Abstract
Description
【0001】

Xl(0)(0)=0, Xl(1)(0)=0, Xl(2)(0)=0, Xl(3)(0)=0,
Xl(0)(te)=dist, Xl(1)(te)=0, Xl(2)(te)=0, Xl(3)(te)=0,
Xm(0)(0)=0, Xm(1)(0)=0, Xm(2)(0)=0, Xm(3)(0)=0,
(A=XlまたはXm)
J2・Xl(2)(t)+DL・(Xl(1)(t)−Xm(1)(t))
Tref(t)=J1・Xm(2)(t)+J2・Xl(2)(t) ・・・式(4)

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a positioning control device that performs positioning control of a motor or equipment in which a motor is incorporated.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Positioning control is performed on a motor for driving a feed shaft, a robot arm, or the like of a machine tool so that the motor is driven following a position command issued from a higher-level device.
FIG. 4 shows a conventional example, in which the
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the
In many cases, the model to be controlled is used for vibration suppression control. If the load changes during the operation sequence, or if the model becomes inappropriate due to a short moving distance and the friction becomes dominant, the vibration suppression will be stopped. In some cases, control induced vibration.
Therefore, when the dynamic characteristic model of the control target is valid in the operation sequence of the machine, the present invention is not restricted by the time trajectory of the upper command, and drives the control target in an efficient time trajectory when controlling the vibration system. It is another object of the present invention to provide a positioning control device that can perform a driving according to a higher-order command when a dynamic characteristic model of a controlled object becomes invalid.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A positioning control device according to a first aspect of the present invention for solving the above problems receives a position command from a host device, and controls the position amount of a motor or a state amount of equipment incorporating a motor so that the position amount matches the position instruction. In a motor driving device that drives a motor, a position command acquisition unit that acquires the position command from the host device at each command cycle, and a mode selection signal from the host device, and sequentially follows the command based on the mode selection signal A tracking mode selection unit that selects one of two tracking modes of a mode and an interpolation trajectory tracking mode, and the tracking mode selected by the tracking mode selection unit is an interpolation trajectory tracking mode, and when the position command changes, An interpolation trajectory is created for each command cycle for interpolating between a position command and the current value of the state quantity, and the position command is maintained until the interpolation end time. An interpolation trajectory creating unit that continuously outputs the interpolation trajectory without being affected by the change, and according to the selected tracking mode, outputs the output from the sequential command following control unit in the sequential command following mode in the interpolation trajectory following mode. When the output from the interpolation trajectory tracking control unit, a signal switching unit that respectively outputs, a tracking control unit that performs tracking control to match the output of the signal switching unit and the state quantity and outputs torque, A motor driving unit that outputs electric power for driving the motor according to the output of the tracking control unit.
According to the first aspect, by selecting one of two tracking modes, a sequential command tracking mode and an interpolation trajectory tracking mode, control for following a position command received from a higher-level device, and an interpolation trajectory created inside the device. Is switched, and the motor is driven. Thus, in the sequential command following mode, control for following the position command is simply performed, and in the interpolation trajectory following mode, the control target is driven based on an efficient time trajectory without being restricted by the time trajectory of the host device.
[0005]
A second invention is a motor drive device which receives a position command from a host device and drives the motor such that a state quantity of a motor or a state quantity of equipment incorporating the motor matches the position command. A position command acquisition unit that acquires the position command for each command cycle, and a mode selection signal that is acquired from the higher-level device, and based on the mode selection signal, a sequential command following mode and an interpolation trajectory following mode. A tracking mode selection unit that selects one of the following, a sequential command tracking control unit that performs tracking control so as to match the position command and the state quantity and outputs torque, and a tracking mode selected by the tracking mode selection unit. In the interpolation trajectory tracking mode, and when the position command changes, the command cycle for interpolating between the position command and the current value of the state quantity is performed for each command cycle. An interpolation trajectory creating unit that creates an intermediate trajectory and continuously outputs the interpolation trajectory without being affected by the change in the position command until the interpolation end time, and a follow-up control so that the interpolation trajectory matches the state quantity. An output from the sequential command following control unit in the sequential command following mode, and the interpolation trajectory following in the interpolation trajectory following mode, according to the selected following mode. A signal switching unit for outputting an output from the control unit; and a motor driving unit for outputting electric power for driving the motor in accordance with the output of the signal switching unit.
In the second invention, the tracking control unit in the first invention is divided into two, a sequential command tracking control unit and an interpolated trajectory tracking control unit, and is installed in a stage preceding the signal switching unit. In the second invention as well, by selecting one of the two following modes, the sequential command following mode and the interpolated trajectory following mode, control for following the position command received from the higher-level device and interpolated trajectory created inside the device are performed. The control to follow is switched, and the motor is driven. Thus, in the sequential command following mode, control for following the position command is simply performed, and in the interpolation trajectory following mode, the control target is driven based on an efficient time trajectory without being restricted by the time trajectory of the host device.
[0006]
A positioning control device according to a third aspect of the present invention is a positioning control device according to the first and second aspects, wherein the interpolation trajectory creating unit determines a moving distance between the position command and the current value of the state quantity, A lookup table storing a plurality of interpolation trajectories having different distances, wherein a reference destination of the lookup table is changed according to the moving distance, and a trajectory of the reference destination is output.
In the third invention, when the moving distance to be operated efficiently is limited to several, the interpolation trajectory is calculated in advance and stored in the lookup table, so that the load at the time of performing the interpolation operation is reduced. Reduced. It is also possible to determine the trajectory by trial and error by experiment.

