and detachable dish basket 5 provided so as to be pulled out simultaneously with the door 3 by pulling out the door 3; and a water drip gutter plate 15 provided below the dish basket 5 and capable of being pulled out simultaneously with the door 3 by pulling out the door 3 to receive waterdrops dripping from objects to be washed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO

【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、食器洗浄機に係り、さらに詳しくは、扉及び食器かごを洗浄槽から前方に引き出し、この食器かごに食器、調理器具等を収納して再び洗浄槽内に収容し、これら食器等に洗浄水を噴射して洗浄を行う食器洗浄機に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来のこの種食器洗浄機の一例を図１２に示す。図において、１００は前面側が開口された箱状の食器洗浄機の本体、１０１は上面が開口し、本体１００内に前方に引出し可能に収容された洗浄槽、１０２は洗浄槽１０１の開口部を閉塞する内蓋、１０３は洗浄槽１０１と一体化され、本体１００の前面開口部を開閉する扉である。１０４は食器類１０５を収納する食器かごで、主としてコップ類を収納する上食器かご１０４ａと、主として皿類、椀類を収納する下食器かご１０４ｂとが一体に形成されている。

１０６は食器かご１０４の下方において洗浄槽１０１内に設けられた洗浄ノズル、１０７は水道水（洗浄水）を洗浄槽１０１に給水する給水弁、１０８は給水ホースである。１０９は本体１００の両側壁の下部に固定された第１のスライドレール、１１０は洗浄槽１０１の両側壁の下部に固定された第２のスライドレールである。１１１は洗浄槽２の下部に取付けられ、洗浄ノズル１０６に洗浄水を圧送する洗浄ポンプ、１１２は排水ポンプ、１１３は排水ホースで、１１４は洗浄ポンプ１１１、排水ポンプ１１２、給水弁１０７等を制御する制御装置である。なお、１１５は乾燥工程の際に洗浄槽１０１内に送風を行う乾燥送風ファンである。

上記のように構成した食器洗浄機において、扉１０３を持って手前に引くと、洗浄槽１０１に固定した第２のスライドレール１１０が、第１のスライドレール１０９との間に設けたボールによってスライドし、洗浄ポンプ１１１、排水ポンプ１１２等を含む洗浄槽１０１が前方に引き出される。このとき、給水ホース１０８及び排水ホース１１３は、洗浄槽１０１の動きにしたがって引き延ばされる。

この状態で食器等１０５を食器かご１０４に配置して洗浄槽１０１内に収納し、扉１０３を押して洗浄槽１０１を本体１００内に収容する。このとき、給水ホース１０８及び排水ホース１１３は折り畳まれ、洗浄槽１０１の背面に収納される。そして、内蓋１０２により洗浄槽１０１の上方の開口部を閉じ、運転を開始して食器等１０５の洗浄、すすぎ、乾燥を行う（例えば、特許文献１参照）。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記のような従来の食器洗浄機においては、運転前や運転中あるいは運転後において、食器かご１０４に食器等１０５の出し入れを行う場合、扉１０３に連結され食器かご１０４が収容された洗浄槽１０１を一体として引き出す必要があり、その際、洗浄槽１０１には洗浄ポンプ１１１、排水ポンプ１１３、乾燥送風ファン１１５等の電気部品や、これら電気部品を制御する制御装置１１４等が取付けられており、さらに給水ホース１０８や排水ホース１１３が接続されているため、洗浄槽１０１に余分な重量が加わり、洗浄槽１０１の引出し操作が重くなるという問題があった。

また、洗浄槽１０１ごと引き出すため、食器かご１０４に食器等１０５を収納する際、洗浄槽１０１の側面が障害になって横からの作業がしにくく、このため、フライパン等の長い柄のついた調理器具や大きな食器等のセットがしにくいという問題があった。

さらに、食器かご１０４は、上食器かご１０４ａと下食器かご１０４ｂが一体に形成されているため、使用者が好みの食器かご１０４ａ，１０４ｂを適宜選択して食器等１０５を収納し又は取出そうとしても、その作業がきわめて面倒であった。特に、上食器かご１０４ａに食器等１０５が収納されている状態では、上食器かご１０４ａの食器等１０５が邪魔になって、下食器かご１０４ｂの食器等１０５が取り出しにくいという問題があった。

