従来の画鋲は、周知のように、平円板本体とこの中心から突出する針を具備しており、これを壁や柱や掲示板等に紙やポスターやカレンダー等を取付けたのち、壁や柱や掲示板等から離脱させる必要のあるときは、画鋲の平円板本体を摘持して離脱させることが行われている。
しかし、従来の画鋲は、紙やポスターやカレンダー等を取付ける際確実に取付けるために針の根元まで押し込む必要があり、その反面、前記離脱のためにかなりの力が必要であり、また、逆に取りやすい様に浅く押し込んでおいた場合には、わずかの影響ですぐに外れてしまう等の問題を有していた。
そこで、実開昭48−71939号や実開昭50−144743号において、取外しが容易にできるようにテコの働きを利用した画鋲が知られている。実開昭48−71939号は、画鋲本体上部の一部を上方に曲げた画鋲であって、引抜く際には、上方に曲げた部分から相対する端部を常に支点とし、指にて画鋲の頭を軽く押え、上方に曲った部分を起こすようにテコの作用を利用して離脱させる。また、実開昭50−144743号は、画鋲本体上部の凹型の溝に合うように嵌め込んだテコ板が、テコ板の内部を通っている棒軸を支点として、テコ板がシーソ式に上下に動作する画鋲であって、引抜く際にテコ板を用いて画鋲本体と壁や掲示板との間を浮き上らせて予め隙間をつくり、その後、画鋲の平円板本体を摘持して離脱させる。

しかし、実開昭48−71939号の画鋲は、離脱させる必要のあるときは指にて画鋲の頭を軽く押さえて支点を支える必要があったり、実開昭50−144743号の画鋲は、引抜く際にテコ板を用いて画鋲本体と壁や掲示板との間を浮き上らせて予め隙間をつくり、その後、画鋲の平円板本体を摘持して離脱させるためワンタッチでなかったり、また、双方とも力点を引き起こす際に支点を支えるように介添する必要があるため、固定されていない掲示板等から画鋲を離脱する際の安定性において問題があった。
本発明の目的は、紙やポスターやカレンダー等を確実に取付けることができ、しかもワンタッチで容易に離脱できる画鋲を提供することにある。

そこで本発明は、上記のような既知の画鋲にかわる新規な構造を有する画鋲を提案するもので、本発明画鋲の特徴は、頂面から少なくとも1本の針が突出してなる画鋲本体の前記頂面の周縁部に、壁や柱や掲示板等に取付けられた状態で同頂面と実質的に平行な押圧部となる部分と、同押圧部に繋がり画鋲本体の側面に沿って延びる操作部とからなるレバーを、回転軸を介して回動自在に取付けたことにより、当該レバーのテコ作動が針を引抜く力に代わるため、支点を支える必要なく指による摘み力によって、固定されていない掲示板等からもワンタッチで容易に安定して画鋲を離脱させることができる。

【実施例】
本発明の第1実施例である一個の画鋲離脱用レバーを形成した例について、第1図、第2図、第3図より説明する。第1図は本発明の第1実施例を示す図であり、図示するように、画鋲本体1の頂面から針2と2’が突出し、針2と2’の間に画鋲離脱用レバー3を回動可能となるように取付けられている。この画鋲離脱用レバー3は、壁や柱や掲示板等に取付けられた状態で画鋲本体1の頂面と実質的に平行な押圧部32と、該押圧部32に繋がり画鋲本体1の側面に沿ってのびる操作部31で構成される大略L字状のレバーであり、これは回転軸4により画鋲本体1に対して回動自在に装着されている。
以上の構成を具備する本発明の画鋲では、画鋲離脱用レバー3を操作することによって、壁や柱や掲示板等に取付けられた画鋲を極めて容易に離脱させることができる。
第2図および第3図は、本発明第1実施例の壁からの離脱方法について説明するための図であり、第2図は壁へ取付けられている状態を、また第3図はレバー操作で壁からの離脱がなされている状態をそれぞれ示す。
第2図で示されるように、針2を用いて壁6に紙5を挟持させた状態では、画鋲離脱用レバー3の押圧部32は壁6の面と平行になっている。したがって、周知の画鋲の取付け状態とは何ら遜色はない。
ところで、この画鋲を壁6から離脱させる場合は、画鋲離脱用レバー3の操作部31を矢印Xで示すように画鋲本体1へ向かって押圧すればよい。
第3図は、この押圧がなされた直後の状態を示す図である。前述したように画鋲離脱用レバー3は、回転軸4により画鋲本体1へ回動自在に取付けられているため、矢印X方向の押圧力によって回動する。このため押圧部32は、図示するように回転軸4を支点にして回動する。この回動により壁6の面を押圧する。この押圧力は、画鋲を離脱させる方向の力として作用するところとなり、画鋲は壁6から離脱する。
すなわち、レバー操作で画鋲本体1と壁6との間には間隙Lが付与される。レバー操作で針2を壁6から完全に離脱させるには間隙Lを大きくすればよく、したがってレバー操作による回動量を大きくする配慮を払えばよい。
以上、本発明の画鋲を1例をもって説明したが、画鋲離脱用レバー3の取付けは回転軸のみを利用してなす必要はない。

第6図は本発明の第4実施例を示す図であり、図示するように、画鋲本体1の頂面から針2と2’が突出し、画鋲本体1の左右両側部に左右対称に形成した画鋲離脱用レバー3と3’を、両操作部31と31’が近付く方向に回動可能に取付けられている。この画鋲離脱用レバー3、3’は、壁や柱や掲示板等に取付けられた状態で画鋲本体1の頂面と実質的に平行な押圧部32、32’と、該押圧部32、32’に繋がり画鋲本体1の側面に沿ってのびる操作部31、31’で構成されるレバーであり、これは回転軸4、4’により画鋲本体1に対して回動自在に装着されている。