This servo control method has a problem that, when a mechanical system to be controlled is a flexible structure having two or more inertial systems coupled to a servo motor via a spring element, the load side vibrates even if the motor follows a command. Is to be eliminated.
This will be described briefly. Here, it is assumed that the mechanical system to be controlled can be approximated by a two inertial system. FIG. 5 is a block diagram showing the configuration of the control system.

Hereinafter, the processing contents of the
Step 1: The position Xl (t) of the mechanical system and the position Xm (t) of the motor are respectively set as a 15th-order polynomial such as Expression (1). The reason for the 15th order is that there are 16 boundary conditions described below.
Xl (t) = a15 · t 15 + a14 · t 14 + a13 · t 13 + ···· a1 ·
Xm (t) = b15 · t 15 + b14 · t 14 + b13 · t 13 + ···· b1 ·
(A0-a15, b0-b15 are coefficients)
Step 2: Acquire operating conditions and mechanical system parameters.
-Operating conditions: moving distance dist, moving time te
・ Mechanical parameters: J1, J2, Kc, DL
Step 3: The coefficients a0 to a15 and b0 to b15 are obtained by solving the boundary condition shown in Expression (2) and the equation of motion of the mechanical system shown in Expression (3). As boundary conditions, at the start of operation (t = 0): position = speed = acceleration = jerk = 0, at the end of operation (t = te): position = dist, speed = acceleration = jerk for each of the motor and load. = 0, resulting in 16 conditions as shown in equation (2).
Xl (0) (0) = 0, Xl (1) (0) = 0, Xl (2) (0) = 0, Xl (3) (0) = 0,
Xl (0) (te) = dist, Xl (1) (te) = 0, Xl (2) (te) = 0, Xl (3) (te) = 0,
Xm (0) (0) = 0, Xm (1) (0) = 0, Xm (2) (0) = 0, Xm (3) (0) = 0,
Xm (0) (te) = dist, Xm (1) (te) = 0, Xm (2) (te) = 0, Xm (3) (te) = 0 Expression (2)
However, subscript A (n) in the formula (n) denote the n th derivative of A. (A = Xl or Xm)
In addition, the equation of motion of the two-inertia mechanical system is as shown in Expression (3).
J2 · Xl (2) (t) + DL · (Xl (1) (t) -Xm (1) (t))
+ Kc · (Xl (0) (t) −Xm (0) (t)) = 0 Equation (3)
As described above, the coefficients a0 to a15 and b0 to b15 are obtained from the equations (2) and (3).
Step 4: The motor position command value Xm (0) (t) is obtained from the coefficient obtained in
Tref (t) = J1 · Xm (2) (t) + J2 · Xl (2) (t) Equation (4)
In this method, since the command is generated in consideration of the motion characteristics of the mechanical system, the load side can completely follow the command without vibration. Further, since the command is generated only from the mechanical system's equation of motion, not from the transfer function including the control system, the control gain is not affected at all and there is no need to change the command.
By using the equation of motion derived from the above equation of motion for the trajectory interpolation of the present invention, the controlled object can be efficiently driven within a range where the dynamic characteristic model of the controlled object can be accurately grasped.

【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the following effects can be obtained.
(1) According to the first aspect, the mode selection signal switches between control for following a position command received from a higher-level device and control for following an interpolation trajectory created inside the device. When the dynamic characteristic model of the controlled object is valid, control is performed in the interpolation trajectory tracking mode, and the control is performed with an efficient time trajectory for controlling the vibration system without being restricted by the time trajectory of the position command from the host device. The target can be driven, and when the dynamic characteristic model of the controlled object becomes invalid, control should be performed in the sequential command following mode, and control to follow the position command from the host device should be performed simply and conservatively. Can be.
(2) According to the second invention, in addition to the effect of the first invention, since the interpolation trajectory tracking control unit and the sequential command tracking control unit are independent, control is performed based on different control rules. Can be.
(3) According to the third aspect, the interpolation trajectory creation unit is provided with the higher-order command determination unit that determines the movement distance and the lookup table that stores a plurality of interpolation trajectories having different movement distances. By changing the reference destination of the up table and outputting the trajectory of the reference destination, when the movement distance is limited to some, the interpolation trajectory is calculated in advance to reduce the load at the time of execution, or by trial and error by experiment For example, a command that has been set can be used.
