Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a composite noise and vibration are generated when adopting, as an apparatus for moving a vehicle seat, a conventional reduction gear comprising: an input shaft having a cog section being provided in a casing; a gear having an outer cog section that fits to a cog section in an input shaft; a washer being provided at both the boss sections of the gear; and an output shaft having a cog section that fits to the inner cog section of the gear being extended to the outside of the casing that penetrates the gear and the washer. <P>SOLUTION: The reduction gear comprises: an input shaft having the cog section provided in the casing of the reduction gear; the gear having the outer cog section fitted to the cog section of the input shaft and a first locking section such as a waveform on the side of a shoulder section; a spring washer having a locking section having a second locking section such as a projecting piece provided at both the boss sections of the gear; and the output shaft having the cog section fitted to the inner cog section of the gear extending to the outside of the casing that penetrates the spring washer having the gear and the locking section. この発明は、主として、車輌のシートに使用される小型の減速機に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種の減速機は、図10に示す構成が知られている。その概要を説明すると、減速機のケーシンク゛1000に、外側より歯部1001aを備えた入力軸1001を挿設する。この入力軸1001の歯部1001aには、ケーシンク゛1000に軸承した外周面に外側歯部1002aを備えた歯車1002が噛合される。尚、この歯車1002は両ホ゛ス部1002c、1002cに設けたワッシャ1003、1003を介してケーシンク゛1000に軸承されており、当該歯車1002のスムース゛な回転と、ケーシンク゛1000の内面と、歯車1002とで発生する騒音回避を図る。前記歯車1002及びワッシャ1003、1003に貫設し、かつ当該ケーシンク゛外に延設されたこの歯車1002の内側歯部1002b(スリット)に噛合する歯部1004aを備えた出力軸1004とで構成されており、入力軸1001からの回転は、この入力軸1001に設けた歯部1001aと噛合する外側歯部1002aとを介して歯車1002に減速して伝達される。この減速された回転は、この内側歯部1002bと噛合する歯部1004a(スリット)を介して出力軸1004(従動軸)に伝達される。この動力(回転)の伝達過程で、歯部1001aと外側歯部1002aとの噛合わせ騒音と、内側歯部1002bと歯部1004aとの噛合わせ騒音とが、耳障りとなること、またこの噛合わせ騒音に、ワッシャ1003、1003と歯車1002の両肩部側面1002d、1002d及びケーシンク゛1000の内面1000a、1000aとによる摺接騒音が一緒となることで、その耳障りは一層顕著となる。そして、この耳障り(騒音)の解消手段として、オイルを充填する構成も採用されているが、十分とはいえない。その一例を説明すると、この減速機を、車輌のシートの移動を図る装置として採用した場合は、これらの複合的な騒音は、大変問題となる。何故ならば、シートの移動は、通常、車輌が停止している状況で実行されるので、この騒音が気になり易いこと、またこの減速機を構成する部品の精度誤差で発生する騒音等解消に問題を残すこと、等改良が強く要望されているのが現況である。

そこで、その改良の一環と考えられる従来の文献を説明する。例えば、特開平7−222399号の減速機付電動機(文献(1)とする)が挙げられる。この文献(1)は、電動機に設けた回転子軸と減速出力軸間に中間軸を介設するとともに、この中間軸に設けたウオームキ゛ヤとウオームホイールを、回転子軸と減速出力軸にそれぞれ設けたウオームホイールとウオームキ゛ヤに噛合する減速機付電動機において、前記中間軸の両端部に設けた玉軸受けを介してこの中間軸をキ゛ヤケースに回転自在に支承し、このキ゛ヤケースの内面と玉軸受けの端面との間にばねを介挿し、この中間軸をその軸方向中央に向かって常時押圧する構成とした。従って、電動機の回転速度を低く設定した際にも起動可能とするとともに、負荷変動による振動や騒音を発生しない減速機付電動機を提供することを意図する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の一例を示した図10の例では、ケーシンク゛内にオイルを充填する構成も採用されているが、車輌用の減速機としては、騒音の問題、構造の簡素化、メンテナンスの簡便化、又は機構の低コスト化等の面において、必ずしも十分とはいえず、その改良が望まれている。

また文献(1)は、中間軸の規制を介してウオームホイールとウオームキ゛ヤに噛合する騒音、又はキ゛ヤケースの内面と中間軸を軸承する玉軸受けの端面との摺接騒音と、及び中間軸の振動とを解消することを意図する。しかし、常時押圧することは、中間軸に負荷を与えるので、ウオームホイールとウオームキ゛ヤの噛合に少なからず悪影響を与える虞があること、また玉軸受け等の耐久性、又は部品の精度誤差で発生する騒音等解消に問題を残すこと、等の課題が考えられる。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1の発明は、歯車の少なくとも一方の肩部側面に設けた第1の係止部と、係止部付きハ゛ネワッシャに設けた第2の係止部との接触による騒音(摺接等の騒音)及び/又は振動を少なくすること、又は車輌内の静寂と、シートのスムース゛な動きを確保すること、また車内の関係者に与える違和感をなくすこと、更に部品の精度誤差で発生する騒音及び/又は振動等の解消に役立てること、等を意図する。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の態様を説明する。

例えば、シートに本発明の減速機を使用した場合を説明すると、駆動源の出力軸は、減速機のケーシンク゛内に設けた歯部を備えた入力軸に連結されている。従って、駆動源の回転は、出力軸から入力軸を介して減速機の歯車に伝達される。この際に、歯車の回転は、この歯車の肩部側面に設けた第1の係止部と、少なくとも一方の係止部付きハ゛ネワッシャに設けた複数の第2の係止部とが接触することで、当該歯車の妄動が規制されるので、入力軸に設けた歯部と、当該歯車に設けた外側歯部とのカ゛タツキ防止が図れる。従って、この囓合する歯部間で発生する騒音と、振動が極めて少なくなり、聴覚で感ずる騒音をなくし得ることと、振動による違和感がない。しかも、この接触は、三点支持(一例であり、支持する点数は限定されない)の構成を採用することから、歯車に対する負荷も殆どなく、在来の伝達構造と遜色ないこと、又は歯車のカ゛タツキを略完全に規制できること、等の特徴を有する。