本発明は、上記のような課題を解決するためになされたもので、扉の引出し操作が重くなく容易で、使い勝手のよい食器洗浄機を提供することを目的としたものである。
また、前方に上下別々に食器かごを引出すことができるため、食器等の収納作業を効率的に行うことができ、かつ、フライパン等の長い柄のついた調理器具や大きい食器等の収納と洗浄を容易に行うことのできる食器洗浄機を提供することを目的としたものである。
さらに、扉を引き出した際に床に水がたれるおそれのない食器洗浄機を提供することを目的としたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明に係る食器洗浄機は、本体と、前面側に開口部を有し前記本体内に固定された洗浄槽と、該洗浄槽内に設けられた洗浄ノズルと、前記洗浄槽に設けたスライド手段に支持され、前後方向にスライド可能で前記洗浄槽の開口部を塞ぐ引出し式の扉と、該扉を引出すことにより該扉と同時に引出せるように設けられた着脱自在の食器かごと、該食器かごの下方に設けられ、前記扉を引出すことにより該扉と同時に引出すことができ、被洗浄物から滴下する水滴を受ける水垂れ樋板とを備えたものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
［実施の形態１］
図１は本発明の実施の形態１に係る食器洗浄機の扉を閉じた状態の縦断面図、図２は一部を省略した図１の扉を開いた状態の縦断面図、図３は上食器かごのスライドレールの部分断面図、図４は扉のスライドレールの部分断面図である。
図１〜図４において、１は前面側に開口部を有する箱状の食器洗浄機の本体、２は本体１内に固定された前面側に開口部を有する洗浄槽、３は前後にスライドして洗浄槽２の開口部を開閉する扉である。４は食器等６ａを収納する上食器かご、５は食器等６ｂを収納する下食器かごである。

７は洗浄槽２の内壁面の上部に対向して取付けられた断面ほぼＣ字状の上固定レール、８は上食器かご４をスライド自在に支持する断面ほぼＣ字状で下部に連結片８ａを有する上スライドレールである。１０，１１は上スライドレール８の連結片８ａに回転自在に装着され、上固定レール７内に挿入されて移動する前ローラ及び後ローラ、１３，１４は上食器かご４に回転自在に装着され、上スライドレール８内に挿入された前ローラ及び後ローラで、上スライドレール８は上固定レール７に沿って前後方向に移動する。８ｂ（図２）は上スライドレール８の前側上部を切除した切除部で、前ローラ１３及び後ローラ１４を出し入れするためのものである。

１５は例えばステンレス等の不錆材料からなり、底板１５ａとその両側（左右方向、図４参照）が上方に折り曲げられた側壁１５ｂとによりコ字状に形成された水垂れ樋板で、前端部がシールパッキン１６を介して扉３に固定されている。この水垂れ樋板１５には下食器かご５が載置され、扉３を前方にスライドさせて開いたときに、上食器かご４及び下食器かご５に収納された食器等６ａ，６ｂから滴下する水滴を受けるものである。この水垂れ樋板１５は扉３と一体に形成してもよく、この場合はシールパッキン１６が不要になり、水漏れ等の不具合を防止することができる。

１７は洗浄槽２の底部及び両側壁に取付けられ、自由端が水垂れ樋板１５の底板１５ａ及び両側壁１５ｂに摺接し、水垂れ樋板１５に付着した水滴を除去する水滴除去手段で、詳細は後述する。１８は水垂れ樋板１５の上面の洗浄水を後方に流れ易くするための傾斜板で、水垂れ樋板１５に固定されている。

２０（以下、図４参照）は洗浄槽２の内壁面に対向してねじ２１で固定され、扉３をスライド自在に支持すると共に、断面ほぼＣ字状の下固定レール２２を保持する保持板、２３は断面ほぼＣ字状で下部に連結片２３ａを有し、下固定レール２２と対になって扉３をスライド自在に支持する下スライドレールである。２４，２５は水垂れ樋板１５の両側壁１５ｂに回転自在に装着され、下スライドレール２３内に挿入されて移動する前ローラ及び後ローラ、２６，２７は下スライドレール２３の連結片２３ａに回転自在に装着され、下固定レール２２内に挿入されて移動する前ローラ及び後ローラで、下スライドレール２３は下固定レール２２に沿って前後方向に移動することができる。なお、上述の下スライドレール２３関係の部品は、水垂れ樋板１５の両側壁１５ｂの内面側に設けられており、水垂れ樋板１５の外面側には部品が配置されていないので、ほぼ平面状に形成されている。

３０は本体１の下部に設置された洗浄ポンプ、３１は洗浄ポンプ３０と上洗浄ノズル３２、下洗浄ノズル３３及び天面洗浄ノズル３４との間に接続された給水配管、３５は上食器かご４に上洗浄ノズル３２を回転自在に支持する支持具を兼ねた上洗浄ノズル３２へ洗浄水を給水する上導水管である。

