Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a handrail structure of an overhead crane that is installed on the ceiling of a structure such as a factory or various buildings to perform indoor cargo handling.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, structures such as factories and various buildings are often equipped with an overhead crane for loading and unloading indoors. For example, such an overhead crane having a structure as shown in FIG. 3 is often used. ing.
[0003]
The overhead traveling crane shown in FIG. 3 traverses a girder 4 having saddles 3 on which traveling wheels 2 are disposed at both ends between a pair of traveling rails 1 laid near an indoor ceiling so as to travel. A trolley 6 in which hanging members 5 such as a slab lifter and a coil lifter are hung up and down on the girder 4 can be traversed along a traversing rail 7 laid so as to extend in the longitudinal direction of the girder 4 depending on the application. It has a configuration of being mounted on a computer.
[0004]
By the way, in the overhead crane as described above, handrails 8 and 9 are erected on the saddle 3 as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 so that an operator can walk on the saddle 3. However, in the case where such handrails 8 and 9 are provided, the handrail 8 located inside may possibly interfere with the trolley 6 when traversing the trolley 6, which becomes a factor that narrows the traversing stroke of the trolley 6. Usually, it is often a movable type that can retreat in a direction approaching the outer handrail 9 only when pushed by the trolley 6.
[0005]
Further, when there is a request to allow an operator to pass from the saddle 3 side to the inspection passage on the girder 4 in order to further perform various inspection work or the like, a portion of the handrail 8 corresponding to the girder 4 is required. Is a manual opening / closing door using a hinge (not shown).
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, as described above, if the part corresponding to the girder 4 of the handrail 8 is made a manual opening / closing door, the trolley 6 may come into contact with the opening / closing door if an operator forgets to close the door. For example, there is a risk that the handrail 8 may be damaged, or an operator may accidentally enter the girder 4.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a handrail structure of an overhead crane capable of preventing damage to a handrail due to forgetting to close a door and erroneous entry of a worker onto a girder.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has a girder having saddles provided with traveling wheels at both ends and traveling along a traveling rail, and a girder traversing along a traversing rail laid on the girder so as to extend in the longitudinal direction thereof. In the handrail structure of an overhead crane equipped with a trolley, a sliding door for blocking passage from the saddle side to the inspection passage on the girder is attached to both ends of the handrail erected on the saddle so as to be openable and closable, The present invention relates to a handrail structure for an overhead crane, wherein a weight mechanism is provided for urging the slide door in a closing direction by the action of gravity.
[0009]
According to the above means, the following effects can be obtained.
[0010]
When the worker passes from the saddle side to the inspection passage on the girder to perform various inspections, etc., after opening the sliding door of the handrail against the urging force of the weight mechanism, after moving on the girder, If you let go of the sliding door, the sliding door is automatically closed by the action of the gravity of the weight mechanism, so that you do not forget to close the sliding door. There is no need to worry about breakage or accidental entry of workers onto the girder.
[0011]
In the handrail structure of the overhead crane, a string-shaped body having one end connected to the sliding door is wrapped around a guide sheave attached to the handrail, and a weight is hung at the other end of the string-shaped body. A weight mechanism can be configured by closing the slide door in conjunction with it.
[0012]
Further, in the handrail structure of the overhead crane, it is possible to provide a lock mechanism for holding the slide door in the closed position. In this case, the slide door is prevented from being opened due to vibration or the like, and the reliability is improved. Performance can be improved.
[0013]
The lock mechanism includes a bracket attached to the slide door and having a lock hole formed therein, and a lock lever provided on a handrail so as to fit into the lock hole of the bracket when the slide door shifts to the closed position. can do.
[0014]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0015]
FIGS. 1 and 2 show an example of an embodiment of the present invention. In the drawings, portions denoted by the same reference numerals as those in FIGS. 3 and 4 represent the same components, and the basic configuration is shown in FIGS. This embodiment is the same as the conventional one shown in FIG. 4, but the feature of this example is that, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, both ends of the handrail 8 erected on the saddle 3 The sliding door 10 for blocking the passage from the to the inspection passage on the girder 4 to the inspection door is openably and closably mounted, and a weight mechanism 11 for biasing the sliding door 10 in the closing direction by the action of gravity is provided.
[0016]
In the illustrated example, the weight mechanism 11 hangs a string 11b having one end connected to the sliding door 10 around a guide sheave 11a attached to the handrail 8, and a weight 11c at the other end of the string 11b. And the slide door 10 is closed in conjunction with the lowering of the weight 11c.
[0017]
Further, in the case of the illustrated example, a lock mechanism 12 for holding the slide door 10 in a closed position is provided. The lock mechanism 12 is attached to the slide door 10 and has a bracket 12b provided with a lock hole 12a, A lock lever 12c is provided on the handrail 8 so as to fit into the lock hole 12a of the bracket 12b when the door 10 moves to the closed position.
[0018]
Next, the operation of the illustrated example will be described.
[0019]
When the worker passes from the saddle 3 side to the inspection passage on the girder 4 to perform various inspection operations, the lock lever 12c of the lock mechanism 12 is moved from the state shown in FIG. While being pulled out from the lock hole 12a, the sliding door 10 of the handrail 8 is opened against the urging force of the weight 11c of the weight mechanism 11 and moved onto the girder 4 in the state shown in FIG. When the hand is released, the slide door 10 is automatically closed by the action of gravity by the weight 11c of the weight mechanism 11, and returns to the state shown in FIG. 2A again, so that the slide door 10 is not forgotten to be closed. As in the related art, there is no need to worry about the handrail 8 being damaged due to the contact of the trolley 6 with the door or the like, and that the operator may accidentally enter the girder 4.
[0020]
Here, since the lock lever 12c of the lock mechanism 12 re-fits into the lock hole 12a of the bracket 12b when the slide door 10 shifts to the closed position, it is possible to prevent the slide door 10 from being opened due to vibration or the like. And reliability can be improved.
[0021]
In this way, it is possible to prevent the handrail 8 from being damaged due to forgetting to close the slide door 10 and to prevent the worker from erroneously entering the girder 4.
[0022]
Note that the handrail structure of the overhead crane of the present invention is not limited to the illustrated example described above, and it is needless to say that various changes can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention.
[0023]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the handrail structure of the overhead crane of the present invention, it is possible to provide an excellent effect that the handrail can be prevented from being damaged due to forgetting to close the door, and an operator can be prevented from erroneously entering the girder.
