Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall stocker allowing easy production of a built-in storage cabinet in a short time even in a part having a narrow width and a deep depth, and allowing addition of a storage function to a wing wall or the like without thickening a wall thickness more than necessary, and to provide a wall body with the storage cabinet using it. <P>SOLUTION: This wall stocker A comprises a box body 1 having a top board 4, right and left side boards 5 configured such that the side boards 5 function as wall backing wooden shafts, a bottom board 6 and a back board 7, having a horizontal width smaller than a depth, and basket bodies 3 supported such that the basket bodies 3 can be taken in and out of a front face opening of the box body. 【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、集合住宅の収納スペースを増大させるのに好適なウォールストッカーとそれを使用した収納庫付き壁体に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
最近の傾向として、集合住宅の収納スペースが少ない、或いは不足している等の理由から、以前では、デッドスペースとされて来たような間口の狭い部分（３００ｍｍ程度）でも、奥行きが取れる場合は、造り付けの収納庫を設けることが多い。

この場合、従来では、現場毎の条件に合わせて、造作大工が現場施工で製作しており、狭小部分であることから、作業が面倒であり、施工手間が相当かかっていた。しかも、間口が狭く、奥行きが深い収納庫となるため、使い勝手の悪いものになっていた。

また、収納スペースを増やす方法として、台所の袖壁のような、単に間仕切りや食器棚等の目隠しを行う壁に、収納機能を付加することも、考えられるが、現場施工で壁の内部に収納庫を形成するには、相当な施工手間がかかるし、工場生産された既製の収納庫を袖壁構築予定位置に設置し、その両側に壁下地用木軸を取り付け、それに石膏ボードを取り付け、化粧クロスを貼着して、収納庫付きの袖壁を構築する場合は、壁厚が必要以上に厚くなり、スペースの有効利用という目的に反する結果となる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、上記の点に留意してなされたものであって、その目的とするところは、間口が狭く、奥行きが深い部分にでも、容易かつ短期間に、造り付けの収納庫を製作でき、壁厚を必要以上に厚くすることなく袖壁等に収納機能を付加することも可能なウォールストッカーと、それを使用した収納庫付き壁体を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の課題を解決するために、本発明が講じた技術的手段は、次のとおりである。即ち、請求項１に記載の発明によるウォールストッカーは、天板、壁下地用木軸として機能するように構成された左右の側板、底板、背板を備えた奥行きに対して左右の幅が狭いボックス本体と、当該ボックス本体の内面に設けたレールにより、ボックス本体の前面開口から出し入れ可能な状態に支持されたバスケット本体とからなることを特徴としている。

請求項１に記載の発明の構成によれば、ボックス本体の側板自体が壁下地用木軸として機能するから、側板に石膏ボードを取り付け、その上に化粧クロスを貼着することによって、収納機能が付加された壁を構築できることになり、間口が狭く、奥行きが深い部分にでも、容易かつ短期間に、造り付けの収納庫を製作でき、壁厚を必要以上に厚くすることなく袖壁等に収納機能を付加することも可能である。

バスケット本体は、請求項２に記載のように、ボックス本体の上半側にのみ設けてもよく、請求項３に記載のように、ボックス本体の下半側にのみ設けてもよく、請求項４に記載のように、ボックス本体の内部を中板により上下２段に区画して、バスケット本体を上下２段に設けてもよい。この場合、請求項５に記載のように、上下２段のバスケット本体を各別に出し入れできるように設けると使い勝手が良い。

また、請求項２に記載のように、バスケット本体をボックス本体の上半側にのみ設ける場合、請求項６に記載のように、バスケット本体の前面にボックス本体の前面開口を閉塞する蓋板を前板と面一状に設ける一方、ボックス本体の前面開口の下部に指先を挿入可能な凹部を形成して、当該凹部に対向する蓋板の下縁部を、バスケット本体を出し入れするための取っ手に兼用すべく構成すれば、蓋板の前面に取っ手を設ける必要がないので、前面を突起物の存在しない平坦な形状にすることができ、収納庫付きの袖壁の構築に好適である。

請求項３に記載のように、バスケット本体をボックス本体の下半側にのみ設ける場合、請求項７に記載のように、バスケット本体の前面にボックス本体の前面開口を閉塞する蓋板を前板と面一状に設ける一方、ボックス本体の前面開口の上部に指先を挿入可能な凹部を形成して、当該凹部に対向する蓋板の上縁部を、バスケット本体を出し入れするための取っ手に兼用すべく構成することが、上記と同じ理由により、望ましい。