３６は給水配管３１の上部に設けられ、上洗浄ノズル３２の上導水管３５がシールパッキン３７を介して接続口３６ａに着脱可能に接続される上配管接続部である。３８は上配管接続部３６内に設けられ、ばねで付勢されて上導水管３５が接続されると接続口３６ａを開放し、上導水管３５が外されると接続口３６ａを閉じる開閉弁である。

３９は給水配管３１の下部に設けられ、下洗浄ノズル３３の下導水管４０がシールパッキン３７を介して接続口３９ａに着脱可能に接続される下配管接続部である。なお、下導水管４０の他端は水垂れ樋板１５及び傾斜板１８に固定されている。この場合、上導水管３５及び下導水管４０を、シールパッキン３７を介して上配管接続部３６及び下配管接続部３９にそれぞれ接続したのは、若しこの部分から洗浄水が漏れると、洗浄ノズル３２，３３からの洗浄水の吐出圧が低下し、食器等６ａ，６ｂの洗浄仕上がりが悪くなるので、これを防止するためである。

４１は扉３を開閉する取っ手、４２は蒸気口、４３は本体１と扉３の全周にそれぞれ設けた扉３のシールパッキンである。４４は洗浄槽２の底部に設けられた残滓フィルター、４５は加熱ヒータである。なお、図示してないが、排水ポンプ、制御部、乾燥送風ファン等が本体１内に設けられている。

図５〜図７に水垂れ樋板１５の底部１５ａ及び両側壁１５ｂに付着した水滴を除去する水滴除去手段１７の詳細を示す。水滴除去手段１７は、図５に示すように、ゴム等の弾性体からなる板状の２枚のワイパーブレード５０ａ，５０ｂを長手方向にほぼ平行に配置してなり、洗浄槽２の開口部近傍において、洗浄槽２の底部及び側壁の前面側にねじ等により取付けられている。そして、ワイパーブレード５０ａ，５０ｂを水垂れ樋板１５の底部１５ａと両側壁１５ｂに密接して、扉３を開放したときにこれらに付着した水滴を除去するように配置されており、さらに、洗浄槽２の底部に設けたローラ５２により、ワイパーブレード５０ａ，５０ｂが水垂れ樋板１５の底部１５ａ及び両側壁１５ｂに均一に接触するようになっている。５３はローラ５２の支持部、５４は軸受で、ローラ５２の表面にはゴム等５５の滑りにくい材料５５が設けられており、ローラ５２が回転しやすくなっている。

また、図６、図７に示すように、２枚のワイパーブレード５０ａ，５０ｂのうち、洗浄槽２の内側寄りのワイパーブレード５０ａには、少なくとも１か所の切り込み部５１が設けられており、除去された水滴が切り込み部５１から洗浄槽２内に流出し、ワイパーブレード５０ａ，５０ｂの間に溜まることがないようになっている。

さらに、図８、図９に示すように、レールのがたつき等に起因してワイパーブレード５０ａ，５０ｂが水垂れ樋板１５の底部１５ａ及び両側壁１５ｂの外面につぶれた状態で接触すると、扉３を引き出すときは、図８に示すように、ワイパーブレード５０ａ，５０ｂが引き出し方向に引張られ、扉３を戻すときは、図９に示すように、ワイパーブレード５０ａ，５０ｂが戻し方向に引張られることになり、ワイパーブレード５０ａ，５０ｂが反転する際に大きな抵抗となり、扉３の動作が重くなってしまう。本実施の形態においては、ローラ５２を設けたので、このような現象を防止することができる。

次に、本実施の形態に係る食器洗浄機の作用を説明する。
図２に示すように、利用者が取っ手４１に手を掛けて扉３を手前に引くと、扉３に設けられた水垂れ樋板１５、水垂れ樋板１５の上面に設けた傾斜板１８、傾斜板１８に固定された下導水管４０と下洗浄ノズル３３及び水垂れ樋板１５上に載置された下食器かご５が、下スライドレール２３のスライドにより前方に引き出される。このとき、上食器かご４は洗浄槽２内に残道される。また、下導水管４０は給水配管３１の下配管接続部３９の接続口３９ａから引き抜かれ、水滴除去手段１７により水垂れ樋板１５の底部１５ａ及び両側壁１５ｂに付着した水滴が除去される。この状態で汚れた食器等６ｂを下食器かご５に収納する。

