vn−1cosθn−1sinθn−1 ≒ vncosθnsinθn

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a device for transporting containers, and more particularly, to a container transport device and a guide for a transport conveyor, which can be arranged in a single row from an assembled state without falling down a lightweight bottle.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art In a plant that fills a container (hereinafter, referred to as a bottle) with a beverage or the like, conveyor transport using a plurality of chain conveyors is known as a mode for transporting bottles. In a beverage filling plant, a filling machine, an inspection machine, a packaging machine and the like have been operated at a high speed. In each of these apparatuses, in order to process bottles one by one, it is necessary to arrange bottles in a line (hereinafter, arranging bottles in a line is referred to as single line).
[0003]
Bottles delivered to the beverage filling plant are unpacked and transported by a palletizer. Then, a predetermined number of bottles are put together on a conveyor by a palletizer. In order to make the bottles in a united state (assembled state) into a single row, the bottles are transferred (transferred) between chain conveyors having different speeds. For this purpose, a guide is provided so as to extend between the respective chain conveyors. The bottles placed on the conveyor collide with the guides, and are conveyed and transported along the guides into single rows.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Glass bottles, plastic bottles, cans, and the like are used as bottles for filling drinks and the like. In particular, plastic bottles, which have been rapidly increasing in the market these days, are designed to be as thin as possible, use less material and withstand pressure, and are lighter than glass bottles. In addition, since bottles such as PET bottles are conveyed on a conveyor in a state of a substantially cylindrical or substantially rectangular parallelepiped, the center of gravity during the conveyance is at a relatively high position. That is, a bottle having a light weight and a high center of gravity is transported in an unstable state.
When such a bottle collides with the guide, the bottle may fall down (hereinafter, the falling down of the bottle is referred to as a falling bottle). Therefore, the single rowing device consisting of multiple chain conveyors and guides does not cause falling bottles even when bottles collide, and smoothly transports bottles between each chain conveyor, thus making single rowing. Designed to be able to.
[0005]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a guide design for forming a single row of glass bottles having a relatively large mass has been performed. This guide is designed mainly by empirically grasping the shape of the guide that does not cause the bottle to fall over, and the guide used when unsteady bottles such as PET bottles are made into a single row. However, the guide having the above-mentioned design has been diverted.
In the case of a container conveying device, it is necessary to efficiently convey and transfer a wide variety of lightweight and relatively high bottles with relatively high positions of the center of gravity without falling down, and when bottles are frequently lined up in a single row, Safety measures have been taken to reduce the angle of inclination of the guide with respect to the conveying direction of the conveyor. However, this has a problem in that the distance required for single-rowing becomes long.
[0006]
It is also known that bottles can be directly taken out of the palletizer in a single row and transported. However, due to the space-saving structure only, once a trouble occurs, it takes time to repair, and the operation rate of the beverage filling plant is reduced. The danger of lowering is great.
[0007]
Therefore, the present invention carries out transport and transfer without complicating the control and overall structure of the conveyor and preventing or preventing the bottle from falling, and simply transporting the bottles supplied in a collective state. It is an object of the present invention to provide a container transport device that can be lined up.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a guide for a conveyor that is provided on a conveyor and that can form a conveyance path that does not cause inversion or suppresses inversion.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the container transporting apparatus, a portion where the bottle may be turned over is limited, and the object of the present invention can be achieved by avoiding the danger of the bottle falling in that portion. Along with this, it is possible to provide a container transport device capable of transporting and transporting containers most efficiently.
Therefore, the present invention provides a container transport device characterized in that it is configured as follows in order to solve the above-mentioned problems. The container transport device that transports containers between conveyors having different transport speeds is provided with a first transport conveyor that transports containers in an assembled state, and a first transport conveyor that is provided downstream of the first transport conveyor. And a guide that forms a transfer path for containers from the first transfer conveyor to the second transfer conveyor. The second transport conveyor has a multi-row conveyor that transports containers along a transport path from the first conveyor to the n-th conveyor, where n is an arbitrary integer of 2 or more. The transfer speed of the first conveyor, which is the conveyor of1, The transfer speed of the n-th conveyor, which is the n-th conveyornThen, the transport speed v from the first conveyor to the n-th conveyor1~ Transport speed vnIncreases to form a substantially arithmetic series.
Here, in the speed distribution from the first conveyor to the n-th conveyor, the deviation from the difference in the arithmetic series of the transport speed in the entire second transport conveyor is within a range of ± 17%. If the speed distribution of the conveyor is within the above range, the sliding force between the bottom of the container and the conveyor and the operation time thereof are substantially constant.