請求項４に記載のように、バスケット本体を上下２段に設ける場合、両バスケット本体の前面に一枚物の蓋体を設けて、上下２段のバスケット本体を同時に出し入れするように構成することも可能であるが、この場合には、蓋体に何らかの取っ手を形成する必要がある。

この点、請求項５に記載のように、上下２段のバスケット本体を各別に出し入れできるように設ける場合は、請求項８に記載のように、上下２段のバスケット本体の前面に、夫々、ボックス本体の前面開口を閉塞する蓋板を互いに面一状に設ける一方、ボックス本体の下段側の前面開口の上部又は上段側の前面開口の下部に指先を挿入可能な凹部を形成して、当該凹部に対向する下段の蓋板の上縁部と上段の蓋体の下縁部を、夫々、バスケット本体を出し入れするための取っ手に兼用すべく構成すれば、蓋板の前面に取っ手を設ける必要がないので、前面を突起物の存在しない平坦な形状にすることができ、収納庫付きの袖壁の構築に好適である。

いずれの場合も、ボックス本体の内面に設けたレールにより、バスケット本体をボックス本体の前面開口から出し入れ可能な状態に支持するにあたっては、請求項９に記載の発明のように、一つのバスケット本体に対し、その片側の側面のみにスライド用部材を上下２段に設け、これに対応して、ボックス本体の片側の側板の内面に、前記スライド用部材をスライド自在に支持するレールを上下２段に固着することが望ましい。

このようにすれば、バスケット本体に重い物品を収納した場合でも、こじれが防止されるので、バスケット本体の出し入れを円滑に行え、それでいて、バスケット本体の両側にレールを設置するためのスペースを確保する必要がないので、ボックス本体の左右幅を狭くしても、バスケット本体の容量を確保できるからである。

請求項１０に記載の発明は、上述した何れかのウォールストッカーを使用して、収納庫付き袖壁を構築したものであって、ウォールストッカーを袖壁構築予定位置に固定し、ウォールストッカーの上部に、ウォールストッカーの両側板と面一となるように木軸下地を施工し、当該木軸下地とウォールストッカーの両側板とに石膏ボードを取り付け、それらの表面に化粧材を貼着して構築したことを特徴としている。

請求項１１に記載の発明は、上述した何れかのウォールストッカーを使用して、収納庫付き内壁を構築したものであって、ウォールストッカーを水廻りの内壁構築予定位置に、片側の側板と蓋板とが室内に面する状態に固定し、ウォールストッカーの上部に、前記片側の側板と面一となるように木軸下地を組み、当該木軸下地と前記片側の側板とに石膏ボードを取り付け、それらの表面に化粧材を貼着して、水廻りの壁面を形成したことを特徴としている。

尚、水廻りの壁面であるため、化粧材としては、例えば、耐水性を有する化粧クロス、耐水性を有する化粧板、ステンレス等の金属板などを使用することが望ましい。

また、左右幅の割りに奥行きが深いが、バスケット本体がボックス本体の内面に設けたレールにより、ボックス本体の前面開口から出し入れ可能な状態に支持されているので、収納物の出し入れが容易であり、使い勝手が良い。

【発明の実施の形態】
図１は、本発明に係るウォールストッカーＡの一例を示し、図２〜図９は、前記ウォールストッカーＡを用いて構築した収納庫付き袖壁Ｂの一例を示す。前記ウォールストッカーＡは、奥行きに対して左右の幅が狭いボックス本体１と、ボックス本体１の内面に設けたレール２により、ボックス本体１の前面開口から出し入れ可能な状態に支持されたバスケット本体３とから構成されている。ボックス本体１は、天板４、壁下地用木軸として機能するように構成された左右の側板５、底板６、背板７を備えており、ボックス本体１の内部は、中板８によって上下２段に区画されている。バスケット本体３は、上下２段に、つまり、中板８で区画された内部空間ごとに設けられており、上下２段のバスケット本体３を各別に出し入れできるように構成されている。

