【0037】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a vehicle brake device that performs brake hydraulic pressure control using a rotating device such as a trochoid pump, and more particularly, connects a rotating shaft of a rotating device and a drive shaft of a drive source that drives the rotating device. The present invention relates to a coupling technology for driving a rotating device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in a vehicle brake device having an ABS (anti-lock brake system) actuator, a plunger type pump has been used as a pump for the ABS actuator. However, a plunger type pump has reached its limit in order to meet the needs for higher functionality (quietness) of the ABS actuator, and a rotary pump, for example, a trochoid pump has been attracting attention at present.
By the way, the pump shaft (rotary shaft) of this type of rotary pump and the motor shaft (drive shaft) of the motor as its driving source are connected via a predetermined coupling device. Techniques relating to this coupling device are disclosed, for example, in Patent Documents 1 and 2. For example, the coupling device described in Patent Literature 1 has a configuration in which a coupling protrusion provided at a tip of a motor shaft and a coupling recess provided at a tip of a pump shaft are fitted to each other. The coupling protrusion has a shape having a so-called two-sided width, and the coupling recess has a groove shape in which the two-sided width portion of the coupling protrusion is fitted. Further, for example, as described in Patent Literature 2, a configuration in which a plurality of sets of two-sided width portions are provided on a coupling convex portion is also used. In such a configuration, the driving force of the motor is transmitted to the rotary pump via the pump shaft and the motor shaft, so that the rotary pump operates and a predetermined hydraulic pressure is supplied to the ABS actuator. .

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the coupling device having the above-described conventional configuration, a relative displacement may occur between the axis of the coupling convex portion and the axis of the coupling concave portion due to a dimensional error or an assembly error. In such a case, there is a problem that the distal end of the coupling convex portion carelessly comes into contact with the inner surface of the coupling concave portion, and the stress due to the motor torque is locally concentrated on the distal end. Since it is difficult to secure a sufficient strength of the shaft length at the tip, it is difficult to reduce the stress acting on the tip. In particular, when the diameter of the coupling portion is reduced to satisfy the demand for miniaturization, the stress acting on the distal end portion is further increased.
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above points, and acts on a rotating shaft or a driving shaft when connecting a rotating shaft of a rotating device and a driving shaft of a drive source for driving the rotating device. An object of the present invention is to provide a coupling technology for driving a rotating device that is effective for minimizing stress.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, a rotating device driving coupling device of the present invention is configured as in claims 1 to 4. A vehicle brake device provided with a rotating device driving coupling device of the present invention is configured as described in claim 5.
[0006]
The rotating device driving coupling device according to the first aspect is provided at a position where the rotating shaft of the rotating device and the driving shaft of the driving source are connected. One of the rotating shaft and the drive shaft is formed with a convex portion having two parallel surfaces protruding along the axial direction thereof, and the other is formed with a concave portion. The “convex portion” as used herein is intended to broadly include a configuration having at least one pair of two surfaces parallel to each other, that is, a so-called two-surface width. For example, a shape having a square cross section in the protruding direction is preferably used. In addition, a configuration including a plurality of sets of two parallel surfaces is also included in the category of the protrusion in the present invention. The projection has a contact portion and a contact avoidance portion. The convex portion and the concave portion contact each other at this contact portion. The contact avoiding portion has a configuration for avoiding contact with the concave portion at a position on the tip side of the contact portion of the convex portion. The contact avoiding portion is formed by forming at least one of the convex portion and the concave portion into a contact avoiding shape. For example, an aspect in which the convex portion is formed in an inclined shape (tapered shape) capable of avoiding contact with the concave portion, an aspect in which the concave portion is formed in an inclined shape (tapered shape) capable of avoiding contact with the convex portion, or a throat shape. Is preferably used. As described above, the contact avoiding portion relating to the convex portion may be configured by forming the convex portion itself into a contact avoiding shape, or may be configured by forming the concave portion into a contact avoiding shape. Accordingly, it is possible to reliably prevent the distal end portion from contacting the concave portion from the contact portion of the convex portion.
