Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an exploration method for exploring an accident point in an overhead distribution line.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The conventional exploration method is described in Electric Cooperative Research Vol. 23-24, as shown in FIG. When a distribution line accident occurs, the fault section is detected by a time-sequential automatic section switch using the circuit breaker reclosing system at the substation, and power is transmitted to a healthy section on the power supply side. Thereafter, a high-voltage pulse of 15 kV is applied from the on-vehicle power supply A to the accident section (blackout section), and the antenna and the probe are used to search for the accident point.
[0003]
Here, the search principle by the probe uses the fact that the current flowing through the distribution line greatly changes at both ends of the fault point. Therefore, the accident point cannot be immediately specified, but the accident range is gradually narrowed down by several measurements, and finally the accident point is specified.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The conventional method has the following problems.
[0005]
(1) Ascending poles at the power application point (for connecting high-voltage applying cable) and ascending poles at the measuring point (to hook the antenna on the electric pole) are required, and there are several measuring points. It takes a lot of time and effort every time.
[0006]
(2) An accident point cannot be identified by one measurement, and it is necessary to gradually narrow the accident area by a plurality of measurements, so that much time and labor are required.
[0007]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a method of searching for an accident point of an overhead distribution line, which can specify an accident point accurately and facilitates an exploration operation.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention employs the following method to solve the above-mentioned problems.
[0009]
(1) An accident point exploration method for exploring an accident point of an overhead distribution line,
Apply a voltage to the distribution point of the distribution line, measure the voltage and current at this distribution point,
The voltage at the power distribution point, the measured impedance of the distribution line is determined from the measured value of the current, the imaginary part of the impedance is taken out as the measurement inductance, and the measured inductance is divided by the unit length inductance of the distribution line to obtain the measured impedance from the distribution point. It is characterized by specifying the distance to the accident point.
[0010]
(2) When the overhead distribution line has a plurality of branches, the distance from the power application point to the accident point is specified two or more times from different points to narrow down to one accident point.
[0011]
(3) For the voltage and the current, time-series data is obtained by two measurements, two simultaneous equations are formed from the time-series data, and the simultaneous equations are solved to obtain the measured inductance. .
[0012]
(4) For the current, subtract the sound phase current from the fault phase current to obtain a current excluding the current corresponding to the earth capacitance of the distribution line, and use this current to calculate the distance to the fault point. Features.
[0013]
(5) A single frequency component is extracted from the measured voltage and current through a band-pass filter, and the distance to the accident point is calculated from the voltage and current of the single frequency component.
[0014]
(6) The method is characterized in that the phase shift of the measurement system at the time of measuring the voltage and the current is corrected, and the distance from the voltage and the current corrected for the phase shift to the fault point is calculated.
[0015]
(7) The unit length inductance uses a value measured in the actual line in the past.
[0016]
(8) The measured inductance is obtained by an operation excluding the unit length inductance from the measured data of the voltage and the current at two places.
[0017]
(9) The error component due to the earth capacitance of the distribution line is removed by calculating the distance to the fault point using the measured data of the voltage and the current at two locations and the unit length inductance of the actual line measured in the past in the past. It is characterized by doing.
[0018]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
(Embodiment 1)
Since the conventional method requires work at the charging point and a plurality of measurement points, a plurality of work teams are required, and the work is time-consuming.
[0019]
In order to improve this, in the present embodiment, a voltage is applied from the power application point, the impedance at the power application point to the accident point is calculated from the measured values of the voltage and current at the power application point, and this is calculated as an overhead distribution line. By dividing by the unit length impedance, the distance to the accident point is specified.
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 1, an on-vehicle
[0021]
In the PC 2, as shown in the distance locating flow in FIG. 2, the measured impedance V is obtained by dividing the measured voltage V by the current I by the following equation.
[0022]
(Equation 1)
[0023]
Here, R: line resistance to the fault point, R f : ground fault resistance at the fault point, L: line inductance to the fault point.
[0024]
In the equation (1), the real part contains information of the ground fault resistance Rf , which is an unknown value, but the imaginary part does not contain this information, and the inductance is proportional to the line length from the charging point to the fault point. The value L is obtained.
[0025]
Therefore, by dividing the inductance L by the inductance value L 0 of the unit length of the distribution lines, it is possible to determine the distance k to the fault point.
[0026]
(Equation 2)
[0027]
Only the distance from the power application point to the accident point can be obtained by this method. When this is plotted on the distribution line layout drawing, if there are multiple branches in the distribution line, a single measurement is a candidate for an accident point. There are multiple. However, as shown in FIG. 3, by performing this measurement two or more times from different points, such as two or more times, it is possible to narrow down to one accident point.
[0028]
As described above, in the present embodiment, the voltage is applied from the charging point, the voltage and the current at the charging point are measured, and the impedance from them to the fault point is calculated. The distance can be determined.
[0029]
The conventional method requires work at the charging point and multiple measurements. By using this method, the accident point distance is obtained and the number of measurements is reduced, so that the effect of greatly reducing time and labor can be obtained.
