Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a refrigerator including a refrigeration cycle in which a compressor, a condenser, a throttle mechanism, and an evaporator of variable capacity are sequentially connected, and uses a hydrocarbon-based refrigerant as a refrigerant.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, interest in the protection of the ozone layer and the problem of global warming is increasing worldwide, and there is a demand for improvements in refrigerants used in refrigeration cycles such as refrigerators and air conditioners. At present, most of the commercially available refrigerators use HFC (hydrofluorocarbon) as a refrigerant. However, since the HFC refrigerant still has a high global warming potential, there is no ozone layer depletion and a low global warming potential carbonized refrigerant. Use of a hydrogen-based refrigerant, for example, an HC (hydrocarbon) refrigerant has been studied.
[0003]
As the characteristics of the HC refrigerant, it is known that the volume flow rate is larger than that of the HFC refrigerant, and the refrigeration capacity per unit amount is high. For this reason, the amount of refrigerant charged in the refrigeration cycle is approximately half the amount of HFC refrigerant.
[0004]
Further, as other characteristics, as compared with HFC refrigerant and other refrigerants, it has a characteristic that it is easily dissolved in refrigeration oil, for example, mineral oil, and the amount of refrigerant that is dissolved in refrigeration oil increases at low temperature and high pressure. There is a tendency.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Generally, in the case of a refrigerator using a compressor with a variable capacity, the number of revolutions is set based on the temperature inside the refrigerator and the outside air temperature. Since the internal temperature is hard to rise, the compressor is operated at low rotation.
[0006]
For this reason, if the installation location of the refrigerator employing the HC refrigerant is low temperature, for example, 5 ° C. or less, the rotation speed of the compressor is low, so the temperature in the machine becomes about 30 ° C. to 40 ° C. If it is 50 g, about 12 to 15 g of the refrigerant will dissolve in the refrigerating machine oil. Then, the ratio of the amount of the refrigerant dissolved into the amount of the enclosed refrigerant is twice as large as that of the HFC refrigerant, so that the amount of the circulating refrigerant is reduced.
[0007]
In addition, since the refrigerant dissolved in the refrigerating machine oil has a low internal temperature, the refrigerant does not try to separate from the refrigerating machine oil, and is difficult to circulate in the refrigerating cycle.
[0008]
The refrigerant flowing in the evaporator is completely vaporized in the middle of the pipe flow path because the amount of circulating refrigerant is small, and only the gas refrigerant which has been evaporated flows in the latter half of the pipe. A so-called undercharge phenomenon, which does not contribute, occurs.
[0009]
Further, it is generally known that the liquid refrigerant is harder to flow than the gas refrigerant. If an appropriate amount of the circulating refrigerant is not secured, all of the liquid refrigerant is liquefied in the condenser, and the ratio of the liquid refrigerant increases. For this reason, the refrigerant normally flows smoothly through the condenser and is discharged to the evaporator, but the flow velocity decreases with an increase in the amount of the liquid refrigerant. Since the discharge capacity of the compressor is set low, liquid refrigerant with a low flow rate will stay at the outlet of the condenser, reducing the amount of refrigerant discharged to the evaporator and affecting the temperature of the high-temperature compressor. As a result, the heat radiation effect in the condenser deteriorates.
[0010]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and uses a hydrocarbon-based refrigerant that has a small amount of charged refrigerant and easily dissolves in refrigerating machine oil. It aims to provide a high refrigerator.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention according to
[0012]
According to the configuration of the present invention, when the outside temperature of the installation location of the refrigerator is low, such as in winter, the rotation speed of the compressor is low, and the amount of refrigerant dissolved in the refrigerating machine oil increases, and the amount of circulating refrigerant decreases. By operating the compressor at a high speed, the calorific value of the compressor motor can be increased and the temperature inside the machine can be raised to about 60 ° C., so that the dissolved refrigerant can be easily released from the refrigerating machine oil. By increasing the amount of refrigerant discharged, the amount of circulating refrigerant in the refrigeration cycle can be ensured, so that the cooling performance can be restored even if an undercharge phenomenon occurs.
[0013]
Further, even in a refrigerator using a highly soluble hydrocarbon-based refrigerant, for example, an HC refrigerant, even if the amount of the refrigerant such as HFC in the refrigeration cycle is reduced, the amount of the refrigerant dissolved in the refrigeration oil is reduced. Therefore, a refrigerator having high cooling performance can be obtained.
[0014]
Furthermore, by directly detecting the temperature behavior of the evaporator, it is possible to reliably cope with the undercharge phenomenon, so that the entire evaporator contributes to the cooling without being completely vaporized in the middle of the evaporator, and quickly cools down. Performance degradation can be prevented.
[0015]
The invention of
[0016]
[0017]
Further, even in a refrigerator using a highly soluble hydrocarbon-based refrigerant, for example, an HC refrigerant, even if the amount of the refrigerant such as HFC in the refrigeration cycle is reduced, the amount of the refrigerant dissolved in the refrigeration oil is reduced. Therefore, a refrigerator having high cooling performance can be obtained.
