Abstract
Description
【0001】

[Object of the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide a groove-shaped portion on which an O-ring is mounted on a tip side of a flange-shaped portion of a pipe, so that an O-ring can be inserted when the tip of the pipe is inserted into a pipe insertion hole of a connection block body. A pipe connection structure that can prevent damage due to a concave or convex locking portion and suppress a decrease in the sealing performance of the gap between the outer circumference of the pipe and the inner circumference of the pipe insertion hole of the connection block body. To provide.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, a concave or convex locking portion for stopping the rotation of the pipe is provided on a contact surface of the connection block body where the flange-shaped portion of the pipe comes into contact. By bending the caulking fixing portion of the body so as to cover the side surface of the flange portion and caulking and fixing the tip of the pipe, the flange portion of the pipe undergoes plastic deformation along the shape of the locking portion. For this reason, a hook portion in the axial rotation direction can be reliably formed between the contact surface of the connection block body and the flange portion of the pipe. Therefore, the fixing force in the shaft rotation direction of the pipe, that is, the detent force of the pipe can be reliably obtained.
When the O-ring is provided so as to avoid the concave or convex locking portion, the O-ring may be concave or convex when the tip of the pipe is inserted into the pipe insertion hole of the connection block body. Since it is possible to prevent the portion from being damaged, it is possible to suppress a decrease in sealing performance of a gap between the outer periphery of the pipe and the inner periphery of the pipe insertion hole of the connection block body.
[0011]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the groove-shaped portion for fitting the O-ring by fitting the O-ring is provided on the tip side of the flange-shaped portion of the pipe so as to be recessed inward in the radial direction of the pipe. The difference between the outer diameter of the O-ring and the outer diameter of the flange of the pipe can be increased. In addition, since the distance from the side surface of the flange portion of the pipe to the O-ring can be ensured, even if a tapered portion whose inner diameter gradually increases toward the outside is provided at the entrance of the pipe insertion hole of the connection block body, the O-ring is surely secured. Thus, the sealing performance between the outer periphery of the pipe and the inner periphery of the pipe insertion hole of the connection block can be prevented from deteriorating.
[0012]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the inner diameter of the concave or convex locking portion for stopping the rotation of the pipe is made larger than the outer diameter of the O-ring, so that the O-ring avoids the locking portion. When the tip of the pipe is inserted into the pipe insertion hole of the connection block body, the O-ring can be prevented from being damaged by the concave or convex locking portion.
[0013]
According to the invention as set forth in
[0014]
According to the invention as set forth in claim 5, the concave or convex locking portion for stopping the rotation of the pipe is provided in the circumferential direction of the annular end face provided on the outer peripheral side of the pipe insertion hole of the connection block body. By providing at intervals, at equal intervals, or in an annular shape, it is possible to reliably form a hook portion in the axial rotation direction between the annular end surface (contact surface) of the connection block body and the flange portion of the pipe. Therefore, the fixing force in the shaft rotation direction of the pipe, that is, the detent force of the pipe can be reliably obtained.
[0015]
According to the invention described in
[0016]
According to the seventh aspect of the present invention, since the connection block body is formed of a material having hardness higher than that of the pipe, the caulking fixing portion of the connection block body is bent so as to cover the side surface of the flange. When caulking and fixing the tip of the pipe, the flange of the pipe undergoes plastic deformation along the shape of the locking portion. For this reason, a hook portion in the axial rotation direction can be reliably formed between the contact surface of the connection block body and the flange portion of the pipe. Therefore, even if the material on the connection block body side is harder than the material on the pipe side, it is possible to reliably obtain the fixing force in the shaft rotation direction of the pipe, that is, the detent force of the pipe.