[0030]
(Embodiment 2)
The first embodiment uses data focusing on certain frequency components of the measured voltage and current, and thus does not include information on all frequency components included in the measured value. This can be applied to a waveform such as an ideal sine wave, but when a plurality of frequency components are included, there is a concern that the calculation distance accuracy may deteriorate. Actually, it is difficult to continuously apply a sine wave with an in-vehicle type power supply device, and therefore, a method for improving the accuracy is required. In order to improve this, the present embodiment proposes the following method.
[0031]
This method differs from the first embodiment only in the method of deriving the measured inductance L, and is otherwise the same as the first embodiment. In the circuit of FIG. 1, time series data V (t) and I (t) of the measured voltage V and current I can be expressed as follows at an arbitrary time.
[0032]
[Equation 3]
[0033]
If write an expression (3) at time t 1 and t 2, it can be derived simultaneous equations as follows.
[0034]
(Equation 4)
[0035]
Assuming that (R + R f ) is one unknown in equation (4), there are two unknowns, (R + R f ) and the measured inductance value L, and since there are two equations, it can be seen that this equation can be solved. That is, the measured inductance value L is obtained.
[0036]
As described above, the first embodiment focuses on certain frequency components of the measured voltage and current, and does not focus on all frequency components included in the measured value. This can be applied to a waveform such as an ideal sine wave, but when a plurality of frequency components are included, there is a concern that the calculation distance accuracy may deteriorate. Since it is difficult to continuously apply a sine wave when an in-vehicle power supply is actually assumed, a method for improving the accuracy is required.
[0037]
In the present embodiment, in order to improve this, a simultaneous equation is created from the measured values (time-series data) as in Expression (3), and the simultaneous equation is solved to calculate the measured impedance. As a result, it is possible to accurately specify the distance regardless of the waveform of the applied voltage, and it is possible to flexibly cope with the on-vehicle type application.
[0038]
(Embodiment 3)
The distance specifying principle used in the first and second embodiments ignores the floating C component (ground capacitance) of the distribution line. However, this C component actually exists, and it is considered that this has an effect on deterioration of the distance identification accuracy. As a countermeasure against this, the present embodiment proposes the following method.
[0039]
As shown in FIG. 4, it is considered that the sum of the ground fault current Ig and the charging current Ic ′ to the distribution line C flows into the fault phase. It is considered that if the charging current Ic ′ can be canceled, the influence of C can be corrected, and the distance accuracy is improved.
[0040]
As a method of canceling the charging current Ic ′, a method of subtracting the healthy phase current Ic from the fault phase current (Ic ′ + Ig) is proposed. This is represented by a vector diagram as shown in FIG.
[0041]
When the ground fault resistance is small, the fault phase charging current Ic 'is much smaller than the ground fault current Ig as shown in FIG. 5A, so that the fault phase current can be regarded as a ground fault current. That is, in this case, sufficient accuracy can be obtained only with the fault phase current without drawing the healthy phase current.
[0042]
However, when the ground fault resistance value increases (FIG. 5B), the ground fault current decreases, and the charging current becomes an order that cannot be ignored. In other words, the fault phase current cannot be regarded as a ground fault current, and only the fault phase current deteriorates the distance identification accuracy. Furthermore, since the charging current Ic 'of the fault phase is close to the charging current of the sound phase, by subtracting the sound phase current from the fault phase current, this can be regarded as a ground fault current.
[0043]
As described above, in the present embodiment, as one of the causes of the deterioration of the distance identification accuracy, the influence of the floating C of the distribution line is considered, and as a method of correcting this, the normal phase current is subtracted from the fault phase current. The distance is calculated from the current value obtained. As a result, the charging current to C component included in the fault phase current can be canceled, and the distance identification accuracy is improved.
[0044]
(Embodiment 4)
In the above exploration method, when the on-vehicle
[0045]
In the present embodiment, the following method is used as a countermeasure against the steep pulse of the voltage waveform.
[0046]
By utilizing the characteristic that the pulse-like voltage waveform shown in FIG. 6 is generated by synthesizing a plurality of frequency components, a band-pass filter for extracting a single frequency component is applied to this waveform, whereby the waveform shown in FIG. Such a substantially sinusoidal waveform can be generated. The bandpass filter processing is performed in the PC 2, and the processing flow in the PC is changed as shown in FIG.
[0047]
By applying this band-pass filter processing, a stable single-frequency waveform having a long time width can be extracted, so that the orientation can be easily performed. Further, since the band-pass filter is manufactured not by hardware but by software, it leads to cost reduction and easy maintenance. As a result, the in-vehicle power charging device conventionally used can be diverted, leading to cost reduction.
[0048]
(Embodiment 5)
In the above exploration methods, the measurement uses a CT for current measurement, a high-voltage probe for voltage measurement, and the like, and a phase shift occurs between the voltage data and the current data due to their frequency characteristics. That may degrade the orientation accuracy. In the present embodiment, the following method is used as a countermeasure against the deterioration of the positioning accuracy due to the phase shift between the voltage and current data by the measurement system.