[0018]
Furthermore, by directly detecting the temperature behavior of the condenser, it is recognized that the liquid refrigerant is stagnant in the condenser and the cooling performance is degraded. Therefore, it is possible to prevent all of the refrigerant from being liquefied in the middle of the condenser, and to smoothly flow the liquid refrigerant having the slow flow rate without staying at the outlet of the condenser. Therefore, the refrigerant flows at a normal flow rate in the condenser, so that the amount of refrigerant discharged to the evaporator can be recovered, and the heat radiation effect of the condenser can be maintained.
[0019]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, a radiating fan for radiating heat from the condenser is mounted near the condenser, and when the outlet section temperature of the condenser is determined to be higher than the central temperature by the comparing means, the radiating fan is forced to operate. It is characterized by the fact that the temperature rise can be promoted without radiating the heat of the compressor and the condenser, so that even if the undercharge phenomenon occurs, the refrigerant dissolved quickly in the refrigerating machine oil Can be released from the refrigerating machine oil to secure the amount of circulating refrigerant, thereby maintaining the cooling performance.
[0020]
The invention according to
[0021]
According to the configuration of the present invention, by heating the condenser by energizing the heater, the heat radiation effect is temporarily reduced. However, in the condenser, the liquid refrigerant remaining at the outlet is heated and vaporized. It is possible to normalize the flow in the vessel and increase the amount of refrigerant discharged to the evaporator, thereby recovering the cooling performance of the evaporator after heating by the heater.

[0062]
As described above, according to the configuration of the present invention, when the outside temperature of the installation location of the refrigerator is low, such as in winter, the rotation speed of the compressor is low, and the amount of refrigerant dissolved in the refrigerating machine oil is large, and the circulating refrigerant of the refrigeration cycle is Even if the amount decreases, the undercharge phenomenon is detected based on the temperature difference between the evaporator and the condenser, and the compressor is operated at a high rotation speed, thereby increasing the calorific value of the compressor motor and increasing the internal temperature of the compressor by 50%. C. to 60.degree. C., which makes it easier for the dissolved refrigerant to separate from the refrigerating machine oil, and by increasing the amount of discharged refrigerant, the circulating refrigerant can be brought into a normal state.
[0063]
Therefore, even if an undercharge phenomenon occurs, the amount of circulating refrigerant can be ensured, and the amount of refrigerant discharged from the condenser can be prevented from decreasing, so that the cooling performance of the evaporator can be restored.
[0064]
Further, in a refrigerator using a hydrocarbon-based refrigerant having high solubility in lubricating oil, for example, an HC refrigerant, even if the amount of the refrigerant is reduced, the refrigerant dissolved from the refrigerating machine oil can be easily separated. , Cooling performance can be maintained.
[0065]
By directly detecting the temperature behavior of the evaporator and the condenser, it is possible to reliably cope with the undercharge phenomenon or the stagnation of the liquid refrigerant in the condenser, so that the deterioration of the cooling performance can be quickly prevented.
[0066]
On the other hand, by detecting the temperature behavior of the evaporator and the condenser and forcibly stopping the C fan, the temperature of the compressor and the condenser is raised, and the refrigerant dissolved in the refrigerating machine oil is released in the compressor. It is possible to easily make it possible to secure a normal circulating refrigerant amount. Further, by forcibly stopping the C fan, the temperature of the condenser is increased, and the liquid refrigerant excessively staying at the outlet is vaporized to normalize the ratio between the liquid refrigerant and the gas refrigerant. The fluid flows smoothly and the amount of refrigerant discharged to the evaporator can be recovered.
[0067]
Further, by forcibly heating the outlet of the condenser with the heater, the heat radiation effect is temporarily reduced, but the liquid refrigerant remaining at the outlet is vaporized to quickly recover the amount of refrigerant discharged to the evaporator. Therefore, the cooling performance can be restored after heating.
[0068]
As described above, one embodiment of the present invention has been described. In addition to detecting an abnormal temperature of the F evaporator, the R evaporator may also be provided with an outlet sensor and an inlet sensor to detect an undercharge phenomenon. The mounting position of the central sensor is not limited to the central part, but may be any position as long as the phenomenon of the amount of circulating refrigerant can be detected from the temperature difference from the outlet.
[0069]
In addition, since the optimum value of the rotation speed of the compressor changes depending on the configuration of the refrigeration cycle, the capacity, the capacity, the outside temperature, and the like, it goes without saying that a suitable rotation speed is appropriately set.
[0070]
【The invention's effect】
By using a hydrocarbon-based refrigerant that has a small amount of refrigerant and easily dissolves in refrigerating machine oil, high cooling performance can be maintained even when the installation location is in a low temperature state such as in winter.