洗浄する食器等が多く、上食器かご４も使用する場合は、図２に示すように、上食器かご４を手前に引くと、上食器かご４は上洗浄ノズル３２及び上導水管３５と共に上スライドレール８のスライドにより前方に引き出される。このとき、上導水管３５は給水配管３１の上配管接続部３６の接続口３６ａから引き抜かれ、接続口３６ａは開閉弁３８によって閉じられる。

上食器かご４への食器等６ａの収納が終ったときは、上食器かご４を押して洗浄槽２内に収容する。なお、扉３を閉じるときに、扉３により上食器かご４を洗浄槽２内に押し込んでもよい。このとき、開閉弁３８は上導水管３５に押されて接続口３６ａを開放し、上配管接続部３６の開口部を閉塞して上導水管３５が接続口３６ａに接続され、洗浄水の給水が可能になる。

次に、扉３を押して下食器かご５（場合によっては上食器かご４も含めて）を洗浄槽２内に収容する。これにより、下導水管４０は下配管接続部３９の接続口３９ａに接続されて図１の状態になり、洗浄水の給水が可能になる。なお、上記の説明では、上食器かご４と下食器かご５の両者に食器等６ａ，６ｂを収納する場合について説明したが、いずれ一方にのみ食器等（６ａ又は６ｂ）を収納してもよい。

この状態で電源スイッチ（図示せず）をＯＮして運転を開始すると、洗浄ポンプ３０により圧送された洗浄水が上洗浄ノズル３２及び下洗浄ノズル３３の噴射ノズルから噴出し、上食器かご４の食器等６ａ、下食器かご５の食器等６ｂを洗浄する。ついですすぎ洗い、乾燥を順次行う。
なお、図１０に示すように、例えばフライパンなどのように長い柄のついた調理器具６ｃや大きい食器等の洗浄を行う場合は、上食器かご４を取外してセットすればよい。このとき、上導水管３５の給水配管３１への接続口３６ａは開閉弁３８によって閉じられ、天面洗浄ノズル３４に洗浄水が供給されて、天面洗浄ノズル３４から噴射される。

上食器かご４を取外す場合は、先ず、上食器かご４を引き出してその前ローラ１３を上スライドレール８に設けた切除部８ｂ（図２）と整合させ、上食器かご４の前側を持ち上げて前ローラ１３を切除部８ｂから上方へ抜き出す。ついで、上食器かご４をさらに引出して後ローラ１４を切除部８ｂと整合させて上方に抜き出せば、上食器かご４を上スライドレール８から取り出すことができる。上食器かご４を上スライドレール８にセットするときは、上記と逆の手順で行えばよい。

ここで図２、図４により、扉３の動作についてさらに詳しく説明する。
利用者が扉３を本体１の前方に引くと、扉３に設けた水垂れ樋板１５の両側壁１５ｂに設けた前ローラ２４と後ローラ２５が、下スライドレール２３内を回転しながらスライドし、前ローラ２４が下スライドレール２３の前部に設けたローラストッパ５６に当って停止する。さらに扉３を引くと、下スライドレール２３の前ローラ２６と後ローラ２７が下固定レール２２内を回転しながらスライドし、前ローラ２６が下固定レール２２の前部に設けたローラストッパ５７に当って停止し、扉３が全開となって食器等６ｂを収納できる状態になる。

次に、図２、図３により、上食器かご４の動作についてさらに詳しく説明する。
利用者が扉３を前方に引いて全開させたのち、上食器かご４を前方へ引くと、上食器かご４に回転自在に装着された前ローラ１３と後ローラ１４が回転しながら上スライドレール８内をスライドし、前ローラ１３が上スライドレール８の前部に設けたローラストッパ５８に当ると、上食器かご４と共に上スライドレール８の前ローラ１０と後ローラ１１が上固定レール７内を回転しながらスライドし、前ローラ１０が上固定レール７の前部に設けたローラストッパ５９に当って停止し、上食器かご４全体が引き出されて食器等６ａを収納できる状態になる。

食器等の洗浄途中でさらに食器等を追加したいために扉３を手前に引くと、下食器かご５が前方に引き出されるが、このとき食器等６ｂから水滴が滴下する。しかし、この水滴は水垂れ樋板１５で受けて洗浄槽２に戻され、また、水垂れ樋板１５の底部１５ａや側壁１５ｂに付着した水滴は、水滴除去手段１７で除去されるので、水滴が床に落下するのを防止することができる。

また、洗浄途中で上食器かご４に食器等を追加するために、上食器かご４を手前に引き出したときも上食器かご４から水滴がたれるが、この水滴は下食器かご５にたれたのち水垂れ樋板１５で受けられ、洗浄槽２に戻される。なお、上スライドレール８関係の部品、下スライドレール２３関係の部品は、水垂れ樋板１５の側壁１５ｂの内側に設けられているので、この部分の水滴が床にたれることはない。

