【従来の技術】
使い捨ておむつの多くがモレを防止するためにカバー材等で被っているためにムレ・カブレといった症状が見られる。それらの症状を和らげる為に表面材や立体ギャザーシートにローションを塗布することがある（特表平１０−５０９８９５、特表平１０−５０９８９６）。しかし、ローションを塗布した部位に長時間接触する状態にしておくと皮膚に対する刺激の累積等により、かゆみやカブレを引き起こすことがあった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
着用時からはローションが皮膚に付着せずに、排尿時に滲み出して来たローションがかゆみやカブレを軽減するようにした吸収性物品を提供する。

【課題を解決するための手段】
吸収性物品の透液性表面材下の吸収体を包んでいるキャリアシート、防水材の吸収体側の面、トランスファーシート、吸収体のいずれか１つまたは１つ以上の部材の一部の面又は全部の面にローションを塗工したことを特徴とする吸収性物品に関する。
キャリアシートにローションを塗工する場合、排尿時のローションの滲み出し速度を速くしたいときは表面材に接する直下のキャリアシートの部位にローションを塗工すればよく、同上の滲み出し速度を遅くしたいときはローションを吸収体側面または吸収体下面（防水材に接する面）の部位のキャリアシートに夫々塗工することができる。

本発明の吸収性物品によれば吸収性物品の表面材やギャザーシート等の着用者の皮膚に直接に接触する面にはローション加工せずに着用者の皮膚に直接に接触しない面にローション加工したので、着用時からローションが皮膚に付着せずに、排尿時に滲み出してきたローションがカブレを軽減する。その他、消臭剤、抗菌剤を適宜添加しても良い。
ローション成分としては、必須成分（主に肌荒れ防止剤）としてグリチルリチン酸、クエン酸やオウバク、ヨモギ、ハマメリス、ユキノシタ等の植物抽出物のいずれか１種以上を配合し付加成分として、グリセリン等の多糖類、消臭剤、抗菌剤のいずれか１種を配合する。

本発明の吸収性物品はテープタイプおむつ、パンツタイプおむつ、尿とりパッド、失禁用パッド、生理用品、パンティライナーその他すべての吸収性物品に適用可能である。

本発明は吸収性物品の着用時からはローションが皮膚に付着しないようにした吸収性物品および吸収性物品の着用後、排尿時に表面材上に滲み出して来たローションが皮膚のカブレを軽減するようにした吸収性物品に関する。

このローションにローション成分の他、消臭剤、抗菌剤を配合することにより抗菌効果および／または消臭効果も期することができる。

図３は本発明の吸収性物品において着用時からはローションが皮膚に付着せずに、排尿時に滲み出して来たローションが始めて皮膚に接触しカブレを軽減する態様を示したものである。
図３の（１）着用時にはローション成分（６）は表面材（１）の下の吸収体（２）を包むキャリアシート（４）に留まっているため着用者（７）の皮膚には接触しない。
図３の（２）排尿時には***物（８）が表面材（１）を透して吸収体（２）に至るに伴い、キャリアシート（４）に塗工されたローション成分（６）は表面材（１）を透して表面材（１）上に逆滲出する。
図３の（３）は***物（８）が吸収体（２）に吸収された後の状態を示し表面材（１）上には尿成分（５）とローション成分（６）とが共存し、着用者の皮膚のカブレやかゆみを軽減する。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば***後にローション成分が始めて着用者の皮膚に接触することとなるため、必要時にローション成分が効果的に作用すると共に成分自体の皮膚刺激を最小限とすることができ、かゆみやカブレの軽減効果が効果的に達成される。
また上記のローション効果と共に抗菌効果や消臭効果も併せて付与することができ有利である。
