Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an indoor unit of a ceiling-mounted air conditioner, and more particularly to an improvement in a mechanism for attaching and detaching a decorative lid of a decorative panel.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When air-conditioning a large space such as a store as an indoor unit of an air conditioner, it is not a so-called wall-mounted type that can be attached to a wall, but can blow air-conditioned air to a plurality of squares and can be received by residents. There is a tendency to use indoor units that are embedded in the ceiling with less feeling of oppression.
[0003]
This type of air conditioner is mounted on a lower surface of an indoor unit main body, and a decorative panel having an outlet for blowing and guiding heat exchange air and a suction port for sucking and guiding indoor air is exposed to the room. The suction port is opened substantially at the center of the decorative panel, and the outlets are dispersedly opened on both sides or the peripheral portion of the suction port.
[0004]
A filter for filtering dust contained in room air is mounted in the main body facing the suction port. A suction grille that allows the flow of room air and shields the inside from the suction port is fitted into the suction port. Further, louvers for changing the direction of the heat exchange air blown out to the room to be air-conditioned are provided at the outlets.
[0005]
On the other hand, as a support structure of the ceiling-embedded type air conditioner, the indoor unit casing is hooked on a nut screwed to the suspension bolt in the space above the ceiling, and the screwing position of the nut to the suspension bolt is adjusted. As a result, an indoor unit casing is suspended and supported at a predetermined position, and a decorative panel is attached to a lower surface of the indoor unit casing.
[0006]
However, in such a configuration, when the hanging height position of the indoor unit casing is to be finely adjusted after the decorative panel is attached, the decorative panel is located at the lower position of the hanging bolt, that is, the indoor side. Therefore, nut operation cannot be performed with the decorative panel attached. For this reason, an opening is formed in a portion of the decorative panel located vertically below the suspension bolt, and a tool such as a socket wrench is inserted from the opening toward the suspension bolt to enable nut operation, and the decorative panel is provided. The height position of the air conditioner casing can be adjusted without removing it.
[0007]
In addition, in order to ensure a good appearance of the decorative panel when the air conditioner is installed, the opening of the decorative panel is covered with a decorative lid after the height position is adjusted.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The above-described makeup lid of the indoor unit of the air conditioner has the following problems. That is, in the case of a structure in which the decorative lid is stopped only by the nail, sufficient supporting strength cannot be obtained, and the decorative lid may be dropped by a slight impact.
[0009]
In addition, in order to obtain sufficient supporting strength of the decorative lid, a method of screwing the decorative lid to the edge of the opening from below may be considered. It has to be performed, and there is a problem that workability is poor. Furthermore, in the screwing structure, there is a possibility that the decorative lid may come off the panel body at the same time as the operator removes the screw.

Each of the air outlets 120 to 123 is opposed to a gap between the outer surface of the drain pan 25 and the heat insulating material 22 attached to the side surface of the housing 21 and is bent outward. The louvers 150 to 153 of the louver mechanism 130 are attached to the respective outlets 120 to 123 so as to guide the blowout to a wide area around the decorative panel 100.
[0030]
On the other hand, the housing 21 is suspended and supported by four suspension bolts suspended from the beams in the space above the ceiling. That is, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a hook member 29 protruding outward in the horizontal direction is attached to a corner portion on the side surface of the housing 21, and a long hole 29 a formed in the center of the hook member 29 , And a nut (not shown) is screwed below the inserted portion. As a result, the hook member 29 comes into contact with the upper surface of the nut, and the housing 21 is suspended and supported by the suspension bolt at four locations. Further, by adjusting the screwing position of the nut with respect to the suspension bolt, the suspension height position of the housing 21 can be adjusted. The opening 102 and a makeup lid 160 described later are located directly below the hook member 29 (see FIG. 8).
[0031]
The panel main body 101 includes a screw fixing portion 103 provided for each of the opening portions 102, a bridge portion 104 connecting four sides of the panel main body 101, and an inner edge portion 105 formed along an inner peripheral edge of the opening portion 102. It has.
[0032]
The screw fixing portion 103 is provided with a screw hole 103a and a hook portion 103b for hooking a protrusion 162b described later. Further, the bridge portion 104 is provided with a sliding portion 104a used for sliding with a sliding portion 162c described later. Further, a projection 105a is formed on the inner edge 105.