Further, in the present invention, the contact avoiding portion is configured to impart a predetermined strength to the contact portion. For example, by setting the shaft length and the shaft diameter of the contact avoiding portion to be larger than predetermined values, a configuration in which a predetermined strength is given to the contact portion becomes possible. If the diameter of the coupling portion is reduced, there may be a case where the strength of the convex portion cannot be secured simply by providing a portion for avoiding contact between the convex portion and the concave portion. This is particularly effective when reducing the diameter of. As described above, the present invention is not limited to the technique of simply avoiding contact between the concave portion and the distal end side than the contact portion of the convex portion, and the contact when the convex portion and the concave portion contact each other. This is based on a technical idea of setting the position of the contact portion in consideration of the strength of the avoiding portion.
As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the contact portion and the contact avoiding portion are provided on the convex portion, and the contact avoiding portion has a shape that imparts a predetermined strength to the contact portion. In addition, it is possible to minimize the stress acting on the rotating shaft or the tip of the drive source.
[0007]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a coupling device for driving a rotating device, wherein the convex portion having two parallel surfaces protruding along the axial direction is provided on one of the rotating shaft and the driving shaft. And a recess is formed on the other side.
The projection of the present invention includes a contact portion, a contact avoidance portion, and a chamfer. The chamfered portion is formed by forming the tip portions of two parallel surfaces into, for example, an inclined shape (taper shape) in a so-called chamfering process. That is, the present invention is characterized in that a contact avoiding portion is provided on the side of the contact portion with respect to the chamfered portion, apart from the chamfered portion formed at the tip of the two parallel surfaces. Thus, by setting the contact avoiding portion to a shaft length or a shaft diameter having a predetermined strength, it is possible to form a convex portion in which the contact portion has a predetermined strength.
As described above, according to the second aspect of the present invention, by using the configuration in which the contact portion, the contact avoidance portion, and the chamfered portion are provided on the convex portion, the stress acting on the rotating shaft or the distal end portion of the drive source is used. Can be suppressed as much as possible.
[0008]
Here, it is preferable that the projections described in the first and second aspects have the configuration as described in the third aspect. That is, the convex portion of the present invention has the inclined portions formed on two parallel surfaces of the contact avoiding portion. The first inclination angle between the inclined portion and the axis of the convex portion is larger than the second inclination angle between the axis of the convex portion and the axis of the concave portion when the contact portion contacts the concave portion. It is set to be large. That is, the inclined portion has a contact avoiding shape, and this inclined portion constitutes a contact avoiding portion. Thus, the contact avoiding portion can be formed by a simple configuration in which only the convex portion is processed, which is reasonable.
[0009]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the same manner as in the first and second aspects, the rotating device driving coupling device has one of the rotating shaft and the driving shaft having two parallel surfaces protruding along the axial direction thereof. A part is formed, and a concave part is formed on the other side.
The convex portion of the present invention includes a contact portion and a reinforcing portion. The convex portion and the concave portion contact each other at this contact portion. The reinforcing portion is located on the distal end side of the convex portion with respect to the contact portion, and has a configuration for imparting strength required for the contact portion, for example, strength to the contact portion. For example, the shaft length and the shaft diameter of the reinforcing portion are set to a shape that gives the required strength to the contact portion.
As described above, according to the fourth aspect of the present invention, by using the configuration in which the abutting portion and the reinforcing portion are provided on the convex portion, it is possible to minimize the stress acting on the rotating shaft or the tip of the drive source. It becomes possible.
[0010]
A vehicle brake device according to a fifth aspect is provided with the coupling device for driving a rotating device according to the first to fourth aspects. This vehicle brake device includes a motor as a drive source and a gear pump as rotating equipment. When the motor is driven, the gear pump generates a predetermined hydraulic pressure, and this hydraulic pressure is supplied to the braking force applying means. As a result, a predetermined braking force is applied to the wheels. For example, in a vehicle brake device having an ABS (anti-lock brake system) actuator, a gear pump is driven by a motor during ABS control in which wheels tend to lock or when a large braking force is required. By applying the present invention to such a coupling device for driving a rotating device of a vehicle brake device, a highly reliable vehicle brake device can be realized.