そして、減速された回転は、歯車の内側歯部と囓合する歯部を備えた出力軸及び/又は連結部材(図示せず)等を介してシートのリフト軸(図示せず)に伝達される。従って、シートのリフト軸を回転する。このリフト軸の回転を介してリンク機構を作動し、車体側レール上を座席側レールが前後動(移動)し、この座席側レールの移動を介してシートが移動する構造となっている。尚、三点支持は、原則として、第1の係止部の異なる箇所(異なる位相、例えば、E1、E2、E3に示す如く)に、第2の係止部が接触し、前述の各特徴が発揮できる(図7(ハ)参照)。そして、図7(ニ)は、荷重方向の一例をPで示す。

この際に、前記の如く、歯車の妄動が規制されるので、この出力軸の歯部と、歯車の内側歯部との間におけるカ゛タツキ防止が図れる。前述の例と同様に囓合する歯部間で発生する騒音と、振動が極めて少なくなり、聴覚で感ずる騒音をなくし得ることと、振動による違和感がない。また耐久性の向上と、シートの確実かつスムース゛な移動が図れる特徴がある。

前記第1の係止部と第2の係止部との接触は、図7に模式的に示した如く、第1の係止部の三箇所に、第2の係止部の三箇所が、三点支持で係止される構成が、前述の如く、騒音及び/又は振動を少なくできること、又は車輌内の静寂と、シートのスムース゛な動きを確保できること、また車内の関係者に与える違和感をなくすこと、歯車に対する負荷も殆どなく、在来の伝達構造と遜色ないこと、等の優れた機能が発揮できるので好ましい。しかし、第1の係止部の適所に、第2の係止部の何れかが衝止する構成でも、略同じような機能が発揮できる。この係止関係と、係止箇所は、採用する部位、騒音等の許容範囲等を考慮して選択する。

また図示しないが、ハ゛ネと係止部付きハ゛ネワッシャの第2の係止部、又はハ゛ネと歯車の第1の係止部、或いはハ゛ネとケーシンク゛本体・蓋体の内側壁面に設けた第2の係止部(図示せず)との各組合せを利用して騒音及び/又は振動の減少を図る簡易型、低コスト型等の構成も可能である。

以下、本発明の一実施例を、図面を参照して具体的に説明する。

1は円筒部と、この円筒部に直交する筒部とで構成されるケーシンク゛で、このケーシンク゛1は、ケーシンク゛本体100と、このケーシンク゛本体100を閉塞する蓋体101とで構成されており、当該蓋体101は止め具(図示せず)を介して着脱自在に設けられる。2は駆動源(図示せず)に連結部材3、又は他の部材(図示せず)を介して連結される入力軸で、この入力軸2は、ケーシンク゛1の筒部に軸承されている。そして、この入力軸2の外周には歯部200(ウオーム)が設けられている。図中4はフ゛ッシュ、5、50は軸受けをそれぞれ示す。

6はケーシンク゛1の円筒部に設けられる歯車(ウオームホイール)で、この歯車6のホ゛ス部600は、ケーシンク゛本体100及び蓋体101の孔100a及び101aに軸承される。この歯車6の少なくとも一方の肩部側面601、(601)には、音のしない形状で、俯瞰した状態で、例えば、図6(イ)〜(ハ)に一例として示した形状で、波形、スフ゜ライン(図示せず)、凹凸(図示せず)、スリット(図示せず)等の第1の係止部601a、(601a)がn個設けられている。尚、この第1の係止部601aは、一定の周期でレヒ゜ートする構成では、接触の安定性、定形化、滑り抵抗の安定性等に寄与できる。しかし、この第1の係止部601aが、一定の周期でレヒ゜ートするか否かは、本発明の目的を達成するためには限定されない。また歯車6の内外周面には、内外側歯部602(スフ゜ライン)、603が設けられており、この内側歯部602には、後述する出力軸の歯部(スフ゜ライン)が、また外側歯部603には、前記入力軸2の歯部200がそれぞれ噛合される。また第1の係止部601aには、後述する係止部が接触する。尚、第1の係止部601aの形状、波形の角度等は、滑らかな構造として、回転力の伝達確保、騒音発生の回避を図ること、又は歯部200・後述する出力軸の歯部と、内外側歯部602、603のクリアランス、或いは歯車6の肩部側面601と内側壁面100b、101bとのクリアランス等に対応すること、等にある。

請求項1の発明は、減速機のケーシンク゛内に設けた歯部を備えた入力軸と、入力軸の歯部に噛合する外側歯部を外周面に備えた歯車と、歯車の少なくとも一方の肩部側面に設けた波形等の第1の係止部と、歯車の少なくとも一方のホ゛ス部に設けた第1の係止部に接触する突片等の第2の係止部を設けた係止部付きハ゛ネワッシャと、歯車及び係止部付きハ゛ネワッシャに貫設し、かつケーシンク゛外に延設された歯車の内側歯部に噛合する歯部を備えた出力軸とで構成した減速機である。従って、歯車の肩部側面に設けた第1の係止部と、係止部付きハ゛ネワッシャに設けた第2の係止部との接触による騒音及び/又は振動を少なくできること、又は車輌内の静寂と、シートのスムース゛な動きが確保できること、また車内の関係者に与える違和感をなくし得ること、等の特徴がある。
