【0006】
図12に示すように、倍電圧整流回路基板50の厚さは、約4.5mm(=プリント基板51の厚さ1mm+ダイオードDaの厚さ2.5mm+ハンダS’の高さ1mm)となる。
【0013】
図7に示すように、倍電圧整流回路基板10の厚さは、約2.5mm(=ダイオードDaの厚さ2.5mm)となる。

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a voltage doubler rectifier circuit board, and more particularly, to a voltage doubler rectifier circuit board that can be made thinner and easy to manufacture.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 8 is a circuit diagram of the high-voltage power supply device 100. Such a high-voltage power supply device is used for a flat panel display such as a field emission display (FED), an electric dust collector, and an anion generator.
[0003]
The high-voltage power supply device 100 includes a drive circuit 11 that outputs an AC voltage (for example, 24 V) and a transformer that outputs an AC voltage (for example, 1.25 kVo-p) obtained by boosting an AC voltage input to a primary side to a secondary side. 12 and a voltage doubler rectifier circuit 13 for outputting an output voltage Vo (for example, 10 kV) obtained by rectifying and boosting an AC voltage of a secondary output of the transformer 12 by a Cockcroft-Walton circuit in which capacitors Ca to Ch and diodes Da to Dh are combined. And an output voltage detection circuit 14 for detecting the output voltage Vo, and a drive circuit such that the divided voltage obtained by dividing the output voltage Vo to about 1/2000 by the resistors R1 and R2 matches the reference voltage Vs (for example, 5 V). And a control circuit 16 for controlling the control circuit 11.
[0004]
FIG. 9A is a top view of a main part of a voltage doubler rectifier circuit board 50 in which the voltage doubler rectifier circuit 13 is mounted on a printed circuit board 51. FIG. 9B is a side view of a main part of the voltage doubler rectifier circuit board 50.
On the printed circuit board 51, capacitors Ca to Ch as chip components and diodes Da to Dh as high voltage components are mounted, and constitute a voltage doubler rectifier circuit 13.
[0005]
The voltage doubler rectifier circuit board 50 is manufactured by the following steps (1) to (3).
(1) As shown in FIG. 10, the lead wires L1 and L2 of the diode Da of the high breakdown voltage component are bent at a right angle, for example, leaving a length δ of 1.5 mm from the root. Similarly, the lead wires of the diodes Db to Dh of the high breakdown voltage component are bent.
(2) As shown in FIG. 11, the capacitors Ca to Ch of chip components are mounted on the land pattern P of the printed board 51 by soldering S, and the operator makes through holes β1 and β2 formed in the printed board 51. Of the leads L1 and L2 of the diodes Da to Dh.
(3) As shown in FIG. 12, the ends of the lead wires L1 and L2 protruding from the back surface of the printed circuit board 51 are soldered to the land pattern P 'on the back surface with solder S'.
[0006]
As shown in FIG. 12, the thickness of the voltage doubler rectifier circuit board 50 is about 4.5 mm (= the thickness of the printed circuit board 51 + the thickness of the diode Da + 2.5 mm + the height of the solder S '1 mm).
In addition, the thickness of the capacitors Ca to Ch of the chip component is about 1 mm.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional voltage doubler rectifier circuit board 50, there is a problem that the thickness h increases due to the thickness of the diodes Db to Dh of the high breakdown voltage components.
In addition, it is necessary for an operator to insert the tips of the lead wires L1 and L2 of the diodes Da to Dh into the through holes β1 and β2, or to require land patterns P and P ′ on both sides of the printed circuit board 51, or to print. Soldering with solders S and S 'is required on both sides of the substrate 51, and there is a problem that the manufacturing becomes complicated.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a voltage doubler rectifier circuit board which can be made thinner and is easy to manufacture.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In a first aspect, the present invention comprises a capacitor (Ca to Ch) as a chip component and a diode (Da to Dh) as a high voltage component on a printed circuit board (1) to form a voltage doubler rectifier circuit (13). The voltage doubler rectifier circuit board (10) is provided with an insertion hole (α) capable of accommodating the body of the diode (Da-Dh) in the printed circuit board (1), and the body of the diode (Da-Dh) is formed. Are inserted into the fitting holes (α) from the front side of the printed circuit board (1), and the leads (L1, L2) of the diodes (Da to Dh) are soldered to the land pattern (R) on the surface of the printed circuit board (1). The voltage doubler rectifier circuit board (10), wherein the capacitors (Ca to Ch) are also soldered to the land pattern (R) on the surface of the printed board (1).
In the voltage doubler rectifier circuit (10) according to the first aspect, the body of the diodes (Da to Dh) is sunk into the fitting hole (α) of the printed circuit board (1). It is possible to achieve a reduction in thickness by a degree.
The operation of inserting the main body of the diodes (Da to Dh) into the fitting holes (α) is easier than the operation of inserting the tips of the lead wires (L1, L2) into the through holes (β1, β2). Further, the land pattern (R) only needs to be provided on one side of the printed board (1), and the soldering (S) may be performed on one side of the printed board (1). Can be improved.
[0009]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings. Note that the present invention is not limited to this.
[0010]
FIG. 1A is a main part top view of a voltage doubler rectifier circuit board 10 according to one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1B is a side view of a main part of the voltage doubler rectifier circuit board 10. On the printed circuit board 1, capacitors Ca to Ch as chip components and diodes Da to Dh as high voltage components are mounted, and constitute a voltage doubler rectifier circuit 13 (see FIG. 8).
[0011]
FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the printed circuit board 1.
The printed circuit board 1 is formed with an insertion hole α capable of accommodating the lower half of the main body of the diodes Da to Dh of the high breakdown voltage component.
[0012]
The voltage doubler rectifier circuit board 10 is manufactured by the following steps (1) to (4).
(1) As shown in FIG. 3, the lead wires L1 and L2 of the diode Da of the high breakdown voltage component are cut leaving a length δ of 1.5 mm from the root. Similarly, the lead wires of the diodes Db to Dh, which are high withstand voltage components, are cut.
(2) As shown in FIG. 4, an operator fits the main bodies of the diodes Da to Dh into the fitting holes α formed in the printed circuit board 1 from the front side.
(3) As shown in FIG. 5, capacitors Ca to Ch of chip components are automatically mounted on the printed circuit board 1 by a chip mounter device (not shown).
(4) As shown in FIG. 6, the tips of the leads L1 and L2 of the diodes Da to Dh and the terminals of the capacitors Ca to Ch are soldered to the land pattern R of the printed circuit board 1 with solder S.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 7, the thickness of the voltage doubler rectifier circuit board 10 is about 2.5 mm (= the thickness of the diode Da is 2.5 mm).
In addition, the thickness of the capacitors Ca to Ch of the chip component is about 1 mm.
[0014]
According to the voltage doubler rectifier circuit board 10 described above, the lower half of the diodes Da to Dh is sunk in the fitting hole α of the printed circuit board 1, so that the thickness can be reduced.
In addition, the work of inserting the bodies of the diodes Da to Dh into the fitting holes α is easier than the work of inserting the tips of the lead wires L1 and L2 into the through holes β1 and β2. Further, the land pattern R only needs to be provided on one side of the printed board 1 and the soldering may be performed on one side of the printed board 1 by using the solder S. Therefore, manufacturing is facilitated and productivity can be improved.
Furthermore, since the diodes Da to Dh radiate heat also to the back surface of the printed circuit board 1, the thermal stability is improved.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
According to the voltage doubler rectifier circuit board of the present invention, a reduction in thickness can be realized. Further, the production becomes easy and the productivity can be improved.