[0049]
The phase shift between the voltage and current data included in the measuring system depends on the characteristics of each measuring instrument. However, in other words, it can be said that the measurement using the same measurement device is constant regardless of the measurement system. That is, when a phase shift in the measuring device configuration is measured when the measuring device configuration is manufactured, and correction is performed using the correction factor as a correction coefficient at the time of orientation, errors due to these phase deviations can be removed. This processing is also performed in the PC, and the processing flow in the PC is changed as shown in FIG.
[0050]
According to the present embodiment, distance measurement can be performed with good accuracy without depending on the characteristics of the device by correcting the characteristics of the measurement device. In addition, since the correction can be performed by software, the correction coefficient can be easily changed when the device is changed.
[0051]
(Embodiment 6)
In conventional orientation principle, divided by the inductance value L 0 of the unit length calculated inductance value L as in the formula (2), calculates the distance to the fault point, as the unit length inductance The adopted theoretical value may be different from that of the actual line, and in this case, the positioning accuracy is deteriorated.
[0052]
In conventional orientation principle requires the value L 0 of the inductance of the unit length by the equation (2). The theoretical expression of the unit length inductance is generally formulated as Expression (5).
[0053]
(Equation 5)
[0054]
Here, r: conductor radius (m), He: equivalent ground depth (= 300 m, flat ground)
As a result of measuring the unit length inductance on an actual line, it was found that the value was different from the value calculated from Expression (5). Since there is no method for confirming the certainty of the theoretical formula, the value calculated from the theoretical formula cannot be used as the unit length inductance value.
[0055]
In the present embodiment, as a countermeasure, this problem is solved by storing the unit length inductance value of the actual line measured in the past and using the data as the unit length inductance value. FIG. 10 shows a flow of the distance locating in this method.
[0056]
According to this embodiment, by using the empirical value of the unit length inductance, highly accurate distance locating can be performed regardless of the accuracy of the theoretical formula. This makes it possible to determine the distance only by measuring at one place.
[0057]
(Embodiment 7)
In the present embodiment, the following method is applied as another measure against the problem that the value of the unit length inductance is unknown.
[0058]
The conventional orientation principle has been to perform distance orientation using equation (2) based on measurement from one location as shown in FIG. On the other hand, when the measurement data at two places as shown in FIG. 12 is used, a simultaneous equation such as Expression (6) is obtained.
[0059]
(Equation 6)
[0060]
Here, L 1 : measured inductance (mH) from measuring
Since equation (6) has three equations and three unknowns are L 0 , k 1 , and k 2 , it can be understood that this equation can be solved. By applying this method, the value of L 0 becomes unnecessary, and the problem that L 0 is unknown can be solved. FIG. 13 shows a distance locating flow in this method.
[0061]
According to the present embodiment, by using the measurement data at two locations, the distance can be located with good accuracy without depending on the certainty of the unit length inductance experience value.
[0062]
(Embodiment 8)
As described above, when the ground fault resistance value is large, there is a problem that the location error due to the ground capacitance C of the line increases. In the present embodiment, the following method is applied as a countermeasure against the fact that the distance is not accurately obtained due to the influence of the ground capacitance when the ground fault resistance value becomes large.
[0063]
The impedance in a circuit in which the ground capacitance is taken into consideration as shown in FIG. 14 is obtained as in equation (7).
[0064]
(Equation 7)
[0065]
Equation (7) is rearranged into a real part and an imaginary part as follows.
[0066]
(Equation 8)
[0067]
Although the current orientation principle ignores the capacitance to ground, what is actually obtained as the measured inductance is the imaginary part of equation (8). That is. The measurement inductance Lm is as shown in Expression (9).
[0068]
(Equation 9)
[0069]
Here, considering an equivalent circuit at the time of one-line ground fault as shown in FIG. 14, the charging current charged to the ground capacitance C flows into all the distribution lines C. That is, since the distance does not depend on the distance from the measurement point to the accident point, the value of C can be said to be the same regardless of where the measurement point is located. From this, it can be said that in the equation (9), the second term does not include a variable depending on the distance, and this term is the same no matter where the measurement is made.
[0070]
Focusing on this point, in the present embodiment, the following simultaneous equations are established for the measured inductance at two points.
[0071]
(Equation 10)
[0072]
In the equation (10), the second term is set to X, and the following terms are arranged.
[0073]
[Equation 11]
[0074]
When organized in this way, there are four unknowns, k 1 , k 2 , L 0 , and X, and there are only three equations, so it cannot be solved as is. However, if an empirical value is used for L 0 , equation (11) can be solved. FIG. 15 shows a distance locating flow in this method.
[0075]
According to the present embodiment, the error component due to the ground capacitance can be removed by using the measurement data at two locations and the unit length inductance experience value, and the distance can be located with good accuracy.
[0076]