上下２段のバスケット本体３の前面には、夫々、ボックス本体１の前面開口を閉塞する蓋板９が互いに面一状に、且つ、上下の蓋板９間に指先が入る程度の隙間１０を有する状態に設けられている。ボックス本体１には、図６に示すように、前記隙間１０と対向する位置（図示の例では、ボックス本体１の下段側の前面開口の上部であるが、上段側の前面開口の下部でもよい。）に、指先を挿入可能な有底の凹部１１が形成され、当該凹部１１に対向する下段の蓋板９の上縁部と上段の蓋体９の下縁部を、夫々、バスケット本体３を出し入れするための取っ手に兼用すべく構成してある。

各々のバスケット本体３には、図８、図９に示すように、片側の側面だけにスライド用部材１２を上下２段に設け、これに対応して、ボックス本体１には、片側の側板５の内面にのみ前記スライド用部材１２をスライド自在に支持するレール２を上下２段に固着してある。従って、バスケット本体３に重い物品を収納した場合でも、こじれが防止されるので、バスケット本体３の出し入れを円滑に行え、それでいて、バスケット本体３の両側にレール２を設置するためのスペースを確保する必要がないので、ボックス本体１の左右幅を狭くしても、バスケット本体３の容量を確保できる利点がある。

背板７としては、厚さ２．５ｍｍの合板が使用され、天板４、側板５、底板６、中板８としては、何れも厚さ１８ｍｍの合板が使用されている。厚さ１８ｍｍの合板は、枠組の両面に厚さ２．５ｍｍの合板を貼り付け、フラッシュ構造とする方法でもよい。これらの合板は、何れも塗装仕上げを施してあるが、ボックス本体１の外面を形成する天板４、側板５、底板６、背板７の外面はベニヤ素地として、低コスト化を図ってもよい。蓋板９としては、表裏両面及び外周面が化粧仕上げされた厚さ１８ｍｍの化粧板が使用されている。ウォールストッカーＡの寸法は、任意に設定でき、例えば、奥行き４５０〜９００ｍｍ、高さ１８００ｍｍに設定される。また、図示のウォールストッカーＡは、収納庫付き袖壁Ｂの構築に使用するものであるから、幅を１５０ｍｍに設定してあるが、幅が１５０ｍｍ、２００ｍｍ、３００ｍｍの３種類を用意しておき、使用場所に応じて選択するように構成することが望ましい。

前記収納庫付き袖壁Ｂは、ウォールストッカーＡを袖壁構築予定位置に固定し、ウォールストッカーＡの上部に、ウォールストッカーＡの両側板５と面一となるように木軸下地１３を施工し、当該木軸下地１３とウォールストッカーＡの両側板５とに石膏ボード１４を取り付け、それらの表面に化粧クロス１５を貼着することにより構築したものである。

図１１の（Ａ）、（Ｂ）、（Ｃ）は、本発明に係るウォールストッカーＡの他の例を示す。（Ａ）のウォールストッカーＡは、ボックス本体１の上半側にのみバスケット本体３を設け、ボックス本体１の下半側に前板２６を設け、バスケット本体３の前面にボックス本体１の前面開口を閉塞する蓋板９を前板２６と面一状に設けた点に特徴がある。蓋板９と前板２６との間には、指先が入る程度の隙間を形成する一方、ボックス本体１には、前記隙間と対向する位置に有底の凹１１部を形成して、蓋板９の下縁部を、バスケット本体３を出し入れするための取っ手に兼用すべく構成してある。その他の構成は、図１で示したウォールストッカーＡと同じである。

（Ｂ）のウォールストッカーＡは、ボックス本体１の下半側にのみバスケット本体３を設け、ボックス本体１の上半側に前板２６を設け、バスケット本体３の前面にボックス本体１の前面開口を閉塞する蓋板９を前板２６と面一状に設けた点に特徴がある。蓋板９と前板２６との間には、指先が入る程度の隙間を形成する一方、ボックス本体１には、前記隙間と対向する位置に有底の凹１１部を形成して、蓋板９の上縁部を、バスケット本体３を出し入れするための取っ手に兼用すべく構成してある。その他の構成は、（Ａ）のウォールストッカーＡと同じである。

