Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a structure for joining beams in a wooden building, and more particularly to a beam joining structure capable of easily joining a tall beam on site and transmitting a large shear force.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a joint structure between beams in a wooden building, a notch is provided in a receiving beam, and a beam that is fitted to the notch is provided in a beam to be crossed by a method widely used for a long time. In such a joint structure, since a cutting process is performed on both beams, a cross-sectional defect occurs, and there is a possibility that a structural weak point may occur at a joint portion where a large force is transmitted. In recent years, the use of beams having a large height has been increasing due to the spread of synthetic materials and the like, and when the height of the beams (beams) is large, it is necessary to adopt a structure that matches the strength of the beams themselves. difficult.
[0003]
For this reason, a technique of joining a beam to a beam using a metal object has been proposed. For example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open Nos. 8-239913, 10-25810, 2000-199282, and 2000 There is one disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. -104340.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-mentioned conventional technology, there is a point where the following improvement is desired.
In any of the joining structures described in the above publications, the metal fittings are fixed to the side surfaces of the beams or the pillars with bolts or nails, and the metal materials are joined to other beams to be joined by bolts, nails, pins, or the like. It has become. Therefore, when a large shearing force acts between the beams to be joined, this force is transmitted from the hardware to the wooden part via bolts, nails and the like. In other words, the vertical force is transmitted to the wooden part as a supporting force acting between the horizontal surface of the bolt or nail and the wooden part. In addition, a large bolt is used depending on the vertical force that acts, and the bolt head or the nut is exposed on the side surface of the beam. This is not a problem when the part where the bolt head or nut is exposed on the side surface of the beam is placed in the back of the ceiling, etc., but it cannot be exposed in the living room, which may hinder the use of the indoor space. Occurs.
[0005]
In addition, columns are often joined to the joints between beams, and in particular, a structure in which a bending moment is transmitted between the columns and the beams, that is, the structure of the joints when a ramen structure is used. Becomes complicated. In some cases, the force transmitted between the two beams and between the column and the beam acts locally in a concentrated manner, and a joint structure in which the forces are dispersed and transmitted is desired.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to enable a large force to be smoothly transmitted with a simple structure in a joint structure of wooden beams, or In addition, it is to reduce the exposure of the bolt head and the like to the side surface of the beam.
