Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a film adapter for mounting a film and setting it on a negative mask when exposing or scanning an image recorded on a developed film using a general-purpose negative mask, and in particular, for mounting a short film such as one komanega. Related to the film adapter.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When an image recorded on the developed film is printed or captured as a digital image, the film is set on a negative mask 1 (sometimes called a film mask) shown in FIG. Exposure or scanning may be performed by irradiating light. The film inserted in the direction A with respect to the

[0004]
Therefore, conventionally, as shown in FIG. 6, a snug negative 3 (developed negative on which no image is recorded) is affixed to the
[0005]
However, when the Snukenega 3 is used, it is necessary to accurately and straightly attach the Snukenega 3 and the
[0006]
In view of such a problem, JP-A-11-202422 and JP-A-2001-194727 do not require a negative mask dedicated to a short film, and can be attached to a short film to use as a general-purpose negative mask without using a sunukenega. A settable film adapter is disclosed. That is, these are intended to solve the problems that occur when using a dedicated negative mask or snake negative.
[0007]
The film adapter disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H11-202422 has a light-transmitting portion having a light-transmitting property corresponding to an image portion of a film and a slit for inserting an end portion in a width direction of the film formed on a thin substrate. Configuration. In Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-194727, in addition to a film adapter having a slit for inserting an end portion in the film width direction similar to that described above, both ends in the width direction of the film (in the film transport direction in a negative mask). ) Is disclosed, which is provided with an outward projection orthogonal to the transport direction on the same plane as the substrate which can be hooked on the perforation formed along the line.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the film adapter in which the slit is formed in the above publication, it is necessary to bend the width direction end of the film and insert the film into the slit. Therefore, the width direction end of the film is deformed, and the film is damaged by this deformation. There is a problem of doing. Also, when the film is fixed to the film adapter in a state where the width direction end is bent, the film image portion assumes a curved state in which the film image portion is protruded in a direction perpendicular to the film surface. In such a state where the film is curved, appropriate exposure and scanning are not performed, and the image quality may be degraded, or the film may be jammed in the negative mask and cannot be transported. In addition, near the perforation of the film, there is a barcode in which information about the film such as a frame number and a type of a negative is recorded. If this portion is deformed by being inserted into the slit, it becomes difficult to detect the information. There is also the problem of becoming.
[0009]
On the other hand, even when the outward projection perpendicular to the transport direction provided on the film adapter is hooked on the perforation of the film, since the projection is provided on the same plane as the substrate, only the vicinity of the perforation of the hooked film is used. It is pushed down by the projection. Also in this case, similarly to the case where the film is inserted into the slit, there is a problem that the film is deformed at the mounting portion and the entire film is curved.
[0010]
Therefore, a main object of the present invention is a film adapter used when a short film is set on a general-purpose negative mask, and a simple operation without hindering detection of information recorded at a width direction end of the film. The object of the present invention is to provide a film adapter capable of detachably holding a flat surface without bending the film.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the film adapter according to
[0012]
When exposing or scanning an image recorded on a short film using a general-purpose negative mask, attaching the film to a film adapter like the above and setting it on the negative mask eliminates the need for a negative mask dedicated to short films, making it economical It is. In addition, when using Snukenega, complicated work is required, but when using the film adapter having the above configuration, a simple insertion of the protruding locking portion into the perforations formed at both ends in the width direction of the film is used. The operation allows the film to be attached to a film adapter. Furthermore, since there is no deterioration due to the sticking and peeling off of the tape as in the case of using Snukenega, it is suitable for repeated use, and it can be said that it is economical from this viewpoint.
[0013]
Also, unlike the film adapters described in JP-A-11-202422 and JP-A-2001-194727, the film mounting portion (locking portion) of the film adapter having the above configuration protrudes out of the plane of the substrate. Thus, it is possible to insert the locking portion into the perforation and detachably hold the flat portion without bending the film. By holding the film in this way, it is possible to solve the problem of deformation of the portion of the film attached to the film adapter and curvature of the entire film. Furthermore, since the width direction end of the film is not bent or inserted into the slit, detection of recorded information is not hindered.
[0014]
As a specific example of the film adapter according to the present invention, a rectangular portion having substantially the same width as the film and two extending portions extending along the longitudinal direction on the same plane from both ends of one side in the width direction of the rectangular portion It is possible to consider a configuration provided with a substrate having the above-mentioned structure and at least one locking portion formed on each of two extended portions of the substrate. When a film is attached to such a film adapter, the overall length is not limited to the length of the substrate including the rectangular portion and the extension, but is related to the arrangement of the locking portions and the length of the attached film. Become. That is, it is possible to attach a film of an arbitrary length, and thereby change the overall length, so that it is possible to cope with a negative mask having various pitches between the conveying rollers.
[0015]
As another specific example, a rectangular portion having the same width as the film width as described above and two extending portions extending along the longitudinal direction on the same plane from both ends of one side in the width direction of the rectangular portion are provided. A configuration is conceivable that includes a substrate and at least one locking portion formed on each of the two extension portions of the substrate, and further includes a connection portion that connects the two extension portions. In this case, the film does not protrude from the film adapter when the film is attached. According to such a configuration, after setting the number of frames of the film to be attached in advance, by providing an opening surrounded by the rectangular portion, the extension portion, and the connection portion of the substrate, the film of the limited number of frames is provided. It can be a special film adapter. For example, by forming an opening for one Komanega, it is possible to provide a film adapter exclusively for one Komanega film which cannot be exposed or scanned using a negative mask as it is.
[0016]
By increasing the number of locking portions and inserting the film into more of the perforations, it is possible to more reliably hold the film, and the film comes off from the film adapter when transported in the negative mask. Is minimized.
[0017]
Conversely, when the number of locking portions is reduced, an effect is obtained that the work of attaching the film becomes easier.