（Ｃ）のウォールストッカーＡは、ボックス本体１の内部を中板８によって上下２段に区画し、これに対応して、バスケット本体３を上下２段に設けると共に、両バスケット本体３の前面に一枚物の蓋体９を設けて、上下２段のバスケット本体３を同時に出し入れするように構成した点に特徴がある。蓋体９には、取っ手を付設してもよいが、この例では、ボックス本体１の下段側の前面開口の上部に、指先を挿入可能な有底の凹部１１が形成する一方、蓋体９の凹部１１と対向する位置に、指先が入る程度の貫通孔２７を形成し、貫通孔２７の縁部を取っ手として使用するように構成してある。その他の構成は、図１で示したウォールストッカーＡと同じである。

尚、図１１で示したウォールストッカーＡでは、何れも、一つのバスケット本体３に対し、その片側の側面のみにスライド用部材１２を上下２段に設け、これに対応して、ボックス本体１の片側の側板５の内面に、前記スライド用部材１２をスライド自在に支持するレール２を上下２段に固着してあるが、図１０に基づいて説明したとおり、ボックス本体１の左右両側板５の内面にレール２を設け、バスケット本体３の左右にスライド用部材１２を設けて実施してもよい。

図１２と図１３は、図１や図１１で示したウォールストッカーＡを用いて構築した収納庫付き内壁Ｃの一例を示す。この収納庫付き内壁Ｃは、ウォールストッカーＡを台所２４の内壁構築予定位置に、前述した片側の側板５と前述した蓋板９とが室内に面する状態に固定し、ウォールストッカーＡの上部に、前記片側の側板５と面一となるように木軸下地１３を組み、当該木軸下地１３と前記片側の側板５とに石膏ボード１４を取り付け、それらの表面に化粧材１５ａを貼着して、流し台横の壁面Ｗを形成したことを特徴としている。化粧材１５ａとしては、耐水性を有する化粧板が使用されているが、例えば、耐水性を有する化粧クロスやステンレス等の金属板などを使用してもよい。２８は流し台，２９はコンロ、３０は共用縦管を配置するパイプスペースである。

この例は、図１２の（イ）に示すように、プラン上、流し台２８横に間口が３００ｍｍ未満と狭く、間口に比べて奥行きのあるスペースが生じる場合、そのままデッドスペースとするか、同図に示すように、現場施工で造り付け収納庫ａを製作する代わりに、図１２の（ロ）に示すように、ウォールストッカーＡを用いて、前記収納庫付き内壁Ｃを構築したものである。

図１４、図１５は、図１や図１１で示したウォールストッカーＡを用いて構築した収納庫付き内壁Ｃの他の例を示す。これらの収納庫付き内壁Ｃは、ウォールストッカーＡを洗面所３１の内壁構築予定位置に、前述した片側の側板５と前述した蓋板９とが室内に面する状態に固定し、ウォールストッカーＡの上部に、前記片側の側板５と面一となるように木軸下地を組み、当該木軸下地と前記片側の側板とに石膏ボードを取り付け、それらの表面に化粧材１５ａを貼着して、洗濯機置場横の壁面Ｗを形成したことを特徴としている。３２は洗濯機置場に設置された防水パン、３３は洗面ユニット、３４は浴室、３５は浴槽である。その他の構成は図１２、図１３の（ロ）と同じである。

図１４の（ロ）の例は、図１４の（イ）に示すように、プラン上、洗濯機置場に設置された防水パン３２の横に間口が３００ｍｍ未満と狭く、間口に比べて奥行きのあるスペースが生じる場合、ウォールストッカーＡを用いて幅狭の収納庫付き内壁Ｃを構築することにより、前記スペースを有効に利用したものである。

図１５の（ロ）の例は、図１５の（イ）に示すように、洗濯物の収納に必要な容積を有する間口が広くて使い勝手の良い造り付け収納庫ａを現場施工で洗面所３１に設けることにより、その背部に位置する押入３６の奥部の左右幅が狭められて、押入３６としての使い勝手が極端に悪くなるような場合、ウォールストッカーＡを用いて幅狭で奥行きのある収納庫付き内壁（間口が狭くても、洗濯物の収納に必要な容積が確保でき且つ引出し式であるため奥行きが深くても使い勝手が良い収納庫付き内壁）Ｃを構築することにより、押入３６の奥部の左右幅を可能な限り広げ、押入３６としての使い勝手がさほど悪くならないようにしたものである。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、上述した構成よりなり、間口が狭く、奥行きが深い部分にでも、容易かつ短期間に、造り付けの収納庫を製作でき、壁厚を必要以上に厚くすることなく袖壁等に収納機能を付加することも可能である等の効果がある。