[0033]
The decorative lid 160 includes a rectangular lid body 161, a tongue piece 162 having a screw hole 162 a protruding from a corner of the lid body 161, and an outer edge formed along the outer peripheral edge of the ceiling-side surface. 163. The tongue piece 162 includes a screw hole 162a, a protrusion 162b provided on the distal end side, and a slidable portion 162c provided on the base end side. The outer edge portion 163 is formed with a rib 163a that engages with the above-described protrusion 105a and a rib 163b that keeps a gap constant.
[0034]
In the indoor unit 10 of the ceiling-embedded type air conditioner configured as described above, the air to be conditioned is sucked from the indoor side by driving the blower 23, and heat exchange is performed in the heat exchanger 24. Thereafter, the air is blown out from the air outlets 120 to 123 to the indoor side.
[0035]
Next, attachment and detachment of the decorative lid 160 to and from the panel main body 101 will be described. If the hanging height position needs to be adjusted when the indoor unit 10 is mounted on the ceiling, the decorative cover 160 is removed and adjustment is performed. To remove the decorative lid 160, first, the suction grill 111 is removed. Since the fixing screw T is exposed by removing the suction grill 111, the fixing screw T is removed. Then, it is slid in the direction of arrow R1.
[0036]
At this time, the protrusion 162b of the decorative lid 160 is hooked on the hook 103b, so that a quick feeling (operation force) is generated. Further, it is slid in the direction of arrow R1. Thus, the decorative lid 160 can be detached from the panel main body 101. Further, even if the decorative lid 160 is detached in this manner, when the decorative lid 160 is further slid in the direction of arrow R, the rib 163a of the decorative lid 160 engages with the projection 105a of the panel body 101. There is no danger that 160 will jump out.
[0037]
Since there is such a quick feeling, there is no possibility that the decorative lid 160 will fall off the panel main body 101 as soon as the fixing screw T is removed. Next, a case where the decorative lid 160 is attached to the panel main body 101 will be described. The decorative lid 160 is positioned and slid along the direction of the arrow R2. The gap is made constant by the sliding portion 162c of the decorative lid 160 sliding on the sliding portion 104a of the panel main body 101.
[0038]
Since the ribs 163b are provided, the gap between the panel main body 101 and the decorative lid 160 is kept constant, so that troubles such as widening or clogging do not occur, and the appearance is good. Finally, the screw fixing part 103 and the tongue piece part 162 are aligned, and the fixing screw T is tightened. Then, the suction grill 111 is fitted to complete the mounting.
[0039]
As described above, according to the indoor unit 10 of the air conditioner according to the present embodiment, since the hook portion 103b is provided on the screw fixing portion 103 and the protruding portion 162b is provided on the tongue piece portion 162, only the fixing screw T is removed. Then, the decorative lid 160 does not fall off. Further, when the lid 163 is further slid in the direction of arrow R1, the rib 163a of the decorative lid 160 engages with the projection 105a of the panel main body 101, and there is no possibility that the decorative lid 160 will pop out. As described above, when the makeup lid 160 is removed, the resistance force is generated in two stages, so that the worker has a quick feeling and can remove it safely.
[0040]
On the other hand, when attaching the decorative lid 160, the sliding portion 104a is provided on the panel main body 101 and the slidable portion 162c is provided on the decorative lid 160. In this case, the decorative lid 160 can be positioned without being screwed, and the gap between the panel body 101 and the decorative lid 160 can be maintained at a predetermined distance.
[0041]
Further, since the ribs 163b are provided, the gap between the panel main body 101 and the decorative lid 160 is kept constant, and there is no problem such as the gap being widened or clogged, and the appearance is good.
[0042]
By providing the wireless receiving unit 170 connected to the electric component box 27 on the decorative lid 160, it is possible to receive a remote control signal. At this time, since the four decorative lids 160 are formed in the same shape, the position can be appropriately changed depending on the position of the electric component box 27 and the position of the user of the air conditioner.
[0043]
It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments, and it is needless to say that various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
[0044]