［実施の形態２］
図１１は本発明の実施の形態２に係る食器洗浄機の要部の説明図である。図において、１７は水滴除去手段で、２枚のワイパーブレード５０ａ，５０ｂを有する弾性体６０と、下方に開口する溝６２を有し、洗浄槽２の底部及び側壁の開口部側に固定されて弾性体６０を溝６２内に保持するホルダー６１と、洗浄槽２の底部及び側壁と弾性体６０との間に介装され、弾性体６０を付勢して水垂れ樋板１５の底部１５ａと側壁１５ｂに圧着させる付勢手段６３とによって構成されている。なお、付勢手段６３としては、コイルばね、板ばね等を適宜使用することができる。

本実施の形態においては、弾性体６０を付勢手段６３によって付勢することにより、ワイパーブレード５０ａ，５０ｂを水垂れ樋板１５の底部１５ａ及び側壁１５ｂに均一に密着させるようにしたので、これらに付着した水滴を確実に除去することができ、扉３を開いても水が床にこぼれることがない。なお、本実施の形態においても、図６、図７に示すように、洗浄槽２の内側寄りのワイパーブレード５０ａに切り込み部５１を設けることが望ましい。

以上の説明から明らかなように、本発明は、洗浄槽２の開口部を開閉する引出し式の扉３を引出すことにより下食器かご５を同時に引出すようにしたので、従来のように食器かごが収容された洗浄槽を一緒に引出す必要がなく、また、洗浄ポンプ、給水ホース、乾燥送風ファン、排水ポンプ、給水弁、これら電気部品を制御する制御部等が洗浄槽２内に設けられて扉３に接続されていないので、扉３に余分な重量が加わることがない。このため、扉３の操作が容易で使い勝手のよい食器洗浄機を得ることができる。

また、上食器かご４と下食器かご５をそれぞれ独立して引出せるようにしたので、食器等の収納や片づけの際に使用者が好みの食器かごを選択することができる。また、不要な食器かご（例えば、上食器かご４）を取外すことで、フライパン等の長い柄がついた調理器や大きい食器等を容易に収納し洗浄することができる。

また、洗浄槽２の開口部の近傍に水滴除去手段１７を設け、扉３を引き出したときに、水滴除去手段１７により水垂れ樋板１５の底部１５ａと両側壁１５ｂに付着した水滴を除去するようにしたので、水滴が落下して床を汚すようなことがない。
また、水滴除去手段１７を構成するワイパーブレードが、水垂れ樋板１５の底部１５ａと両側壁１５ｂに均一に接触するようにローラ５２を設けたので、水垂れ樋板１５に付着した水滴を確実に除去することができる。

さらに、水滴除去手段１７を、弾性体からなる板状の２枚のワイパーブレード５０ａ，５０ｂをほぼ平行に設けて形成したので、水垂れ樋板１５の底部１５ａ及び両側壁１５ｂに付着した水滴を確実に除去することができる。
また、上記の２枚のワイパーブレード５０ａ，５０ｂのうち洗浄槽２の内側寄りのワイパーブレード５０ａに切込み部５１を設けたので、除去した水滴をワイパーブレード５０ａ，５０ｂの間に溜めることなく洗浄槽２内に戻すことができる。

また、水滴除去手段１７を構成するワイパーブレード５０ａ，５０ｂが水垂れ樋板１５の底部１５ａ及び両側壁１５ｂに均一に接触するように付勢する付勢手段６３を設けたので、水垂れ樋板１５に付着した水滴を確実に除去することができる。

【発明の効果】
本発明に係る食器洗浄機は、本体と、この本体内に固定された洗浄槽と、洗浄槽内に設けられた洗浄ノズルと、洗浄槽に設けたスライド手段に支持され、前後方向にスライド可能で洗浄槽の開口部を塞ぐ引出し式の扉と、扉を引出すことにより扉と同時に引出せるように設けられた着脱自在の食器かごと、この食器かごの下方に設けられ、扉を引出すことにより扉と同時に引出すことができ、被洗浄物から滴下する水滴を受ける水垂れ樋板とを備えたので、扉の操作が容易で使い勝手のよい食器洗浄機を得ることができる。

また、洗浄槽の開口部近傍に水滴除去手段を設け、扉を引き出したときに水垂れ樋板の外面に付着した水滴を除去するようにしたので、水滴が落下して床を汚すようなことがない。
