Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a system for purifying a liquid for collecting uncoated paint in a water-washable paint booth.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, there is a wide variety of coating apparatuses that use a conveying means such as a conveyor to continuously convey an object to be coated in a coating booth and apply a coating to a conveyed object using a paint spraying device or the like. It is used. At this time, the mist-like uncoated paint floating in the coating booth without applying to the workpiece in the coating booth may leak out of the coating booth or adhere to the workpiece again. Collected as if not.

Conventionally, in order to remove the settled paint slag, the collected water in the collection tank is periodically (averagely once a week) withdrawn, and the paint settled at the bottom of the collection tank is conventionally removed. The slag is removed. At the time of cleaning, the collected liquid, which is the supernatant liquid, is withdrawn from the collection tank, temporarily stored in another tank, and after the paint residue in the collection tank is removed, returned to the collection tank again. Reused. On the other hand, the paint residue is subjected to a regeneration process such as filtration, and is reused as a recycled paint, a cushioning material, a soundproofing material, and the like.
However, it is difficult to secure workers because the work of cleaning the collection tank is unsanitary due to the working environment, and the cleaning cost increases.
[0006]
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 7, a technique has been proposed in which an

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in many painting booths, since the water depth of the collection tank is relatively shallow, even if air bubbles are emitted upward from the bottom of the tank by the aerator, the water is like a fountain where the aerator is located. The water is spouted and the water is stirred, but the resulting water flow does not reach the collection tank, and there is a problem that the water is not sufficiently stirred.
In addition, the work of providing an aerator in a painting booth that has been operating for a long time tends to be relatively large, and the installation cost and maintenance cost for installing a purification system in an existing painting booth are high.
