Abstract
Description
【0001】

[0007]
By the way, a mobile phone can freely make a call using a normal call function within a mobile communication area where communication with a wireless base station is possible. Therefore, even if the user of the mobile phone encounters an accident or a natural disaster in the mobile communication area, for example, if the user can operate the mobile phone and can communicate with the wireless base station, a normal You can easily ask for help by calling the fire department from your mobile phone using the call function.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, for example, when a building collapses due to an earthquake or the like and the user is trapped under the debris, the user cannot communicate because the communication radio wave is blocked by the debris or the radio base station becomes inoperable. Nevertheless, they will try to contact their rescue squad to inform them that they are alive and their location. In addition, even if it is determined that communication is impossible, if a call is received, the user waits for the call while maintaining the mobile phone in a power-on state.
For this reason, there was a problem that it was not possible to efficiently communicate with the rescue squad while saving power in the rechargeable battery of the mobile phone.
[0009]
Also, if the user loses consciousness when trapped under the debris, the power of the rechargeable battery is lost when the user returns to consciousness, or the user is buried in the debris so that the user can not move. In the worst case scenario, where the call cannot be answered and the number of calls increases, the power of the rechargeable battery becomes shorter, whereas the conventional mobile phone is equipped with a special function related to rescue to cope with such a situation. There was a problem that it did not have.
[0010]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problem, and in order to rescue a user of a mobile phone under an emergency situation, to efficiently communicate with a rescue squad while saving power of a rechargeable battery of the mobile phone. It is an object of the present invention to provide a mobile phone and a mobile communication exchange which enable the communication and a rescue communication system using the mobile phone.

In order to achieve the above object, the mobile phone of the present invention has a configuration having a battery saving mode in which power is turned on only during an arbitrary time at a predetermined time.
With this configuration, communication can be performed during an arbitrary time at a predetermined time, and power can be saved in the rechargeable battery at times other than the arbitrary time.
[0012]
Further, the mobile phone according to the present invention is configured such that upon receiving a battery saving mode switching signal from the mobile communication exchange, the mobile phone automatically switches to the battery saving mode.
In this way, even if the user cannot operate the mobile phone, the mode can be switched to the battery saving mode.
[0013]
Further, the mobile phone of the present invention is configured to transmit a position registration signal after power-on in the battery saving mode.
By doing so, the approximate current position of the user can be automatically transmitted.
In the conventional communication system, the mobile phone does not transmit the position registration signal unless the position changes.
[0014]
Further, the mobile phone of the present invention is configured to automatically switch to the hand-free mode when receiving the hand-free mode switching signal from the mobile communication exchange.
In this way, even when the user cannot operate the mobile phone, communication can be performed in the hands-free mode.
[0015]
A mobile communication exchange according to the present invention further comprises: a storage unit for storing a telephone number of the mobile phone according to any one of
In this way, the call can be made when the mobile phone of the user who has received the rescue request is powered on, that is, in synchronization with the power on of the mobile phone.
[0016]
Further, the mobile communication exchange of the present invention is configured to transmit a battery saving mode switching signal for forcibly switching to the battery saving mode to the mobile phone.
With this configuration, even if the user cannot operate the mobile phone, the mobile phone can be switched to the battery saving mode by remote control.
[0017]
The mobile communication exchange of the present invention is configured to transmit a hand-free mode switching signal for forcibly switching to a hand-free mode to the mobile phone.
With this configuration, even when the user cannot operate the mobile phone, the mobile phone can be set to the hands-free mode.
[0018]
Further, the mobile communication exchange of the present invention is configured such that, when a response is made from the mobile phone to the call, a call connection is made and the position information of the mobile phone is output to a control console.
By doing so, it becomes easier to manage the position information, and the rescue operation can be performed quickly.
[0019]
Further, a rescue communication system using the mobile phone of the present invention includes a mobile phone having a battery saving mode in which the power is turned on only during an arbitrary time at a predetermined time, and the mobile phone carried by a user who has requested rescue. A mobile communication exchange for making a call to the telephone at least during an arbitrary time of the predetermined time is provided.
As described above, the present invention is also effective as a rescue communication system using a mobile phone, and attempts to perform communication during an arbitrary time at a predetermined time, thereby effectively using the power of the rechargeable battery of the mobile phone. be able to.