More specifically, the speed difference between the (n-1) -th conveyor and the n-th conveyor which is adjacent to the n-th conveyor and disposed upstream of the n-th conveyor is 0.15 m / S or less. By doing so, there is no danger of the container being rapidly accelerated.
Also, the speed of the (n-1) th conveyor is represented by vn-1, The inclination angle of the guide with respect to the n-th conveyor is θn-1, The speed at which the containers are transported along the transport path on the (n-1) th conveyorn-1cos θn-1And the speed of the n-th conveyor adjacent to the (n-1) -th conveyor is vn, The inclination angle of the guide with respect to the n-th conveyor is θn, The speed at which the containers are conveyed along the conveying path on the nth conveyor, ncos θnThen, the transfer speed v at which the (n-1) th conveyor and the nth conveyor transfer the containers in a direction perpendicular to the transport direction of the (n-1) th conveyor and the nth conveyorn-1cos θn-1sin θn-1And vncos θnsin θnTo
vn-1cos θn-1sin θn-1≒ vncos θnsin θn
And That is, the conveying speed v of the conveyor is set so that the transfer speed is substantially constant.nAnd guide inclination angle θnIs set.
Further, the transfer speed v of the container on the (n-1) th conveyorn-1cos θn-1sin θn-1And the transfer speed v of the container on the n-th conveyorncos θnThe difference from sin θ is in the range of (−5) to 30%. If the difference between the transfer speeds on the adjacent conveyors is within the above range, it is possible to prevent a sudden change in sliding force from being applied to a specific container even if the transfer speed of the containers is slightly different.
Average inclination angle θ of the guide with respect to the first conveyor0Is the inclination angle θ of the guide with respect to the first conveyor.1Is set to be larger than the transfer speed v of the first transfer conveyor.0Is the transport speed v of the first conveyor1It is controlled later. By doing so, the containers supplied in the assembled state can be smoothly transferred to the second conveyor by a constant amount. However, the guide for the first conveyor and the guide for the first conveyor need to be connected smoothly, and the guide inclination angle during this period is θ.0From θ1Transitions smoothly to Also, at the entrance of the guide to the first conveyor, the inclination angle is changed from 0 to θ in order to shift the containers supplied in multiple rows to the movement along the guide.0It is necessary to change smoothly toward.
Further, the inclination angle θ of the guide with respect to the first transport conveyor0Is in the range of 35 ° to 60 °. Even if the shape of the container to be conveyed is various, by setting the inclination angle of the guide in this range, the container is moved between the second conveyors with respect to the conveyance speed of the first conveyor. The transfer speed can be increased.
[0009]
Further, the present invention provides a container transporting device having the following configuration. That is, the container transport device that transports the containers between the conveyors having different transport speeds and singulates the containers supplied in a plurality of rows is a first transport conveyor that transports the containers and a first transport conveyor that transports the containers. It has a second transport conveyor that is provided on the downstream side and has a faster transport speed than the first transport conveyor, and a guide that forms a transport path for containers. The guide is provided on a first area where the container conveyed by the first conveyor conveys and a downstream side of the first area, and the container is inclined with respect to the conveying direction of the first conveyor. A second area that is transported in the direction, and a third area that is provided downstream of the second area and that discharges the container that has been transported from the second area. The containers supplied in a plurality of rows are transferred to the second region by a predetermined amount, and the second region transfers the containers with the bottom of the containers receiving substantially uniform sliding force received from the second conveyor, and the third region transfers the containers. Area discharges the containers transferred from the second area in a single row.
[0010]
Further, the present invention provides a guide for a transport conveyor, which is configured as follows. The guide of the transport conveyor provided on the transport conveyor that transports the containers, while the transported containers collide, the containers repeat collision and rebound, and the upstream side supporting until the container slides, and downstream from the upstream side. And a downstream side for supporting the containers until the containers are conveyed in the conveying direction of the conveyor at the same speed as the conveying speed of the conveyor. On the upstream side, the side of the container is supported near the center of gravity of the container and / or at a position slightly higher than the center of gravity of the container, and on the downstream side, the side of the container is supported near the bottom of the container. By doing so, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of the overturning moment due to the collision of the container with the guide on the upstream side, and to suppress the occurrence of the overturning moment due to the sliding between the container and the guide on the downstream side.
More specifically, the guide has a first rail disposed near the center of gravity of the container and / or slightly higher than the center of gravity of the container, and a second rail disposed near the bottom of the container. The first rail is configured to support the side surface of the container upstream of the guide, and the second rail is configured to support the side surface of the container downstream of the guide.
The first rail and the second rail are joined to each other while being gently curved in the vertical direction near the boundary between the upstream side and the downstream side, and are integrally formed.
